Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome to the Tutor Dixon Podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
There is so much to unpack today because we have
John Solomon with us, and he is going to talk
to us about what happened in twenty twenty with the election.
He's going to talk to us about some of these
Chinese scientists and foreign scientists who are here in the
United States.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
But I think it's very.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Fascinating that now we actually get to talk about the election,
and we're coming to find out that other people were
talking about the election and government, they just weren't willing
to tell us that they also found discrepancies in the
twenty twenty election.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
So John Solomon, thank you for joining me today.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Yeah, good to be with you. Love the show.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Absolutely good to have you because we I mean, you know,
I ran for office in twenty twenty two. This was
like the way they shamed candidates on the Republican side
in twenty twenty two, like, oh my gosh, do you
think there were discrepancies in the election? And I think
we all went, how could this guy have possibly gotten
this many votes? Yeah, of course we think there's discrepancy,

(01:00):
But now you've found out that there were and they
hid them.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
Yeah, listen, there were three big lies which all turned
out to be true. Now that we were kept from
talking about Hunter Biden and the laptop, the emergence of
COVID nineteen from the Wuhan lab and the fact that
it was man made, and then that there were no
foreign interventions in the twenty twenty election, and we were
censored Twitter and Facebook and others kept us from being

(01:27):
able to talk about it.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
And it turns out.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
That all three of those concerns were valid, legitimate, evidence based,
and we were just suppressed from it. So let's remind
people about the twenty twenty election what we were told,
because it's easy for five years for people to forget.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
We were told by Chris Ray in the.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
Summer of twenty twenty, in September of twenty twenty, in
October of twenty twenty that there was no known foreign
interventions in the twenty twenty election, and then we were
told after the election by Chris Krebs and that famous
sixty minutes interview. Chris Krebs was the Chief Cybercyecurity Officer
of the United States, the Homeland Securities, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure

(02:05):
Security Agency chief that it was a perfect election, no
foreign interventions. At the time all of those statements were made,
the government knew those statements and declarations to be false.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
How do we know that.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
We know from an indictment that wasn't unsealed until November
of twenty twenty one, that Iran sent to intelligence agents
to the United States and they hacked into a battleground
state's voter database and stole the identities of several thousand
American voters, and they used it in a psychological operation
to intervene and get involved in the election.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
The government knew that evidence in the.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
Spring and summer of twenty twenty, so all the proclamations
of the fall through the winter of twenty twenty would
have come with the knowledge that that case was underway
and there was They.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Knew this was happening before the election.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
They did, Yeah, they rolled this up.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
The indictment makes clear that the government was on top
of this for several months. They just didn't indict the
guys until a year later. In fact, they didn't indict
them until like Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving of twenty one.
If you had a buryer story just to announce an
indictment just before Thanksgiving, no one pays.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Attention and just think about this, because Donald Trump was
in office and he was being lied to as the
president of the United States.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Yeah, I mean, we.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
Don't have access to his pdbs. That's something that we've
actually asked the current White House to consider releasing. What
was the intelligence can be telling the president versus what
did they know? And I think in the next few
months hopefully we'll get those declassified and we'll begin to
give a sense of the false sugar pill security that
we all had about the twenty twenty election. So iron's
the first blow, and we broke that story in the

(03:43):
fall of twenty twenty one, and the indictment came out
shortly thereafter. The second is now more dramatic, and we
only learned about it in the last ten days.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
It started adjust the news.

Speaker 4 (03:53):
The FBI has uncovered documents based on a whistleblower that
went to Chuck Grassey. Chuck Grassey went to the FBI,
Cashtel found the doc The FBI had a confidential human
source who had been giving corrovitable information, meaning they had
a good record. They were new, They're only about a
year in the service of as an informant, but their
early information was good, and they provided evidence to the

(04:14):
FBI in August of twenty twenty that China was engaging
in his scheme to hijack the election, specifically to tip
it towards Joe Biden, so Joe Biden would win as
a Democrat nominee by sending fake driver's licenses into the
United States to Chinese nationals who were here both legally
and illegally. They would assume false identities, they would go

(04:36):
get mail in ballots because everyone was voting by mail
in ballot during the pandemic, and they would cast their
votes falsely for Joe Biden. Now that's a pretty significant revelation.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
When did we find.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
That out August twenty twenty August.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Again before the election for the election?

Speaker 4 (04:55):
Oh yeah, that's what makes these assurances so amazing. So
the FBI counterintelligence agents that work that case, this is important.
We're going to let the rest of the US intelligence
community know this. It's preliminary, but we want the rest
of the intelligence commuit to help us investigate this because
a foreign intrusion would be pretty significant. They send the
memo out on August twenty fourth, twenty twenty, and then

(05:18):
shortly thereafter they recall it. Not only does the FBI
not only recall it, they ask all the agencies to
destroy the intelligence report that they give. Now, as you know,
you're supposed to preserve all federal records under the Federal
Records Act. So there's a cover up, it goes out,
it's pulled back, there's a destruction request to go out,

(05:38):
and the FBI does not further investigate that information. What
makes that most incredible is that independent of the FBI,
the Customs Board and Protection Agency intercept it thousands, actually
almost ten thousand fake driver's licenses.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Coming from China and Hong Kong.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
They got intercepted at Chicago O'Hare Airport.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
Where were they going. They were going to the battleground.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
States of Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Pennsylvania. Clearly a part of
the plot. They had corroborating information intercepted by another federal agency.
The FBI knows it, they don't further follow up on
that information, and they just recall the report. Now, in
the last twenty.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Four hours, ten thousand were intercepted. They were That means
that there could have been way more that came through
and got through weren't intercepted.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
That's exactly right.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
The confidential human informant said tens of thousands of fake
driver's licenses were being produced, so this.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
May have been much we are importing.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
I mean, it's some massive amount of goods we import
from China. It would be very easy to hide driver's
license in one of these entertainers.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
Yeah, move them to Hong.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
Kong even less suspicion, right, because Hong Kong has a
little bit different view in the way customs inspectors look
at material. So they find these no one investigates it.
Now in the last twenty four hours, we've been able
to confirm something else. Why did they recall it and
why did they not investigated? Cash Pattel, the FBI director,
has found emails and other internal documents from the FBI.

(07:16):
He's turning them over to Congress this week that reveal
that the reason they were called the intelligence, the reason
they asked for that intelligence to be destroyed, the reason
that they didn't do any further follow up investigation is
agents around Director then Director Chris Ray were concerned that
this intelligence would contradict the prior assurances of Chris Ray

(07:38):
to Congress that there was no known foreign intrusions in
the election, so to keep a false story going, they
actually suppressed a potentially true round of intelligence from the
American people, from the rest of the intelligence community at large, and.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
From the President and others. Now, one of the.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
Very important things that were seeing is a pattern. Now
we now know from reporting I did a few weeks ago,
the DIA determined in June of twenty twenty, so three
months into the pandemic, that the COVID nineteen virus was
in fact man made in a laboratory, and that it
leaked from a collection of viruses that were being kept
in the Wohan Institute of Virology. That is significant because

(08:21):
it contradicts everything Anti Fauci and his friends were telling
us in the scientific community, what the intelligence community up through,
including all through the.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Biden years, were telling us.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
The DIA told its intelligence analysts not to share that
information with the other intelligence agencies in America. In other words,
real intel was being suppressed not only from the American people,
but from the other spy agencies who could investigate it.
In doing it, there were defined storylines, and all of
these STAFORI lines where Donald Trump's wrong about COVID. Donald

(08:54):
Trump is wrong about election interference by foreign powers. Donald
Trump is wrong about Hunter Biden and the laptop.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
The intelligence community, the United States government use psychological operations
and censorship and its credentials as the intelligence experts of
the world to suppress all three of those storylines, even
though all three of those storylines now turned out to
be true or certainly something worth discussing and having a

(09:20):
further investigation on because there was evidence of it.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
It's just and obviously also true.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
Is having a nefarious deep state that is working against
those public firms?

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Yeah, firms is yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:33):
That and so we have so they intercept these Chinese
driver's licenses or American American driver's licenses that come from China.

Speaker 3 (09:44):
In China, that's right, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
That is to me this and this happened before the election,
so this could have been I mean, imagine this, flip
it and say that this is you know there they
believe the Republicans are some way involved in this is
to benefit Donald Trump because this because you said this
was clearly to benefit Biden, correct, Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
Oh absolutely.

Speaker 4 (10:07):
The intelligence from the informant was that China wanted to
tip the election to Joe Biden, and that these mail
in ballots were going to be potential margins to help
Joe Biden win in the battleground states.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Which also connects to the laptop because we know that
the relationship between China and Hunter Biden was strong.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
Bingo, You're exactly right. But what is the President Trump?

Speaker 4 (10:29):
What is President Vice President Biden do the first time
he goes to China's vice president when he gets the
Chinese portfolio from Barack Obama, he brings his son Hunter,
and then that results in millions of dollars changing hands
between Chinese communist officials and the Biden family and these
companies associated with the Chinese government. It results in a
now convicted spy, Patrick Hole being placed around Hunter Biden.

(10:55):
China had its hooks into the Biden family, and the
Biden family was making sure that the truth about China's
interventions in our economy, in the pandemic, in the election
would not be known from the American public. When Joe
Biden wins in twenty one, he orders a ninety day
rapid review of COVID nineteen. Where did it come from?

(11:16):
And that comes out with a standard line. I could
have come from nature, could have come from a lab
made we don't know yet, but in fact they did know.
The DiiA had done one of the most sophisticated analyzes
genome analyzes known to mankind. It had an extraordinary amount
of detail. It tracked the two viruses that were combined

(11:36):
together to make a camera, which is what COVID nineteen
ultimately turned out to be. And that was suppressed from
Joe Biden's intelligence report to the American people in twenty
one and again in twenty four. We only get it
in the last few weeks, five years too late.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
Let's take a quick commercial break. We'll continue next on
a Tutor Dixon podcast.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
This is very mind blowing because so we see that
they've hidden where this came from. I've asked for a
long time, why hide it? Was it released on purpose?

Speaker 3 (12:10):
Yeah, we don't know the answer to that.

Speaker 4 (12:13):
All of the intelligence reports I've seen that have now
been to classified complements of Tulca, Gabbert and the FBI
say that it was a lab accident. And let me
tell you how clear the evidence of THEIA AD because
when you put the timeline together, I mean, they had
it all figured out. The storyline that Anthony Fauci and
his cronies at the NIH wanted us to believe was

(12:34):
that this came from a wet market in November of.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Twenty batsuit, right, yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
Exactly, badsuit. You got it right, That's what it was.

Speaker 4 (12:43):
It turns out that the Defense Intelligence Agency had determined
in early twenty twenty that the first known COVID death
occurred in September, two months before the batsuit market story
was hatched. In October, the intelligence community with signal intelligence
IE satellites and other recordings, they were able to show

(13:06):
that there was an accident cleanup at the Wohant Institute
of Rology.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
There was some of.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
Widespread procedure where the lab is shut down, there's a
cleanup that's consistent with someone getting sick from the lab
a month before they realized, oh, this must have come
from the.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
Lab, let's clean it up.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
And then in late October into early November, several US
Pentagon military officials actually athletes, participated in the World Military
Games and Wohant and they came down with COVID like
symptoms way before the batmarket story.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
Why is that significant?

Speaker 4 (13:43):
There are three pieces of evidence beyond the genome assessment
that showed that this was manufactured from viruses that were
being kept in storage at the Wuhan Institute of Orology.
Three other pieces beyond that genome analysis that clearly show
there was a lab accident and it predated the wet

(14:03):
market story in November nineteen. All of that is kept
from the American public. And then there's one other smoking gun,
and this is something we broke about a week or
two ago. We now know for certain that when China
provided its first patent application to the United States for
mRNA vaccine to combat COVID nineteen, they were developing a

(14:25):
vaccine with people who developed solutions for viruses that harm
the neurological system. Now, why is that important? Well, coronavirus
until our covid as we now call it COVID, never
was a neurological virus. It was always intestinal, gastrointestinal, and

(14:46):
respiratory virus.

Speaker 3 (14:47):
It never affected the brain. Now we know COVID nineteen
was the.

Speaker 4 (14:50):
First COVID coronavirus to actually have neurological effects, the brain
fog the long covid. The Chinese seemed to know that
before anyone was developing long covid or neurological symptoms. Why
is that important? What the dia told us in their analysis,
which we were kept from from five years, was that

(15:11):
the two COVID viruses that were sewn together were sewn
together in such a way that they would have a
neurological impact, They would have no.

Speaker 3 (15:21):
Neurology symptoms.

Speaker 4 (15:23):
That means the Chinese were tipping their hands with that
patent when they put their neurological scientists on that COVID
nineteen vaccine. They were trying to deal with neurological effects
for a virus that could only have been manufactured in
a lot. It is a smoking gun in the FBI's
current investigation of the cover up.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
Do you think at some point this government will hold
China accountable in some way because, I mean you've pointed
out several times we're five years away from this, but
the effects that had had on this country, not only
the deaths, but the kids that were out of school,
the businesses that closed, the amount of economic impact act
we saw from it, it's significant, and yet China's not

(16:04):
been held accountable.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
It hasn't There's something that Donald Trump could theoretically do
today that would hold China accountable. A few months ago,
a federal judge ruled that there is ample evidence that
Missouri suffered irreparable harm from COVID nineteen because of a
cover up by China, and the judge ordered a twenty
four billion dollar penalty be paid by the Chinese government
to the state of Missouri. President Trump could use his

(16:29):
executive powers to say the normal foreign immunity that countries
enjoy from lawsuits is voided on this, just like he
would under a terror attack, because you know there's been
judgments against foreigners for their participation in terror attacks. He
could do the same thing here, and that would force
China to have to come up with some remedue to
repay Missouri, and then other states could start suing and

(16:52):
recoup their losses for the horrors that went on in
each of their states. That judgment is the first strike
against a China, and if the Trump administration so chose,
it could create an accountability chain, a domino effect by saying,
we're going to declare that China does not have sovereign
immunity in this instance because of the bad will illustrated
and proven in this case by Attorney General Andrew Bailey,

(17:16):
and we're going to make China pay. And that would
become the beginning of that there are many other things
that can happen. I think the most potentially soon accountabilities.
I think some of the scientists in the American research
institutions that were involved in the COVID cover up, they
could be arrested and indicted in the not so distant
future by the FBI. There are three separate investigations, of

(17:40):
three separate plots in the COVID coverup that the FBI
is now investigating. One is being led out of Cleveland,
one's being led out of New York, one has led
one is being led out of Baltimore, and they're looking
at different aspects that Cleveland investigation is looking at the
cover up of the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the
fact that we probably we did know it came from there,

(18:01):
but we kept it a secret.

Speaker 3 (18:02):
The New York instance.

Speaker 4 (18:05):
Is looking at Our investigation is looking at what cover
ups occurred about early symptoms from the COVID nineteen vaccine.
As we reported yesterday, a disproportionate number of miscarriages for
women who got COVID nineteen vaccine while they were being
while they were pregnant. And then the third cover up

(18:26):
is based in Baltimore and it's focusing on a group
of scientists who decided to take their conversations about what
was really going on in the pandemic and move them
off of federal records and federal emails to keep them
from Congress in the American public, and they wanted a
private email in private chats. All three of those investigations
are hot and active right now. In the FBI story

(18:46):
that we wrote a couple of weeks ago, I think
some early accountability can come in those investigations. Then President
Trump faces a decision will he make China pay on
that judgment? And is it the first of many judgments.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
Well, so you're talking about scientists, You're also working on
a story right now about scientists from countries of concern.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
I'm from Michigan.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
As you know, and I'm sure that the people listening
to this podcast have heard that there was a talks
and smuggled in by two Chinese scientist students at the
University of Michigan. This is something that could have affected
our farming, our ag community, and ultimately so ultimately our
food supply.

Speaker 1 (19:28):
And this has been like this brewing concern.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
People have been talking about the Chinese will impact our
food supply somehow, and then once you don't have food,
you're relying upon them, you are easy to at least.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
Take over or control.

Speaker 2 (19:43):
What is your take on what you saw coming into
the University of Michigan and this new push to take
a harder look at these scientists from countries of concern.

Speaker 4 (19:52):
Well, let's break down what we have been able to report,
just following the money trail and the records trail that
we've been able to do here justin news. The first
two scientists who were rolled up with this a toxic
pathogen which was a fungus which if it had gotten
into nature, could could have had a dilitarious effect on crops.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
It could actually have destroyed crops.

Speaker 4 (20:12):
And his fungus carries through the air, so once it
breaks out on one location, it could go all across the.

Speaker 3 (20:17):
Country very quickly.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
Wow, they were in a government funded research project run
by two more senior Chinese scientists. In other words, we
the American tax payers were funding what those ages, what
those scientists were doing, and their trips back and forth
to bring this fungus into America. Then a third scientist
also was rolled up a couple days later. He was

(20:40):
bringing in round worms that also would be very destructive
if they got into nature to American crops. So you
got two different pathogens from three different Chinese scientists, and
they all have one common thing. They're doing research for
the American government and they're bringing in something that could
be harmful to American crops. That caused us to step
back and say, Okay, we're paying for this, and how

(21:01):
many of these scientists do we have? And in the
last twenty four hours we've been able to confirm that
the Trump administration has now identified more than one thousand scientists.
One thousand scientists that have come from countries of concerned,
predominantly China, but there's some couple here from Iran why
I don't know, and other countries that are hostile to America,

(21:23):
and they were waved into the country by NIH during
the faucing colon years and they are here on sponsored
visas from the NIH and other scientific research agencies in
the federal government. We waved in that many scientists who
come from hostile countries to work in our labs, to

(21:43):
get paid with our tax dollars to have the research
funded by US, and they were not properly vetted. And
so there is an urgent effort, a secret investigation ongoing
right now, the FBI, the Intelligence community, the NIH Security
Office to vet these scientists and find doubt who they are,
who are they working for, what are their ties back

(22:04):
in China? Have they already done something could have harmed America?
Who didn't vet them? Are their aiders and a betters
in the American Scientific Committee that are working for China
rather than the United States. This is one of the
highest priority investigations in America. It began about a month
or two before the scientists were rolled up in the

(22:24):
University of Michigan program, but it is now taking on
even greater urgency given what was discovered there. And I
want to remind people some of the transactions, some of
the bringing in of the pathogens were first discovered during
the Biden years. No one was arrested until Donald Trump
became president. The Biden administration, much like had swept the

(22:45):
fake licenses and the election plot in Hunter Biden's laptop
and the COVID nineteen origins evidence, they didn't act aggressively
when the first round of these pathogens were discovered in
the Intelligence Committee. You look at these indictments, they refer
to things that happened to as far back as last year.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
But this is so I mean, what we're seeing is
so dangerous.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
What you just said that this fungus can do is
wipe out the entire United States agriculture industry and that
you know, the Democrats have these crazy words like food
insecurity and all that.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
I mean, we're talking about hunger and we are.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
Talking about going to cause the famine here.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Yes, and this is and this was this was caught.
I mean that's the point is they're trying to do this.
This is actively this is actively another a an adversary,
adversarial country trying to come into the United States and
cause severe damage. So I say, we haven't held them

(23:43):
accountable for COVID. They clearly haven't learned their lesson because
they're doing things like this. Let me ask you really quick,
because we have these like three hundred thousand Chinese nationals
that are in universities here. There's been some discussion in
the administration that we have to send them all home home.
Donald Trump recently said we're going to vet them out,
We're going to look at their social media.

Speaker 1 (24:04):
We're going to be careful.

Speaker 2 (24:06):
I think there are a lot of Republicans who say,
how careful can you be?

Speaker 1 (24:11):
How can we allow this to happen?

Speaker 2 (24:12):
We already know that in Michigan one of these students
openly voted.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
We don't know how many others voted.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
I'm looking at this as we see this week a
socialist who has openly shared communist ideas for New York
City winning the Democrat primary for mayor. And I say,
all of these students have gotten these licenses, and in
the state of New York you can get a license
even if you're illegal, and you can then vote even though.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
You shouldn't be able to.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
How are we sure it's Americans voting in these radical
communist policies when people from communist countries are being allowed in.

Speaker 4 (24:53):
Yeah, the new voteriety proof licenses, if they're just used
as a required form of identification, pretty hard to China
would have a hard time replicating those licenses. Back in
twenty twenty, we didn't have real ID very extensively.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
Some people had them, and.

Speaker 4 (25:08):
Not a lot real ID and true voter ID check
would have a profound effect at catching a lot of
these that we haven't caught or that we knew we were
going to be exploited in the past. I want to
just stop back a second. There are forty thousand FBI
agents there two hundred and seventy thousand Chinese students. Are
we going to really vet all of them and we
have the resources of at them all. That's a good question, right,

(25:29):
But I want to go back to something that's going
to come out tomorrow, and it's an interview I've done
with a Chinese virologist who defected from China is in
the possession of the United States government. We're doing an
interview with her. Her name is doctor John. It's out
there a few times before, but tomorrow night she reveals
that if you're a virologist or a scientist and you

(25:51):
get a visa to come here and study at one
of the premiere research institutions a college or the NIH
or the USDA or USAID, China secretly signs a contract
with you to say that while you're in the United States,
you will do the bidding of China. You will take
whatever resources you can learn from us and bring them

(26:13):
back to the good of the communist government. She says,
it's on the record. You're going to look into her
eyes tomorrow night at six o'clock reil Americans. You'll see
what she says. She knows because she was involved in
this program, knowing that that is China's intention, knowing that
that is China's modus operandi. This is how they're currently operating,
the urgency by which this vetting of the scientist is

(26:35):
going on, the decision making about how many students are
going to allow.

Speaker 3 (26:39):
Into the country.

Speaker 4 (26:40):
It takes on a very different tone when you realize
that we have in our possession from this defector, from
what the FBI found, exactly the plan of what China's doing.
They require their people to come steal they're here. They
like using American money to fund their operations against us.
We need to stop funding in facilitating our enemy's greatest

(27:02):
attack against us. We have to stop aiding and betting it.
And I think the next couple of years that will
be the big debate in America.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
Let's take a quick commercial break. We'll continue next on
a Tutor Dixon podcast. When you have someone who is
willing to sit down and say this is the contract
with every student that comes and it's not, I don't
think that's a mystery to us. I mean, we've talked
about it on this program. You've talked about it extensively.

(27:30):
There has been other media who said, you know, if
you are from China, you are loyal to the CCP.
And I've asked this question for we have so many
it's not just universities, we have so many private schools
that have exchange student programs, and there are big exchange
student programs from China. I would say the majority of

(27:52):
the private schools I know their exchange students are coming
from China. My question has always.

Speaker 2 (27:57):
Been, are you allowed to just go study at an
American school if you are not connected to the CCP.

Speaker 4 (28:05):
No, because China gives every exit visa too. China approves
their exit visas, we approve their incoming visas, and so
that is a big part of the vetting process that
this scientist talks about. She said, listen, I know this
because I was in this community. I was part of it.
I intersected with the CCP. We're sent here to be parasites.

(28:26):
We're like little parasites, and we sucked the blood out
of your IP and we sucked the blood out of
your novel innovation of technologies. And we're doing it because
we want China to supplant the United States as the
great world superpower. We are aiding at vetting it every time.
We don't put up a full shield guard against it,

(28:46):
and in the last four years we had almost no guard.
I want to remind people something that Joe Biden did
shortly after he became president. He ordered the FBI to
shut down the China Initiative. The China Initiative was the
law or just counterintelligence operation by the FBI in history
focusing on how Chinese academics, students, researchers, professors were using

(29:10):
their cover here in America to carry out counterintelligence, counter
Chinese influence and Chinese IP theft operations. And Joe Biden
shut that down, which left us blind for nearly four years,
with the exception of these few things that we now
that the FBI is still found. We have to ask
ourselves why would American president do that? Why would an

(29:32):
FBI director allow that to happen? What was going on
in the Biden administration that made them willing aiders in
the betters to what China was trying to do on
our American campuses.

Speaker 2 (29:45):
I mean, as you unpack all of this and you
talk about the IP, if you haven't. I think there
are some people who are naive to this, and I
don't believe in the US government. But if you haven't
worked in an industry where China has stolen something from you,
you may not understand that everything that goes over there
they are trying to copy, they are trying to hire it.
And that was that was our experience in the foundry business.

(30:09):
We had so many of our customers go over there
and then their product was stolen from them. We had
one customer who insisted, you make part of this product
and we want you to import the other half.

Speaker 1 (30:22):
We want two sources.

Speaker 2 (30:23):
We want an American source, we want you to manage
the Chinese source. That was very eye opening. I had
never worked with China before. I'd never discussed anything with
anyone in China before.

Speaker 1 (30:35):
And you're also at a disadvantage because you're working.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
With China in the middle of the night, so you
are vulnerable, while because they're not going to work on
your hours, you're working on their hours, so they are
manipulating you.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
While you are in the middle of the night, tired, they.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
Are messing with you. We had parts come in. They
weren't the speck they said they sent us. They would
send us the certification for the part, we would test
it in our foundry. It would be a lie, it
would be wrong, and then they would start making the
part and selling it in China and creating their own
whole industry in a new for a new type of

(31:12):
piece of equipment. I mean, it was so eye opening
to me. And that was it. That was we did
one product. I said, I'll never deal with China again.
This is a total nightmare. I could see exactly through
what they were doing. But that is the type of
thing that people in the United States need to know.
China doesn't care about the United States.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
They do not.

Speaker 4 (31:32):
Yeah, they care to supplant this. That's the only thing
they care about. They don't see it as ip theft.
They see it as loyalty to the advancement of a
Chinese domination of the world. And I think that all
of us who are if you are naive, you're putting
your country at risk. If you are ignorant, you're putting
your country at risk. Right now, China is in a

(31:52):
non kinetic war with America. We see thousands of examples
just in the reporting at justin news this all the
things we just talked about. That's just stuff that we
covered in the last six months. There is much more
we don't know about. And those of us who want
to take those in America want to take a lazy,
fair approach to this do so at their own peril.

(32:12):
China is not our friend right now. It is engaged
in this non kinetic warfare with us, and our defenses
have to go up quicker, faster, and smarter, or we're
going to find ourselves further behind in this competition. And
so these are moments of grave consequence. I hope our
Congress and our president. I think the good news is
where people were talking in twenty nineteen and twenty twenty, Ah,

(32:34):
China's not a big problem. They're never going to be
a superpower. I hardly hear anybody in the center of
America or in the conservative side of America who doesn't
recognize that China is a problem. They may not be
fully educated, but the sentiments have shifted. But those sentiments
have to result in much more dramatic action than we've

(32:54):
been able to achieve thus far in this battle against China.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Was so ahead of his time because he came out
in twenty sixteen and he said China is the enemy,
but even people in his administration were saying, China's the
biggest threat to the United States of America. And I
think even then even Republicans were saying, oh, you know
what I mean. In Michigan, the Republican governor of Michigan

(33:20):
had brought China in and it was like China was
the future. We were hearing this from people, and this
was a direct contradiction for the first time from what
top leaders in the Republican Party were saying. Donald Trump
come out and say China is a threat. And people
took a while to see it, but those of us
who were in the know already I knew this. I
would I'd experienced it myself. I was like, this guy

(33:43):
is unique, he knows what he's talking about. And now
he's back in office. It's just been incredible. You are
a gem because if we didn't have you, this type
of reporting would never come out. So I am grateful
to just the News and I'm grateful to you John Solomon.
