Speaker 1 (00:10):
Welcome to the Favorites, presented by DraftKings. This is the
week eleven Sunday recap. I'm stuck he joined by Evan
Abrams and Kendrim Middleton. What a day in the NFL.
Delivered pretty much the entire day. I don't know if
you want to count the game in Spain is counting
as delivering. But it went to overtime. It made the

(00:32):
wait for the early slate a little less torturous, so
I count it. That wasn't the prettiest game of the day.
We had what eight red zone trips with one touchdown
only three punts. He had it finished sixteen thirteen. Some
coaching mauthpractice across the board. But it was fun nonetheless,
But we're going to get to all the games today.
So much to talk about, Evan, I guess we can

(00:56):
speA can start with goats and wotes. Do you have
a goat and a vote from today?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
I mean hard not to be Carolina back over five
hundred heck of a comeback. I don't think anything was
really Bryce Young related, but I think as a team
redo the whole crowd, I mean, great for Carolina and
also JSN. I hadn't seen the seventy five plus yards
in his first ten games. He's the first receiver ever
to do that seventy five plus so and that one
headed catch stuck. He just made that look so easy.

(01:24):
What a crazy wide receiver by the day. Crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Yeah, he's unbelievable. The Seahawks get the cover, but not
the win. There's a couple key parts of that. So
the Rams score touchdowns. Part of that is their thirteen
personnel within the ten yard line, the things that they
can run off that with, what they what Stafford sees
the defender is doing when Adams is out, and then
you have the three tight ends. It's cheat code mode

(01:49):
right now and no one has been able to stop it.
The Seahawks didn't score touchdowns until the end. They kicked
too many field goals. Their defense kept a minute play
of the game though. Coffin corner punt by the Rams
in the final minute, just a beautiful punt that it's
like those Madden games you used to play. Did you
ever play the coffin corner Madden games? And it just

(02:11):
touched right at the almost at the pylon, bounced up
and then out of bouts and then the Seahawks just
didn't have. They did a really good job of getting
it down there as close as they could, but the
field goal was so long they ended up missing it.
Rams hold on for a huge win to take over
first place in the NFC West. Kendre, I'll go to
you your goat. I know it's not God. Any one
of the Chiefs are two kings in a Queen parlay.

(02:33):
You laughed at us for the Jags and Panthers. You
went with the Chiefs. The Chiefs go down in Denver.
Do you have a goat from today?

Speaker 3 (02:42):
My wote is myself because I had my first losing
day of the entire season. And not only was it
a losing day, I went over for and I ruined
our parlay. So my wote is definitely myself and my goat.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
I think I'm gonna go with Basil two.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
And he had a hell of a day for the Jags,
got them rolling, got them rolling early. It was good
to see him kind of finally get the playtime that
I think that he deserved. Maybe my goat's actually Liam Cohen.
He called a really good game today. I have to
be honest, I was very impressed with the game that
he called.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
I still no, I'm not that. I literally was talking
about this before you got on.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
The playoff position. We're in playoff position, but two.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Games up basically on the Chiefs y loss, they're basically
two games clear the wildcard.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Stucky Love you mean it. This is your first time
being a Jags fan. This is your first time in
Jags fandom. I know how this ends. I promise you.
I've been here before, I have seen this. I know
how this ends. Trevor Lawrence is going to throw some
disgusting interception.

Speaker 4 (03:39):
The Titans are going to beat us. The Colts are
going to.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
Beat us twice. This is just I've been here before.
I know how this goes. I've seen it happen for
thirty years.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
I think this this year is different that the Jags
now sitting at six and four on the year, two
games clear the Chiefs, because that head to head win
coming up on the schedule for the Jags, the Cardinals,
the Titans. They have two games with the Colts, i'd
I guess they split them, the Jets, the Broncos. That's
pretty easy. Close to the season for the Jags. I

(04:09):
think the most impressive part of the Jags win today, No,
not all I mean it was dominant. It was the
most dominant win of any team today by far. I mean,
at one point in the second half, the plays were
thirty four to four. Their run game completely dominated. The
Chargers have struggled to defend the run all year. They
weren't healthy. I mean they went without their tackle. Strange

(04:29):
didn't go, Thomas didn't go. Yeah, Tuton was incredible and
he got hurt. We'll see, but the Jags were far
from healthy today. Their injury report ended up being extremely bleak.
And they go out there and just kick the shit.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
Jake's just on the Chargers, they really do.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
I was a completely dominant victory for Jacksonville, and yeah,
we'll talk about well, I guess do you have a
vote before I give mine, Evan.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
I mean, there's just so many today. I feel like
there was a lot of disappointing before ormanses, like I
listed Herbert and Donald, the Falcons in general, like McCarthy,
the Cardinals. There was a lot of teams that just
absolutely tongs today and looked terrible. But I guess Donald
almost won the game with four interceptions, which would have
been golf like, but it didn't happen.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Yeah, that's certainly worth mentioning that the Seahawks had a
chance to win at the end with a minus four
turnover margin and a million field goals. There were one
for four in the red zone and they still had
a chance to win. So but it seemed like the
Rams were They were well schooled and like jumping some

(05:37):
of the routes that the Seahawks have been running, and
then they flustered. Their pressure really got to Donald. But
I thought the Seahawks defense, all things considered, played very
very well. My goat, I'll go, let's see. I guess
I'm gonna go with Miles Garrett. I had the Browns
and had a hold on for dear life because Schador

(05:59):
saying came in. By the way, I should have mention,
Michael Pennix also got hurt. That kind of changed the
game a bit for the Falcons. But Shador sta. Miles
Garrett became the first player in NFL history with twelve
plus sacks in six straight years. Never been done before.
I mean what he has like twenty sacks of his
last four games or something. Hit four sacks again today.

(06:22):
He was an absolute menace throughout that game. The Ravens
offense was stuck in the mud until the end. A
couple of things worth noting in that game, the fake
Tush push. I don't know if I would have brought
it out there. I mean, you need every win, so
it's just awesome play call, which basically won in the game.

(06:44):
And I will say, tush pushes. You see it with
the Seahawks.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
Do it?

Speaker 1 (06:48):
You saw Cousin sneak it. If you're not sneaking it
on fourth and one, or you utilizing the touch push
or practicing it, I don't know what are you doing.
But I will say Browns fans booing Gabriel and then
he goes out. I don't think they knew how good
they had it. It's weird to say about Dylan Gabriels
in one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL. But
Sanders finished four sixteen for forty seven yards in a pick.

(07:10):
He did complete the one pass that mattered when they
were back. They needed to complete the one pass to
cover and he hit fan in. But he there's a
reason he's not starting, like he has more tools, but
like the rumors are, he's not watching film. He can't
read a defense and you could tell that. I mean
he if he starts next week. I mean it's I
think it's they play the Raiders. What his pressure to

(07:31):
sack ratio is going to be like sixty percent, and
he's gonna throw picks. I mean, he should have thrown
a pick six to Hamilton that got dropped. He threw
a pick, a horrible pick early. He had a grounding
inside the five. It was. It was not pretty. I
will tell you that I was. That was the longest
fifteen minutes having a Browns plus eight ticket. When they're

(07:53):
up six in the fourth quarter. It's the longest fifteen
minutes of my life. I was like, there this, this
is gonna go south somehow. But the Ravens hold on
for a twenty three sixteen victory. Yet, so five hundred
on the season, setting up some showdowns with the Steelers
coming up that will likely determine the division. Steelers get

(08:15):
the win, defense scored a bunch of touchdowns. Bengals are
a mess. Rogers did get hurt. Rudolph came in in
the second half acquitted himself well, but that was more
about the Steelers defense than just the Bengals being a
complete mess. I will say one big takeaway from the
Steelers Darnell Washington. Oh my god, get that guy the

(08:36):
ball in space and he just ragged out people. So
Steelers get the win there, Kendra, any do you have
any takeaways from any other games or anything you wanted
to mention.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
I was just really impressed with the Panthers today. The
Commanders bet that I sweat really ruined my day, set
me off on a bad foot. I think JJ McCarthy sucks.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
I think the Packers are mid That's kind of my
big takeaway.

Speaker 3 (09:02):
Chargers are frauds. I still am impressed with the Seahawks
despite that. We got vintage Sam Darnold today.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
You're out on your Chargers. Now, just give give the
Jacks credit. Give say good job Jags. No, you can
do it. They won.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
I can't anybody who loses to the Jags or frauds.
But the Jags can never be like good. That's talent,
That's that's the negative attitude of the situation.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
Well, maybe the Chiefs are frauds thirty five to six, crazy, yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:29):
But like the Jags own the Chargers.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
I was impressed by the Jackson. It was the best factas.

Speaker 4 (09:35):
Number has never beaten the Jaguars.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
I will say the Chargers offensive line an issue going
on the road. I mean, you look at their road
performances this year with a beat up offensive line, barely
beat the Dolphins, lost to the Giants, get dominated by
the Jags, It's going to be a problem. You mentioned
the Packers.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
Wait, the Browns. They showed some fight today too, though
they shouldn't have lost that game.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
Your Ravens at home, Cleveland's better.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
It's a different team in Cleveland. Defense at home is
a jog.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
You guys here on the broadcast.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
This might have just been something that was driving me insane,
but every time Red Zone went to the Browns game,
there was somebody beating on trash cans loud as hell
on the microphones. It was driving me so insane every
time they went to that game.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Yeah, I heard that happens at Brownsie. I've been in
many many of Brown's games. Unfortunately, the factor is sadness.
But yeah, I was picking the mooney lot. I've been
there many times. It's quite an experience. But yeah, if
you mentioned the Packers, they get a win over the Giants.
The full Jamis experience. You had Jamis going forward on

(10:36):
fourth downs, making incredible throws and then it ends on
a pick in the end zone, and then really really
ended when he fumbled when the game was already over.
But Packers, more injuries, more drops, but Love stepped up
that throw, the third down throw, then the Watson catch
in the corner of the end zone, the two point conversion,
which may or may not have mattered to some of you.

(11:00):
I thought I was impressive, but Jacobs goes down. I mean,
this team is getting beat up and is going to
be a concern. But they needed to get that win,
and they did what else forty nine Ers Cardinals. I mean,
do you want to you wanna look at a funny
box score? Go look at the forty nine ers Cardinals
box score. Jacoby Brissettes, that's an NFL record with forty

(11:25):
seven completions. The Cardinals out gained the forty nine Ers
four eighty eight to two eighty one, seven yards per
play to five point four. They lose by nineteen.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
I was today years old when I found out brock
Perty was a dad. By the way, I.

Speaker 1 (11:40):
Didn't know, Yeah, a game new dad.

Speaker 3 (11:46):
She is probably like eight nine months old. She was
on the sidelines with him today. I was like, Wow,
aren't you like a little like. I guess it's crazy
to say that anybody who's in like a professional field
is a little young to be a dad. But like,
no tea, no shade, do your thing. I just was
shocked to see that he had like almost a one
year old child.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
I don't know how I missed that so pretty I
thought it looked okay. I mean, how did they win
by nineteen getting out gained by two hundred the yards well,
first play the game ninety eight yard kick return, The
Cardinals had three turnovers, and they set a franchise record.
There were many records in this game by the team
that lost, and an NFL record for completions in a

(12:25):
game and a franchise record for penalties in a game.
The penalty splits in this game seventeen for one thirty
for Arizona, one one penalty. There's a plus sixteen and
penalty margin and a plus three turnover margin. That forty
nine ers defense is still completely broken. Just had some

(12:46):
turnovers today, but the Cardinals were moving the ball with
throwing it to Wilson every play and McBride like they
had no weapons out there offensive line injuries, and they
still were able to move it at will. I don't
know what Sala can do to step forty nine ers
defense and Kendrick You mentioned McCarthy. Holy moly, that's my
vote today. I guess the only time he's good is

(13:08):
in the fourth quarter if he's playing the Bears. Is
that it because he I mean, he had a couple
of good drives at the end, but the first three
quarters were a disaster.

Speaker 4 (13:19):
He's I think he's bad. I think that.

Speaker 3 (13:21):
Here's the thing. I'm not the type to usually off
the rip with. I'm gonna call him a rookie. I
understand that he's not a rookie, but he's basically a rookie.
After someone's first season, you don't move on from them.
You help them grow, You do all the things that
you're supposed to do. Right, he might be the type
of guy that they move on from after one season
if the way that he has looked when he's.

Speaker 4 (13:41):
Been in games continues.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
I don't know how you justify that moving forward, because
Justin Jefferson is also did.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
You guys see how pissed he was today?

Speaker 2 (13:49):
So frustrated?

Speaker 4 (13:49):
Yeah, oh my god. We have to talk about spitgate
after this, you guys.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
We also talk about the new rivalry and Jamar Chas
and Jalen Ramsey that's big eight. Yeah, I know, I'm
saying that's that we have to that's Uh. Did I
wonder if it's gonna be a suspension?

Speaker 4 (14:06):
I don't know, it has to be.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
And here's the thing, the Patriots. We need the Patriots
lunk luck ranking not just from an injury standpoint, but
from the fact that they are also probably going to
not have to face him next week because that's who
the Bengals are going to play, the Patriots.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
Like in my manners, it's the Bengals. And yeah, that
so that that was what were we just talking about
before then? Oh McCarthy. So I don't know, I mean, like,
how long of a leash do you give them? I mean,
I do you give him? I knew he was hurt,
this is his first year, but look at the cult
what the Colts did. The Colts said, you could you
could just see it with Richardson. Now maybe they're seeing

(14:45):
something different on the on the back end and they're going
to give him a little time. But the elementary throws
that he can't that he wasn't making this. I mean, look,
you could say he was playing some tough defenses the
past week's. This Bears defense is historically bad. And over
the first three quarters back game, there were guys wide open.
There were balls that I don't think he knew where
they were going, and it was a It was as

(15:09):
ugly as you will ever see. And in true Bears fashion,
they somehow give up the lead to a quarterback that's
playing not bad and then they come back and win
on a field goal. Bears games every week are absolutely insane.
We have the Sunday Night football coming up between the
lines and the Eagles. If the Eagles win, then they
are favored Bears all alone in first.

Speaker 4 (15:32):
Crazy, all over the first place. Love Caleb Williams, not
what he does on the field. I just love him.
Don't don't yuck, Mayam, don't do that.

Speaker 3 (15:43):
I was gonna say I love Caleb Williams because of
guys like you seeing that he's drinking macha and they're
probably like, ill, that's you know, I'm not going to
say it, but I'm not going to drink it because
Caleb Williams does that, it must be you know whatever, girly,
and so it's making macha cheaper for the rest of
us because Macha is at a premium right now because
they can't keep up with.

Speaker 4 (16:01):
The demand in Japan. So let me have my Macha.
Thank you. Caleb Williams, I've actually.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
Never going to do with maya great matcha tea. It's
really good bubble team Mancha's fantastic. I have a problem
with a quarterback who runs in circles behind the line
of scrimmage without his head up, like Shador. Basically, Shador
is like ten times worse than Caleb. Caleb is like
the Cha door is like his disciple. But they both
do it. It's so frustrating.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
But I mean he does bail and too often. But
he's playing so much better this year. And Bears Johnson, Yeah,
that the Bears run game is cooking right now in
so many different facets. And I mean that's been the difference.
I mean, they've definitely been fortunate. I mean the turnovers,
that's not going to last forever. They get a couple
more interceptions today, there was a fumble near their goal

(16:48):
line that they recovered, and now they lead the league
interceptions with like backup defensive backs. I think they lead
the league in turnover margin. They lead the league in
defensive epa game from turnovers like that's probably correct, but
if you're a Bears fan, you don't care right now.
And as of this moment, you are in first place.
You are all alone in first place, and if the
Lions go down, you'll be a game clear of the Lions.

(17:12):
So another crazy wild win for the Bears. And that
game was super important for both teams. Like Minnesota drops
to four and six, you're in that division in the NFC,
it's over. You have to have any chance, I mean
end with your quarterback play. You had to win that
game and the Bears to get to seven and three

(17:34):
for a team that might have some negative turnover regression looming.
Super important win because your schedule get the Steelers at home,
winnable game next week. We'll see on the status of Rogers.
But you have the Eagles, the Packers, the Packers again.
You do host the Browns in there, but the forty
nine Ers and the Lions. So the Bears have one

(17:56):
of the toughest remaining schedules of the entire NFL. Do
we have a brand is usually hosting, so I have
to we have our ad read to get to someone tell
me yes, Okay, let's let's start to Kendra for a
quick ad read.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
A couple of the games we didn't get to before
we get to some Sunday night Monday Night Talk. Texans
win an ugly one over the Titans. The Titans did
score touchdown late to get a cover. Is that their Adam?
Is that their first?

Speaker 3 (18:52):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (18:53):
No, they covered against the Chargers at home? Right are they?
Two and oh at home? Two and er against the
spread at home?

Speaker 2 (18:57):
They covered back to back games the first time. It's
like twenty three. It's been a while, but yes, Tennessee
gets in the door.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
The point shaving operation must have been uncovered. The old
Titans would not have scored a touchdown late.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
To tie out Calvin Ridley broken fibula two. They just
announced they believe he's done.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
His career is done, has to be done.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
I feel for Titans injuries, although I feel.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
For right Why do you feel for those mayo eating
losers Titans?

Speaker 1 (19:25):
I mean, like you gotta go outdoors and the cold,
like season ticket holders.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
In the cold. It's Tennessee.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
It's cold right now.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
It is not that cold in Nashville.

Speaker 3 (19:35):
Look at Green Bay Packers fans out there, hammered with
no shirt the team, and you'll.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
Feel their own and they win. They win games the Titans.
When's the last time the Titans won a game at home?

Speaker 4 (19:46):
I don't care their fans are sunk assholes.

Speaker 1 (19:50):
I love I like Tights fans unless they're good.

Speaker 4 (19:54):
This is a Jags podcast. You can't have it both ways.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
The producers saying it's fifty four in Nashville. I know,
I'm I'm in Lexner, but it can get cold.

Speaker 4 (20:02):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
But I feel worse for Falcons fans, if there are any,
because they have hope, and they just lose in now
back to back overtime losses. Uh, and they're pretty much
dead on the season. Any update on Penix?

Speaker 2 (20:18):
I didn't see anything ons now.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
I didn't even see what the injury was. I just haven't.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
I thought it could have been shoulder, but I might
have been wrong.

Speaker 1 (20:27):
Yeah, it was shoulder. You're right, it was shoulder. So
we'll wait on an update there. Oh Bucks Bills, I
didn't mention, uhne was it in knee? I thought it
was his shoulder. Okay, I guess it was his name.
Uh what isna go?

Speaker 4 (20:42):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (20:42):
Bucks Bills? Alan early awful pick when he just like
two hands shoved it. You had a hardman muff and
it looked like the Bucks We're gonna look another one.
But Alan turned it on and a couple He had
a couple of picks, but he was doing his thing
at five. He had six touchdowns on the day, three rushing,

(21:04):
thanks passing, threw for three hundred baker pretty underwhelming day.

Speaker 3 (21:10):
Again, there was no defense played in that game whatsoever.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
I mean, Buffalo scored forty four in Shakir, three targets,
one reception was out there for the entire time didn't
even use them.

Speaker 1 (21:23):
Yeah, that was alan flex game. I will say the
Bucks do have because they've been missing Bucky Irving. But
Sewn Tucker, the Syracuse kid, he's he's giving them some
juice in the running game. He had two touchdowns on
the day. But the Bills bounced back at home where
they rarely lose. I mean, it's like a once a

(21:43):
year thing, and they get it done so crazy day
in the NFL good finishes.

Speaker 4 (21:49):
The p Words could win the NFC South. I'm just
saying the.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
Panthers aout what a half game back, half game half
game back of the Bucks. Panthers next go to Francisco.
I mean that's a winnable game.

Speaker 4 (22:02):
Yeah, and if they were at home, yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
Mean that's importantly more importantly than the Bucks and Panthers
still play twice, Like there's still everything.

Speaker 1 (22:13):
Yeah, and so Bucks go two rams next.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
But Bryce Young definitely is not okay right now. And like,
here's the thing. Do I think that Bryce Young is
like the saving grace of that team? Know, it's obviously
Rego Dawdle in parts of that defense, but the he's
the best option that they have. And it's not even
close and I know that that's insane to say, but
it is what it is, all right.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
That's I think. That's all. I think that's every game
that we hit Sunday night football. I don't have anything
I'm curious to see, like the Lions play calling change
last week. How much of that was the Lions? How
much of that was the commander's defense? How much of
the Eagles defensive improvements out of the buy? And and
you know some of their additions during the buy were

(22:57):
about them or the Packers' injuries and their offensive ish use.
I don't know's a lot of uncertainty. I think line
is about right. Maybe slight lean to Philly at home,
just with the better defense outdoors against golf, but nothing big, Kendre,
do you have anything here?

Speaker 3 (23:13):
No, it's a waning crescent moon tonight and not a
waxing crescent moon.

Speaker 4 (23:16):
So no Lions bet from me.

Speaker 1 (23:19):
Okay, I know the moon. The moon haters.

Speaker 4 (23:22):
Jared Golf in the moon.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
She had to double check though, just to make it.

Speaker 4 (23:25):
I did.

Speaker 3 (23:26):
It's Jared Golf outside you guys. Of course, I have
to check the moon.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
Anytime it's waxing crescent.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
We do it.

Speaker 3 (23:31):
Somebody tweeted me, and I was like, no, it's waning,
not waxing.

Speaker 4 (23:34):
Okay, this is.

Speaker 1 (23:35):
Catching catching on Evan Young anything to night.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
I just like, a'mon rock, no Laport out there? So touchdowns.
I know Giffin likes first touchdown. I just think he's
gonna get peppered a ton.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
So all right, then tomorrow night we'd have to build
our I even forget, what do we call this anything?
Or is it just our.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
DraftKings Monday night football? Fast pass Parlin? How about that?
That's what it says here.

Speaker 4 (23:59):
We're gonna go with that, Oh the fast pass Parlay?
I like that? Can we say that five times? Fast
a draft?

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Kids?

Speaker 2 (24:05):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (24:06):
No, I'm not.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
By the way, Brandon's not here tonight because he has
a game covers the magic, which is why he isn't here.
But I haven't had a time. I don't know. I'll
write this game up. We came up with three before
the show. Kendra, you're going with one that I don't mind.

Speaker 4 (24:25):
I'm going Bowers anytime plus one oh five.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
He's now that Jacoby's gone, He's all that offense has
other than Genty. And if Genty's not that's it's it's
the only option. It feels like it's almost a guarantee.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
I mean, anyone to score against the Cowboys defense is
probably not a bad option.

Speaker 4 (24:41):
Evidentally, my Kang, my Balding King, and.

Speaker 1 (24:44):
Oh, by the way, Jacoby, you gotta like what we
saw from Jacoby from I know, because.

Speaker 4 (24:49):
He didn't get in the end zone. He screwed me over.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
You'll never find a way to appreciate the Jags.

Speaker 4 (24:55):
No, I'm not jagging off. Tonight I was on Twitter
watch like Jags.

Speaker 1 (25:00):
I was like reading, I was reading a reply to
the like an injury report. I was looking for an
injury update on the Jags, and it was just all
Jags fans and they were just all being like, we're
gonna lose by fifty, the season's over.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
The Jags Twitter Baby bench.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
Trevor and it was just going on and on. It
was the most negative thing I've ever seen in my life. Well,
you got your wish today, Trevor Lawrence.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
Mean the Jacks. Jack's gonna make the playoffs. And there's
mean no Travis Hunter, which is kind of sad.

Speaker 4 (25:30):
That's not true. Apparently there's a way he could play
in the postseason.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
The Super Bowl he'll be back for the perfect Yeah.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
Yeah, he'll be back for the super Bowl and five
years they do have the Cardinals. Here's the thing that
I do feel good about about our Jaguars. Their schedule
is this is so easy.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
That's what I just said. You got to I know,
but that's the I had had in hand with the Chiefs.

Speaker 4 (25:52):
We're gonna lose to the Colts twice, and we're gonna
lose to the Broncos.

Speaker 1 (25:56):
You're gonna split with the Colts the cold time.

Speaker 4 (25:59):
I won in Jackson Villao for a decade. So there's hope.

Speaker 1 (26:01):
But there's a lot of hope. Daniel Jones pumpkin game
in duvall I added, what are the other two that
we're going with?

Speaker 2 (26:08):
I like Lockett. I know Jill's on that as well.
Lock it touch on him and his snap count's just
gone up the last two weeks. He's only out there
to catch passes and Pete loves him. So lock it
a touchdown and then action genty you are receiving yards.
I liked over sixteen and a half. Honestly, Dallas allows
a ton of running back receptions and he's gonna be
out there the entire time. This is an a most game,

(26:28):
so give me jazzy.

Speaker 1 (26:30):
All right there it is lock It Bowers touchdowns and
genty over receiving yards. That'll do it for us. We'll
be back Tuesday and Thursday to go through the entire slate. Also, myself,
Chris Raybaum will be back on Wednesday the Action Network Podcast,
and that will do it for us. Thanks to Evan

(26:53):
for joining me, Thanks to Kendra, thanks to DraftKings. Good
luck on all of your wagers tonight. Enjoy Sunday Night Football,

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
