Let's continue with our look back at some award winning Bros.
Guys who spent eight years in the big leagues, and
in this case it's a guy who spent parts of
three decades in the show. He wasn't a power hitter,
neither was the guy he was traded for, but he
certainly could generate some offense, especially early in his career.

bat thirteen triples and thirty one doubles with a two
to eighty average the very next season. That was just
a prelude to what he would do in nineteen seventy
nine three fourteen batting average led the league in triples

Series that season. He had won more All Star appearance
