be h ship. We we started at Hallo Assassin cub Halla.
Other than that, we're just chilling. I gotta do this
twenty four hour this week type shit, well last week.

I usually wake up at like six in the morning

My week's been pretty good. I we finally got to
play Dark and Darker. I haven't really gotten play since
it came out, and I wish there was a voice chat.
I missed voice chat. I miss people talking down the
hallway and asking if there's a rogue somewhere. Only to
get it is do you know what the extraction genre is? Yeah? Yeah,

So basically it's that mixed with Skyrim or a gameplay.
So yeah, imagine swords and magic and that type of
gameplay where you dive into dungeons. If you die, you
lose everything you know. But it has saying talking about
it on Twitch. It's it's really fun. Yeah, especially I

don't know, I like the progression I like because Tarkov
I feel like doesn't do this very well. Is when
you die, you in Tarkov, you have no progression. I
mean maybe they do, and I just don't know what
it is. I don't know that game is confusing.

What you mean, Like when you start, you lose like
every everything you gotta do that start from the ground
up again.

In Tarkov, yes, well and Dark and Darker, you get
like a starter set, which I mean it sucks, but
at least you get something. You get something every time.
And then you also get XP so you can level
up your your class and uh, you know, kind of
get skills and stuff. So even even though you die,

if you die in there and you lose all your loot,
you still gain something for going in at all. And
I feel like that system is much more rewarding than Tarkov,
and it's been pretty fun. I really enjoyed it. I
also found out that if you do door Dash and
you have their bank just called Dasher Direct, if someone
steals your information, you're probably not getting your money back.

This dude, or rather someone stole my card info earlier
this week and made a bunch like literally drained three
hundred dollars out of my account, and I've been trying
to get it back all week, and I finally got
someone to help me to get some forms going, and
there's like, well, it's probably gonna take like sixty days.

It's awful. And along the whole way, they try to
make it your fault. They're like, well, why did you
let someone use it? And I was like, I didn't.
I didn't let anyone use my I don't. Did they
get you got hacked or something? So get hack? No?

So I believe I know where it happened because some
years ago I had my card information taken kind of frequently,
and I found out it was at a gas station.
And this was when I was with Chase, and I
would get my stuff back immediately, so I stopped after
that though, I stopped using my card at gas stations.

I used the seven to eleven app and pay through
the app ahead of time or while I'm at the pump,
and so I never have to scan my card anywhere
or do anything like that. But the day before this
all happened, I went to I was driving my little
brother home, and I went inside and bought some stuff,
which I don't usually do. And then the next day

my card ends up stolen and they just running dry.
It's one of them gas stations over the all vocal No,
it's the one by six thirty five on sign like
where all the businesses are, Like.

Nigga's been under this ship lately to what it is,

They just take the picture of the back of that
bitch real quick.

Yeah, that's the only place I can think that it
happened because I don't I don't use my I don't
take out my physical card often and I hadn't even
been out that day that it happened. But yeah, that's
been a pain. That's been awful to deal with, and
they're making it so difficult to get it back. Even
to try to change my card to Chase to get

paid to Chase, They're like, well, we're gonna lock your
account for seven days so you won't be able to
get your money. Yep. It's like, OK, Yeah, it's been
it's been an experience. And I would tell anyone who
does any kind of door dash or uses their stuff
do not. Just don't don't, because if you're shit, get
stolen or whatever, you will probably not get your money back,

and if you do, it'll be two months later.

TV getting ready for Starfield the release. I play that

it was like Friday. I got it on Game passed.

It's on my it's in my Steam library. I ain't
seen how much Steam. I ain't see no option of downloaded.
I got the the DeLux version.

It was like six skins and ship like sixty dollars
or something like that.

So that's lot of the way. Now the first night
I probably gonna stayup all night. But wait, the Starfield
Deluxe versions only sixty dollars when.

I got this stand Yeah, when I got it, You
see what I mean, bro, I have I had one
of them. I had one of them Steam deals though,
so that's why I was But for regular prices. I
think it was seventy dollars or something like that.

shit because I think they coming out with DSc and
ship too, like like eighty.

a really good character, like even better than the original. Yeah.
His motives are still kind of the same, they're not
as as like the same where you know, he's trying
to get Vash to realize his naivete that you know,

he can't just keep going through life without killing anyone.
This one's more he's trying to protect him by killing
all the humans, like in his own way, but.

It turns out it's a prequel, kind of kind of
a prequel but not really. It's like a retelling, but
of a prequel to what we know him to be,
so vash. At the end, something happens and he ends
up having his spiky hair. He ends up being wanted
for sixty billion double dollars.

So this is this is the prequel to the sixty
billion Dollar Man. Yeah, oh wow, so this is like
before not wait, so this is this is in between
before after they got off the ship and blew everything good,
but before he begins the billion Man.

Right, since after after the ship and before he becomes that.
I mean it is like a retelling because Knives dies
at the end, and you know in the original he
is just different. But yeah, no, it's it's really good
and if you do like drug and I would suggest
go and just give it the chance. I know that
a lot of people are turned off by an animation,
but the fight scenes make it worth it. The fight

scenes and Knives knives whole introduction, especially in episode three,
is so good. And the music's really good too, So
I got my attention. Yeah, I recommend it. I would
go watch it. It is the first season is finished
on crunchy roll, so it's gonna be a second season, yep.
But it's not one of those. It's not a cliffhanger.

So even if even if it didn't get one, I'd
be okay with where.

So it finally happened the beginning of James gunn d
c still the universe with the gun Verse blue beat
of the first movie to drop. It dropped the Thursday,
I think Wensday Thursday, and one of those I want
I want to watch it. So we're gonna do a
little view of it. Let's let's do this first. Tony

give me a overall thoughts on the movie.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
First. I find this to be thoroughly enjoyable. I think
it's a really good starting point. It was its own.
I didn't need to know anything else, kind of like, man,
what other movie was it? Anyway, it was it was
something represent it, Yes, actually I did. I think it
represent Mexican culture and how family intertwines in it very well.

And I really enjoyed this movie. I laughed, I cried,
and uh, it's a really really strong start to the
new DC universe in my opinion, Xavier, give me a
overall thoughts of the movie quick movie. Yes, really strong movie.
I liked it.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Love the action in it, love the dialogue, the humor.
George Lopez really cared the humor in the movie. I
really like his his his comedic relief of the movie.
Like that's one of my favorite part. And you know,
I said, the action is good, storyline was very well told.
I like how they placed court industry as like this
huge billion dollar operation. It's like a brother against sister

type thing. I like just the whole movie is good.
It's really good.

I'm glad. George Lopez was good because I thought I
thought he was gonna be a little cringe, but he
played the part that when when I tell you there
is an uncle like that in every Mexican family, there
is an uncle like that in every Mexican family. And
he played it perfectly.

That's funny for me. For me, you know, James Gunn
had two strikes for me already, but the third one
just random my screeningside for some reason. But keep on,
you know, just me, Oh, just keep names. I had
two strikes for me, so I wanted to see if

he could just deliver something that's enjoyable and something that
felt new, something that felt not as bad.

As the Flash and Taxam choo us.

And I'm I'm I enjoyed this when I'm surprised, he
did a good job. When I enjoyed it, it was
fun to watch. We're getting like it deep into the views.
A couple of things I really I don't like about it,
but that's to be told. It had more of a this.
This had more of a Marble feel to it. It
felt more like a Marvel movie. And I think that
really works well with Blue Beetle and Historyline and stuff

like that, and Uh, and he did it.

The reason why I enjoyed this movie because, uh, in
the end, he did something different and he didn't do
the same thing that all the other movies were doing,
and it made me happy. I didn't have to see
through a whole bunch of bleeding eye ce g I
muscle fight it.

Then, I'm just I'm just a thousand muscles. I'm just glad.
I'm just lating, you know what. That convinced me to
go watch it.

one and felt personal and everything.

movie opens up with Court Industries. They find a scare
up and uh so you cut through that real quick.
They find a scroll, and then you go to Jamie
and coming back from college. He's uh HAIMI I don't
know why I said Jamie HEIMI. Uh, he coming back
from college. Uh he graduated, He's got pre law degree,
so he feels like a big shot.

So, how did y'all, Conda, What do you think about
how to move open, scare up Haimi and coming back
from college and finding out all the stuff by the family,
so like that.

What do you think about that, Tony accurate, very accurate representation.

Yeah, because when he come back he find out his
family is losing a home at the shop, the shop
is closed down, his dad had a heart attack and
all that stuff like that.

What do you think about that?

Oh my god, that's not like me when I dropped
out ship. What do you think about the opening of
this is a Oh? I like the opening.

It was good, good because you know, like I said,
DC always have a bad job and explaining those little
smart details of what things come from and why people
are looking for stuff and open the scene really explained that.
And I like the they set up the store real well,
that's what I say, That's what it did.

Then next the next I think one's going when Imi
and his sister they get job working for Court Industries,
they cleaners for Court Industry. Both of them get fired
because they step in the conversation between Victoria and Jenny.
These are the power women in a movie Jenny. Victoria
is Jenny's aunt and uh she she's mad because when

Jenny's father disappeared.

Speaker 3 (16:31):
She didn't get the business, and she thought he should
have belonged to her.

Speaker 4 (16:34):
But because so because she a woman, she got this
big chip on her should and stuff like that.

They have a big fight. himI gets in the middle
of it.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
He gets fired, and then Jenny tells him to come
by the Core Industries later so he could get a job.
So this is how all the stuff starts to fall
in line for the movie and stuff like that.

Did y'all like that part, Tony? Yeah? I mean, like, okay,
So I don't really know. My knowledge of Blue Beatles
very surface level. The most the most I know of it,
of all of this is from what is the Game Injustice?
Because that's when I was first introduced to him. And
so I'll say, as someone who didn't know anything, I

think it's set up. It's set up pretty well there.

Yeah, but you did you find out Victoria is trying
to make OMEC a one man army corpse, like a
robot top thing like an army Yeah, and Ginny is
trying to stop from doing that because Jenny don't want
weapons to be built because her father had took the
company in new direction and Victoria trying to drag it
back to the past weapons stuff.

It had the Iron Man feel to it. I really
liked that.

Yeah, so they she finds a scap, she takes it
to give us to the himI. He takes it home,
opensing it. It chooses him, because you know the scaup,
he has to choose somebody for the work. It choose him,
And that's where all this stuff starts popping off.

I think the setup, they did a really good job
set up it was. It wasn't too long. It went
straight into it her. I really like to set up

and starts getting into his brain and stuff like that.

go to her child home, and that's where you find

was a good villains to me. Man, he had back story,
had heart and everything. I told her, what you think
about the buildings?

He was He was a really good villain. I'm right

she was. Maybe it's because she was so fake all
around that.

I got the same feeling every time she was talking, like, man,
she's fake. Everything she's doing seeming fake. She just she
she got she got all my nerves.

She was too cartoonish for me. Yeah, that's a good

And Na together when they had their scenes together, it
was really good for me. You see how she were
manipulating him and all that stuff. I really liked.

the family from Victoria's army. As the Rays family escape,

this This part hit hard?

I really like this part, this part, Like I cried.
I it hit me way too hard, man, It hit
me way too hard, man, Like one of the one
the biggest praise for this movie is the authenticity of
the family structure in Mexican culture, and there's always the
one person that that just holds everyone together like glue,

and losing that person is heart wrenching. I thought I
thought he was going to survive. At first, I did
teary die. I was like, whoa, So they they tricked you, man,
because they're like, oh, okay, he survived the hit. He's good.
They're going to get out of there. And then he
has a heart attack and.

The daughtergain did a good job of accident the scene
after she was when she was crying and stuff.

This is a movie was a hero's journey full circle.

think people just I don't understand some of these reviews.
I really liked it, and then the audience scores is

Me awakens just just as the dad that's finishes down
load to Caropacts and see escapes Charapacts. Oh, Max too
