Ring magazine, And oh my goodness, what just happened. I
was at a family get together. As you can see,
I'm back home in Tennessee.

from Misfits just dropped and they're calling it the Fight
before Christmas. We predicted this just a couple of I
guess weeks ago now massive announcements, Andrew Taita apparently storming
the castle here Trojan Horse into Misfits. There's so much
to get to, but the main thing I'm taking away
is that there is some at least what seems to

be ruffling of the feathers mallard between KSI and Misfits.

Let me just get to the trailer and I'll tell
you guys what I actually think, because what I'm not
so sure about is that what we're seeing is the
actual case of what's going on with Misfits. I have
my own theories of what's happening behind the scenes, but
I'll get to that as soon as we break down.

meaning he's either ready for his winter phase or there's
been a lot of stress going on behind the scenes
of Misfits.

three amazing years. We've achieved some incredible accomplishments. When KSI said.

crazy to think the Misfits has been around for three

I remember it like it was yesterday. It was incredible.

I mean, there was so much potential and hype for
this company and this card was insane. And KSI with
the two fights in one night, don't really know if
that worked out so good. Her swarms and it kind
of for swarms of Bnata, I'll be honest, uh. And
then you had KAFUZI was on that car dead. He
was on that car Christian Bank Junior was on the
broadcast team that night. True Jordy legend, by the way,

A guy that doesn't get enough credit in this scene,
A guy that should be a part of this scene. Still,
Team Star was there freaking everybody. It was insane. That
was one of my first massive opportunities as well. Wow
three years later, man insane.

When KSI said I want to box, I said, let's
have your own IP. You don't need to work for anyone.
Let's create our own IP. I came up with the
name Misfits Boxing. I coined the phrase crossover boxing. I
put everything together. We had a tremendous run. KSI was
fighting two three times a year, and then KSI said, hey,

I need a break from boxing. The break was over.
It was time for him to fight. He got sick.
He hurt his hand fair enough. Then it happened a
second time and almost sank the ship of Misfits.

Ma'am's mams is kind of turning on cass I. Here
you hear him in the first part of this thing.

You know, I built the name or I created the name.
I coined the term crossover boxing. I handle all of
the details. I did a lot of this. MAM's like
puffing his chest out saying, listen, CASI, you know he
just kind of showed up.

I did all the work behind the scene. This is
my shit.

That's kind of what I'm getting at here now. I
can't even believe what I'm seeing. You have to take
a lot of this, I think, with a grain of salt,
because you know what misfits and what MAMS likes to
do very much, entertainment factor very much. We're gonna get
you to buy in because of a storyline here? Is
that what I'm seeing? Am I seeing a storyline created

right in front of my eyes here? Because if there's
one person I had known Mams to never turn on ever,
it was KSI and vice versa. Right, There's been multiple
opportunities for that to happen, and both guys have stayed loyal.

It's a massive trade of both of them guys. They
stay loyal to people that are loyal to that. But
this is interesting, This is interesting. I'm getting worked here,
I know I am, but I think it's hilarious.

Is awesome boxing And since then, it's been a tweet here,
a story there, that's it. He's the CEO where's Mistit's
gonna go from here. It's got to be a two
way street when you have a partnership and this is
a one way street and this street is going down,
I won't allow Misfits boxing to go down.

know what I'm saying. This is probably like a storyline, Vie.
We're talking about promoting this company now, is it? KSI's
full on responsibility. He has other things to do.

there's a tweet here, there is a story there, you know, guess.

baller league, I think is what he does now. He

attention hasn't been on Misfits as much as somebody like Mams,
who is pretty much full in with this thing. So
even when I know this is probably a storyline, he's
still taking some little slick shots like, Hey, I'm gonna

So MAM's had a meeting of the Misfits board of
which KSI was not invited to, and they have unanimously
approved the removal of.

tend to look at this and split it down the middle. Yes,
this is probably storyline.

This is definitely a WWE type of work, and on
the reality side, Gius KSI done with the company?

Probably not? Is it going to take more of a
backseat role?

I think this promo is telling us yes, which I
find even more interesting when you look at this in
a realistic way. This probably does mean KSI is going
to take steps away from the company as being maybe
the face of it, as someone that's gonna be on
the you know, day to day involved with it, and
he's going to focus on other things while still having
his connection, probably more behind the scenes than no offense,
but does he bring a ton to misfits if he's

not fighting? Are you tuning in to watch KSI watch
the cards?

Are you tuning into the press conference to see him
sitting in the middle. I'm just saying it's not the
worst idea if he's not going to be fighting, which

he still hadn't scheduled hand surgery yet, which I could
do a whole nother video on, but I think it
tells me ks I not only is not going to
be fighting anytime soon, he may never fight again, because
if he's not gotten hand surgery now to get ready

for a fight in the new year, These things, when
you tend to put them off and you have other
ventures and other project that you're passionate about, and more
and more and more you lean into those, eventually you
will find your way away from the sport because you
have to.

And if you're not going to commit to even getting
the hand surgery, which again I'm not saying he should
if he's got these other things he's doing. But if
you're not going to commit to that, if that's not
something that's priority number one or two on your list
of things to do, it tells me not only is
are you not prioritizing that, but that ipso facto means
you're not prioritizing fighting. And we knew that kind of beforehand,
but now it kind of reinforces that.

It's probably a good thing that they're trying to jump

that somebody who failed at their obligations to make this

to make the most entertaining fights. Who's the person who
everybody wants to see fight? Who's the guy I can
sign that everybody will tune in to watch fight? It's me?

the Misfits fan base.

I will say this is going to be very controversial.

It's like ma'am said at the beginning of this, some
people are not gonna like this at all because of
the allegations, because of the things that surround Andrew Tape
as far as his reputation, as far as the like
I said, the allegations against him, with all of the
different ones across his entire life, it seems like, and
the controversy that comes with that. Right, there's a lot

a lot of controversy that comes with Andrew Tait. But
he is also one of the most popular people on
the planet bar Nune. Andrew Tait, even now in twenty
twenty five, is one of the most talked about people
in this kind of crossover thing space whatever, whether it's politics,
whether it's pop culture, whether it's even fighting. People do
forget that the guy was a somewhat accomplished high level kickboxer.

Now he's not only in the Tory line but going
to become CEO whatever that means. But what this really
tells me is that Andrew Tait is gonna have not
only opportunities in the ring, he's gonna probably have some
influence on these misfits events. I mean they are going
to Dubai. I don't even think Andrew Tate can compete
in the UK right now, definitely not in the US.
I could be wrong, but that's already an influence. And

also you hear how he's taken little shots at KSI.
I could be wrong about this. This could be a
way of like distancing KSI, like I said, from the
company early on, just because he's got so many obligations.
But this also could be potentially if they're looking for
a KSI fight, not soon, but down the line. New CEO,
old CEO. I mean, it's straight out of WWE. It's
straight out of the actual Vince McMahon playbook.

Vince gets ousted.

From the company and Eric Bischoff takes over, and Eric
Bischoff is there and he's the new CEO for a
couple of months, for a year, and then all of
a sudden, Vince Music hits here. He comes back to
take his company right or he has someone like Stone
Cold fight on behalf of him. I don't know, but
if we're talking about like storyline stuff, when he's taking
those little subtle shots at KSI that's what.

I mean this, Having injurw Tait be the main character
of Misfits. I don't think I ever saw coming. I
saw him, you know, fighting on Misfits. I mean we
called this a couple of weeks ago. It was pretty
much anne deal, and I thought you would even do
it beforehand. I thought he was gonna fight Jake Paul
in twenty twenty three.

But having him be the main character, WHOA.

Let me tell you something, It is going to get

could just be for show, but still they're putting an
event on in Dubai for him.

So for that reason, I myself, I'm gonna be fighting
as CEO on the next Misfit show December twentieth here
in Dubai. At I'm gonna fight. I mean, it's been
a while. If I'm gonna train and get in there,
I may as well do it for a belt. And
if it's gonna be for a belt, it may as
well be for the biggest one. So I, as CEO,
order a mandatory title defense for the Heavyweight Misfits belt

between myself Andrew the Top g can Cobra Tate against
Chase De Moor. You don't have a chance and you
don't have a choice, Chase, you have to do it.

gotta do it. Again, it's Andrew Tate and this is
gonna be controversial for sure. I just I like the
idea of bringing in a CEO that is going to fight,
and he's picking matchups for himself. Again, it does remind
me of Wwes. He'll work like I'm gonna pick a fight.
I'm gonna put myself in the best opportunity and I'm

gonna pick whoever I want to fight. And then at
that point they gotta fight me. Guess why, Because I'm
the boss around here and you don't have a say
in the matter. It's kind of like I said, it's Tate,
but it's also the idea behind it is a pretty
ingenious one if you're just falling in love with the storyline,
if you're just taking the storyline for what it is. Again,
in reality, this is misfits way in my opinion, of

making a big fight for Tate, of giving attention to
this fight for taatee. And Tate is going to promo
the shit out of it. He's already done a better
promo right here, no joke, And I don't even mean
this to be like, oh Tate versus KSI, but this
is one take into the camera and this is better
than anything KSI has ever done when it comes to
promoing his fight, potentially or any other I'm sorry. This
is where Tate's strong suit is, and not necessarily where Ksiz.

like that, so KSI as soon as this was tweeted,

when I tell you, I got flashbacks, and not in
a good way. I was seeing demons when I saw
this Twitter timeline light up with KSI tweets. It took
me all the way back to my situation with KSI.
I'm just lucky this time I wasn't the one on
the other side of the gun. All right, KSI was

taking shots. First, I said lol to this Misfits boxing thing.
Then he said, this year people are trying to test
me for real? What the actual what is going on?
This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life.
Let's make Andrew Tait, the CEO of Misfits.

Then he comes up with, you know, legit can be asked,

bro has been focused on Misfits rather than managing me,

if it's waiting whatever he needs to be doing. But

been frustrated this year, that this year has not gone
well for him, that he can't seem to, you know,
get it right this year, but next year is going
to be.

So there's something going on that I don't know.

If this is about, if it's you know, using that
to build this big storyline. I have a feeling that
everybody's kind of in on this, and they're all playing
nice behind the scenes, but maybe not really in front

But that storyline, I think again, I could be wrong
if KSI does and I'm saying right now, if I'm
putting percentages out there, I think twenty percent chance KSI
ever fights again twenty to thirty, based on the fact
that he's not got the hand surgery, based on the
fact that he's not really pressing to get the hand surgery,
based on this kind of move, which I think is
more window dressing to kind of oust KSI from being
the face of the company and then having someone step

in there, I don't think you'll box again unless he
just gets it. You know, he gets the hand surgery
and starts to feel better and and it works out.
But there's so many factors. But if he was, they're
leaving the door open for this potential old KSI CEO
taking back his company. They're leaving the door open for that.

years ago. So long story short, I took his company
from him, and considering that I'm the largest name on
the planet. If I'm going to fight on an organization,
why not fight in an organization I own a percentage
of it makes a lot of business sense. I also
intend on does.

He actually Okay, I still think it's to work. But
did they actually give him a percentage of the company?
Did they really do it? I would have been shocked
had he not said that specifically, But I don't know.
Andrew cut a promo like it was nothing, so he
could be a fantastic orker. There's no way they gave
him an actual percentage of the company.

Though, right I'm maybe I don't know anymore. I genuinely
have no idea.

The only thing I can remember from Kassi and Andrew
Tate three years ago, obviously the sexual assault allegations that rotate.

I think it's maybe still going through.

I don't even actually know where those cases are or
what the details are there, but I want to say
that Tate got banned, or maybe he got arrested at
that point and he was in prison or he was
going to prison, and KSI had tweeted something.

Like karma or like, I don't remember, it was.

Something around that, I'm pretty sure, or like, you know,
Tate getting ratioed by Greta Thumberg. I'm not exactly sure,
but it was something super personal at Tait at the time,
and maybe that's why he's held this grudge again, it
could be storyline. It probably is, but I'm trying to
just think back of what he would even be talking about.

I think there's a lot of fantastic names on Misfits.
There's a lot of people who are already doing fantastically well,
and they can do even better. I think we can
become even bigger as an ORG. My intention is to
make the ORG a lot bigger than it is and
make sure everybody gets paid even more money. So why not.
I mean, I'm approaching this as a businessman. I'm approaching
this as a fighter. I see the potential in the
future of this. I think that, you know, celebrities fighting

or influencers fighting just seems to keep growing. So Misfits
have already got a fantastic platform. They're already in a
great place, and I think with my help, we can
take it to the next level.

the allegations, because of the things that surround Andrew Tape
as far as his reputation, as far as the like

different ones across his entire life, it seems like, and
the controversy that comes with that. Right, there's a lot

a lot of controversy that comes with Andrew Tait. But
he is also one of the most popular people on
the planet bar Nune. Andrew Tait, even now in twenty
twenty five, is one of the most talked about people
in this kind of crossover thing space whatever, whether it's politics,
whether it's pop culture, whether it's even fighting. People do
forget that the guy was a somewhat accomplished high level kickboxer.

Now he's not only in the Tory line but going
to become CEO whatever that means. But what this really
tells me is that Andrew Tait is gonna have not
only opportunities in the ring, he's gonna probably have some
influence on these misfits events. I mean they are going
to Dubai. I don't even think Andrew Tate can compete
in the UK right now, definitely not in the US.
I could be wrong, but that's already an influence. And

also you hear how he's taken little shots at KSI.
I could be wrong about this. This could be a
way of like distancing KSI, like I said, from the
company early on, just because he's got so many obligations.
But this also could be potentially if they're looking for
a KSI fight, not soon, but down the line. New CEO,
old CEO. I mean, it's straight out of WWE. It's
straight out of the actual Vince McMahon playbook.

December twentieth in Dubai. All right, so we kind of
knew that part, that part, you know, we had done
a video on a couple of weeks ago, knowing that
that was coming down the line.

walk on eggshells when it came to this one because
they just genuinely don't know what to think about Andrew Tate. Now,
this is just part of the storyline going on here,
right because right after this went down, I saw what
I'm about to show you guys, now on Twitter, you
see Andrew Tate here, Misfits CEO combat Executive officer. I
like that, so KSI as soon as this was tweeted,

put out these one, two, three, four, five tweets. And
when I tell you, I got flashbacks, and not in
a good way. I was seeing demons when I saw
this Twitter timeline light up with KSI tweets. It took
me all the way back to my situation with KSI.
I'm just lucky this time I wasn't the one on
the other side of the gun. All right, KSI was

taking shots. First, I said lol to this Misfits boxing thing.
Then he said, this year people are trying to test
me for real? What the actual what is going on?
This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life.
Let's make Andrew Tait, the CEO of Misfits.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
Then he comes up with, you know, legit can be asked,
Then you know f mams. Then he says, this one
bro has been focused on Misfits rather than managing me,
and you decide to do this shit. This is interesting
because do I think KSI is playing into it?

I think that this entire like f MAAMS this year,
people are testing me, what's going on?

like again, because I believe this is more of a
way to take something off KSI's play.

Going, you know what, what I'm bringing to Misfits right
now isn't necessarily as valuable as what I can do
in other places. But I still want this thing to grow.
I still want it to be a big thing. How
do I do that? Well, I'm going to take a
back seat.

You do something with this that doesn't have to involve me,
and I will, you know, I'll be over here whatever
when you need me, I'll be here.

has been focused on Misfits rather than managing me, and
you decide to do this.

I kind of believe this is a little bit of
a shot, A little bit because MAMS took a little
bit of a shot.

I think they talked about this behind the scenes, but
I think this is a little bit of a shot
because KSI has mentioned, you know, he hasn't been able
to do music recently that was out of his control,
something like that. And then you know, obviously he can't
fight right now and he's just doing videos. He's clearly
frustrated about something.

I don't know what it is.

I don't know if it's it's a position he's in,
if it's waiting whatever he needs to be doing. But
he's clearly hinted at and you know, wolf see if
we can find the tweets, he's clearly hinted that he's
been frustrated this year, that this year has not gone
well for him, that he can't seem to, you know,
get it right this year, but next year is going
to be.

So there's something going on that I don't know.
Speaker 1 (18:28):
If this is about, if it's you know, using that
to build this big storyline. I have a feeling that
everybody's kind of in on this, and they're all playing
nice behind the scenes, but maybe not really in front
of the.

Crowd, because we're trying to build a storyline here.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
But that storyline, I think again, I could be wrong
if KSI does and I'm saying right now, if I'm
putting percentages out there, I think twenty percent chance KSI
ever fights again twenty to thirty, based on the fact
that he's not got the hand surgery, based on the
fact that he's not really pressing to get the hand surgery,
based on this kind of move, which I think is
more window dressing to kind of oust KSI from being
the face of the company and then having someone step

in there, I don't think you'll box again unless he
just gets it. You know, he gets the hand surgery
and starts to feel better and and it works out.
But there's so many factors. But if he was, they're
leaving the door open for this potential old KSI CEO
taking back his company. They're leaving the door open for that.

Well, cass I tweeted something that annoyed me about three
years ago. So long story short, I took his company
from him, and considering that I'm the largest name on
the planet. If I'm going to fight on an organization,
why not fight in an organization I own a percentage
of it makes a lot of business sense. I also
intend on does.

He actually Okay, I still think it's to work. But
did they actually give him a percentage of the company?
Did they really do it? I would have been shocked
had he not said that specifically, But I don't know.
Andrew cut a promo like it was nothing, so he
could be a fantastic orker. There's no way they gave
him an actual percentage of the company.

Though, right I'm maybe I don't know anymore. I genuinely
have no idea.

The only thing I can remember from Kassi and Andrew
Tate three years ago, obviously the sexual assault allegations that rotate.

I think it's maybe still going through.

I don't even actually know where those cases are or
what the details are there, but I want to say
that Tate got banned, or maybe he got arrested at
that point and he was in prison or he was
going to prison, and KSI had tweeted something.

Like karma or like, I don't remember, it was.
Speaker 1 (20:29):
Something around that, I'm pretty sure, or like, you know,
Tate getting ratioed by Greta Thumberg. I'm not exactly sure,
but it was something super personal at Tait at the time,
and maybe that's why he's held this grudge again, it
could be storyline. It probably is, but I'm trying to
just think back of what he would even be talking about.
Speaker 6 (20:46):
I think there's a lot of fantastic names on Misfits.
There's a lot of people who are already doing fantastically well,
and they can do even better. I think we can
become even bigger as an ORG. My intention is to
make the ORG a lot bigger than it is and
make sure everybody gets paid even more money. So why not.
I mean, I'm approaching this as a businessman. I'm approaching
this as a fighter. I see the potential in the
future of this. I think that, you know, celebrities fighting

or influencers fighting just seems to keep growing. So Misfits
have already got a fantastic platform. They're already in a
great place, and I think with my help, we can
take it to the next level.

long list of people, and no matter how well I
perform on the night, there's gonna be people with an
opinion who said, ah, you know, Chase is an experiencing off,
or Andrew didn't look that good, or he looks sloppy
or whatever. There's always gonna be somebody with something to say.

There's a lot of people who've been saying my name already,
and I'm sure they're gonna pop up trying to catch
a pay day because I'm the biggest pay day in
sports entertainment today. There's no doubt about that. Darren Till's
tried to already catch a pay day off my name.
But you know, it's a it's a beautiful world, and
there's plenty of targets. There's plenty of people who genuinely
deserve to deserve to feel damaged.

hurt other people, and a lot of people deserve to

I think it's a very risky play based on how
the audience reacts to Andrew Tait, who we know is

very controversial, who we know has a lot of allegations.
We know is someone that everyone is going to have
a reaction to, good or bad. And that is what
you're hoping for, that this is going to cause a wavelink,
the reaction, the sonic boom through the Internet, and I
think it will right, especially if Andrew tit wins. He
still has to win, right, He's going to do the promo.
He's talking like he's actually part of this, like he
actually has a stake in Misfits. I want to get

to the bottom of that. That's what I want to
know more about, not the whole ceo. Like, yes, that's
a fun storyline, and I'm all in with the story.
I'm ready to see where they take it. I'm gonna
I want to watch that.

As a fan, but I want to know for real,
like what is the play here?

I want to interview KSI. I want to interview Mams
and Tate and see what is really going on here.
But on that note, you still need to go out
and win for this whole experiment to work and not
blow up in your face. Tate has to win versus
Chase some Moore who I listen. I know Chase hasn't
been fighting long and he's not necessarily the most technical,
but he's a big dude, He's strong, powerful.

Right, So you still have to win the fight. Oh man,

Tate fighting, but this storyline of Tate coming into the company,
KSI going off on Twitter. I think again, that's more storyline,

but there might be some real feelings behind it, just

one shots KSI's way again, does this mean they're gonna
try to have KSI sit out come back for a
big time fight in the future. Are they gonna set
Andrew up for a big time fight potentially if he's
going to get past more against people from outside of
the company. I wonder what does this mean for Misfits
relationship with the Zone because I know the Zone has

a lot of influence as to who they let on
their platform. And Andrew Tate again massively controversial, has been
banned off a lot of platforms.

Will he be allowed to be on this? Is this
Misfits going in a different dic? I don't know.

I think it was a five year deal or we
we're still two years left in it, so I don't know.
