Speaker 1 (00:00):
Pretty. This is Paris. Ye hey everyone, we are back
with another fan question. Do you have any tips from
newlyweds and their first year of marriage? How do you
(00:20):
manage your time between work and quality time with Carter?
So my tips for any newlyweds in their first year
of marriage is definitely to make time for each other.
I know that life can get really busy with work
and everything happening, but it's always important to make date
nights and celebrate. For me, I love doing month anversaries.
(00:40):
Every month we celebrate the anniversary of the first day
that we started dating or kissed. Yeah, ours is November nine,
two thousand nineteen, So every twenty nine of the month
is the monthversary and we celebrate and he gets me
presents and writes some beautiful card and I write him
a car and sometimes get him a resent, but usually
(01:03):
he always he never forgets and so sweet. So doing
romantic things is really cute. And like writing each other
a little love notes and like hiding them and they'll
find them at like work. Sometimes I'll do that because
Carter goes to bed really early and I'm such a
night owl, so sometimes I'll make a cute collage or
like write a card and put it like on his
(01:26):
desk where his computer is, so when he opens his computer,
he'll get a surprise. So that's really cute to do.
And doing nights where you like cook with each other
like we do like Taco Tuesdays sometimes where I make
like these sick tacos living tacos which are so good.
(01:46):
And did that actually last night with my new cookware collection.
It's so cute. Check it out right now on Amazon.
There's so many cute like pink pots and pans and
just like all these cooking applies is that are like
paras eased and they're just adorable. And I'm so excited
and happy because we are the number one cookwear line
(02:06):
on Amazon. So thank you guys for UM loving it
and UM love seeing all of your pictures and videos
and social media, so keep posting them with hashtag cooking
with Paris. What else? How do you manage your time
between work and quality? Till with Carter Um. We both
work so hard. We um. You know, Carter is running thirteen,
(02:30):
which is his venture capital firm, so he is constantly working,
and then I'm running all of my businesses and eleven
eleven Media, my media company and just everything else I
have to do. So um yeah, we definitely are both
always working, but we always are making time for each
(02:51):
other by really trying to align our schedules. So in advance,
we'll look at our schedules and if he has a
meeting in a different country or city, um, I'll look
on my schedule to see if I can do a
meeting there, or do you there, or a perfumer parents
or whatever. So you can just like utilize our time
(03:12):
as much as possible and be able to do work
as well. And our weekends, we love our weekends just
I don't even really go out during the weekend of
unless I have to for work. Um, So we love
our weekends at home just with the animals, all of
the dogs and the kitty and chilling with them and
(03:32):
playing in the backyard and going to like the Melrose outpost.
It's like this little flea market thing I love to
go to on Sundays sometimes, so cute and just buying
all these random things. And I don't know, I love
to support small businesses, so it's just really nice to
see all these really creative people making all these cool
(03:54):
things and supporting them. Um. And what else do we do. Look,
we chill, we watch Netflix, we watch TV. Um, we
watched The Simple Life, We watch Paris and love on Peacock. Yeah,
we just like do normal things. Um so yeah. I
think it's just important just to keep the romance and
(04:16):
all that and just make it fun and be best friends.
Um So yeah, that's my advice to newlywed's. So if
you have any other questions about dating or your marriage
or whatever, let me know and put them on This
is Paris Podcast Instagram. So hope everyone is doing great
(04:38):
and it's happy and um I will see you soon.
