Speaker 1 (00:01):
This is Paris. Hey everyone, we're back with another fan question.
You are ageless. Thank you. Do you have any beauty
tips that you can share, including your skincare routine. Have
(00:23):
you ever struggled with acne before or have you always
had clear, glowing skin? Well, thank you so much. And
um my beauty tips I actually got from my mom
when I was eight years old. She really explained to
me the importance of skincare and just showing me like
her whole skincare routine about make sure to always wash
her face, put on different serums, and I cream and
(00:49):
ice cream and neck cream, decoltage cream, all of that. Um. So,
I've always used the best beauty products my entire life.
And number one thing she allo I said, was to
stay out of the sun. So I've always been very
careful about going in the sun. And my skincare routine
is literally like another level. There's so many differen um steps.
(01:15):
But I love skincare and I'm obsessed with it and
I think it's important always Like I said, to cleanse
off all your makeup at night, make sure it's all
off your eye makeup, and don't rub your eyes too
hard because the skin around your eyes is so delicate,
so you want to make sure to get like an
(01:35):
eye makeup remover or something that is gentle on your
skin and you're not you know, rubbing it too hard
and using like Q tips or like cotton balls and
like rubbing around very gently and getting everything off. And
then it's always great to find like an amazing serum
um that is either for like moisture and then hydration
(02:00):
and glowing skin. And I like to also do different
facials like oxygen facials or light therapy where you lay
under the red light for collagen or blue light um
which will just keep your skin looking perfect and glowing um.
(02:21):
And then also make sure to always put like I
cream under your eyes and over your eyes, and then
you can also spray with like rosewater miss that's always
really good for your skin, and then apply the face
(02:41):
cream and then also make sure to go on your
neck and your chest because it's always important. People I
think forget and they only do their face, but it's
important to do all of those areas. And um, I
love the fourio. It's like this really it's called like
an eye tapper, and you like put it around your
eyes and it taps around so it gets away if
(03:03):
there's any puffiness. Um So, that's really great, especially after
long fights. Another thing for so, if you feel like
your skin looks puffy, like, put a bunch of ice
inside of a big bowl with water and then you
like put your face in it for as long as
you can so it's just like it's really cold and frozen. Um,
(03:27):
not too long like whatever, like twenty seconds, and you
could do that a couple of times, and that will
really help with just making your skin just less puffy. Yeah,
those are my skin tips and my skin caroteen and
I'm very lucky that I I've been lucky with my
skin and I have not struggled with that before. Um So,
(03:49):
I think that just goes back to again just really
making sure the makeup is always off and putting on
the right products. So yeah, if you have anywhere questions
about beauty tips or skincare or makeup, make sure to
put them on the This is Paris podcast comments section
and maybe I'll answer them during one of these fan
