Speaker 1 (00:01):
This is Paris. Hey guys, it's Paris, and we're back
with another episode. So today I'm gonna be answering a
fan question. What is your favorite holiday in season? What
(00:21):
sort of family traditions do you have around the holidays?
Mm hmm, it's like a tie between Halloween and Christmas.
I just I love Halloween obviously because I love to
dress up and it's just so much fun to costumes,
and I love candy. And Christmas I love because it's
(00:43):
just such a happy time and just being with my family.
And I love like going to Aspen and being in
the snow and just I don't know, it's just so
beautiful just to have that like Christmas music, and I
don't know, like the smell of like Christmas trees and
(01:05):
the presents obviously, and I love all like the family meals,
Like every year we do Christmas dinner and my mom
invites like her friends and our whole family come and
my mom it's an amazing cook and cooks delicious turkey
and stuffing and it's just amazing. Um, I need to
(01:29):
actually get her recipes. I'm going to start having to
do that one day soon. Um. And one of our
family traditions that we always used to do is since
we are little, we always used to go to Hawaii
every year for Christmas and we would stay at the
Grand Wileia, which is an amazing property. And I just
(01:52):
love going there and going on like the water slides
and going scuba diving and surfing and just being in
the ocean. It's just so nice to be somewhere tropical
as well during Christmas. And then sometimes we'll switch it
up and go somewhere cold, like Aspen. But I love
going to Hawaii. It just brings back lots of memories.
(02:14):
And I can't believe that Christmas is about to come
up soon. This year as went so fast, um, so
I have to start preparing for the holidays. Have to
go shopping and oh my god, I need to go
to Christmas tree and decorations. Carter and I just moved
into our new house, so I feel like this is
(02:39):
past years. We've always been traveling, so we haven't really
even done like our own Christmas tree yet, so this
will be like our first real Christmas at our new
beautiful home. And so excited to decorate for that. And
I love to cook and make gingerbread houses and decorate
cookies and have my little knee says come over really
(03:01):
Grace and Teddy, and yeah, I can't wait to I've already.
I actually have so many gifts for them already. Every
time I go to like a baby store, I get
them things because there's so many cute little things for
little girls. And something cool that my family used to
do for some of our Christmas parties was have the
real snow brought in so it would just be covering
(03:24):
like the whole front of the house and the back
where you could like sled down like it feels like
a real snow slope, but it's in l a um.
So yeah, that was another fun thing that we used
to do that I loved. And yeah, just being together
(03:44):
and again I love my mom is such an amazing cook,
so it's fun to be with her in the kitchen
and just to like learn new things and eat and yeah,
so let just start prepping for Christmas in at the
new house and look forward to spending time with my
family and m Yeah, let me know if you guys
