Speaker 1 (00:01):
I Am Paris.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Welcome to I Am Paris. I'm so excited to jump
into this new season of the podcast with you. I
will have some of my closest friends and family to
dive deep into their past, present, and future. You'll learn
things you never knew about them, and we'll have so
much fun along the way. My very first guest is
someone I happen to know very well, my husband, Carter.
I'm so excited for you to get to see a

(00:33):
different side of him and learn about what made him
who he is today. So let's get started.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
Thanks for having me. I just want to ask you,
did you want to have me? Or did they make
you have me?

Speaker 1 (00:42):
I wanted to die?

Speaker 3 (00:43):
Okay, good, all right, that I'm ready. I've never been
on your podcast, so this is exciting for me.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Well, this is the first episode of this new one. Yeah,
you're the first guest actually on.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
All right, Well then, I'm that's it's a tradition exactly.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Well, I just want to say that I love you so.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Much, all right that when my wife gets shy when
she's interviewed me for her podcast.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
I'm weird.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Okay, do you want to see the object that I brought?
Because you told me to bring an object. Do you
you want to guess or should I just show it too?

Speaker 1 (01:25):
What?

Speaker 3 (01:26):
Well, my object is yes, yes, you all may just
show it too.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
Oh you can describe it and then show it.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
Yeah, with you, I do have. I'm trying to figure
out if you're guessing. Are you guessing? Is it a
diamand no, I'm guessing that might be your objects?

Speaker 1 (01:45):
No, all right, I'll show you mine.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
I brought our Christmas onesies because this is the onesie
that you wore when you came to see my family
in Michigan. And I still remember how much fun I
was having with my family. Oh I knew how special
you were. You looks so cutesy in it. And now
it's your tradition and I can't wait with the new
cutesie Crew Phoenix and then London one day to all

(02:12):
we're our matching onesies at the holidays.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Oh so cute, so many memories from this family tradition,
new one.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
We're going to be that family that matches, whether it's
onesies or outfits.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
What do you think? Definitely? Did you get any matching
ones for our first family trip?

Speaker 3 (02:31):
For the first family trip? No matching. It's hard for
a newborn. I've found based on my online shopping to
find total matching outfits, they usually start at like one
years old, a lot more matching. The labor can doesn't
make you know. Swimsuits for Talblet for three or three
month olds.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
I actually went shopping with my mom the other day
at Sacks and got these little cute like swim trunks
that have octopuses on them, and it's for someone who's
three months Really yeah, so cute.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
So baby P and I have matching octopus swim shorts.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Yes, I love that. Do you like my object? Yes?
So sweet. We have to get new ones for this year.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
Like different people probably don't realize that you were onesies
around the house, even when it's not the holidays. They're
just so comfortable you have such a cute button them. Thanks,
don't be shy. No one's listening.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Are they listening? Yah?

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Of course they're listening. Sorry, So what's your object?

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Here's mine? Oh?

Speaker 3 (03:36):
How did I know it is going to be diamonds?

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Diamonds are a girl's best friend?

Speaker 3 (03:42):
So how does that remind you of us or me
or love?

Speaker 1 (03:48):
This one was for one of our month aniversaries.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
It's quite a diamond necklace for a month anniversary.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Remember when we flew to San Francisco. Yep, that one
I love. That was a big month. Yes, and then
this one that you got me for Christmas this year.
I love this so beautiful. So this just reminds me
of what beautiful gifts that you give. You have very

(04:20):
good taste, You're very generous and sweet.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Are these hints for next month's anniversary?

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Yeah? I almost here in a couple of days, So yeah,
you're thinking of any gift ideas. I like this.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
You're very basic in that sense. Just diamonds and channel
and puppies and puppies. Okay, yeah, thank you for those.
Of course. I love you more than anything in the world.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
I love you so much.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
So what are we going to talk about today? I'm excited.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Well, you have some mood boards.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
So you made this whole mood board for me.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
It's pretty cool, you know me and my mood boards.
You love your arts and crafts. Remember how I always
joke I thought I thought you were secretly going to
enter into a seventh grade science fair when we first
started dating, because I've never seen somebody with so much
poster board then I realized it was all for your
mood boarding.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
I just love it. I love closeing, mood boarding, glitter.
It's fun, and I love all these old photos or
so many memories so fun.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
All right, where should we start?

Speaker 1 (05:34):
Let's start with I always told my friends that what
before I was with you, I would be like, Oh,
I wish I could meet like a nice Midwestern boy
like Paris or not, like we live in la Like
you have to like go to the middle of nowhere
to find someone like that. So I'm so happy that.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
I was right here the whole time.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
Paris.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
You didn't even look at me. It's kidding. Maybe I
didn't try hard enough to get your attention all those
years we knew each other.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
Timing is everything, I agree. So let's go back to
where it started. You're from a very small town. How
many people? Yep.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
I grew up in a little small town called Wayne,
about an hour outside Chicago and lived on a dirt
road on ten acres. The town has one four way stop,
no stop lights, one gas station, and one post office.
We actually had to go every day and get our
mail from the post office, like walk there. No, we
had cars there at Paris. Yeah, it was a modern invention.

(06:34):
It was very exciting. Even cars go on dirt roads.
But we did get milk delivered by glass bottles.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
And how many people were in the town? Eight hundred?
That's it. Yeah, that's like smaller than Altus, Arkansas.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
What do you think the chances are a kid from
a dirt road in a town of eight hundred people
would marry Paris Hilton? You think I have a better
shot at that or winning the power Ball.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
Power long Powerful.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
You're a lucky guy.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
I am an extremely lucky guy. What's what's my credit card?
Saying luckiest man in the world, luckiest man alive. That's
my credit card, that's my company name.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
Love it, I love it. So eight hundred people? And
what did you do in the town. There's nothing to
do except the gas station.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
There's a mall nearby. Like every you know teenager, the
mall is the hot place. I had enough money, maybe
hit the movie theater. But I mostly just played a
lot of sports growing up. I played a ton of soccer,
a ton of basketball. I was basically either studying or
playing sports and hanging out with my family.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
It was perfect. And what did you guys do? To
celebrate the holidays. Is there any like special tradition that
your mom always planned.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
Yeah, so we'd have all my mom's relatives come to
our house for Thanksgiving. My mom would hire a magician,
a yoga instructor. And this is like twenty years ago.
No one knew what a yoga instructor was, so it
was quite comedic to you yoga with the entire family.
And then Christmas, Yeah, we'd always get a tree and
decorate it, count up who got the most present. My

(08:13):
sister always got the most presents. But it was awesome.
It was just nice to grow up there. It's very simple.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
Did you guys ever a fight growing up? Brothers and sister?
Not much.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
My brother and I played a lot of sports together
and we both looked out for my sister, so I'm
not proud of it, but we've shot some suitors with
BB guns and done quite a few things to protect
her over the years.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Nice. I'm glad that London will have Phoenix to do
that for her.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
I'll teach him the BB gun trick for any boyfriends
we don't like.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
No, not that trick.

Speaker 3 (08:46):
Okay, these are some awesome photos, by the way, Yeah,
I know you're a really good soccer player.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
So what were you like in high school?

Speaker 3 (08:59):
A good question. What was I like in high school?
I was a star athlete, so it wasn't unpopular.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
I got straight a's.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
And yeah, my brother and I used to throw great
parties at our house because it was back in the woods,
so that maybe us more popular. So it was fun, nice,
very very typical American public high school.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
What were your favorite subjects in school?

Speaker 3 (09:29):
Probably math? I was a math geek. I was a
math geek. I was always always doing well in math.
But I did get straight a's, so it was kind
of like splitting hairspears.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
I always hated math. Not your jam yet, it doesn't
go with the superpower. No. I liked art music class.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
The other thing we used to do in high school
all the time was we'd go TP houses. That was
our favorite thing.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
I love doing that.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
Yeah, egging cars and tpeing houses.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
They all that. Back in the day. My sister and
I did that TP. The egging cars was a little
more dangerous.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
We had this back road we would walk in the
woods twenty minutes after my parents were sleeping.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
After we'd sneak.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
Out and we'd take eggs, and when cars would go
on this back road, we'd throw an egg at it
and then you would hear them slam on their brakes,
and then we'd run, like holy hell back to the house.
It was pretty fun, except about ten percent of the
time that people actually chased us, and that was scary.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
They probably knew, like, this is the only house.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
Yeah, exactly, we left. We basically left breadcrumbs back to
our front door. Yeah yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
And then you moved to New York, took it to Columbia. Yeah,
went to Columbia.

Speaker 3 (10:41):
My brother went to Columbia played soccer, and so I
saw how much funny he was having in New York City,
and so I just thought it would be perfect to
go to school in New York. Everyone thought I was
going to go to Harvard, and I was debating between
Columbia and Harvard, but decided I much preferred New York
over Boston.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Agreed, agreed Boston to in New York.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
To be honest, Harvard's colors are like Crimson, not nearly
as cool as baby Blue.

Speaker 1 (11:07):
For Columbia, they're both cool. I went to Harvard when
I got this Woman of the Year award. Oh, we
did like this whole like ceremony and I do like
a speech. And then we went out that night with
all the Harvard people and.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
Like they must have lost it over you in the
Harvard campus.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
Yeah, that's fun.

Speaker 3 (11:27):
Do you have any old like a Harvard sweater you
can wear it for like date nights in or something.
Do you like the dorky student thing?

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Yeah? Oh that's hot all right? Note to self loves that.
Were you in a fraternity?

Speaker 3 (11:44):
Uh? Yeah, I was the kid a Columbia. Basically Thursday nights,
I would do keg stands in the fraternity. When I
was around Columbia, I would study, hang out at the fraternity.
I lived in the fraternity house, but fraternities aren't that
big of Columbia. And then the rest of the time
I would go to museums in New York.

Speaker 1 (12:09):
Do you remember the first time we met? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (12:11):
I think we met at your Halloween party. I think
somehow somebody's came with somebody, probably what fifteen years ago.
Then we'd always run into each other around La Coachella.
Do you know what you were wearing?

Speaker 1 (12:25):
I don't know. Every Halloween I usually wear like eight
different costumes. Yeah, so it's hard to remember.

Speaker 3 (12:30):
So fifteen years times eight costumes, that's a lot to remember.
On that one night, you didn't notice me what you
were wearing, right, No, exactly. I think I had to
think of what I was wearing. Back then. I used
to recycle my Superman outfit a lot. Time might have
and going Clark Kent Superman. I love the glasses.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
M h.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
I remember your friend told you that they thought I
was dorky. Right, yes, you'd think I was dorky.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
I thought you were WHOA, I don't I thinel like
a hot nerd?

Speaker 3 (13:03):
Like a hot nerd? Can I be like a whole
smart guy?

Speaker 1 (13:08):
I'm an undercover nerds. It's not a bad thing to
be a nerd.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
I remember early in our relationship, I'd always be on
my laptop working. You're like, oh, it's so sexy you're
always working. I'm like, I'm going to need you to
put that in writing to see if three years from now,
but true to form, you still respect. I think you
love me so much because I work so hard. Right, well,
we both work so hard.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
That's it's nice to be with someone who's also working hard,
so they're not always being like, oh, you're not paying
attention to me. It's like working, but we're always like
talking with each other about everything, and I just feel
lucky to have someone who's my best friend. I can
ask for advice, and I just I'm grateful to have

(13:49):
you by my side. Been on November twenty ninth, twenty nineteen,
you're in the Hamptons, and that's when you finally got
the girl of your That.

Speaker 3 (14:01):
Is absolutely true. Should I tell how we met or
how we yes.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
I've heard you tell the story a billion times, but
you can well do you want to hear it a
billion in one time? Yeah, I'm going to hear it
probably a trillion times.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
In definitely a trillion times. It never gets old. It's
the day I got the women of my dreams.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
Tell me again.

Speaker 3 (14:20):
I love the story, all right, I see now we're talking.
I didn't know you were coming to my sister's mother
in law's house, and all of a sudden you.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
I didn't know I was coming either, Really, no I was.
I thought you came to see me. No, no, I was.
I wasn't even supposed to go to the Hamptons. First
of all, because I hadn't been there in fifteen years.
Because every holiday I was usually traveling and working for
one of my fragrances or businesses, or before I was

(14:50):
with you, I was traveling over two or fifty days
out of the year. So this was the first like
Thanksgiving I'd been home to and so long, and I
was at lunch with my mom. So she went to
some party for lunch. It was like a Thanksgiving luncheon.

(15:10):
And then after my dad wanted to go home, and
so did my little brothers. And then she's like, do
you want to stop by Dana Hammond's house with me
on the way home. And she thought I would just
say no, because usually I would. I was like, yeah, sure,
I don't know why. I like okay. And then I
remember walking in and just seeing you sitting there at

(15:32):
the table and you said this big smile and your
eyeballs were popping out of her head.

Speaker 3 (15:38):
My eyeballs were popping out of my head.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
No in a bad way, like in like a way
like like in the cartoon, and you like love me.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
They started like yeah, and they start exploding. Yeah yeah,
I remember then I as soon as I saw you
walk in, and I was so surprised. I turned to
my brother and I said, will you run interference? For
me for five minutes, and then I remember we were
chatting and you're like, oh, I'm going to see the
Dalai Lama in two weeks. I remember I said to you,
oh my gosh, you should totally give me your new number.

(16:07):
I know somebody who's going on that trip. I'll introduce you.
To be honest, I didn't know anyone on that trip,
but I figured I could figure it out once I
had your number. And then you left, and all day
long we were texting little lightning bolts, little winky faces,
little sparkles, and I remember you came back for dinner
and I was helping my mom to the table. My

(16:29):
sister's husband has so many brothers. They are all like, oh, Carter, I'll.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Sit next to you.

Speaker 3 (16:32):
And I was like, no, no, no, this seat's taken.
They're like, no, it's not taken. I'm like, no, it's taken,
and you finally sat down next to me. Then it
was about halfway during the meal. The housekeeper walked over
and said, miss Hilton, Miss Hilton, there is something wrong
with the food you're not eating. And I'll never forget this.
You said, I don't like to eat in front of

(16:54):
cute boys. And I'm like, so you're saying there's a chance. Yes,
And then fifteen minutes later you asked me to get
some fresh air. I actually thought we were just going
for fresh air. If you remember, I turned the corner
and you immediately kissed me. And my life has never
been the same since then. Yes, why'd you kiss Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (17:18):
I loved it? Are you kidding me?

Speaker 3 (17:20):
Paris Hilton kissed me at Thanksgiving dinner. It was like
a kid in a candy store. Why did you kiss me?
You just knew that you wanted to kiss me.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
I wasn't even looking today anyone. I'd been single for
like a year over year, and I was not looking
for anyone, But like, I just felt like this I
don't know, connection with you, like all day long. I
was so excited and when we were texting all day
and then I was just like looking you up and
like watching all your interviews and like he's so smart,

(17:52):
and I just thought you were so sweet with your
mom and your family, and I could just see that
you were kind And it was just like a different environment,
you know, when you see people everywhere. We're always at
events or parties or clubs or places like that, so
it's always a lot of music and a lot of
flashing cameras and just things around, so it's hard to
ever really speak to someone like so at a house

(18:16):
in the Hampton's where it's just chill and only it
was only my mom and I and then your family,
it was like a chance to like actually get to talk.
And I just had like such a crush on you
right away, and I'm so excited to go back to
dinner that night, and the whole time I was like,
I can't wait to make out with him.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
Well, I am glad, Paris that you made out with me,
and my life has never been the same, the most
amazing way since you kissed me that day.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
So happy that I did.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
And we still kiss a lot, don't Yeah, people don't
realize how much we cuddle and kiss.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
Do you think they do?

Speaker 3 (18:54):
We're like serious cuddling and kissers. That's our favorite thing.
We never leave the house. You basically cuddle, kiss and
play with baby b mm hmm. The simple bubble baths
every night. Bubble every night. Yeah, where Yeah, we're very
habitual bubble bath user.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
I just feel like timing is everything, and it was
perfect timing because I had just finished filming my documentary
and I had just been through this whole experience of
self discovery and figuring out who I was and also
just talking about so much trauma that I went through,

(19:34):
and I just felt like I had such huge walls
around my heart and you pulled those walls down and
let me feel safe. And You've just been so kind
and supportive and I have changed my life in so
many ways, and I'm just so feel so lucky so

(19:54):
found you at the perfect time and the best there's
You're such a big heart, and you're so sweet and
caring and loving and always lifting me up and making
me feel like my best version of myself and have

(20:15):
made me grow in so many ways and grow up
and just building this beautiful real life together. And I've
never had a partnership, friendship relationship like this where it's
just like we are one and we're team and we're
always going to be together. And I'm just like no

(20:36):
longer afraid because I just know that you got me,
you'll always watch after me, and you're the best dad
of Phoenix. And I can't wait for our baby London,
for our cutesy crew, cute see crew, and it's just amazing.
So thank you, honey. I love you so much. I
love you so much.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
What I love about us, like you were saying, is
that we truly just make each other the best version
of ourselves. And we're such good lovers and friends and
teammates and now parents to BABYP. But I always tell
you this, I am just so incredibly proud of you.
Your humility, your intelligence, your laughter, your dancing, your kindness.

(21:18):
There is only one of you on the planet and
it's what your fans love about you all day long
as they get to see this sparkle and this magic.
But I get to see it every single day. We
dance while we're doing taco Tuesdays, we kiss in the bath,
We help each other on work stuff, We support each other.
And there is a reason why I'm my credit card.

(21:40):
It says luckiest amount Alive because sometimes people have to
be reminded of.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
How lucky they are.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
But I wake up every single day knowing I'm literally
the luckiest man alive because I still don't know why,
but you chose me.

Speaker 1 (21:56):
Love you, I love you.

Speaker 3 (22:05):
The photo that makes me laugh when I look at
this mood board is the Merman. Yes, I was so
excited we were dating. You're obviously the queen of Halloween,
and I still remember you turn to me and you're like,
should we do a couple outfit?

Speaker 1 (22:20):
And I was like, oh, hell yeah. It was our
first Halloween.

Speaker 3 (22:24):
Yeah, and I was so excited because you have such
iconic Halloween outfits. And now I look at that photo
and I think to myself, she must have been testing
how much I love her because she made me go
as a Merman in public with paparazzi. I mean, You're
outfit was great, but I mean, does the world really
need a Morman?

Speaker 1 (22:45):
No, it was supposed to be an Aquarius because I
was an Aquarius. Whatever you made me, I mean, just
look at me.

Speaker 3 (22:52):
I look like a smurf that you know is only
half blue.

Speaker 1 (23:00):
That was just mean, Well, thank you were an Aquarius man,
and we couldn't find anything else. We just got those leggings.
And then the paint person came over.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Yeah, can you just admit now that that was a
little mean to make me be the Murman on our
first couple Halloween. We we've elevated since then, but that
was that was a test of the relationship to see
how much I love you.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
Just be honest, was it? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (23:27):
You knew if I went as the Murman then we
were going to be forever.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
No. I just I had like eight costumes that year,
and I just didn't have time to really get yours
sounds right?

Speaker 3 (23:41):
Can we talk about the wedding for a second. Yeah,
So was it the fairy tale you always wanted?

Speaker 1 (23:47):
Yes, everyone's to this day always a saind. It's the
best wedding they've ever been to, so much fun. I
love that we did three nights. I'm so grateful that
we did wedding on a Thursday. I just did that
part first.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
That was your idea. That was such a great idea.
We remember we were in Safari. We were brainswimming with
my brother and my mom and we came up. You
came up with the idea for the Thursday wedding, and
you came up the idea for the carnival.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
That was a good brainstorm session. Yeah, because I feel
like that's the most stressful part. So it's great to
get that over first and then celebrate the whole rest
of the weekend and not be stressed.

Speaker 3 (24:30):
I love walking around the house just looking at the
digital frames that we have and seeing how stunning. You
looked as a bride. Thinking about all the memories from
that day.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Oh, such a beautiful wedding. All my outfits were amazing,
they were stunning. You were stunning. Oscar did a good job.
I loved an Oscar dress so stunning.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
Someone came up to me the other day when I
was at the airport.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
You weren't with me. He said, are you Paris Hilton's husband.

Speaker 3 (24:56):
I was like, oh no, and they said, I love
your wife. WO said, I know, well because I was
trying to get to a flight, and your fans are
your fans, but I was trying to go incognito so
I could get on a flight to New York. And
she said, oh, your wife is so iconic. I've been
in love with her since I've been twelve. And she said,
I told my fiance, if he doesn't ball the whole time,

(25:18):
I'm going down the aisle.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
And he doesn't really care. So many people have said
that to me.

Speaker 3 (25:24):
Yeah, I did not stand a chance. Watching the video back,
it wasn't like mild tears. It was like, I was
just so excited to marry you. I mean, how awesome,
so awesome. I thought it was awesome. It was so magical.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
I was so nervous because Holden was crying and hysterics
and screaming, and I was like, oh no, Like I
was like, I hope people don't think that's me back
here screaming like that. They thought they would confuse you
with a three year old. Well, because I was about
to walk out and then he was supposed to walk
out before me, and he was just screaming so loud,

(26:04):
so I could know that that was just going through
the whole wedding. So I was like, I don't know,
you know me, Yeah, I do tell you.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
I don't think I've ever asked you what was If
you had to pick one moment from the wedding that
was your favorite memory, what would it be? Should I
start with.

Speaker 1 (26:23):
My Oh, I'm thinking I was going to say the
Neon Carnival because it was just so much fun and
we were all dancing and it's living. But even more
amazing part was doing my vows, even though because I
was I literally was writing them up until the point

(26:43):
when I was like literally walking on the aisle and
then just I don't know, kind of throwing the vows
to the floor and just speaking for my heart and freestyling.
I thought that was awesome. And just the moment, like
walking down the aisle and like looking at you and
you're standing there crying, and it was so sweet. And

(27:04):
just seeing everyone in the room so happy, and being
in the wedding gown and just feeling like a princess.
It was just such a magical moment. It's like hard
to describe your vows were. Your vows were just amazing.
I think what I loved about the ceremony was although

(27:27):
the wedding could have been kind of very stuck up
in fancy, it was just so playful and fun. It
was still elegant and filled with love.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
But you know when I tried to kiss you before
I was allowed to kiss you and you threw your
vows aside. When you grabbed the microphone and gave an
impromptu speech later, it was just so.

Speaker 1 (27:47):
Us m hm, so cool. And to have Kim Petra
singing Stars Are Blind that was iconic, so iconic. That
almost made me cry before I really I couldn't.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
I couldn't make you cry well, no day, but just
hearing your own music almost made you cry.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
Yeah, explain yourself, because I made a promised myself that
I was not going to cry walking down the aisle,
because then I'd have Miss Scara all over and ruin.

Speaker 3 (28:14):
No, we talked about that. You said, promise me you
won't cry.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
I told you.

Speaker 3 (28:21):
I can't make you that promise, and I'm not going
to go into this marriage lying. I promise you you
should get some waterproof MASc care. I told you I
was going to bawl my eyes and I knew it well.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
I almost cried hearing Kim singing stars are Blind. It
was just and then she started singing Can't help falling
in Love? That was like so iconic. I loved it.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
Can we watch the final episode of Paris Love Season
once soon? I love watching it with you, So we watch.
It's a very odd version of home wedding videos, don't
you think?

Speaker 1 (28:53):
No, our home wedding videos are on peacock. It's amazing.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
Do you ever ask yourselves, Wow, that's weird or that's cool,
or that's iconic that you're these things that you might
think are normal or not normal for most people, Like
most people go get a VCR, get a VHS tape,
pop in their wedding video. You're like, let's put on peacock.
Let's stream our wedding.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Why not? Why not?

Speaker 3 (29:19):
If you can do it, why not? You heard it
here first from Paris Hilton. We're good teammates, aren't we
miss the best? Yeah, nobody. I don't think anyone ever
realizes until they see you in action how hard you work.
There's nobody that works harder than you. We'll call it
a tie between us since it's not a competition since
we're teammates, but you work so incredibly hard.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
I love and respect you so much. Thank you, Annie,
so do you. Thanks for listening to I in Paris.
