Think it was about about January six, but I.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
Feel like it was supposed to was supposed to come

I saw when she was talking about it. I was like,
Yaminika is crazy.

all over the internet with everybody trying to figure out
who his singer is?

Speaker 5 (02:35):
Wait, wait, wait, wait? Which one was your video?

Speaker 9 (02:38):
The New Year's proposal and everybody trying to figure out
who's singing and talking about why didn't we hire jagget
Edge or why didn't we play it over the speaker?

Speaker 5 (02:46):
I didn't see that. Let me go look that up. Okay,
but go ahead.

Speaker 10 (02:49):
People are saying about the negative things told her about
her special moment, and just want to say to you, baby,
I love you and I just want you to be happy.

Speaker 9 (02:58):
You ignore the negativity.

Speaker 7 (03:00):
Were gonna make it all right?

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Well, listen, you know what I'm gonna do for you, Ray,
I'm gonna give you a gift for her, you know,
brought to you by born in Rama, by Valentino Beauty.
I'm giving you this Valentino Beauty perfume, and I think
she deserves that, and so I want to give that
to you for her.

Speaker 9 (03:16):
Absolutely, so far, let me get.

Speaker 5 (03:18):
This video together.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
I'm looking at this right now, Danny said, is he

Why did they say this?

Speaker 3 (03:24):
Okay, well, anyway, well, congratulations to you.

Speaker 9 (03:28):
You know we do listen to it so often.

Speaker 7 (03:30):
Okay, see why we're at work.

Speaker 10 (03:31):
So I'm hoping that she hears this lesson and here
how much.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
I love her, And that's what it's all about, you
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 9 (03:38):
Absolutely, can I stay a moment with you about the
singer though?

Speaker 5 (03:41):
Yep?

Speaker 9 (03:42):
So the singer in the video is actually my cousin. Okay,
it didn't matter who wanted to sing at that moment.
We couldn't get to speak at the place, And it
doesn't matter what anybody has to say. He loved the
moment and we're happy.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
One day it's gonna be funny, but focus on the
actual well being with the love of her life.

Speaker 5 (04:01):
For the rest of her life.

Speaker 9 (04:02):
Absolutely, thank you again so much.

Speaker 7 (04:04):
I appreciate all.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
Right, well, enjoy the Born in Roma. That's from the
same collection as the four Born in Roma by Valentino.
Beauty for Her, for Him, for them that was Shina
Light eight hundred and two nine two fifty one fifty.
If you couldn't get through, you can always leave a
message and shine a light during last word and.

Speaker 5 (04:20):

Speaker 4 (04:47):
I am ready for the tea.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
All right.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Well, Brandy is going to be sharing her full story.
She has a new memoir that's coming out this fall.
That is what I am looking forward to.

Speaker 4 (04:54):
What's it called.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
It's currently untitled, but it's going to follow her life
story from her early day growing up in Mississippi to
her launch to start them after her album Brandy, which
was released. You know how old she was when I
came out eight fifteen, she were not close, and then
of course Moesha, then playing in Cinderella, and then becoming
the first black actress to play a Disney princess, and

(05:18):
you know all of that. So it's going to detail
the unimaginable lows that she endured to become her true self,
as well as her experiences with body image, bullying, love
and heartbreak.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
Is it gonna be an audiobook?

Speaker 5 (05:30):
I'm sure, but it's coming out October seventh.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
Because I like to listen and then tell people I read.

Speaker 5 (05:34):
Oh, I mean, you know audible. It's a real thing
right now.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
I like books to even if I do this is
an audiobook, I like to have the book because I
like the look of it. I have bookshelves in my
house and that's my thing. So she said, I hope.
I'm so excited to finally share my full story and
book form. This memoir is the result of countless hours
of reflection, work, and healing. I hope readers will find
comfort and inspiration in these pages.

Speaker 5 (06:00):
I wonder what she's gonna say about ray J.

Speaker 3 (06:01):
All Right, Kanye West is calling out Adidas and Jerry Lorenzo.
He did a posts on social media. Definitely want to
get your take on this. He said, when you google
Yeezy dot com, the Adida site comes before the Yeezy site.
Members that Adidas stopped doing this. Stop doing your move
to hold me back. Our partnership is done. You're a
sixty billion dollar company that froze my accounts now and

(06:21):
back on my feet, and I'm not going to stand
for this. I did phenomenal work for you guys, and
because I stood up for myself, you are tried to
intimidate and oppress me. Everyone remembers I have major issues
with Adidas because of design, theft and oppression.

Speaker 5 (06:34):
Before the tweet.

Speaker 3 (06:34):
Side note, y'all know Jerry was corny and disloyal for
doing work with Adidas after the way they handle things,
so I think.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
I get why he's mapping. At the same time, I
don't know if Adidas is doing it. I think it's
the algorithm that's probably doing it because it's been they've
been affiliated for so long. The way that works with
the album this, I.

Speaker 5 (06:54):
Don't know that Adidas is like, we're going to crush Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
I think it's just stilled mad. I mean they could,
but I wouldn't put it past them, But we don't know.
It could just be like y'all just broke up. Give
it a little bit, all right?

Speaker 3 (07:04):
And Leangelo Ball, first of all, I was tapping lip
service yesterday and bag Fuel Heineken was like, you know
what the hottest song in the streets is right now,
and of course he was talking about tweaker.

Speaker 5 (07:15):
That's LiAngelo ball song. Everybody loves this song.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
By the way, here is a snippet of it in
case you haven't heard it.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
And I heard that you want to show whoa me
who should be? I'm kind of show sounds like could give.

Speaker 11 (07:34):
Us the story if you want to tweet it over
me and I'm gonna show you out there.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
Don't like the money in my.

Speaker 7 (07:43):
Don't know it.

Speaker 4 (07:44):
It's given juvenile vibes right.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
People like that throwback feel of it. And he's gonna
be performing it rolling loud. Is this amazing for Jello,
so shout out to him. But Boosie and money bag
Yo wants to be on the song, so they're trying
to get on. I mean, this is gonna be remixes
and everything. I feel like I've heard this in like commercials.
People are loving this song. So that is your Yet

(08:06):
when we come back about last night, I had quite
a night last night, all right, So before we get
into that, let's hear Somele and Miguel and let's move
it out.

Speaker 5 (08:14):
Here's some lotus flower bombs way up.

Speaker 6 (08:17):
So about last night, Yes, I went down last night.

Speaker 5 (08:24):
I had a night last night.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
Now I can went to this guest hosting today, comedian
comedian who was not in town for my birthday because
he was working in my amen.

Speaker 5 (08:34):
But last night I was filming for Lip Service.

Speaker 3 (08:37):
Shout out to Gg Maguire, to Kim Osario, to everybody
who came through. Our first episode, which is out today
is bag Fuel and that tiny Kin and Esso. They've
been a pair of guest hosting before. They've been on
Lip Service, I've been on air show. They used to
be on My Expert Opinion, that's matth Hoffa's podcast, but
they have parted ways and it was not amicably. So

(09:01):
matth Hafa did come by during their episode to give
me a birthday gift, and things got a little bit spicy.
Like I said, this episode is dropping today, but here's
a little preview of what spontaneously happened.

Speaker 12 (09:14):
I even offered to pay for this show, like whatever
show you come up with, my I will finance it.
Turned down bad fuel to my face, I did. I'm
not gonna sit here and let him tat no more.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
It got very what's the word would I used to
describe this animated?

Speaker 5 (09:40):
Yeah, animated. I like that word animated because it still
sounds friendly. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
I'm trying to be friendly, but you.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
Know, it does get passionate when it comes to people
that you really really had a real friendship.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
With business and business and friendship they don't. They blend
well sometimes but sometimes they don't.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
Yeah, And so this was the first time. This is
not the first time they've seen each other. They ran
into each other and say less felt like they were
going to have some conversations resolved. Things didn't work out,
And so this is their first time actually sitting down
and having a conversation with each other on the record
for people to hear. And when I tell you, this
is all about business, this is about you did this.

(10:21):
You did this, this money here, you bought this contract.
But you'll hear all about it. The other thing we
talked about last night was you know how Dwight Howard
says shack blocks him from opportunities. Yeah, right, And so
we had a conversation about blocking people from opportunities, because
that does happen when you fall out with somebody and
they have relationships and they'll tell someone don't work with

(10:43):
this person. And so you'll hear what comes out of
this conversation because Jim Jones gets mentioned, you know, the
business gets mentioned all around, so you'll get an inside
peak as to what happened. And afterwards they posted pictures
together smiling, so perhaps this was a reconciliation. I know
our producer Dan almost had a heart attack. If you

(11:05):
could have seen his face, he was concerned. Yes, Dan,
it looked like they were going to fight.

Speaker 4 (11:10):
It definitely did.

Speaker 5 (11:11):
I mean people just talk loud when they argue.

Speaker 13 (11:13):
Yeah, it was not loud talking.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
Whether think of the black people are just very passionate
about Dan Between that, there was a lot of experience.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
They're professionals, though, and I think nobody wants to jeopardize
what they have going on, so they may speak passionately,
but it wasn't about to be like that, but tell
us a secret. Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty.
If there's a.

Speaker 5 (11:34):
Secret that you want to tell us, now is the time.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
Y'all know I kem ain't judging nobody because wild life
out there and his secrets should be secrets, but they're
not secrets. Eight hundred two nine two fifty one fifty.
Maybe you have a trilip tale, tell us that you
want to tell us. Eight hundred two nine two fifty
one fifty. Tell us a secret, it's way up.

Speaker 7 (11:54):
This is a judgment freeze one. Tell us a secret.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
It's way up at Angela Yee and my guy Keen
Wedge is guest hosting today.

Speaker 5 (12:01):
Hey, hey, and I know you love this part.

Speaker 13 (12:05):
I do.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
It's my favorite.

Speaker 5 (12:06):
Yeah, because we both really don't judge anybody, I will
say that.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
No, we are very open to you. Live in your dreams.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
All right, Well, let's see how that goes today and
not a miss Carla, tell us your secret.

Speaker 14 (12:15):
Matthew, I am six weeks pregnant.

Speaker 3 (12:18):
Okay, Matthew, Okay, I guess we ain't keeping it a secret?

Speaker 5 (12:22):
Okay. Is Matthew going to be? Is Matthew going to be? Excited.

Speaker 14 (12:26):
Yes he is.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
Congratulations, Yeah, congratulations.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Oh I thought he was about it together for some
baby daddy drama or something.

Speaker 3 (12:35):
But you ain't got no wife or nothing, right, No,
so this this is a drama free Yeah you're.

Speaker 4 (12:41):
Not You're not a mistress or anything.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
Well wait wait wait wait so wait so you are?

Speaker 14 (12:48):
Yes, I am. He has a wife?

Speaker 4 (12:53):
Wait does he wait? Wait wait wait wait wait wait
wait wait, but he's going to be excited.

Speaker 14 (12:58):
Yes, he's got to be excited because he really wants
to leave her, and I feel like this is gonna
put the battery.

Speaker 1 (13:05):
In her back to good.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
Does she know about you?

Speaker 14 (13:09):
She doesn't know about me yet?

Speaker 5 (13:11):
Girl?

Speaker 15 (13:11):
Oh my god.

Speaker 5 (13:12):
So he wants to leave her, why doesn't he?

Speaker 14 (13:15):
I feel like he's just with her because she's really
holding down the fork right now. Because he doesn't have
a job.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
So you just got a kid by it, Okay, a
man man with no job.

Speaker 14 (13:25):
I have my own place, I have, I'm having my
own everything. He could just come over there with me.
I have no problem with that because he is my
father's child. He'll get it together.

Speaker 5 (13:33):
Oh wow, Okay, so this started off over, this started.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
Off really get it together.

Speaker 14 (13:38):
He's just having a rough tim right now. He did,
you know, just be have to gel a few months ago,
so he doesn't have it all the way together.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
He's having a really rough time now that you got
a baby.

Speaker 3 (13:48):
Well, he doesn't know yet. How long have y'all been
together secretly?

Speaker 14 (13:51):
So we've been talking since February of twenty twenty four.

Speaker 5 (13:55):
Okay, so about a year.

Speaker 4 (13:56):
God, that's a long time.

Speaker 5 (13:57):
That's how long has he been married?

Speaker 14 (14:00):
Two year?

Speaker 5 (14:01):
Just come here, yo.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
You cheating? Quit?

Speaker 10 (14:04):
Wait?

Speaker 4 (14:05):
My question is how you think he's.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Gonna be faithful to you if he cheated on his
wife within two months?

Speaker 4 (14:10):
What makes you think he's not gonna cheat on you.

Speaker 14 (14:12):
I feel like I'm different, I have like a different.

Speaker 5 (14:16):
Okay, okay, I.

Speaker 10 (14:20):
Know.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
Well listen, just be prepared to do what you need
to do for your family because it might just be
you and the baby.

Speaker 8 (14:26):
Huh.

Speaker 4 (14:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
I don't think Matt is going to be thrilled about this,
but we appreciate your calling him here.

Speaker 3 (14:32):
Yourself, take care of your yourself during this period of time.

Speaker 5 (14:35):
Thank you for calling. No judgment, thank you. How do
you start calling him Matt like you know him?

Speaker 4 (14:41):
His name is Matthew. Listen, Matt and I.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
I see all right, Well that was tell us a
secret eight hundred two nine fifty one fifty. If you
couldn't get through, you can definitely leave your secret, no
matter what it is.

Speaker 5 (14:53):
And started so sweet that way.

Speaker 3 (14:55):
When we come back, we have your yea tea and
let's do some drake discussions.

Speaker 5 (14:59):
We don't do a lot out of that because.

Speaker 3 (15:01):
We're not so messy, but you know what, we got
some for you guys today in the meantime for the
happy couple.

Speaker 5 (15:07):
Let's play it by Miguel let's way out.

Speaker 6 (15:09):
Sure she's about to blow the lead ab off this,
but let's get it. Oh yeah, Angela's feeling that yea tea.
Come and get the tea.

Speaker 5 (15:16):
And I'm really drinking tea right now.

Speaker 3 (15:18):
And now Keen Wentz is here gets hosted with me
as way you put Angela yee, let's get into that
ye ta tell us with this number one on Billboard's
Top Artist of the twenty first Century charts. Okay, okay,
you want to know who else is on that list?
Number ten? I sure, okay, Why he made a face,
I say, okay, like.

Speaker 4 (15:36):
That, I thought he'd be higher.

Speaker 5 (15:37):
Okay, all right, that's fair enough.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
Number nine was Bruno Mars, who, by the way, just
ended his residency in Vegas that he had a nice
long residency.

Speaker 5 (15:46):
A number eight justin Bieber.

Speaker 7 (15:49):
Okay, what are these?

Speaker 4 (15:51):
Other thought he'd lower?

Speaker 5 (15:54):
Number seven Beyonce really thought she'd be higher.

Speaker 4 (15:57):
I definitely thought she'd be higher.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
Number six The Weekend, Okay, Number five Eminem pop nedem
Eminem is it's a century of the set, and yes,
people do. When Eminem puts something out, it still does
numbers like number four, post Malone, number three Rihanna. That's
interesting because she hasn't put out music in so long.

(16:20):
But again, this is for the century, the twenty first century.

Speaker 5 (16:23):
Number two Drake.

Speaker 4 (16:26):
Is Taylor Swift and Drake.

Speaker 5 (16:28):
Yeah, it's Taylor Swift and then Drake and then Rihanna,
then post Malone.

Speaker 4 (16:31):
I mean that tracks. There's a lot of mediocre white
women out there.

Speaker 5 (16:34):
But the fact that.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
As I'm looking at this whole list, she really is
the only white woman on this list, good for her.

Speaker 5 (16:44):
All right?

Speaker 3 (16:44):
Well, anyway, speaking of Drake, he is claiming that this
lead DM about Lebron James cheating. This whole Lebron James
cheating thing is like, everybody thinks that he's about to
like snitch on Lebron and say that Lebron cheated.

Speaker 5 (16:57):
They had such a great friendship.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
And there was this Chris Blake Griffith who I guess
was releasing some dms because he was saying that he
was in a bind and Drake. He was asking Drake
for support and what he thought he should do, and
in the response from Drake, Drake said, me and Universal

(17:19):
is like if Nike was finding a campaign about Lebron
cheating on his wife, not Adidas or Rebock, Nike, the
company he'd been with since he started. My situation, it's
not no street ish because the guy was like, I mean,
what if you know you asked me about about that,
and he compared it to Universal.

Speaker 5 (17:34):
But anyway, they're saying that it's fake.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
And that these are are fake dms. The apparently Chris
Blake Griffith is the person that leaked these dms, and
so I'm not sure what exactly is going on with this,
but you know, he also did a freestyle and people
feel like he was alluding to the fact listen to her.

Speaker 5 (17:54):
That Lebron cheated.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
But Drake, as we just saw, you know, number two
on the list of the the biggest artists for Billboard
for the twenty first century. According to Rolling Loud's co
founder to Reik, he told Big Boy that he wanted
Drake to actually do Rolling Loud.

Speaker 5 (18:12):
Here's what he said.

Speaker 4 (18:13):
I feel like Drake's ducking us.

Speaker 16 (18:14):
Like I love.

Speaker 4 (18:15):
I got no beef with Drake. I like Drake. I
think he's a great artist. Have you been feeling that
for years?

Speaker 8 (18:20):
We were been trying to but this isn't not like
trying to book Clu forever. We even offered Drake three
nights of Drake once. They were like, you need to
make it specially, like, all right, three nights of Drake.
You'd be the headliner for three nights.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
Right, So he said no, Yeah, he didn't want to
do it.

Speaker 5 (18:36):
He didn't want to do three nights headlining Rolling Loud.

Speaker 4 (18:39):
I can kind of see why why, Kendrick.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
Oh okay, I mean that's why you still keep working
and keep you know, all right, well that is your
Yet when we come back, we have the under the
radar stories that you definitely need to know about it.

Speaker 5 (18:53):
These wildfires are crazy.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
I was watching people who I know personally who had
to evacuate their homes. I mean, it is heartbreaking to
see that. We'll talk about its way up.

Speaker 9 (19:05):
News.

Speaker 6 (19:05):
This in the news that relates to you. These stories
are flying under the radar.

Speaker 3 (19:10):
It's the way I put Angela yee, my guy, aqim,
what is guest hosting? Hey boo, let's get into these
under the radar stories. Now this is not under the radar,
but I definitely want to make sure that we are
sending our prayers to everybody who's had to evacuate as
these wind field fires, these wildfires have destroyed homes in
La County.

Speaker 5 (19:26):
This is awful.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
Yeah, Fire officials are in a losing battle. They said
intense winds have spurred the flames, and all the major
fires threatening in the county are zero percent contained. They
burn more than fifty five hundred acres collectively. I saw
people who I even know having to evacuate. Chante Lundy,
who owns Black Girls Sunscreen, she actually was evacuating, and
I saw when she posted the emergency alert that went

(19:51):
out to everybody. They said, there's no possibility of containing
the Los Angeles fires. Firefighters are focused on saving lives instead,
and some win on daring one hundred miles per hour
across southern California. Bulldozers are having to move abandoned vehicles
they piled up because people were evacuating became stuck in
traffic and had to run on foot.

Speaker 4 (20:12):
That's how the fires were.

Speaker 5 (20:13):
Yeah, that's how bad it was.

Speaker 3 (20:14):
They said, if you have to abandon a vehicle, get
it as far off the road as you can so
that emergency vehicles can get by. More than two hundred
thousand homes and buildings are without power in the county,
and so hundreds and hundreds of personnel responding to the
Palisades fires, airplanes, helicopters, bulldozers, water tenders. They're also asking
off duty members of the fire department to call in

(20:36):
to help battle the blaze. So just praying for everybody.
Oh wow, that's having to deal with this all right now.
A quarter of Americans say that keeping their home clean
is more difficult than their full time job, according to
a recent survey. They're saying that Americans look at their
cleaning habits and challenges when it comes to hosting. Because
I did just host it my house on Friday for

(20:57):
my birthday. They said, keeping a tidy house is harder
than their ninth for twenty five percent of people, and
when having guests over, people spend an hour on average
straightening straightening up just before they arrive. People said they
worry guests will notice grimy nooks and crannies while they
were over, and almost half of people confess that they
don't notice how dirty their home is until they have
guests over, but once company is in the house, they

(21:19):
can't unsee their cleaning blind spots.

Speaker 5 (21:22):
So is your house always clean?

Speaker 2 (21:24):
I'm in a studio, girl, No, but I'm but I'm
a studio, but I'm by myself.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
That's part of why sometimes I always see these videos
on Instagram where they're like, oh, where do you live?

Speaker 5 (21:34):
Let me take you inside my house?

Speaker 4 (21:36):
All those fake videos.

Speaker 3 (21:37):
Yeah, And I'm always like, look, you can't just pop
up in my house like that because I got work
to do. All right, Well, that is you're under the radar.
We got the way up mixed at the top of
the hour, and I'm excited for this. Wealth Wednesday's Real
Estate Club is launching tonight, but we're gonna give you
all the information for that today. We have a free
virtual party happening tonight for anybody who's interested. In buying

(21:58):
their first home investing. We're going to help you out.
It's way up, just like the talk like thee Jean
like they and Jeli Jean.

Speaker 7 (22:07):
She's spilling it all. This is yeat.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
Well, it's way up. At Angela yee my guy. A
Kim woodge is here. What's a guess? We all just ate.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
We had some Jasmine's Caribbean and when I tell you amazing,
I need a nap.

Speaker 5 (22:24):
All right, let's get into this yat.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
So, the widow of Stephen twitch Boss responded to a
former Ellen guest who accused her of disgracing her late husband,
and had a lot to say. Also, because I guess
she's been putting out all of his personal information. He
had a journal, and now she is talking about their relationship.

(22:48):
A lot of people feel like she's been trying to
charnish his legacy. Uh and now it seems like there's
a lot of dirt that's coming out.

Speaker 5 (22:55):
Right. So here is what Alison Holker.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
His his widow, had to say.

Speaker 5 (23:01):
When she talked to people.

Speaker 17 (23:02):
I realized Steven had addiction problems and it's something that
I kind of where was I involved in this? And
I had to take some steps for myself to realize,
but it's also not my job.

Speaker 16 (23:12):
To do that.

Speaker 17 (23:13):
It was a really scary moment in my life to
figure that out, but it also helped me process that
he was going through so much.

Speaker 10 (23:21):
Right.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
He has a memoir that's coming out on February fourth,
and it's called This Far, and she's saying that she
found a cornucopia of drugs that he left behind, including
mushrooms and pills.

Speaker 5 (23:31):
He was only forty years old.

Speaker 3 (23:34):
She says that he chose to self medicate and cope
with his depression because he didn't want to put it
on anyone, because he loved everyone so much. Well, now
a lot of his family and close friends are speaking
out against her, and here's what one person, here's what
his brother had to say. Dear Allison, you have lied
for the last time on my brother. He was absolutely

(23:55):
no addict. You will say and do anything for a
dollar an addict. You are the one that was messing
with the cooke and X. I have all the proof
played with somebody safe country boy right here.

Speaker 5 (24:04):
I don't give a f Every person.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
Who knew him knows you're lying and have been doing
dirty crap for a long time and then these questions
came about why did you make his mom sign an
NDA to see her son's body. Why did his closest
friends and family have to sign an NDA to attend
his funeral?

Speaker 5 (24:18):
Why did you lie at the funeral about how every
day was magical? It wasn't. He told me everything.

Speaker 3 (24:22):
You had to try and demonize Nelson, And now I
see why you demonize anyone in his life that found
out the truth about you. You will say his friends
aren't his friends. You would discredit anyone that knows the tooth.
You're a toxic woman. And I truly believe he would
still be alive had he not been married to you.

Speaker 5 (24:40):
And it's a lot more.

Speaker 3 (24:41):
And they're asking everybody to go ahead and screenshot this
and repost it.

Speaker 5 (24:45):
If you loved twitch.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
So wow, I know that's crazy, right, So, and a
lot of the family members have been responding and speaking
of imagine a family member of yours passes and yeah,
and and also somebody puts out a memoir with uh
parts of his journal.

Speaker 4 (25:04):
Yeah that's so that's girls.

Speaker 5 (25:06):
Yeah, that's awful.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
So I'm not sure what's gonna end up happening with this,
But you know, I saw a lot of people speaking
out about this. All right, well that is your Yet
when we come back, we have asked ye eight hundred
and two ninety two fifty one fifty is a number.

Speaker 5 (25:21):

mean any question at all.

Speaker 5 (25:25):

Speaker 3 (25:34):

kem Witz's guest hosting.

Speaker 5 (25:37):

Speaker 3 (25:43):

the line for ask Ye who has asked to remain anonymous.

Speaker 5 (25:48):

Speaker 5 (25:51):

Speaker 4 (25:54):

Speaker 1 (25:55):
So my boy.

Speaker 4 (25:58):

Speaker 1 (26:00):
Or it's recent and it's all the time now, And
I said stuff like, hey, when was your list dinnis
appointment or you want them to go or.

Speaker 10 (26:14):
That up?

Speaker 2 (26:16):
Wait, wait, wait, Okay, So when you when you asked
him about the dinnis appointment, what did he say?

Speaker 6 (26:21):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (26:21):
Yeah, I made one. But that's a lie because I've
been to the dinnist at least three times and you
haven't been yet. But okay, like I don't want to
kiss him. I don't want him going down on me.
It's like this, Yeah, like I'm real big on curious.

Speaker 4 (26:39):
How long have y'all been together?

Speaker 1 (26:41):
Often like ten years?

Speaker 3 (26:44):
It's got to be something like he has a cavity,
maybe he needs a root canal.

Speaker 5 (26:47):
Is it something going on in his.

Speaker 10 (26:49):
Stomach, that's what I said.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
I said, it could be your gut health.

Speaker 4 (26:53):
And what did he say when you said this.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
Oh, I'm fine.

Speaker 3 (26:57):
This doesn't just affect you and him at home. But like,
imagine what people us saying. Where does he have a job?

Speaker 11 (27:03):
Job?

Speaker 5 (27:05):
Everybody knows and it's.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
Just embarrassing and it's not a good look for you
as a as a person to be just a dude
because now everyone's probably wisher behind his back.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
Oh yeah, there goes Tyreek. He's the one with bad breath,
like you know, like.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
It but I could smell it, You could smell it.

Speaker 3 (27:20):
It's not a game. He needs to go and get
this taken care of asap. Tell him that you're concerned
about herself. Tell him all of the things, like it
could be something wrong. You could have ginger vitis, you
could have acid in your stomach, all of these things,
and this is a real health danger for you. This
is also going to affect your work, and it's affecting
our relationship. And if you don't want to do it
for yourself, do it for me. Yeah, did you have

(27:43):
a dinah.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
Have a nickname Crystal?

Speaker 5 (27:47):
Do it for Crystal?

Speaker 4 (27:48):
All right.

Speaker 5 (27:49):
Crystal is suffering.

Speaker 1 (27:50):
Because he's a heat right now because of it.

Speaker 5 (27:54):
Yeah, Crystal is like, look where is this man? And
do not bring that bad breath down here.

Speaker 2 (27:59):
Even if you don't want to say, write them a
cute little letter. If you don't want to actually have
a conversation, write it down and just send.

Speaker 4 (28:04):

It is a Wealth Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (28:34):
So we do have two special guests joining us alongside
Stacy Tisdale.

Speaker 5 (28:38):
We're gonna get into it because.

Speaker 3 (28:39):
We are launching our Wealth Wednesday's real Estate Club today.

Speaker 5 (28:43):
We have a party tonight that you can join.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
Just text party to six eight nine two one five
seven sixty six four for our free virtual learning party
event tonight.

Speaker 5 (28:51):
It's way up.

Speaker 11 (28:52):
I had a dream of wealthy and I don't mind
sharing my wealth dog get you straight financially, mentally and physically.

Speaker 7 (28:59):
This is Wealth Wednesday on Way Up with Angela Ye.

Speaker 5 (29:02):
What's up?

Speaker 3 (29:03):
As Way up with Angela Yee. It's a Wealth Wednesday,
but not just any Wealth Wednesday. We are launching our
real Estate Club, the Wealth Wednesday's real Estate Club, and
of course Stacy tis Day is here with me, and
we have two very special guests here with us.

Speaker 18 (29:17):
We have Saam Ibrahim, who's going to be hearing a
lot about. We have launched this Wealth Wednesday's real Estate
Club with the goal of getting one hundred million dollars
of new real estate into our community.

Speaker 3 (29:29):
And we have Laurence here with us too, and Lawrence
actually worked with you, Sam, right.

Speaker 13 (29:34):
It's correct. Yeah, it's been a year. Yep.

Speaker 16 (29:35):
Started last year around his time. Yeah, he's got an
amazing story. We're so excited to do this. People out
there think that owning a property, owning investment property, own
a home, living is so far and it's unachievable.

Speaker 13 (29:46):
We're here to show you that it's closeer than you think.

Speaker 18 (29:47):
And j Well here today. There's so many creative ways
you can get into real estate without having the money
you think you need to get it, without having the
credit score you think you need. And this you're going
to learn all of that. So we're going to make
it accessible well to everybody. But Saya first tell people
what they're going to actually experience by being in the
Wealth Wednesdays Real Estate Club.

Speaker 13 (30:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 16 (30:06):
So as part of the Wealth Wednesdays Real Estate Club,
you're gonna get not only firsthand knowledge and experience about
all different aspects from the Burr strategy of buying rental
properties and buying them with very little money invested long term.
So you start building your wealth by simply owning property.
You're gonna learn the fix and flip process. We're going
to talk about how to raise money. We're going to
talk about something called whole selling real estate contracts, which

(30:28):
allows you to get involved in real estate and start
making money well actually having to buy properties on firsthand.
You're gonna be able to network networks, probably the biggest
part of it, because you're part of a community that
supports each other, that works together, and Lawrence can speak
on that all day long. You're gonna also get access
to us for Q and A to ask questions, to
guide you if you come across something. Chances are we've
dealt with it before. We've done this a few times, right, once, twice,

(30:51):
maybe fourteen hundred times at that.

Speaker 3 (30:52):
Right now, I'm with Stacy Tisdale, my partner in Wealth
Wednesday and also in the New Wealth Wednesday's Real Estate Club,
alongside I Sam Abraham and one of his mentees, Lawrence Joseph.

Speaker 4 (31:03):
Exactly.

Speaker 18 (31:04):
One of the reasons we wanted to do this with you.
You've done over fourteen hundred real estate transactions. How big
is the portfolio?

Speaker 16 (31:11):
The portfolio is worth over eighty million dollars. We've purchased
over a quarter billion dollars in real estate.

Speaker 3 (31:15):
For just over said, because I want to go to
the hotel, and the Dominican Republican buying a hotel, Yes, and.

Speaker 5 (31:21):
Over six hundred properties. Well, LaRence, I know you were
about to say something.

Speaker 13 (31:25):
Oh no, you was talking about the hotel.

Speaker 16 (31:26):
I said, in three weeks, you'll be able to visit
too hotel because I'm actually closing on the Oh.

Speaker 7 (31:31):
One year in the game.

Speaker 5 (31:32):
Wait, you got back up, back up, back up. You
didn't tell us this.

Speaker 18 (31:35):
You have to tell Okay, Lawrence met Sam in late
twenty twenty three.

Speaker 5 (31:40):
You bought four properties.

Speaker 18 (31:42):
In twenty twenty four, and you didn't use any of
your own money.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
But before you say that, I want to know how
you even knew you could trust Sam and how you
met him.

Speaker 13 (31:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 16 (31:49):
Yeah, So I had been traveling to dr and I
was interested in buying propery over there. So at the
time I stayed in contact with one of the realtors
who were showing us properties. So October twenty three comes around.
There was a hotel that I wanted to purchase, So
I put an offer in and went through the whole
you know, back and forth. But the time the owner
didn't want to do any type of creative or seller financing.
So we didn't do the deal. Okay, two weeks later, no,

(32:12):
maybe like a week later, she called me like, hey,
I know you kind of bummed out you didn't get
the hotel. But I know these three brothers they recently
bought a hotel, you know, a year ago. So end
up calling Siam. We end up talking for like an hour.
He was very open, genuine, shared a lot of information.
Ended up following him after that call, and then in
January of last year, he posted something saying he's starting
a program.

Speaker 13 (32:31):
He's gonna show he got out do real estate.

Speaker 16 (32:32):
I dd him immediately and I asked him, you know
what the process was, and I signed up.

Speaker 18 (32:37):
Really want you also to share with them. He wasn't
like you learned this in one webinar or you learned
this and he went away. He really holds your hand
through the process and brings you through the process.

Speaker 13 (32:46):
Oh yeah, no, one thousand percent.

Speaker 3 (32:48):
All right, it's the launch of the Wealth Wednesday's Real
Estate Club.

Speaker 5 (32:52):
Stacey Tidjell is.

Speaker 3 (32:53):
Here, Saam Ibrahim is here, and we also have one
of his mentees, Lawrence Joseph here. We're talking about real
estate and investing we have more when we come back.

Speaker 4 (33:01):
We had a.

Speaker 11 (33:02):
Dream of wealthy and I don't mind sharing my wealth dog.

Speaker 6 (33:05):
Getting you straight financially, mentally and physically. This is Wealth
Wednesday on Way Up with Angela Yee?

Speaker 5 (33:11):
What's up?

Speaker 3 (33:11):
His way up with Angela Yee. I'm here and Stacey
Tisdale is with me. She's my partner in Wealth Wednesday.
But we also have Sam Ibraham. He is our partner
in the Wealth Wednesday's Real Estate Club. We are launching
this tonight at seven pm a virtual launch party. We
have one of Sam's mentees here, Lawrence Joseph.

Speaker 18 (33:29):
One of the coolest features about this club is each
week people are going to get detted investment opportunities, say
and talk a little bit about that.

Speaker 13 (33:36):
Yeah, absolutely so do.

Speaker 16 (33:38):
We have a large marketing team that goes out there
and looks for these motivated sellers to find great deals,
and we present those deals directly to the members of
the club. So you get first access to these deals
that you can close on. So you get all this information.
You've got learn the fix and clips, you learn the
bird process to buy rental properties, you learn how to
wholesale contracts, and then you say all right, now what
do I do next? Well, you can your first deal

(34:00):

sums out there that you need a lot of money
do real estate. That's all cap right, There's so many
different ways you get into a deal. So as part
of the real Estate Club, you're gonna get this information
firsthand from people that are actually doing deals.

pretty good idea. The only way it is going to

for you is if you actually do it, So you

that too, because I love real estate and I've had
my struggles.

Speaker 5 (35:44):
And challenges and things not go the way that I
went to.
