Speaker 1 (00:01):
Wind Down with Janet Kramer and I'm Heeart Radio podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Welcome to Unmasked and Unwine. Every week we will be
recapping the new episode of season thirteen of The Mass Singer.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
We will be breaking down the show and performances, giving
your guessies to who is under the mask, and also
interviewing judges, contestants, and previous contestants.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
This week, we are kicking off the premiere of season
thirteen with the incredible Robin Thick. This is my husband, Alan, Hi.

Speaker 4 (00:34):
Alan, I love that name. That was my dad's name.
Oh really yeah, and that's my middle name, Robin Allen.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Yeah, I've seen that earlier. But you're like, you'll like
a much more handsome version of Simon Cowe.

Speaker 4 (00:48):
I've actually heard that before.

Speaker 5 (00:50):
Have you realized not the much more handsome part?

Speaker 2 (00:55):
That's so fun? If you're a lot nicer than Simon Cowell.
I'll say that, yes, when it comes to being on
a panel, which is why I love that panel, because
you guys are just genuinely just so nice. You're just
there for fun, you know.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
And that was actually when they when you know, I
went in for the meeting for the show.

Speaker 5 (01:10):
That was what they told me. They said, we don't
want to bring people down. We don't want to criticize.
We want to champion their performances, celebrate their their efforts,
and then try to figure out who they are into
the mask is really the most important thing, not bringing
them down.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
No, for sure, because I mean that's like, as a contestant,
that was such a breath of fresh air. It was
so nice to not be just picked apart. Or It's
like when I did Dancing the Stars, I'm like, I
know I'm not a dancer. I suck, I get it,
you know what I mean. I'm like, I don't need
to be told like I'm not you know whatever.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
So it's like, yeah, and you're putting yourself out there,
you know, you're trying something new in front of the
whole world. It's you know, it's exactly, Yeah, you were.
You were amazing on the show. You were amazed.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
You're so sweet. I mean, it was it was so fun.
But that was I always say now when people ask
me about the show, like how really was it, I'm like,
it was the most fun I've ever had show, like
hands down, because the whole thing is just to have fun.
And it's like and then to have you guys there
and your notoriety and you know how amazing you guys are.
It's just it's just a really everyone just truly wants

(02:13):
to have fun. And I just love that aspect of it.
And that's why, you know, this episode that aired, you know,
the new you know premiere again, it was like I
was watching it just smiling and like, I just I
love that.

Speaker 5 (02:24):
And that's the old testament in Hollywood. You know, they
talk about chemistry. That what makes the show last seven
to ten seasons is chemistry, you know, is what the
fun that Ken and I and Jenny and Nicole and
now Rita we all have to get and Nick, you know,
all of us are just are truly a family, and
we get to make fun of each other and it's

(02:45):
like being at Thanksgiving dinner where we're agreeing or disagreeing
and making fun of each other's imperfections.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
It's it's a total blast.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Who do you think you disagree with the most on
the panel? Jenny probably it's a shame mostly right though.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Well she's mostly right, which is why I disagree with her.

Speaker 5 (03:05):
I mean, that's funny, but Jenny, you know, we'll say
Morgan Freeman and I just have to go, Jenny, come on,
I know you just want to make it on the show,
you know what I.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Mean, that's true, I mean because it's it is hard though.
I mean, some of these names that you guys are
out there are so you know, it's like Taylor Swift.
I'm like, I love Taylor Swift, but I doubt she's
most likely going to go on the mass singer like
that would be insane, right, Some of.

Speaker 5 (03:31):
That is just the excitement and the possibility of and
you know, for what it's worth, we had Kevin Hard.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
On the show. He's one of the biggest movie stars
right now currently in the world. So so you actually
really do never know.

Speaker 5 (03:44):
We might like, I'll make fun of mine, just like
you would have my honest opinion, if Jenny says Taylor Swift,
I go, Jenny, that's not Taylor's Swift.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
You know.

Speaker 5 (03:52):
But I guess, Aquaman, you know, I guess I thought
momoo Is on the show. Was I think that was
the most screams you got from the.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
Audience is when I guess.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
But you know, that's the fun of the show is
that you really never know, what I mean. We had
Dick Van Dyke for for goodness sake on the show,
you know, just.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
Touching on the caliber of people that are on their
movie stars and things. When you got the call that
you were going to be on it, the first thing
was You're like, I'm going to be on the mass
Singer And I'll be honest, I'd never heard of it. Yeah,
I'd never heard of it. But when I then researched
it and looked on it, I was like, Wow, the
caliber of people that have actually been on this show,

(04:33):
it's incredible when you look at them, when you look
throughout the seasons, the list of people who are at
the top of the game that have actually been on it.
So it doesn't it wouldn't surprise me, like for someone
to guess Taylor Swift or Ako Man is not like
he said.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Like Kevin Hart, I mean, I was like, oh, wow.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
You and I and we understand each other. We are
we eyed eye with this. You see what happens also
in the show is it's it's their kids love the show. Yeah,
so there are these that's why huge.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
Movie stars or you know that have been in Hollywood
their whole careers that want to go on the show
just to surprise their grandkids.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
Or their kids.

Speaker 5 (05:09):
So it has a lot of different elements of why
somebody that might be bigger than we would think be
on the show actually do the show.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
Yeah, I mean I've been no. My daughter has been
like literally, she's like, can you please call your people
and have you get on is it Cake? She's so
obsessed with that show. And I'm like, honey, I've been trying.
I'm calling my publicist. They don't want me in the show.
I'm not like, but like that, that's to your point,
Like your kids like they just like want you to
be on like one of these shows, which is why
my kids were so ecstatic because they love the show.

(05:37):
But Okay, this season, what's what's new and what's different
from the past seasons.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
Well, I think you know what's fun about getting this
far along in the seasons is we trim the fat,
We keep the things that work, you get rid of
the things that don't work.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
And they've really revolutionized the show.

Speaker 5 (05:56):
A few seasons ago with the theme nights and having
perform more often and you know, having can do I'm
just can on Barbie Night. And so every season now
has something new that even though you've seen maybe something
like it, they continue to you know, rejuvenate the bloodstream.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Of the show, you know, in every single way.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
And for us, even in season thirteen, we love going
to work. There's no drop off in energy or desire
or we go there. We get to see new performances.

Speaker 4 (06:26):
New costumes, play a whole new guessing game.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
And so it's even though it seems like you're on
season thirteen, it's really not as repetitive as you would think.
It's always new surprises and new elements to enjoy.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
So do you ever go on the Fox's Instagram massinger comment.

Speaker 4 (06:44):
Page twenty four hours a day?

Speaker 2 (06:46):
Okay, So is that how you're getting some of these guesses,
because sometimes they're I mean, they're pretty accurate at times,
so I know you actually don't. But like, I mean,
they're pretty you know on it with the guesses.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
I like, I like to keep it really honest. I
don't prepare for it at all, except you know, just
hair push ups.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
But no, I really don't prepare.

Speaker 5 (07:07):
I like to go there just like you would if
you were at Thanksgiving table and your uncle might know
one well, he might know everybody in sports, but he
knows nothing about housewives shows. You know, he might know
somebody knows everything about music but doesn't know much about.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
TV shows from the nineties.

Speaker 5 (07:23):
So, you know, I think I like to go in
there and play the game honestly like everybody everybody at home,
and that way it keeps it as real as possible,
you know, right, No.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
For sure? Who Who did you love the most from
Opening Night?

Speaker 5 (07:36):
You know, I really liked chorl You know, I think
that Coral has a chance, you know, to go pretty far.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
Yeah, No, she was good. I got to say that
I loved. Yeah, I think Coral was vocally my favorite,
but I also really loved Paparazzo's voice and then and
her story was so sweet.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
You're right, I liked.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
Your guest too, of Joseph Ford. I really did like
that thank you, thank you. I was I was like, okay, yeah,
I can go with that because he was, I mean
a really good voice. But then I don't know, Aunt
kind of stole my heart though from watching it, just
like with her story and she's survivor and.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Yeah, so that was. Yeah, that was pretty powerful.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
I know, I'm excited to see who's underneath that. Who
surprised you the most so far of all the seasons?
Was there one that you were just like so incredibly
shocked by.

Speaker 5 (08:25):
Well, I've told this story before, but my biggest mistake
was guessing Sean White, you know, the Olympian uh, And
it turned out to be Lil Wayne. So I was
way off on that, not really sonically close. And the
funny thing is I've done six records with Lil Wayne,
so the fact that I recognized his voice was pretty comical.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
That's my biggest regret on that one.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
Yeah, No, that's funny. The obviously you haven't been on
the show as in like a mass singer. I feel
like it would be obvious if you were happened to
be missing from the panel, But would you ever do
it if asked?

Speaker 5 (09:06):
Well, I mean that would be something you know, maybe
later on in life. I mean, I think I'm too
close to the Show'd be like, you know, Bill Belichick
coming back to coach the Patriots right now.

Speaker 4 (09:16):
It's a little too close to home.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
Yeah, but you know, I I love this show, and
this show has done nothing but be an incredible blessing
and journey of my life. And I love coming back
to work. I'm signed up as long as they'll have me.

Speaker 2 (09:29):
No, I mean, shoot, I'm like, how can I get there?
Can I be like catering for y'all? Like it's just
such a fun place to.

Speaker 4 (09:36):
Be, the environment, it really is.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
Yeah, So what's new in the season. We've we've held you.
But Detective Lucky Duck.

Speaker 5 (09:44):
Yeah, Lucky Duck is kind of this Bondvillian character that
is supposed to help.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
You, help us. You know, he's wacky and he's.

Speaker 5 (09:53):
Quacky no pun intended, but you know he's just this
wild new character that kind of helps give you clues.
Just when you think you know exactly who it is,
he gives us a clue that might change the whole game,
and he can save people at the last second.

Speaker 4 (10:13):
So he's a tricky ducky that tricky dicky whatever.

Speaker 3 (10:17):
His name is, detective Detective Lucky Duck, Lucky it is
it is.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
Who's been your favorite costume of Is there one that
you're like, I've loved that costume because they're all so
uniquely done.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
I a couple that come to mind.

Speaker 5 (10:36):
Number one was the Monster for tea Pain because the
way he worked it, you know, and it was very comical,
it was very you know, young and fun for kids,
and I think he just really mastered the art of
how to work your costume and during the performance and
in between, you know we're talking to Nick and stuff.
But another costume that comes to mind is the white type.

(11:00):
I think that was Rob Gronkowski.

Speaker 4 (11:05):
Gronk, Gronk.

Speaker 5 (11:06):
I knew it was Gronk after a couple of dance
moves because I've seen too many time celebrations, you know
what I mean, And I was like, that has got
to be Robed Broadkowski just from the dance moves. I've
seen that in the end zone too many times. But yeah,
Gronk and the White Tiger was definitely one of my
highlights of the whole all the seasons.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
And because you're probably never going to be a contestant,
what would you have your costume be?

Speaker 5 (11:29):
Well, I said this before, but maybe like a panda,
you know, a panda, but they would.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
Probably so the one thing I remember from the memes,
I remember going to San Diego Zoo and they say,
they said, maybe I'm wrong, but yeah, not the I.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
Love Panda's instagram.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
That I followed, right, I'll have to change my opinion
and then go to that instagram said anything you can
leak for us that for this season, Well.

Speaker 5 (11:59):
I can tip you off to a few of the
theme nights that we have that are gonna be a
lot of fun. One night, which is very nostalgic for
me is Ghostbusters Night, which is a movie, a huge
bill Murray fan. I was a huge Ghostbusters stand back
when they had VHS movies, you know. I used to
have the VHS of Ghostbusters and watch it regularly as
a kid.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
So a Ghostbusters Night is a lot of fun for me.
Shrek Knight, we have Shrek Knight, which is going to be.

Speaker 5 (12:24):
Great for all the families, Shrek and Donkey and put
some boots and everybody and Fiona. And then which is
very dear to my heart, we have rat Pack Night,
which is awesome and I get to sing fly Me
to the Moon.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
I think, oh, that's great. So that's what I love too,
when you guys all come out and sing and yeah.

Speaker 5 (12:44):
And that's that they incorporated more these last handful of
seasons and that makes it more fun for everybody.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
You know, for sure, absolutely as the viewer, and then
you know for you guys as well. So very cool.
I love it. Well, thank you for you know, taking
the time. We appreciate you. We're all very excited for
the for the new season.

Speaker 5 (13:02):
So much for having me so nice to meet you
out to be so wonderful on the show. We were
so lucky to have you Lucky thirteen.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Yeah, very sweet. Okay, thank you, thank you guys, God blessed. Okay,
So start of the show. For those that haven't watched,

(13:31):
this is a massive spoiler alert, we're going to talk
you through it. And for those that have watched, it's
fun to be on the ride with you guys. So
started the show Robin thank and Rita Aura. They were
joined by season twelve runner up Mario. I can't say
like my buddy Mario because no one knew that we

(13:52):
were all on the show, and he probably still has
no idea that I was even on the show. But
I know who he is because he's Mario. So he
was revealed last year as the Wasp. He's so good.
I think his voices and his voice to men. But
I just yeah. But they did an awesome performance of

(14:13):
Get Lucky to kick the season off, and like Robin said,
you know, and obviously Rita or She's got an amazing
voice too, So it's always so fun to see them sing.
I feel like that's a part of it because it's
almost like when you watch the the voice, like people go.
I feel like a lot of people watch to see
them as well.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
It just adds. It's like it's like a coach that can't.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
Kick a ball, don't understand the anatoty and.

Speaker 3 (14:41):
Judging all the people who are kicking a ball if
you can't kill it. These guys can sing, but the
panel can sing.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Right, most of them?

Speaker 2 (14:49):
Most of them?

Speaker 1 (14:49):
Yeah, so adds to the as to the occasion.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
Yeah for sure. Okay, So the new developments in the
show fifteen celebrities will compete for the most elusive and
coveted prize in Hollywood, the Golden Mass Trophy, and a
new costume character who goes by Detective Lucky Duck, will
help panelists uncover who's behind the mask. So, first up

(15:14):
was pot, honeypot? What did you think a honeypop bit?

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Honeypot was hilarious?

Speaker 2 (15:21):
Right? Yeah, well it's because it's really hious median.

Speaker 3 (15:25):
Yeah, I know, but like the little lines like what
was it? You can you can catch flies with honey,
but you can catch more honeys being fly.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
Oh I don't think I got that.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
That's funny it's good.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
So yeah, the humor side of it, and when he
was looking when he was looking at his costume, he
was a little bit plump, so it was just funny.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
It was just it was just really funny. In general,
everything about this person was funny.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
Did that go into your guesses because a lot of
those costumes, I mean, they're outrageously huge.

Speaker 1 (16:04):
It was part when I was trying to guess who
it was.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
It was when I seen that part of it kind
of okay, So I'll need to stick that into account
when I'm trying to guess who, and I in my
mind that I wasn't that far from guessing who was well.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
So his clues were he'll do anything for a laugh,
game show, founding Fathers of modern day comedy, Lion King,
and his song he sang Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake.
So Jenny had guessed Steve Harvey, And honestly, that was
my first thought because of the game show, and then
because of comedy. He's so funny and he'll do anything

(16:39):
for a laugh. I feel like Steve Harvey's just always
cracking jokes. But I didn't think it was Steve just
because when he started to sing it was. He had
not a growl, but it was a raspier singing voice.
And I just don't hear Steve singing like that, like
my buddy's Steve. I don't hear him singing like that.

Speaker 3 (17:01):
Yeah, I think my I think it was My guess
was was Martin Lawrence?

Speaker 4 (17:06):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (17:06):
Really?

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Yeah? That was a good Yeah, that was one.

Speaker 1 (17:09):
Of my ones.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
And I'm trying to think about people in that era
who it might have been, who who call themselves or
involved in the founding father And I don't know if
Martin Lawrence is quite exactly in the founding Fathers of comedy, but.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
That was one of the names that popped up to me.

Speaker 2 (17:29):
He's one of them.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
Not compared to Steve Harvey, though, I mean.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
Chris Rock, Martin Lawrence. I feel like they're all kind
of in that basket to me. I mean, yeah, I
would totally Eddie Eddie Murphy, like, I feel like they're.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
All the body shape was kind of told me it
wasn't Eddie Murphy.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
I still just they don't judge the suit because there
are outfits that are square. But so then after that,
would you think of his performance, By the way, funny.

Speaker 1 (18:05):
Pot exactly what I thought it would be fun.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
Yeah, yeah, I thought it was a good voice.

Speaker 3 (18:10):
It's the voice wasn't bad, Yeah, not at all, not
at all.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Second up to perform was aunt. So the initial reactions
by Jenny was like, oh, she's a young bird. And
then some of the clues where Carrie's a large burden,
has had to keep a secret for their entire career.
Powerful people tried to erase them. The weight of it
broke their spirit. There was a witch's hat. She's on
stage for all of the survivors. She's saying it just

(18:39):
gave me a reason by Pink and I. I loved her.
I thought her costume was really cool. I thought her
singing voice was she you know she has she has
a good voice, But I feel like her emotion was
what made me like her the most.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
I agree. She kind of reminded me of when you
were on the show. She used the World Warrior.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
Yeah she did. She said worried, and I was like, oh,
it's my girl.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
When I was watching it, she used the World Warrior.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
So the first thing is like, she did remind me
of you. She wasn't quite at your level when it
came to her a singing voice, she wasn't, and then no,
I'm not she wasn't. But then also she was using
I think she used it a couple of times. She
used the phrase they can't stomp us out. Okay, there's

(19:30):
got to be something in that, because that's not really
that's not really a phrase that you normally associate with
someone who's a survivor or has been through whatever this
person has been through. You wouldn't use the phrase stomp
us out, would you.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
I don't know what do you think that means?

Speaker 1 (19:48):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
Maybe maybe a lot of people who have been through
what she's been through, a lot of similar women in
similar positions, and then when you stomp on ant, you
stomp on them and you get rid of you try
and get rid of ten, fifteen, twenty thirty at a time.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
So I don't know if she's.

Speaker 2 (20:06):
Part of Oh I say, you're saying.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
Bigger picture, a part of a bigger cause that is
on a larger scale.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
But she is.

Speaker 3 (20:17):
Being noticed because of it. She's been a big part
of it. But just the stomp the fact that ants
are normally and huge numbers and stomp us out kind
of means Okay, what is she part of a bigger,
bigger story here.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
I honestly had no idea though, or no idea who
she is Jenny Guest, Ashanti Rida or A, said Leah Michelle.
Robin said Lindsay Lohan.

Speaker 5 (20:45):
But I.

Speaker 2 (20:47):
Literally have no idea because I'm like, who powerful, powerful
people try to erase them, broke like broker spirit in
the heavy secret their entire care. I'm like, ohh like,
who is this? I want to know. I want to
give her a hug.

Speaker 1 (21:05):
Is it I don't know?

Speaker 3 (21:06):
Is it like is it someone that's motors transgender or
I don't like and the trying to be stomped out,
I don't I don't know, like lesterally don't have a
clue with that one.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
Paparazzo third, So paparazzo.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Initial reaction was slim guy, is what Robin said. Uh,
clues lens point at them. Their entire life, movie posters,
They've never sung on a big stage, worked with the
greats race car Dog took America's Sweetheart to prom friends
with Steve Martin. So obviously you go to movie a

(21:57):
childhood child actor.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
Yeah, you do.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
That's where I went to first. Or maybe it's the
child of a famous actor and then he worked with
the greats, you know, maybe then became an actor.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
I think it's as a child actor that has also
possibly what the long side Steve Martin.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
But I mean there's so many.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
Rita or I said, tarn ed yourton.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
I don't think so.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
I don't think so either.

Speaker 3 (22:31):
No, not with Steve, whether what with Steve Martin orhere's
the connection to Steve.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
It's not worked with it's friends with Steve Martin. But
I still don't think it's him because I still think
Taren sang and because he's Sang. I mean, I know
he's sang in movies before. So I'm like, to me,
that's a big stage.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
Robin guessed Joseph Gordon Levitt.

Speaker 2 (22:53):
I love that guest.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
That's a good guess.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
But was he a childhood start?

Speaker 3 (22:57):
I don't know. Yeah he was, he was what was
he in? Oh no, but he was. I remember us.
I can remember. I can picture a major of a
young Joseph Gordon Levitt in my mind. I can't remember
the movies yet. I like, Weve thirteen years old. Who
I'm listen.

Speaker 1 (23:13):
I'm a big fan of him.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
He's great.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
So Papaazzo's voice. What do you think?

Speaker 2 (23:20):
Oh? I loved his voice. I thought it was fantastic.

Speaker 3 (23:22):
I was like, hey, And the thing is, he's this
person has never had a chance to sing, always wanted
to do it, but never sang on stage in front
of people.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
I love that so much. That's probably why he did
the show. If you think about it. I will say
though I didn't like his costume didn't really stand out
to me. It's one of the ones that I forgot
about post watching the show because I go, what was
his costume again?

Speaker 3 (23:48):
You know?

Speaker 2 (23:48):
That's what.

Speaker 3 (23:50):
I quite liked it because when I seen it, I
thought my instincts were straight to yours. How can he
see out of that?

Speaker 2 (23:58):
You can't.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
You can't see his head from tilting.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
But I think great voice.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
Though, yeah, the voice was really good. Had a lot
of presents, but I don't.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
Again on that one too, so I I definitely think
out of performance wise, he was my favorite to date.
Like on the to the show, the run of the
show so far, I'm all I'm all.

Speaker 3 (24:32):
In has like I always think, Okay, this does it
intrigue me that I really want to know who this is?
Some of them can kill less, but this one I'm like,
I really want to know who that says. Yeah, I
really want to know who that says.

Speaker 2 (24:47):
So so fourth up to perform was Fuzzy Peas, which
the name is hilarious, which fun fact, I was supposed
to be Lady of the Night instead of Royal and
I'm like, does that not sound like a stripper or
a call girl to anyone exactly? And so once I

(25:08):
said that, they're like, you know what, We're going to
change it and you're going to be Royal Night instead
of Lady of the Night, and now thank you much
more regal. Yeah. I was like, this just does not
have a nice ring to it, But Fuzzy Peas, that's
kind of fun ring to it. Initial reactions, I was
here for the package, I thought. I was like that,
we're in for a good time with this one.

Speaker 3 (25:30):
Yeah, funny again, soundy. The bit came across like a comedian.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
Comedian hands down.

Speaker 1 (25:38):
The clues. Robert Checking, known for his hit Golden Globe.

Speaker 3 (25:45):
Never Says Not to Challenge for Fiesta and was nominated
at the Grammys with Christine Aguilera.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
You know a piece of me because I'm the kind
of girl that reads a book like the first few
chapters and then I read the last chapter, the last chapter.
There's it's hard for me now to not go on
Google and be like, hey, who is nominated Graham Grammy
with Christina Aguilare because I genuinely don't know. But he's

(26:13):
sang La Bamba.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
I love that movie when I was younger.

Speaker 2 (26:16):
Which one La Bamba? Never saw it?

Speaker 1 (26:18):
He's never seen La Bamba?

Speaker 2 (26:20):
Nope, just literally heard that name of that song right now.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
And you've never heard the song.

Speaker 2 (26:28):
How does it go again?

Speaker 1 (26:30):
Bamba?

Speaker 2 (26:31):
Oh? That yeah?

Speaker 1 (26:32):
And the Spanish speaking?

Speaker 2 (26:36):
I mean I've heard that probably like in a movie.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
But I know the movie is so good you need
to watch it.

Speaker 2 (26:40):
And the movie is called La Bamba.

Speaker 1 (26:41):
Yeah, maybe we can watch it.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
We can, yeah, but if it is it fun the movie, the.

Speaker 3 (26:47):
Movie is good. In the song such a fait wretchy violins,
it's such a famous song, and that's Parson did not
do any harm whatsoever. I thought they were actually pretty good.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
Yeah, I mean, not the best voice someone, but it
was so fun and listen, I cannot critique people's voices
like this isn't even about the voice. It's about like
having fun and doing a good time.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
I thought the guesses were pretty good.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
I think I loved Jenny's guest of George Lopez.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Yeah, Mario Lopez not so.

Speaker 2 (27:20):
No, I didn't think so sound he sounds. He sounds
older than John and Mario like Robin guess yeah, John.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
How you pronounce it? And Myles away with that, I'm.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
Going to let you be the one miles away. But
he's a great actor, He's excellent.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
Love him.

Speaker 2 (27:37):
So I feel like Jenny's guest was really good because
he does sound like an older man to me.

Speaker 3 (27:43):
Yeah, it's just the era of the song as well,
and that it just came pushes me towards an older
an older person.

Speaker 2 (27:51):
But I thought it was great. I think his costumes fun.
I wonder which I he's seeing out of so last
up was oral, and I got to say, that's my
favorite costume of Group A. I think her costume is
really good, hands like, hands down my favorite costume, which

(28:13):
always goes to me makes me think they're going to
be there for a while when they've got the good costume.
And that's kind of what Jenny said to one time
when she was on the show. She's like, you kind
of know the ones that have the best costume are
most likely going to be the ones that stick around.

Speaker 3 (28:32):
Yeah again another not a survivor story, but a story
behind that. Well, she's basically the person is basically saying
that they're messing the rough around the edges based on.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
The strong and resilient she dreamed of being a star
faced rejection for eight years. Girl, I feel like she's young.
I haven't facing rejection for thirty years computer screen indicat
that became famous online and live show. So they saying

(29:05):
she's saying mad World by Tears for Fears, and I mean,
her voice is insane. She's got a great voice.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
She's the best voice.

Speaker 2 (29:14):
She's so good Jim and she was like a j
in my group. I mean when it's like you hear
them and go, okay, you're going there.

Speaker 3 (29:23):
It's definitely going through and almost like when I'm trying
to think who as I'm thinking, right, okay, there's someone
who's almost like a rebel.

Speaker 2 (29:31):
I love to Rita's guest of Halsey because I feel
like Halsey has kind of got that bad assery to her.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
What about the other ones.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
I don't know much about Carly Wright, but I mean, yeah,
all women are badasses, and then Ken said, Sabrina Carpenter,
but I don't know about that one.

Speaker 1 (29:52):
No, I don't think so.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
I love Subrina Carpenter, but I feel like she's a
little busy right now? Is she gur?

Speaker 1 (29:59):
Is she?

Speaker 2 (29:59):
I think?

Speaker 4 (29:59):
So?

Speaker 1 (30:00):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (30:00):
But maybe not? Maybe not when they filmed it. But costume,
hands down was my favorite voice. She was my top.
So I'm gonna rank it. I'm going Coral is going
to be the winner. I'm calling it. Coral is going
to be the winner of Group A. Absolutely the runner
up of Group A. Paparazzo is Paparazzo. Yep, that's what

(30:21):
I think. And then after that, I almost feel like
that the aunt or Fuzzy Peas will go home the
next week. I probably Fuzzy Peas.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
Fuzzy Peas goes.

Speaker 3 (30:31):
I think Ants aunts Ants got the intriguing survival story,
so I think Ants stays in a little bit longer
and a voice I think is better than Fuzzy Piece.

Speaker 2 (30:41):
Yeah, but drum roll, honey pot did get sent home.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
The last revealing clue was a Walk of Fame Star
and they guess Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy, which are
worth They two like, there we go, Like it was
just those were great guesses. But honey Pot is revealed
and it was Cedric the Entertainer, So I was I

(31:11):
was actually surprised.

Speaker 3 (31:13):
If someone that put him in a bracket of okay,
here's ten people that it might be. If I either remembered
Cedric Entertainer, I would have been like, Okay, definitely he's
in the top two. Just like I think it was
a wig one of the clues.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
Yes, did he have a wig?

Speaker 3 (31:30):
He wears wigs and a lot of this stuff that, yeah,
just a it's just a really funny man and fit's
the the body shape of a honeypot.

Speaker 2 (31:43):
He's going to be offended by that, and.

Speaker 3 (31:44):
I'm sorry, mate, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but very funny,
got on a good performance and as an absolute legendary comedian,
he really is.

Speaker 2 (31:57):
So but it's interesting the comedians that go home. On
the first episode, Kevin Hart was sent home because you know, yes,
they might not have the best voice, but they're really
funny and they entertained and I would liked to have
seen him more.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
So.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
