On September twelfth, twenty five year old Victor Horraine have
pulled into the garage but nondescript building in West Hartford, Connecticut,
and set off to work picking up in delivering cash

is a story about a man who has been on
the FBI's top ten most wanted less longer than anyone else,
a man who has eluded federal authorities for nearly forty years.

has ignited a firestorm of controversy. What we want to
