Los Angeles Police Department is now declaring an unlawful assembly
for all downtown Los Angeles. Meanwhile, the governor of the
state of California, Gavin Newsom, is planning to sue the
Trump administration. Look, there's just a couple of blue sends
just to start the show.

The difference between a protest and a riot. I think
we lived this before, so even those of you struggled
the first time remembering your BLM mantifa past, I think
there's a difference between protesting and rioting. In fact, I thought,
out of everything you know, sounds of the day, Sounds

have Representative Judy Chu from California as the This is
like an SNL bit so as three quarters of the
screen is Los Angeles on fire, I mean cop cars,
people standing on top of them. You know, just clearly

to a human eye the difference between peaceful protesting and rioting.
And it couldn't be more out of control. As she's
trying to tell you everything's under control. In other words,
don't believe your eyes.

believe it was the police chief.

Listen, but when I look at the people who are
out there doing the violence, that's not the people that
we see during the day who will legitimately out there
exercising their First Amendment rights.

So we got about one hundred peaceful protesters. The rest
are paid ryans and to.

Be able to express their feelings about the immigration enforcement issue.
These are people who are all hooded up. They've got
a hoodie on, they've got face masks on. They're people
who do this all the time, get away with whatever
they can.

with what they always seem to get away with. And
of course now everybody's making it political. Listen, the major
page turn is this is the first political theater on
the streets that we're seeing in action. So they're going

to play that card again. Remember when we asked, we
asked ourselves out loud, well if they planned to do it,
Because this goes back to the Time magazine manifesto of
February fifteenth to twenty twenty one, the Shadow campaign deceived
the democracy if they hadn't succeeded in weaponizing COVID, changing
election laws without state legislature's approval, and then harvesting ballots

to steal an election in swing precincts of swing districts
of swing states. Had that not worked and gotten Joe
Biden elected, there was a planned insurrection and they were
priming you for it with all the BLM Antifa. By
the way, that's not my words, that's the leadership on

chief of staff of Biden's administration. Or is what we
would call the I'm trying to remember what I know.
It sounds like I just had a brain tumor. But

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. I want to get the
wording right. He didn't even view it as an administration,
so they had planned insurrection. Would they do it again?
And my answer was always, of course they would. The

here ten years. The fear, the horror, the hell is
this guy? So the reason we bring this up is
there's a new poll out now this even or not
this pole obviously was clearly before the latest nonsense in
Los Angeles. But Donald Trump ran on securing the border.

Donald Trump ran on deporting dangerous people and restoring law
and order and security for the American people, and many
would argue was elected to do just that because of
what was perceived as an invasion at the border. So
he's not doing anything that should surprise anyone, including Gavin Newsom.

So they're just guilty of playing politics.

And even in the death of journalism with the narrative
in their back pocket, the mainstream media dead and not influential.
They're trying to play the same play again. But what
are the American people view all of this fundamentally as
promise made now just to get nuanced. I said from

the very beginning, it'll be an easy road as long
as you're rounding up drug dealers, human traffickers, rapists, murderers, thieves, thugs.
This will be a tougher narrative when you start enforcing
the border aspect of the law, which we're not even

at yet. And this whole Los Angeles thing, I'm sorry,
this is as simple as a president being forced to
protect his agents because a governor and a mayor won't.
That becomes a whole other side. Show you either believe
in open borders, or you believe in a sovereign nation,

a secured border and the protection of the people and
a blanket of law and order so we can live
a civilized life. Most people get it, and I'll show you.
This is a CBS you Gov poll conducted June fourth
through the sixth, so by a day. It doesn't include
the rioting that took place in Los Angeles. Trump administration's

program to deport illegal immigrants illegally in the US fifty
four percent approval rating, forty six percent disapproval rating. So
for Gavin Newsom's little quote, he's talking to the majority
of the American people, not to Donald Trump. That's a

political game to make it about Trump versus him. He's
an incompetent, inept governor in a city within an EPT
mayor and a police chief who knows this is not protesting,
knows this is rioting. But when he's saying these words,

national correspondent Terry Moran following a social media post criticizing
President Trump at a top aid Stephen Miller.

capacity for hatred, while Trump's hatred is only the means
to an end, and that end is his own glorification.
And ABC News spokesperson said in a statement Moran had

smoke and fires. All right, So the city streets are
out of control, maym, you know, like that worst moment
in Animal House when things have really gotten nuts. And
she's kind of leaning over, looking at the footage and
giving you live commentary as only a member of Congress can,
basically telling you don't let your eye never mind what

your eyes are seeing. Everything is under control.

You have outliers that throw things and cause damage, and
so yes, the LAPD came in and they called it
an unlawful assembly. I believe that the LAPD has this underhand,
and they they are very, very experienced in riot control,

so this is something that they can handle.

The National Guard.

We certainly do not have to have that things here.
This is a manufactured crisis and we do not need
the Insurrection Act.

And that is an understatement.

So it begs the question. Obviously, the Representative cho can't
tell the difference between a protest and a riot control
and out of control law and order and a screen
full of smoke. But can the American people. That's what
begs the question, all right, for the LAPD they are
trying to distinguish. Here's the chief trying to tell you

the difference between a peaceful protester and a rioter.

And clearly we're seeing rioters.

But when I look at the people who are out
there doing the violence, that's not the people that we
see during the day, who will legitimately out there exercise
in their First Amendment rights and to be able to
express their feelings about the immigration enforcement issue.

These are people who are all hooded up before he
moves on.

No matter whether you agree or disagree, whether wise or stupid,
by intent of our republic or by whatever postmodernism we're seeing,
peaceful protests are allowed, should be protected because it may
be ours tomorrow. Nobody has a problem with that, not

even President Trump. I certainly don't. I hope you don't.
But that's not what this is. That's not what Antifa
brought and BLM brought four years ago. The minute you
start walking off with large screen televisions, that's not peaceful protesting.
The minute you're standing on top of a cop car

My favorite was the guy trying to break the siren
with his skateboard unsuccessful. But that's not protesting. That's rioting,
setting police vehicles on fire, destroying businesses, threatening others, blocking freeways.
That's something completely different. The chief addresses it.

They've got a hoodie on, they've got face masks on.
There are people who do this all the time, get
away with whatever they can, go out there from one
civil unrest situation to another, using the same or similar
tax picks frequently, and they are connected. Some would call
them anarchists or by any other variety of names. But

they're people that we run across routinely, city to city,
and this is.

What they do.

So and why do we keep running into them? Why
are they never sent away? Now, for President Trump, he
didn't feel like those that were doing their duty were protected.
I'm looking at this footage, I can see why. So

he activates a national Guard. Now the left and the
matrix would have you believed this is a tyrant, this
is a hitler. And if you sit quietly while he's
rounding up never mind their rapists, never mind their murderers,
never mind their drug traffickers, human traffickers, thugs, gang members.

If he'll round them up today, he'll round you up tomorrow.
To which what are their poster children? From MS thirteen,
You know the father of two happily married Garcia and Maryland,
who turned out to be a human trafficker, drug trafficker,
and a gang member and a white beater. The Left

is always trying to make them the victim. You remember
that playbook from twenty twenty. The bad guys are good,
The good guys are bad. Governor Gavin Newsom certainly does,
put your hands off.

accused the network of unlawfully airing sexually explicit images of him.

It's the second lawsuit he's filed and then voluntarily dismissed
against Fox News. The suits followed a twenty twenty two
digital mini series that featured an exaggerated mont trial against
under Biden about his overseas financial dealings. Lawyers for the
former president's unclaimed Fox News violated revenge porn laws and
defamed him. They did not explain in court filings why
