So according to nutritionists, certain foods guys contain natural sleep
promoting compounds like trip to fane and turkey that makes
you sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner. Also, carbohydrates raise your blood
sugar and serotonin levels, which then converts into melotonin and
natural sleeps.

Any other suit. Not pumpkin pie, Almonds, Almonds, they make
you sleep, They help you get a good night's sleep.
