All right, guys, Nicole and Steve HARBFM needs some advice.

My work bestie and I both went for the same promotion.
We prepped together. We encouraged each other, and we agreed
that whoever got it, that we would support them. Okay,
well I got it.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
She says.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
She's happy for me, but ever since the announcement, she's
been short with me. She's been skipping our usual lunch breaks,
and she's been giving me weird vibes all around. I
feel guilty, even though I didn't do anything wrong. And
now I'm stuck wondering if I should bring it up
or just give her space. Can you keep a friendship
strong when one person's success feels like the other's failure.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Wow, i'll give it.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
I got the job. I don't give it.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
She's her work bestie though she's her best friend.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Yeah, yeah, her work best.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
Oh she loves y'all don't know me and write me
and on nothing like this is definitely a woman situation.

Stand out and they ain't friends and they go to
have lines together.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Okay, I got the job, though, you know what? Respect
on this? I got lunch on me, but I buy
you some lunch.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
But they had an agreement though that they would support
each other no matter who won, because that's what friends do.
But apparently now she sees that she's not as good
of a friend as she.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Thought she was.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
We knew that weren't gonna happen, and she couldn't get
over it. Yeah, she can't get past it. Yeah, so
should she bring it up? Should she bring it up? Yes?

If you want to be straight across the table, I
would I bring them and say, hey, I know we
both went for the same thing and I got it
and you did, and I just hope me and you're
still cool because it seemed like, you know, you're a
little distant with me. Now I'm just saying so, but
ipen to go over here to this other office where
my new office is.

Assaulting the wound. So Tommy, you and Junior going out
for the same job.

Speaker 1 (02:07):

I'm finna put this ad on fifty and I'm goin
to run Junior straight out here.
