Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, guys, here we are last break of the day.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Uh, Steve.

Speaker 1 (00:03):
Before we get out of here, we had another phone
call for you. It's a guy from Baltimore. He left
a message about defending you at the barbershop.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Take a listen, Jamal Green from out of Baltimore. I was,
I was listening seeing to talk to Steve Union about
taking up when you're in the barberop. And you know,
I got a fist fight in the barbershop about you
not doing nothing for nobody, right because I said, I'm
going to cut my head ball like my man, Steve right,
and they don't do nothing, you know this and that.

(00:33):
Then he got to a big debate about what you do.
What I know you did it, you know because I
listen to you every morning, right, you know how you
got your kids, your mixtoric parents and stuff like that.
You know, it's just so healthy because because you got
a little something and they don't you know. But still
I don't look at it like that, you know. I
look at it like you can help me, just like
you do every morning with with your little ten minutes stuff.

(00:54):
You know, words are with us, you know, keep doing
what you're doing, man, You know he got a little,
he got a little left said, but I got to.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Fighting over.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
Well, you know, I carry people got their phone. It's
just bad. What kind of phone service? The everybody phone?
I can't understand the damn thing when they call you also,
Go ahead, I'm gonna say to me, you know when you
when you get fifty eight and damn near sixty hearing
go first?

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
How come everybody has heard it?

Speaker 4 (01:28):
Your as.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
All listen, junior, is because you man that you be
coming every morning with these prayer meeting questions.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Go ahead, it's awesome back at the beginning.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Go ahead.

Speaker 4 (01:46):
Yeah, it's kind of interesting, man, to watch your comedians
go at it, especially when we're on the same show,
you know, and.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
I think, yeah, you think, yes, it's crazy.

Speaker 4 (01:58):
Really want me to be honest, I suffer more than
they do. But I have to suffer though. I got
to pick up the slack when y'all ain't him.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Oh you know, you ever think that God would put
me in your path? Sick as hell?

Speaker 4 (02:19):
I don't know why he did. I don't I don't know.
I didn't ask for this right here, because I don't
know nothing about it. And really, you know, but I've
watched you handle it. You've been in inspiration to me
with the way you handle the crisis when they happen,
which shows me how strong a person can show, you know, Tommy.

(02:41):
Tommy impressed me with his overcoming cancer. You know that
fight right there, that's a that's a fight that's within yourself.
You and God got to get in that one because
other people can't do it. I'm pretty sure his wife
stood by him like a soldier. I'm pretty sure you
needed that, you know. But overall, man, it's just hard
being on the show with two sick ass people.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Just don't come back down.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
I just always always got to wait to see what
it is. Now you know, then you know, you know,
like you know then he you know, even they foundations
is sick. You know, he all have a wounded warriors.
And then but then he want to be one and
then junior kids hoping and you gotta walk for circle
sell then somebody have crisis in the middle of the walk.

(03:32):
Now he comes from damn ambulance and it's just and
then they you know, they be walking. They try to
walk into summer where it's hot. But then that don't
stop me somehow, And then your foundation just healthy. Yeah,
we just have we have like you know, mentoring, you know,
but when you sit, you got you gotta go with
what you is, you know, wounded warriors, and and then

(03:54):
you gotta get you know, sick of sell people everything.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
You know, what are you going to respond.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
To? Respond to that?

Speaker 4 (04:04):
No, I was just saying how I'm thank him for it?
You know, I know, Junior can't defeed me at the
barber shop because they all in there trying to figure
out why he in here anyway, a lot of that
being so he in there mostly answering questions about why
he is here everything because his boble trying to figure
out what you want.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Me to do?

Speaker 3 (04:22):
Now, don't you take a little off the top, little
off the side?

Speaker 4 (04:26):
But but but what what where you want me to
start this line? That this you know right now? And
so you know you just got to deal with that.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
You're exhausted.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
And then at the end of the show, you know,
people count on me to say something you know important
to it.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
Yeah, all right, well let me.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
Just say this. Then here is a little inspiration. If
you have any measure of health, be grateful, Be grateful
that you are a to be able to do something
because a lot of people that can't do nothing today.
The fact that you can do something, whatever measure of

(05:12):
health you have, and we all got issues we're dealing with.
But be grateful, man, because God is in the blessing business.
God is in the healing business, and we got examples
of that on this show all the time. God is good.
We have an obligation too, as people, because God gave
us pour choice, we have an obligation to vote this year.

(05:34):
The choice is clear. I got you want somebody to
make you promises and promises change your life, and all
that is here. I got all of that. We have
a different situation here now. This is a vote for decency.
This is a vote for democracy. This is a vote
for power in women's empowerment. This is a vote for

(05:59):
minority where they can look up and see themselves in
the White House. It's voting on so many levels. Mexico
just elected their first female president. I think that's a
sign that change is coming. It may very well come
in this election right here. If we do our part,

(06:20):
if we get to the polls and vote, if we
go to vote dot gov, check out our registrations. Get
it together, man, go vote Kamala has for president. Yes, Sir.
