Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, Steve, here we are last break of the day,
and I know you have some closing remarks for us
as we are twelve days away from election day.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Yeah, you know, listen, folks, I just it's just that time.
We're at the we're at the watch hour. Election time
is here. You don't have to wait till election day.
You can go and vote now. See, do it now

(00:31):
while you got some days in advance to go on
and do it, because you don't want to have to
wait till last day and then something come up, something happened.
You know that the lines are gonna be long. Blah
blah blah blah blah. Vote early voting works, man, is good.
You know, the average person, A lot of people are
gonna wait till the last minute. It's just election day

(00:52):
and they're gonna go down there and it's gonna be rough.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
Man.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Listen, it's go time. The obvious. The choice is obvious
for me is Kamala Harris. I know that a lot
of people think Donald Trump. But I keep asking people,
why why can you pick this man over this woman?
Is it simply because of the color of her skin

(01:18):
that you can't seem to bring yourself to vote for her.
Is it because of her gender that she happens to
be a woman that you can't vote for her? And
is that the same reason you're voting for Donald Trump
because of the color of the skin and because he's
a man, because he can't be for any other reason.

(01:39):
Because you can't vote for a person for integrity and
pick Donald Trump. You can't vote for a person with
leadership skills and pick Donald I keep telling y'all all
the time, all great leaders were once great servants. If
you just look throughout history. One of the best presidents

(02:00):
as we ever had was President Barack Obama. Really man,
tell the truth now, really tell the truth. But he's
a great servant. Jimmy Carter was a great servant.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
You know.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
I didn't really have a problem with the Bushes. I
didn't have a problem with either one of the Bushes.
They were Republicans, but at least they stood for something.
This candidate that you all are putting up as you're
representative for the Republican Party stands for nothing. He stands
for nothing, and he would do anything to push himself forward,

(02:41):
even stacking the Supreme Court and getting rid of Roe
versus Wade. Do you know how crazy that is to
tell women what to do with their bodies? Do you
know how crazy that is? Do you know how crazy
it is to have men tell women what to do
with they body? Do you know how crazy that is?

(03:03):
I don't see how that makes sense to anybody except
a person who has the power. Now, if you don't
like abortions, don't have one. I'm okay with a person
being anti abortion, don't have one, But I too, at
the under I too at the same time, understand that

(03:25):
women have to make decisions because the only one that
can carry a baby is a woman, the only one.
And those of us men who have no idea what
that is like about or none of that, why are
we in that decision making process for them? It don't
make no sense. But he went along with that because
he thought that was the popular thing that would get

(03:47):
him the most votes. Well, at backfired, that backfire, and
so now he's having to deal with it. He's having
to deal with that, and this backfire is it's not
a good thing. It's not a smart thing for him,
and it's not a great thing for women. We got
to get to the polls. We have got to vote,

(04:08):
We have got this make this election count. I don't
know what the decision is. I don't know how you
still undecided at this point. I don't understand how you
are black for Trump. I don't understand this conversation about
black man not voting for Common because every black man
I don't talk who is voting for every single one
of them. I just don't believe in have the propaganda

(04:30):
these people are putting out. So please, man, y'all get
to the polls. This is an important election. I don't
even see how he's the candidate. Man, this is just
bothering me. And the only reason I can think that
a person is voting for him is because you must
be just like him. That's the only thing I can see.
You have to be like him. That's the only reason

(04:52):
you would vote for him is because you are like him.
And if you're like him, that's a sad statement about yourself.
That's a really, really sad statement about yourself. You who
are voting for him, that's a sad statement about yourself.
I'm sorry, That's all I can say. I'm not that
quality of a person. I happen to care about people.

(05:15):
I happen to care about other people. Some people other
than myself, and he doesn't. He has no policy for
the common man, He has no policy for the poor,
He has no plan to move the future for it
if you look at Project twenty twenty five's And then
he lied and said he didn't even know the guy
when his pictures of him sitting on his private plane.

(05:36):
Come on, y'all, you can vote for a woman who
has a plan to move the country forward, or you
can vote for a man who wants to make America
great again. One of them sounds like it's going forward,
the other one sounds like it's going backwards. Which one
you gonna do? God, the choice is obvious to me.
But his gold time is vote time. Let's go. Those

(05:58):
are my closing remarks. I'm tired. I'm tired. I'd be
so glad when this election is over with and she
becomes president. That'll be the coolest thing for me. So
Shirley voted, chick, Oh.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Yeah, I voted last week, last Friday.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
You're junior. I'm voting tomorrow. Yeah. That early voting is critical, y'all,
to save you so you don't get stuck in them
long lines and feel stressed out, frustrated. Yeah, yeah, So
that's it, y'all. Have a great day today. Talk to
God today. He would absolutely love to hear from you. Okay.
