(00:21):
cheese steak? Like, what's theplan before you guys get on the stage.
Well, now that you mentioned it, I think we definitely have to
get Philadelphia chees stakes. Yeah, cheese steaks, and you got to make
your way to the Rocky Steps. Those are like the two musts of Philadelphia
and those steps. I feel likeyou guys can make a fun little video
out of that one. Definitely keepthat in mind. So, wait,

(01:26):
such as New York, which isour show. Yeah. New York
is always a great show. Philadelphia. I have some great friends here,
so you know, I think theseshows are going to be be great.

bring a lovely lady on stage,uh and have some fun with them.

(01:48):
Is that? Uh? Is thatis that happen every night when you guys
perform or is that like a whatlike? Is that a normal thing that
happens every night that we performed? It is a little segment that's Ryan and
I do where we bring a girlstage and then we kind of sink to
her and and then she has topick between you and I at the end

(02:10):
of that segment. It's interesting. It's a little bit of a shocker,
but they have to make that quickdecision. Then it always has funny outcome
and a great outcome. So it'sso funny. How do you guys scour
the girls? I'm sure that there'sa bunch of chicks that are like,
all right, like we need someintel. What do you guys them?

(02:30):
That is a great question. Weactually we're not the ones that pick them.
The staff on the tour picked themfor us, so we kind of
it's just as much of a prizeto us as it is. Yep,
yep, yep. I know thatyou guys mentioned. I know that there's
Minnesota, there's Dallas. I knowyou guys are from all over the place.
Let's just go really quickly back tothe beginning. How did this all

(02:53):
come to Fruition? Because to findall you guys and to find like a
love for what you're doing, themusic, the tour, how did that
even come about? So we startedto almost about three years ago. My
brother Swash and I we founded thecompany and then we're able to meet Tyler,
who manages and is a part ofpretty much everything when it comes to

(03:15):
North Sir Boys, and we weregrateful enough to meet all of the members
who are super talented in their ownways, that are growing in their own
music skills. But when we allmet each other, you know, I
think that was a friendship connection thatyou don't find usually, so, you
know, a little bit through NSB, that's what I knew. It was

(03:37):
like, Wow, what we haveis something really special and maybe we could
take it on the road and sharewith you know, as many people as
possible in person. And you know, now we find ourselves on our third
tour traveling nineteen cities, and letme tell you, it's it's such a
journey and it's such a great experiencethat's really really good. What change from

(04:00):
the first tour versus the third tour, Like, do you guys feel like
you're pros now? Well, thefirst tour we were able to learn so
much now not just about which citiesand what kind of shows we want to
do, but also about ourselves andhow we want to be better at performing
who what kind of performers do wewant to become, and what kind of

Stuff You Should Know
Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
