Happy Tuesday! On today's show, Chilli discovered how simple it is to bake bread! The Producer Kala shares what came inside the self-defense kit her mom bought her. literally steps away from our front door, which is the closest to this place,
and it's the most convenient one togo to. But lately I've encountered

problems at that seven eleven. What'sthe issue? Well, it shouldn't take
me five minutes to knock on thedoor, to pound on the door to
get into the seven eleven, soit's open, but the person locks the
door, right And and I wantto put a disclaimer out there and say
that I can understand why if you'reworking in the middle of the night.
I get that. You know,the mean streets of Rockville can be mean

streets because crime can happen anywhere.Yeah, and I take it that that
specific seven eleven must have had someissues with some sort of crime because the
dude there locks the door and there'sno getting in, or sometimes he'll lock
you in and you can't get outbecause he's not right by the door,
like in other words, if he'sat the register, he would see you

and let you in. But hegoes to the back, I guess because
it's the traffic flow is probably notthat much. Well that's that's so he's
probably in the back kind of doingwhatever, chilling and not realizing there's somebody.
And that is exactly what happened againthis morning. Dude must have been
like in the walk in freezer orsomething. Yeah, and you know,

so I'm standing there and like Icould have gone to like the twenty four
hour McDonald's, or I could havegone to some other place to get some
costs. You just want to beable to open the door. I wanted
to be able to walk into myfriendly neighborhood, never closed, always open,

water and come to work. Yeah. That's a that's a tough that is
a tough gig, and I can't. Yeah, I would not. I

would be I would be terrified tobe working anywhere in the middle of the

these middle of the night morning personproblems because technically we get up and
we come in around here in themiddle of the I know, I mean,

and so I bought I bought one. It's a big pot basically.

it and it came with a recipefor rustic bread. And I don't know
why in my mind I made bakingbread out to be this insurmountable skill or
something like that. It just lookedit felt like it would be complicated.
But it's only four ingredients. That'sfour ingredients too many. No, I'm
serious, Like, and I knowa little bit about Dutch ovens because there's
a boy scout and cup scout.Growing up, we used to have to

use those when we would go camping. So that was where my familiarity with
the very multifaceted Dutch oven comes from. But I will say nonetheless, when
you say Dutch oven, I rememberthat I had to clean it and do
dishes. Oh oh, scrub No, but it wasn't a messy I mean,
you know we're talking, and I'mthe flower doesn't have to get everywhere.
And this recipe you can make thebread the same day. Because I

also don't I like immediate gratification.I don't want to wait twenty four hours
before I can bake the bread.But the recipe I found you can make
it the same day anyway. Itturned out phenomenal. The crust, everything
is perfect. So now I've unlockedthe skill and I can't stop baking the
bread in the house, and itjust smells so good. I mean,
I can't eat much of it myself, but my son and husband are loving

baked bread. Like my Mimi,my grandmother, God rest her. So

it over your knuckles and the earpart of the kitten is really sharp,

so it helps within dan. Thenit had like a random plastic dagger key
chain, and then there was akey that looks like a house key,
but inside do that little blade likea switchblade. It kind of pops out
of the house key. And thenthere was a lipstick that if you unscrew

this stuff is actually I just googledit while she was talking about it,

and I'm looking like at these Amazonlistings. Wow this Please don't ever take
any of this on a plane withyou. No, I'm not taking in
a plane or on facefield or anythinglike that. So how many of those
things do you think are actually somethingthat you're gonna It was a lot of

It's pitched shop. I'm hearing theocean. Where is he taking me.
There's a bunch of like candles inlike a shape of a square, and
there's like a blanket and he's thereand I'm like, what the heck?
I got nervous. I'm like,you know, this is a bit much

for a first stage. So we'resitting there with talking. Then he like
tried to kiss me and I said, wh whoa, whoa, whoa,
whoa, whoa. I'm sorry,this is a bit much for me.
On our first date. You hadme going down. You don't tell me
where we're going. I poke ata guest station and I go down a
path. Now I'm at the pitchblack dock beach. I'm like, this
is a bit much like this wouldhave been cute if it was like the
tenth stage. Yes, And hegot really offended and he was like and

he basically left me there though Iblew out all the candles. I collected
everything in the blanket. I kindof like carried it like Santa Claus kept
my six pack of beer and Ijust threw that stuff away in the dumpster

again? Did he try reaching outto you? I met him at my

birthday party at a pub. Ohokay. I never talked to him again
after that, Like he got offendedbecause I told him it was a bit
