way, I was like, Oh, as much as I love coming to
(00:24):
see you, guys, you neverget used to an alarm blaring in your
ear at three o'clock in the morning. Well, I know, but at
least our day ends sooner. Wellat least might live sooner because I know
you got to do your TV thing. Yes, this is wonderful enough.

(00:48):
so you know, going into LaborDay weekend. I don't know why
the college scheduled it going into aholiday weekend because the traffic probably wasn't fun.
That was my first question. Isthat's a little late for moving.
I've seen a lot of parents thatdid it last weekend or a couple of
weekends ago. Like my niece whogoes to UVA, she moved in a
couple of weeks ago. But everybodyis different. And yeah, it's not
(01:10):
a universal thing. He dreads it, obviously, but hopefully he got up
there in good time. Yeah, and that I think he's coming back into
town tomorrow night or so. Helikes to stay up there when you make
that kind of a drive. Yes, you better invest in a couple of
days visiting this scene. Yeah, exactly, which is what he's doing.

like, what does that even mean? You said it earlier and I
was like, oh, yeah,I know what that means. I'm like,
no, I don't know if Iknow what that means. We didn't
(02:14):
have that back to school nights.I know we did when I was growing
up. So there's like so manylayers of like engaging with teachers. There's
open house, which is before schooleven starts, where kids and parents can
go meet the teachers. Okay, then there's back to school Night, which
was last night, and then downthe road there's a parent teacher conference that
you sign up for. But backto school night generally the kids don't come
(02:35):
with you. It's just at nightyou go you meet some staff members after
work. But what they do inmy son who's in fourth grade, they
the kids write a note to momsand dads and they leave it on their
desk and it could be anything likehey mom and dad, you know,
I'm really enjoying fourth whatever. Yeah, and we're supposed to flip the piece
of paper over and like write somethingback. I took it like a full
(03:00):
blown assignment. Oh you were likeyou were in school moment. You thought
you were a student. I thoughtI was writing at a Hallmark card with
my motivational paragraphs to my kid.Well, everybody else is writing one quick
sentence back. I'm still sitting athis little seat writing out something. But
I left that for him today.Hopefully he's ruling his eye. Okay,
(03:23):
a fourth grader comes into school andthere's so much going on, Like,
is he gonna sit down and readthe whole thing? Concerned? I mean,
hey, if he does, great. If he does, I guess
not. But it's also a chancefor us to volunteer for stuff. Yeah,
and you're gonna volunteer again this yearfor the copy club, where I
get to make I don't do theroom mom thing, but I don't mind
being the copy the copy person oncea week. Well, excellent. I'm
(03:46):

that with you next. Stebby Untillyin the Morning ninety seven point one WASHFM,
Good morning. I'm Kidoche from GoodMorning Washington. Pumpkin spice lovers,
I may be able to save youa few bucks. Okay, Well,
I'm not a pumpkin spice lover.I'm one of the few, perhaps that
aren't not into the PSL season. But I know that sort of Starbucks has
the monopoly on the PSL thing. Is that what you're talking about? Yes?
(09:24):
And I would say that maybe you'vebeen ordering your pumpkin Spicelotte the wrong
way. I never was really apumpkin spice Lotte lover until I ordered it
this way. You customized it.Yes, So my customized order is a
grande, no whip, no foam, no pumpkin spice, topping, coconut
milk, two pumps of pumpkin spice. Instead of how many pumps, it's
(09:45):
six or seven, Regular is alot more. It's like, okay,
at least four. So once youfigured out the perfect formula, you look
forward to this time of year.Oh I love it. Yeah, and
it's a delicious It's not real heavy. You don't feel all that sugar.
Okay. So eleven dollars twenty onecents that I'm grand Day, which is
kind of the medium in case youdon't speak Starbucks. Okay. So my
(10:07):
partner Kyle, and I were travelingin the past couple of weekends and we
stayed at hotels that literally had DunkinDonuts in the hotel. Yeah, so
we had to change our orders, and I thought, well, I'm gonna
try ordering the same exact thing atDuncan medium regular coconut two pumps, five
dollars forty nine cents saying you onedollar and seventy two cents are your public
(10:28):
and twice taste, and let metell you it tastes exactly the same,
if not better. Oh wow, because that's gonna be my natural question,
because yes, Starbucks, is thatDuncan? Is this you're saying, you're
saying almost too much? Look atyou with your little uh consumer Yeah comparison,
you ask yourself what you're gonna dowith that one dollar and seventy two
(10:50):
cents? So wait, it alladds up. It sure does, because
don't you start and once you startthe pumpkin spice drinking? Is that your
go to order? Now? Thewhole season? Own one that I enjoy.
I will get it more than once. But I used to be like
Producer Kalin only get one a yearand be like I got my pumpkin spices.
Yeah, you did your one,and you did a selfie with it,
right, But now I'll do itanytime you really love it. Toby
(11:11):
and Chili's nearly impossible question. Allright, it's time to play the nearly
impossible question. What is today's question? Twenty five percent of Americans say it
bothers them when a rude person doesthis, but not enough that they'd actually
say something about it. What isit okay? Interesting? I wonder if
that's just happened to me this morningHere eight six six nine two seven four
three six one. We are playingfor tickets to see Madonna at Capitol one
(11:33):
Arena on December eighteenth, thanks toLive Nation. What's the question again?
Twenty five percent of Americans say itbothers them when a rude person does this,
but not enough that they'd sell yousomething about it? What is it?
Eight six six nine two seven fourthree six one. We'll get you
more music and the answer to thenearly impossible question? Next, Toby and
(11:54):
Chili's nearly Impossible question, and I'mkid o'sheay in for Toby. We are
playing for two tickets It's to seeMadonna Capital one Arena on December eighteen,
thanks to Live Nation. What isToday's question? Chili? Twenty five percent
of Americans say it really bothers themwhen a rude person does this, but
not enough that they'd actually say somethingabout it. What is it okay?
(12:15):
If you know the answer to thenearly impossible question? Eight six six nine
two seven four three six one goodmorning in Alexandria. Luke, You've got
the question, what do you thinkthe answer is when somebody cuts you in
line? Do you say something whensomebody does that, Luke? Or do
you just sort of look the otherway? I have and I haven't.
M Yeah, it kind of dependsif I feel like confrontational seem Yeah.
(12:41):
I don't like confrontation, So I'mlike, do you go ahead? You're
fine? You know what I mean. I'm like, ma'am, yeah,
the line is back there. Ihave no problem pointing it out. Feel
it. I feel it out, mother and ten children. It's maybe one
person. Maybe that's an excellent guests, and it also happens to be the
correct answer. Congratulations. Oh mygosh. Look you're going to see Madonna
(13:09):
at Capitol One Arena on December eighteenth, thanks to Live Nation. Oh my
gosh, thank you guys so much. Sounds like you're excited for the show.
I am. I've seen her fivetimes and this will be the sax.
Wow. We're so glad that wecan give you that opportunity, and
we appreciate you waking up with ushere. We'll have another pair of tickets
to see Madonna tomorrow morning. Sametime, same place, right here,
(13:31):
but till being chilly in the morning. Top stories, Top of the hour.
Tropical stormy Dahlia has brought over ninefeet of storm surge to Charleston,
South Carolina. Meanwhile, Dahlia leftbehind significant damage throughout Florida's Big Bend region
yesterday as a Category three hurricane, and ensured property losses in Florida are now
projected to run over nine billion dollars. DC police have arrested five teenagers in
(13:58):
connection with a string of robberies andcarjackings. Three boys and two girls ranging
an age from thirteen to sixteen, are accused of assault with intent to rob
and unauthorized use of a vehicle fromtwo incidents on Tuesday night. French George's
County Police say at least thirteen peoplehave fallen victim to a tech support scam,
which cost the victims around two hundredand eighty seven thousand dollars. The
(14:22):
scam targets people with these pop upmessages that warned that their computer may have
a virus or another problem, andthen they're directed to talk to a bogus
tech support agent who convinces the victimto transfer money into Wired transfers or gift
cards. Fairfax County Police are advisingdrivers about some school zone speed cameras that
(14:43):
issued tickets by mistake. They seethese cameras near Key and Irving Middle Schools
in Springfield and also Londontown Elementary inCenterville were set wrong and they'd be issuing
tickets outside of school hours. Soanyone who already paid for one of these
tickets will soon receive a notice ofreimbursement. And according to a recent survey,
(15:05):
forty six percent of Americans are boredat work at least three days a
week, and seventy one percent ofthose who've been in the same role for
over two years feel their job isjust too routine. But that doesn't mean
they don't like their job. It'sjust that they're bored of doing the same
thing day in and day out.Forecast for today, You can break your
(15:26):
boredom. Go outside and have lunch. Sunny, breezy, eighty the high
right now sixty five degrees in Rockville. Oh heck, the boss is probably
already on vacation. Go outside andhave lunch and a cocktail. I'm knoche
in for Toby. Coming up next. There is an airline offering an adult
only section. We'll tell you aboutthat, And I have a question for
Chili as a parent, are yougoing to maybe take advantage of this section?
(15:48):
I'll share that with you coming upnext Good Morning, It's Toby and
Chili in the Morning on ninety sevenpoint one washfmm Kinosche from Good Morning Washington
in for Toby. So there isan airline I think you're going to talk
about, the Turkish Dutch airline Corundon. I don't even know how to say
it. Yeah. Right, they'retesting out this adult only zone where kids
(16:08):
will not be allowed to sit inthe section of an airplane. I think
we know why. And it's betweenAmsterdam and Kiasau and this is going to
be offered November third. You flyway more than I do, especially for
your job at ABC SEMN. Yeah, what do you think about this?
Because you don't have kids, right, So when you first saw the story
that they're going to test this adultonly in the front of an airplane with
(16:30):
a wall and a curtain, Iwas totally fine with it. And I
think it's great to have special sectionsif it's more if the parents are going
to be more comfortable knowing they're ina section. I do not get upset
by an upset child on a plane. I've got four nieces and nephews.
I've traveled with them. I getit. Things happen with parents, So
I'm not like one of those people. My thing is, we all need
(16:52):
to manage our expectations when we're ona little small, you know, space
with one hundred and thirty different people. You know, yeah, stuff's gonna
happen if you're coming there for amoment of zen, yeah, and trying
to find rest and relaxation on anairplane, right, your expectations are set
wrong. So like, yeah,it's cool that they can have their own
saying, but if you have areally upset baby, you're probably still going
to hear the baby. Well, that's absolutely true. I don't know how
(17:15):
thick these walls are, because ifit's a noise situation, the voices will
carry. And I'm kind of onlysurprised the upgrade to that is forty nine
dollars to sit in an adult onlyzone. Because even if if I'm the
parent and I'm in the back ofthe plane, yes, I'm gonna feel
better if I'm getting a side eyefrom somebody next to me when my kids
(17:37):
having a moment. I'm be like, you kind of bought the tickets up
front, dude, Like, don'tlook at me that way. On the
other hand, I wonder if thisbecomes a thing, if people will be
offended and or upset that such athing exists. I am not offended or
upset. I think I can understandwhy you want a quiet ride. Well,
(18:02):
yeah, and I think you've madesaid something earlier, like the kicking
at the back of the seat. That's probably more if, yeah, you're
constantly putting up and down and playingdr iye pads than the noise factor.
Yeah, I don't really care aboutLike, you're not gonna be able to
do anything about upset baby, Butyeah, no. Now, if only
this thing comes to restaurants, Ithink that's the next adult only sections in
a rest staurant. I'd like thata lot more. Oh my gosh.
(18:25):
Coming up, we've got another oneof your crazy first date stories. Julie
and Alexandria went out with a guy. Everything was going great until she noticed
something he was wearing shocked her. We'll find out what it is next.
It's Toby and Chilli's Crazy first DatesShe's from one of the most beautiful places
in the DMV Alexandria. Hello,Julie, Welcome. How are you this
morning? Hi? I'm great. How are you guys? I'm so excited
(18:48):
to talk to you. We're readyto hear this crazy first date story.
Chili and I are listening, Sotake us on this adventure. I had
match up with this guy. Iwas using an app. We are chatting,
We're having a really great conversation astexting back and forth, and I
was like, this guy sounds reallysweet. We even did like a phone
conversation and then we decided to likemeet up and go out for dinner.
And I'm like, ah, Ihate going out on days this because sometimes
(19:10):
it's like, oh, you know, you have to get dressers, this
whole process whatever. But I waslike, this guy made me feel super
comfortable. And so I see himand I was like, oh, my
gosh, he looks exactly like hisphoto, which is also like one of
the big concerns. He opens thedoor to the restaurant, we go in,
We're having really great conversation, andabout like twenty five minutes into the
date, he like puts his handson the table and like crosses his fingers.
I'm like, oh, what isthat. He's like, what is
(19:33):
that a wedding room? Oh?God? He goes yeah. And I
said, uh, are you marriedor getting a divorce. He's like,
no, I'm married. I saidwhat are you doing here? And he
goes, well, my wife wasoverseas And I said and and he goes,
well, we agreed to it.And I'm looking at him. It
was like, why didn't you tellme? And he goes, well,
I figured you wouldn't come out onthe state with me. I don't have
(19:56):
too many deal breakers, but I'mlike, man, this is one of
them. Like you can be married, we're in a relationship. And so
then I was like, this dateis over. I was like, it
was great meeting you. I waslike, I recommend you tell any future
people you decide to go on adate with that you're married. Yeah.
It sounds to me like there wasnot a second date. But had he
been upfront with you and said toyou something like, hey, we're like
(20:18):
in an open relationship, would thathave changed things? No, Like,
she never told me that in anyof the conversations, Like he made it
sound like he was completely single.I mean, like I never directly asked
me because I didn't feel like Ineeded to be like, hey, are
you not married? Right? Exactly, And it didn't matter to you that
his wife was okay with it,because at the end of the day,
you're not cool with such an arrangementexactly. Well, we hope that it
(20:40):
didn't discourage you from ever swiping again, hoping to meet somebody else that's truly
single. It helped me prepare myselffor questions I should probably ask people because
I don't know what people are aTV things. It's true some things you
shouldn't have to ask about. Theyshould just come up, you know,
like upfront. Yeah, not upfront means like before you get together,
not just before the appetizer, exactly. That's so true. So you're dating
(21:02):
again, Julie, Is that thefirst question of the second question you ask
now after you match with somebody?Yeah? No, I actually am in
a relationship now, And it waslike one of the first questions I asked.
I was like, Hey, it'sgreat to meet you. Are you
married? Here's why? What anamazing story? Definitely crazy And we hope
that you're a new significant other doesn'tmind going to see some live music we'd
(21:25):
love to send you to see EnriqueIglesias, Ricky Martin, and Pipple at
Capitol One Arena October fourteenth, thanksto our friends at Live Nation. Try
to keep it together around Enrique Iglesias. You know he's married. Oh my
god, we love them so much. It's okay that they're married. Julie,
you have a great time. Stayright there so we can get some
information from you. All right, your story as good as Julie's better,
(21:47):
crazier. We just want to hearthat story now at eight six six nine

mean tickets to go see Nile Hornat Jiffy Lube Live next June. Again,
that number is eight six six ninetwo seven Coulists Top Stories, Top

Toby. Coming up next. Mypartner Kyle and I have a little dog,
Biggie. Are we the only petowners that don't have this for our
little dog? And does that makeus bad pet owners? Oh? No,
I need to ask Chili and Producefor Kayla. Next, Toby and
Chili in the Morning, ninety sevenpoint one WASHFM. I'm kido'she from Good
(24:27):
Morning Washington. A question for Chiliand producer Kayla. Are we bad pet
owners because we don't have this forour dog? It all depends on what
that happens to be. Well, you know what we don't have for our
dog? And I just realized theother day we've had him for a year
and a half now he's a seniordog. He's ten and a half years
old. We don't have a foodbowl or water bowl for him. So
(24:48):
what does your chihuahua eat or drinkfrom? Yeah, he eats off the
same plates that we eat off ofand drinks out of the same which is
we drink out of clarification, whatdo you say the same plate? Do
you mean like you have a pieceof the food they have a piece of
on the you're sharing that same plate, or you're using human plates? Then
seeing human plates our plates that weuse, and then when his gets dirty,
(25:11):
it goes in the dishwasher just likeours, and so we rotate through.
He looks better than like them, both eating off the same plate at
the same time. Oh, yeah, we got You still think it's Okaye,
you still think it's gross. Idogs listen. Dogs are licking and
sniffing and putting their mouths on everythingyou naturally would not put your mouth on.
(25:32):
So that's nasty, kid. I'msorry. I can't get by sleeps
in bed next to us every singlenight. Did you wash his paws?
I know, but you can washthe dishes in the dishwah, like what's
we're not eating off? But what'syour Why don't you have a dog bowl?
Very good question, like why don'tyou even have what you're supposed to
have? I guess we when wegot him, it was our first dog,
(25:53):
we didn't have it. We gavehim a bowl from you know,
the cupboard, and we just havenever not done that. And it's not
a big deal. Yeah, Andit's kind of like we could go to
we go to it when we takehim to the groomer. We could buy
him at the pet store. Wecould order him on Amazon, I mean
tree for twenty. Does he havehis own designated plate? No? It
(26:15):
literally just like when you make dinnerfor you and your partner. Yeah,
it'd be like, oh, letme just grab a plate for bigging his
dinner and then wash it in thedishwasher and then I mean it's weird,
but not as gross as you're makingit out to me. Yeah, it's
really just a mental thing knowing thatthat dog is fully licking that plate in
bowl. Like think about it ifyou're at a restaurant and they were like,
(26:37):
oh, yeah, we dropped herplate in the trash, but don't
worry we cleaned it in steaming hotwater and soap. I would still be
itcked out at that, even myfood off of it. Have you seen
some of the people that eat itrestaurants and you share plates with those people?
Just FYI So I think my dogis fine and Jilly head over to
washfm dot com or the iHeartRadio app.
