Hi, everyone, it's Amanda Riga Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
This is a guided sleep and dream meditation. So don't
do this while you're driving. Do it while you're going
to bed. As you settle in to your bed, go

ahead and work the kinks out. Find a good place
for your phone or your headphones so you can completely relax,
lying on your back, starting with a full body stretch.

Maybe you raise your arms up overhead, you point and
flex your toes, open and close your jaw inhaling, exhaling,
getting any excess energy, thoughts, debris, joy, happiness from your day,

moved through your body, wiggling your toes, your feet, your palms,
your wrist and fingers, maybe bringing your shoulders up, down
and around, moving your head side to side, finding space

in your body as you begin to relax, sinking into
your sheets, allowing your body to just be, bringing your
awareness to any discomfort, agitation, or tension in your body,

allowing your focus to go there so you can create
intentional healing and relaxation for all the aches, pains, frustrations

that our body so incredibly holds that our minds can't
always process. Maybe you smile an appreciation for the brilliance
of your biology. In this time where you get to

relax and not only find RESTful sleep, you have time
to heal, to grow, to connect with your higher self

for your highest and greatest path forward, and for the
highest path forward of humanity. Now take a deep inhale
through your nose, filling your entire body with oxygen. Exhale

through your nose fully. Go ahead and repeat this two
more times on your inhales, filling your body with oxygen
and light and clarity, and your exhale sending out any gunk,

debris or disruptions in your energy field, cleansing and clearing,
finding a lightness and a heaviness. As your body sinks
deeper and more gently into your bed, into the comfort

of your own being, begin to notice the heaviness of
your body and the deep relaxation. Doing one scan, one

full body scan from the tips of your toes, through
the arches and the tops of your feet, your ankles,
your calves and shins, your knees, your thighs and hamstrings,

your pelvist, lower back, lower abdomen up through your belly,
your spinal column, your ribs, set lungs, and heart, your

shoulder blades down through your biceps, your elbows, your forearms,
your wrist, your palms, and your fingers, coming back up

to your clavical. Your neck goes the front and the back,
your jaw, your ears, your mouth, nose, cheekbones, your eyes

and your eye sockets, your forehead, your scalp, your hair,
through the crown of your head. With this relaxation and

the awareness of your entire being as it slips deeper
into relaxation, rest any thoughts that are popping in, any distractions,
allow them. You are right where you are supposed to be,

knowing that you are safe, You are divine. Your infinite
potential is available to you as you sleep. As you
begin to relax deeper, know that the journey you take

while you are sleeping, while your physical body is resting,
breathing for you, pumping blood and oxygen through your body,
your astral body, your spirit, your consciousness is on the
adventure of a lifetime, connecting cosmic and quantum dots, connecting

you neural pathways of healing, clarity of higher dimensional realities.
All the while your physical body is rejuvenating, revitalizing, preparing
to wake up well rested and capable of integrating higher

levels of consciousness, higher frequencies of reality available to you.
Basque in the brilliance of your biology and your consciousness,
knowing that as you sleep, you are being evolved, loved, healed,

divinely directed for the greatest good. As you relax deeper,
take a little bit of time to communicate with your soul,

your higher self, and your higher consciousness. Begin by saying,
High your Self, I appreciate you. Thank you for healing me,

nurturing me, always guiding and directing my path forward in
my waking state and in my astral state. Thank you,
High your self. If there is something specific that is

on your heart or your mind to heal, to learn,
or to be open to, say to your higher self,
High yourself tonight, I am available for and fill in

your blank. High yourself. As I sleep, thank you for
allowing me to wake up rested and rejuvenated. Please help

work and the growth and the expansion you do at
any given time, on any given evening as you travel
into the astral states, is highly effective and stretches out

in vast directions throughout every part of the universe. Taking
a little bit of time now as you relax deeper
into your body to appreciate your divinity, your genius, your uniqueness,

knowing that you are brilliant, guided, directed, supported and loved
to show up in all your light, your divine glory,

and that you can healthily and organically integrate higher vibrational
frequencies from the astral plane into your biology and physiology
and see miraculous practical and organic pathways open in your

waking state, deeply trusting and following your own path, knowing
