(01:32):
Hi Kicky, she'll be Shelley, one hundred and fifty bucks,
one game win streaking. The showdown at was aggressive. It's
just the music. Just come okay, Bella. That means you're
on the phone on the text eight five five five
nine one three five. You know, I would love to
hear I was saying this a minute ago to you guys,
and I'm sure I won't get it, but I would
love to hear. You're gonna get it. You're gonna get

(01:53):
a lot of Taylor Swift recaps in your life today,
you're gonna get several from us. You're gonna get them
all day. And anyone who's ever been aware that Tailor
Swift lived might have something to say about what they
observed last night on the New Heights podcast on the
iHeart radio app. I guess it was on other places too,
but you know, I don't know why you'd go any
other place. But I would love to hear the recap

(02:15):
from like a husband or a boyfriend, or someone who
is forced under duress to watch the hour and forty
five minute New Heights podcast YouTube, listen to it on
the iHeart app. Whatever it is, I would I would love.
I would love the recap. Like Hobby, you said, watch
it with you?

Speaker 2 (02:32):
No, he were going to watch it together.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Oh yeah, you haven't yet. Oh because I heard Hobby
and Taylor Swift and I was like a man of
many words. Is Hobby the firefighter? And I would love
nothing more say and for him to tell us what
happened last night.

Speaker 5 (02:45):
My favorite thing about my husband is that he's really
late to the party half the time, and he'll text
about He'll text me randomly about something that's in the
headlines or the news, but it was like a week ago.
I'll be like, babe, what's up with this? Like he
asked me one time something about was it love Island?

Speaker 2 (03:01):
It was something?

Speaker 5 (03:01):
And I made him watch Kaylen's entertainment report on our
Instagram and he did. He walked down the kitchen and
I filmed it because I was like, I can't explain it,
you gotta listen.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
I don't know. Then he asked what was up with
like Sidney Sweeney stuff. The other day. He's literally texting
me that he's like, what's up with this? I love him.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
He's all late late those genes, you know.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
Two weeks ago it's like where were you?

Speaker 1 (03:22):
So now I'm like, wife, he's a morning personality, like, yes,
get with it right.

Speaker 5 (03:27):
So I want to hear his recap on this because
I know a text is coming soon, maybe like next Tuesday.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
He'll be like, what's up with Taylor Swift? On this podcast?

Speaker 1 (03:36):
He said. Shane watched all our in the least surprising
news ever. Shane watched all hour and two hours of this.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Yeah, well, I well it's not so surprised.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Well, no, it's surprising because you're into it and he yeah, but.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
Like I had to beg him to like watch it
and be into it. I was like, can you not
ruin this moment?

Speaker 6 (03:55):
For me?

Speaker 2 (03:55):
It was the direct quote.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Yeah, what if he had said to you like I
don't I really like I want you to watch it
and have a nice time, but like I'm going to
go do something else because I really don't want to.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Yeah, that would have been okay.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
However, take your attitude and exit the scene because we
need up.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Well I see, I see. So basically it would have
been like, you need to find some place else to
sleep tonight.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
I was trying to I was like, what do you
think the locks mean?

Speaker 3 (04:17):
And he just wasn't getting into it with me, and
I was like, I'm miss living with girls or I
need a game better.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
If you hadn't because his enthusiasm wasn't quite there.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Yeah, this was in the pregame, so maybe it was
just a long journey for him.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Maybe a little bit.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
There was a pregame.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Yeah, oh yeah. We had to set the scene.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
I had to have two backups because, as you know,
or as you may not know, YouTube failed.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
I could have been on the iHeartRadio apps.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
I heard don't worry, so I had to I had
two up, like literally, and then when the YouTube failed,
I could still listen to.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
It sometimes much to I just may I don't get
to wait a week to find out which happening. No, no, no,
it's my job. But I'm just saying, like I don't.
I don't have the luxury. I also don't see people's
lives and you know, burning buildings either like he does,
so priority like does Okay, but so we had several backups,
several backups in the because there was no way this

(05:05):
was going to be replayed anywhere.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Well, I knew that she was going to break the internet.
I knew she was going to break something, you know
what I mean.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
And so we had different apps that we installed on
the TV, like I said, and then we had our phones.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
I'm not even kidding.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
And then when YouTube went down, I was reading the
transcript you know on the app.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
You should have reached out to artech help people, because
they're so all over it, like they're really all it.
Like there would have been no issue. You would have
had no authentication, nothing would have like shut off and
not come back on again. There would have been no
like constant reloading of anything. It would have been great.
You should have definitely had artech people all over it.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Yeah yeah, my email still doesn't come up on my game.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
That's my point. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's why you should
definitely use them. So are we talking about that in
the Entertainment Report?

Speaker 2 (05:47):
How do you know?

Speaker 1 (05:48):
Yeah, well, I just figured we'll do the Biggest Stories
of the day. Vlogs are coming up. Waiting by the
phone this morning. Why did someone get ghosted? The throwback
throw down named that tune battled Caitlin out there to
a lead, big lead this year, but Jason's right, actually
not even a big lead. You have the most wins,
but Jason's right behind you. And then Paulina and Kiki
are battling for third place in the throwback thrown out

(06:09):
right the biggest Stories of the day. Taylor Smift's spoke
last night. It was it was a thing. I'm sure
if you're aware of it. It wasn't well publicized at all.
But brands, of course are jumping in on the life
of a showgirl. Fun. That's the headline of the story.
And it's still wacky how they're doing it. Olive Garden
FedEx YouTube, Elmo McDonald's, United Airlines, American Airlines, the City

(06:33):
of Las Vegas, lacek Crumble, Walmart, and do a Lingo Brazil.
They all made their logos glittery orange.

Speaker 7 (06:40):
I love it. Olive Garden dressed up a broodstick. I
think that was my favorite one in like a show.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
Girl their creative team is that girl?

Speaker 7 (06:48):
Yes, yes, that was one of the first ones I
saw was Olive Gardeners.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
Okay, is sassy Wendy? Still? Is that still a thing?
On x they used have yeah, viral in a minute
and say tsag. Yeah.

Speaker 8 (07:02):
AFC just got spicy this week too when they announced
that they bringing back the potato wedges.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (07:08):
Yeah, they just put up a photo like here damn
because we're getting in there.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Yeah, you follow your alma mater. I would follow mine Blockbuster,
but it doesn't exist anymore. So yes. Also uh with
TikTok Google. Lots of people got into the got into
the fun, the Taylor Swift fun, and I can't wait
to hear what Jason came in. I'm honestly, I might
leave the room for a while and I'll come back.
I care and they support you, but it may go

(07:34):
a while, so I may just go ahead and take
a walk.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Should I even like have other stories in the report.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
I don't even I don't know, man, No, but I
you know there's no one with more passion for Taylor
than in two of you.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
So yeah, can I join?

Speaker 1 (07:46):
I'll push the button. I'm just gonna just have it.
Just kick my feet up, have a little coffee, let's
get some breakfast. I don't know. Yeah, it'll be great.
Let me know when it's over. I'll go make a
protein chick. I don't know. The New York Attorney General
has followed lawsuit on Wednesday against Early Warning Services, which
operates the electronic money transfer service Zell. The pseudo ledges

(08:09):
that they knew that key features of Zel made it
susceptible to fraud and didn't implement any safety features and
allowed scammers to steal over a billion dollars. Zell's irreversible
transfers also meant that many customers were not able to
get their money back after realizing they were scammed. Do
other ones? I mean, I use Zel? Can you just
get your money back on other ones? I know Polina

(08:29):
doesn't know because she tried to scam them all and
isn't allowed on them anymore. She's not allowed on any
of the money transfer website, and I'm actually I kidding, You're.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
Not No, I'm not allowed.

Speaker 1 (08:39):
Why why again are you blocked from them?

Speaker 4 (08:41):
What did you do well?

Speaker 1 (08:42):
You know, did you overdraft or what.

Speaker 4 (08:44):
Did you do well?

Speaker 2 (08:45):
That's every day. But I was doing a little moving around.
I moved some stuff around. I had a couple of accounts.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
Were you actually trying to scam them? Or is it
a misunderstanding?

Speaker 5 (08:54):
I was trying to scam myself. Basically, I was moving
money back and forth from account to account.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
So you're money laundering yourself, except there was no money
to launder.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Correct.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
Yes, that's layers of issues there insufficient funds for money laundering.

Speaker 4 (09:08):
Yes, with multiple accounts, trying to rip yourself?

Speaker 1 (09:10):
Oh wild?

Speaker 8 (09:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (09:12):
And so let me back on, right, you're the victim
of you, So why can't you go on? Why can't
you go on? There? Me? Anyway? A Zell spokesperson called
the New York lawsuit a political stunt to generate press,
and we'll see what happens with that. A Breeze Airways
flight from Norfolk to Los Angeles had to make an

(09:33):
emergency landing in Grand Junction, Colorado, after a drunk passenger
caused chaos. Witnesses said that the guy swung a skateboard,
which you're allowed to have a skateboard on a plane.
It seems like like I can bring a two by four.
I can bring half of a two by four in
a plane.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
I can put my bike on there.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
I mean, I don't know. It just seems like a large,
you know, piece of wood. With mental attention, I can
bring that on. It just doesn't sound safe, right. But
the man swung the skateboard, yelled racist slurs, and attacked
officers with a waste belt I'm not sure where that is,
and broke free twice after crew members restrained him. A
flight attendant and a passenger had minor injuries. The suspect

(10:10):
is a guy named David from La He was arrested
in police handed him over to the FBI. The delay
force passengers to wait for a new plane and crew
before continuing to La America. Is breaking up with alcohol?
Is that true in this room? No, not at all.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
I think it's a little bit more.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
I think it's true for me. I don't.

Speaker 9 (10:30):
Yeah, I feel like I'm just starting to get going,
like you're just not you were just getting into boos.

Speaker 4 (10:38):
I'm like Oh, what's going to make me sick? What's
not going to make me sick?

Speaker 7 (10:41):
Like? What can I do to like situational? Like what
works for me? Like I'm finally like in a shride?
Y'all are giving up?

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Is this?

Speaker 2 (10:51):
Like when we made Jason watch The Bachelor and like
it was literally the next season.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
We were like all right, Even Shelley was like, I
can't And then we have been doing it for years
and he was like, Okay.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
Wow, you just getting into booze.

Speaker 8 (11:02):
Yes, Like last night at the concert, I had two drinks. Wow,
Wednesday night. That never happens.

Speaker 1 (11:08):
Now, do you do you ever drink anything that's not
the color of a highlighter? Like do you ever drink
like a nice saving young bloc or a I don't know,
a cab.

Speaker 8 (11:17):
No, I drink like a nice moscatoto?

Speaker 1 (11:22):
Okay, yes, no, But I mean I think I've never
been like a regular drinker. I've never been the guy
that comes home from work at eleven am and pours
myself a cocktail, like you know, even though that's the
seven am. No, I mean, that's that's kind of the
end of our day and that would be our five pm.

(11:42):
But no, I've never. I've never done that. No, I
can't imagine. I think a lot of people in this
well anyway, I'm gonna i'll stop here.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
But yeah, the industry was wild in the seven We've
heard stories.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
The industry was wild like recently. But no, it's I'm
not like I think alcohol. Drugs are prevalent.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
You know, well, hold on, drugs are prevalent.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
In this industry.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
Yeah, absolutely, I'm joking.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
Yeah, you know, I'm talking globally. I don't know what
what everyone is talking about. No, I mean, I sometimes
wish I had been born though, I feel like I
was born too late too, because like this, this gig
in the in the seventies or the sixties or even
the eighties would have been amazing. We would all had
cigarettes in our.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Hands and BMW's downstairs.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Yeah BMWs. We would have had like full retirement funds.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
They would be matching frend show BMW.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
Yeah we all got just for signing on and uh yeah,
and there would have been lines of coke just right here, like.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
I would be deader in jail, like I would like.

Speaker 1 (12:46):
It would have been fun and would you would have
died rich?

Speaker 2 (12:49):
You know, story would have been way different.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
I mean, it would have been way different than Yeah.
But yeah, I see videos of these guys like these,
these guys in their heyday, like these they call them
the boss jocks, like the big time radio personalities and
big cities, and they're all in their little booth and
they just they're just chain smoking cigarettes and drinking beers
and just playing the hits man and yeah, reading newspapers. Yeah,
And it's just that part I don't miss. Can you

(13:15):
imagine we come in here every day and try and
come up with stuff to talk about. It's like we
had to sort through eighteen newspapers to find it. I mean,
at least we have this. I would have taken the
money and read the newspapers. But it's fine, it's all good.
But people are breaking up with booze. A new Gallup
poll found only fifty three percent of Americans now think
that even moderate drinking is bad for your health. That's

(13:36):
almost double from twenty fifteen. Yeah, So I I've never
been like the two drinks a day guy. I feel
like I either go out and drink Ben. Basically, I
had Ben's drink, and it was like once a week
I'd go out and to hit it and it wasn't
on purpose. It was just like that's you know, go
out with your friends and that's just kind of what happens.
Or I wouldn't drink at all. And now I don't
even do the latter because a lot of my friends
don't drink it all anymore. They've stopped drinking in favor

(13:58):
of THHT or.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
You're in that phase of life right, so.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
So like, and it's the only reason I was even
doing that was because my friends were doing it. It was
it was the activity. You know, we'd meet like at
a bar and we'd sit there and talk for like
hours on Friday. But then the booze were there. And
I wasn't drinking because I wanted to necessarily or because
I needed to. It was because it was there, and
so I stopped. And it's like I don't miss it.

(14:22):
I'm that girl.

Speaker 8 (14:25):
Because it's annoying because now y'all then I'll have y'all
little face, and now Jason and I want to go
turn up and it is like.

Speaker 1 (14:31):
My face lasted twenty five years.

Speaker 8 (14:35):
Everybody's like, oh, I'll just have water or just I'll
have you know, I'm not drinking a night, like why
I'll still have a drink.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
But I'm not like, I'm not trying to get turned.
It's the way that I once was. Just turn up,
just drink please. But yeah, I mean, these people are
all sighting health, and I think for me, it's just
more I don't know. I I'd rather do something else,
like what like you know, something all natural, you know,
like a like im blue chew blue. I'd rather just

(15:03):
do blue cheers. Yeah, La boobo is a trending today.
I'm all over the place. But you guys, I know
you were very worried about the heist, the thirty thousand
dollars bu Buo heist. They had caught the culprits.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
It was Coco.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
He was there's the woman who works here, and then
she sold them all to us in the black market
using zell, also scamming us. But she doesn't drink anymore.
So it's fun. Big Taylor swift girl. She changed her
little plaque on her desk to orange glitter. Uh. Detextas
say that thieves hit a warehouse, grabbed the high end collectibles,

(15:39):
high in demand, high end collectibles, and we're prepping to
ship them all over the country. Police caught up with
the suspects somewhere, and they have returned all of these
solen Labooboo toys to their rightful owners. The latest TikTok
beauty trend. I don't know why this is a trend.
It's called the tired girl. How about just me like

(16:02):
all the time? Like where have you been? Right? Celebrates
the look of not having been to bed. This trend
embraces imperfections that are usually concealed, like dark under eye
circles and pale skin, turning them into international style statements.
The tired girl esthetic is a departure from the clean

(16:24):
girl look, which emphasizes a fresh face, polished appearance. Instead,
it leans into a more rebellious and raw beauty with
influences and celebrities embracing a grunge inspired undone style.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
Now this I can get behind.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
Well, you don't. None of us have to do anything.
We are all on trend with this, like we are
ready to go, Yes, we no doubt.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
About it, discover stuff that we've been doing for years.
But hey, as long as I'm on trend.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
That's called life. Yeah, Taco bells Mountains to Baja Blast.
This is for you, Paulina and only Polyna is getting
its first permanent new flame in two decades. This might
be for you too, Kiki, the chain's latest pushed into
the fast growing beverage sector. The fast food chain is
rolling out Baha Midnight, and that's today. Baja Midnight, a new, purple,

(17:12):
huge version of the cult favorite soda which mixes passion
fruit flavors with lime. Oh that sounds amazing, I know you. Yes,
obviously you'd say that. Yes, it's purple. I'm down here.
It's the color of the liquid inside of a highlighter.
Kiki is drawn to it.

Speaker 8 (17:28):
Yes, And I've never had a bad Baja blast, never true,
Like you know, it's all it's gonna hit every time.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
I can drink a nice, a nice you know, coke,
even a PEPSI occasionally doctor pepper something, you know, just
hit me with the full fat whatever. But once we
start getting into you know, like bright yellow neon color,
I mean, I just I don't know. It's too much
for me. It's it's too much all around the color,
the flavor. I just I can't that color doesn't exist

(17:56):
in nature anywhere.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
Pour some booze in it and go and get your day.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Yeah, drink, yeah, lean into your alcohol as a man.
Your ancestors are ashamed of you, right Rocket, generations of
alcoholics are sad that you're ending this. First of all,
you're not giving any Frederick offspring, and you're gonna stop
drinking too. Who the hell are you? You're not part

(18:23):
of this family anymore. And finally, I just want to
I want to wish a speedy recovery. All right, I'm scared. No,
I mean, I mean this is a speedy recovery to
a goy named Matt Barr from London. Now Matt Barr.
You may know his name, you may not, but he
is officially the guy who has the world's largest man

(18:46):
part oh fourteen point five inches and apparently there's hazards.
This is a real quote. Okay, this is an actual quote.
Matt says that he recently slipped in his shower because,
in his words, it's not easy to see my feet. What.
I don't have that problem. I can see him very clearly.

Speaker 4 (19:08):
Why do you need to see your feet?

Speaker 1 (19:09):
In The fall left him with two fractures in his shoulder.

Speaker 7 (19:14):
Oh, it sounds like he's just clumsy, but wanted to
flex right like that.

Speaker 1 (19:22):
Again, I can't believe it. Another eye can control this thing.
This is a real story today. The fall left him
with two fractures in his shoulder. He's now taking it slow,
using a bath mat and rethinking vacations. Apparently public pools
and board shorts can be tricky as well. I can't

(19:47):
believe it's a real news story.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
He's actually crying, and I don't think he's crying in yours.

Speaker 1 (19:55):
As he puts it, it's just another day navigating life
with a nat me unlike anyone else is. Oh, you
know you already got the gift, man, Like, just shut up, right,
just shut up. Nobody feels bad for you. I actually
kind of do, because because as early and you know,
we have some conservative listeners in places, I gotta be careful.

(20:18):
But like you, I'm not certain that that's I'm not
sure that's always a good thing.

Speaker 4 (20:24):
It's giving. He doesn't know how to use it.

Speaker 9 (20:26):
He just has well you know what I mean, he
fractured himself.

Speaker 8 (20:29):
Right.

Speaker 7 (20:29):
If he's tripping over it, you don't know how to
do it.

Speaker 4 (20:32):
You don't know what you're doing. If you're tripping over it.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
I wish that the news would interview me and the
quote could be well, I can't see my feet?

Speaker 6 (20:42):
So you know, right, you know what I mean. It's
it's I think it. It's not for everybody. I mean,
think about that. I need you guys to use your
brains and not make me say it. I don't mean
you guys, just mean everybody. What I mean is I
don't think every recipient is interested in that.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Absolutely not.

Speaker 1 (21:01):
I don't think everyone's trying to climb that mountain.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
Nope.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
And then there's you know, yeah, exactly where it was going.

Speaker 1 (21:11):
That's a new question. Kay, he's asking on the dating apps,
can you see your feet? Entertainment report is on the
plod show.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
Okay, pardon me.

Speaker 3 (21:20):
I was having an afa conversation with Jason that I'll
never be able to forget.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
I'm glad I inspired this kind of discourse. Yeah, why
did you do that? We're having important conversations on there?

Speaker 3 (21:32):
You know.

Speaker 2 (21:34):
That to us?

Speaker 3 (21:34):
Okay, all right, I don't know how to right turn
from that. Luckily they couldn't hear what we were talking about.
But last night was the holy event. Mother did her
very first podcast ever, which is crazy.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
Was doing a mask. Nobody went it was crazy, nobody
showed up.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
Where was I wonder?

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Yesterday? He was letting people come in from the heat.
He was just trying to get like an audience. Oh okay,
well I guess. I guess normally he does something where
like I've not been to the Vatican, but he'll go
and everyone's out in the creepyard. I've never been a Vatican.

Speaker 2 (22:03):
No, No, I mean about the pot I'm serious.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
I've never been a lot of people have not. You know,
I've not. I've not reached my holy land yet. Cal
are you being serious? No, I'm not about the part
where you were been on any kind of mission or pilgrimage. No,
I haven't yet. No, but he does. I guess he'll
stand up on a little balcony and he does a thing.
But it was ninety five degrees in Italy. So he
was welcoming people into the church and was like cycling

(22:28):
them through so that everyone could be you know, hear
his message will also you know, being not as hot.
This is why, because he realized if he didn't do that,
nobody was gonna come yesterday. You could have probably met
the Pope shook his hand. Because everybody was too busy
watching Taylor Swift or trying to make sure their technology
was updated yeah, we got.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
To talk about technology. But I thought I thought.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
The Pope was having a screening in there, so that
I thought that's why everyone was going.

Speaker 1 (22:51):
Oh, like, everyone's coming to see him, and that would
have been very related. I would have made my pilgrimage
then if you could have said Vatican and Taylor's and
the Pope Pope Leo all at the same time. Oh no,
I'm busy.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
Oh I mean dream bloot rotation. But you know, just kidding,
all right.

Speaker 3 (23:09):
So during the New Heights podcast, let's get like, let's
get this stuff out of the way that like we
have to. Of course, she announced her twelve studio album,
The Life of a Showgirl. She showed us the cover.
I love the cover. Jason's gonna like join in on
this report because he's as big of a swifty as
I am. Sure, what do we think about the cover?

Speaker 7 (23:24):
I love it, and I love the alternative covers too,
especially though I don't know if it's a cover, but
the one where she's kind of got her leg up
and diamond like she's yeah, it's looking it's getting naked.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
Yeah, she's a little naughty girl on the theme is
like old school Vegas showgirl. But it's more about her
life when she gets off the stage. It's a short
album for her twelve songs. It's gonna be pop music.
So Fred's gonna be happy. Max Martin is back, who's
just a genius, worked on the Backstreet Boys some of
their biggest songs.

Speaker 2 (23:53):
So she called it her Lightning in a.

Speaker 3 (23:54):
Bottle result, and we are getting that on October third,
aka thirteen with a zero in the middle. Sick of
all her numbers, I speak for a living. I don't
want to do math anymore, but she's still making us
do that. Okay, let's get into the podcast. So I
feel like the biggest it was two hours.

Speaker 2 (24:09):
It was two hours.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
I somehow missed fifteen minutes.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
Then I guess a lot of people thought it was
only one hour forty four.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
However, YouTube crashed.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
And I was sitting over here going one hour of
one plus four four eight nine, it was nine.

Speaker 4 (24:22):
Yes, you're doing numerology, like.

Speaker 1 (24:24):
Wait, nine nine and a half still not wait, where
does the team come in? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (24:28):
Pore Jason Kelsey didn't understand numerology. That was tough for
him to understand. But but I was adding that.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
Up to thinking, Okay, she's gonna go for two hours
and twelve minutes.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
But yes, YouTube crash.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
So if you were not listening on the iHeartRadio app,
then you did not get the last portion of that.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
They kissed and there's a whole thing. I believe they
have it up now.

Speaker 3 (24:45):
I feel like the headlines and you know, add in
if you have anything, Jason, were things that should we
never hear her talk about. So in terms of re
recording her music and like that process and then buying
her master's back that was a really big thing. And
then like her relationship with Travis, I feel like we, oh.

Speaker 7 (25:02):
Yes, you're super open about that, like their first date
they talked about and being in the suite with his
family for the first time, like she opened up about everything.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
I was shocked and me too. And he admitted that
he really fell for her after going to the Air's tour.
So I think we have a clip of him describing
what it was like to fall in love.

Speaker 10 (25:20):
Yeah, as much as you and I've told you this
as much as you want to, you know, give a
New Heights credit. I give the Airs to her credit. Yeah,
I give the Airs to her credit because if I
would have never gone to that show, and been mesmerized
and just being captivated and then left with such a
desire to want to meet you. I would have never

(25:41):
went on here and told everybody how about hurt I was. Yeah,
I had never just been so engulfed in the curiosity
of who you were.

Speaker 8 (25:51):
Really.

Speaker 4 (25:51):
The best things about that last stamement is you didn't
even know what the word in golf meant before, Like
you met Taylor, like this is you have brought into
your horizons so fun.

Speaker 10 (25:58):
Were the perfect I'm telling you, it's so she makes
me so much better.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
Thank you for saying that.

Speaker 2 (26:07):
Thank you for saying that.

Speaker 10 (26:09):
And then but it's like you see you on the
stage and you see how crazy you can get an
entire stadium going, and then I get you in a
room and it's like I've known you forever. It's like
it was just the easiest conversation I ever had, and
it was just so much fun that it just it
knocked my socks off, from what they say, knocked yourself off.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Yeah, thank you, that's right.

Speaker 10 (26:34):
And I had never I had never experienced something so
mesmerizing on stage, and then it's so real and so
beautiful in person.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
Hey, yeah, I know honestly, everyone should leave.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
She was looking at him like, Okay, he is fine,
He's so fine. And I love the way he described it.
I loved their dynamic. We never got to see their
dynamic before. And like how he was pretending to be
dumber than he was, which I hate that he does that,
but she kept.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
Calling him out.

Speaker 7 (27:10):
Yeah, and it's such like a man, like a straight
man that he claimed he wanted to meet her so
bad but didn't follow any of the proper channels to
actually like, didn't reach out to her management, no one
on her team. He thought he was just going to
walk into Arrowhead Stadium because he knew the elevator lady,
and she was just gonna let him down to her
dressing room.

Speaker 4 (27:26):
And then he got mad after that he didn't meet her.
And though he did none of the planning to actually
meet her.

Speaker 1 (27:32):
Wow, which is why it rings me to my next point. Jason, Yeah,
I'm a little That was a beautiful little, uh little soliloquy.
It was a beautiful little speech. But I'm skeptical. I
don't think he felt all that. I think he wanted
to meet her because he thought she was hot. I don't. Yeah,
I'm sorry, but he did not. He did not. He

(27:53):
was not out of body when he went to Arrowhead
Stadium that day. And so you know, he wanted to
meet her because she was hot. And now I think
he's figed all this stuff out. Yeah, I think initially
he wanted to made her because she said her swift.
She's hot, right, and then I wanted to get to
know your soul. No, he wanted to be here and
he was butt hurtbeat at the time. We all remember
the clips. Oh yeah, Jason just made the best. He
was butt hurt because he was denied. Oh yeah, this

(28:15):
was because the love of his life was being blocked
by the elevator.

Speaker 3 (28:19):
Lady when she roasted him for that, and I had
to thank her for that, like because he was he
thought because he played in that stadium that he could
go up to some lady at the biggest pop stars
concert and get up there. And she was like, dude,
you didn't even try. It was like ridiculous, And I
love that. But you said after you saw her that
it was amazing to see how she captivated.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
No, everything, audience all that. He said a lot of
things that are true. No, no, no, I'm amazed by what
Taylor Swift can do. I've always been amazed by what
Taylor Swift can do. The first time I ever saw her,
I'm just like, how on earth she's just standing.

Speaker 2 (28:51):
By her beauty?

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Well, I don't think she's pretty, but it wasn't even that.
It's not that. It's like she was standing there talking
about the turkey's hand, which she ate for lunch, and
eighty thousand people are are Our tears are like streaming,
and they're completely silent, hanging on to every single word
and breath that comes out of her mouth.

Speaker 4 (29:08):
I preventally.

Speaker 1 (29:10):
The last time I saw it was at a cult meeting.
It was crazy, and I'm just I'm watching this going
like this is truly amazing, And I'm being sincere when
I say that. I just don't buy that the initial
reason for him wanting to meet her was because he
was so captivated by your soul.

Speaker 3 (29:22):
But he knew she was years before, because he talked
about her in interviews years before, So.

Speaker 4 (29:27):
I think it was like a growing thing.

Speaker 7 (29:29):
I think like he went agreeing in her there and
then I saw her just like anyone else that goes
to that show, You're I agree, you know, you get
amnesia about how.

Speaker 3 (29:36):
Great it was, and for sure, other highlight for me
was hearing about how when she wanted to.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
And I'm going too long, so I will end this
really quick.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
But I don't think you can go too long too.
I don't think you can.

Speaker 2 (29:48):
Today's your day, ka, I'm having a great time.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
She talked about how when she wanted to buy back
her Masters from Shamrock, she was like, Okay, this is
like my life's work. This is all so photos, this
is album covers, this is everything. I'm not going to
send my management team to go negotiate this deal at all,
no lawyers, no nothing. I am sending my mom and
my brother. And while they do work with her, she
sent them for a reason, and they could speak to

(30:14):
the passion of that little girl who started writing that
music all the way till now.

Speaker 2 (30:19):
And that is why she was able to buy them back.

Speaker 3 (30:20):
Shamrock did not have to sell them to her because
that would have been their money maker for the rest
of their you know, however long and I show that
I did fine, for sure, I want to it in perpetuity.
And she described it to me, going, well, just to me,
this is.

Speaker 2 (30:37):
What I mean.

Speaker 1 (30:38):
This is what I mean is that Taylor has this
way of making feel people feel like she's talking to them,
like singling out people in crowds of gazillions. It's a
really amazing quality. It really is. It's God given or something.
It's yeah, otherworldly, it is. I've never seen anything like it.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
But she did say like, Okay, imagine like I die
and like someone else owns my all of my leg's
work and then they can leave it to their family
members in their will. She's like, I don't think that
that part's right, Like you can negotiate after a certain
amount of years that something goes back to theme.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
So I thought that was interesting.

Speaker 3 (31:11):
And then of course her hiding in a mop cart
during the Erastur is just everything. That's how she came
out on stage in a mop cleaning cart. So you
can if you want more of this because I'm and
I go for hours and hours type the frendshowon demand
on the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 1 (31:26):
No, it was. It was all very interesting, and I agree.
I thought she was very transparent and more open than
I'm used to seeing her. I mean, i've met her,
I've never interviewed her, but I can imagine if we
did interview her it would be like a lot of
other interviews where there's a thousand things we're not allowed
to ask. And I think that because she trusts them.

(31:47):
I mean, but she's going to be married to that,
you know, I mean that's family now. I think that
they you know, they were allowed. But there, you made
a good point. I saw a few edits too. There
were a few spots that were shocked, and I want
to I want to know, like who in the legal
team and the PR team who watched this thought that
that she went too far with Like that's amazing to
me that she may have gone too far on stuff.

Speaker 3 (32:08):
Yeah, yeah, I mean she I think because she was
burned during her like you know, Kim Kanye reputation era,
I think that she very much wants to control the
narrative now and forever, and so that is why she
did it.

Speaker 2 (32:19):
And it was such a big but.

Speaker 1 (32:20):
You may never see her speak that freely ever.

Speaker 7 (32:22):
Yeah, I don't think you would not give that to
a regular news Yeah, exactly, exactly. Yeah, you mean talking
about sourdough for twenty minutes, Yeah, sourdough for twenty minutes.
But if you also notice, like the editing he kept
like drinking things, and they like would go really in close.
I was like, yes, you get that back. You don't
get any other brand in the same shot as you,
Taylor without a check because reaching over and he would

(32:45):
go right to her.

Speaker 2 (32:46):
Okay, I was like, these drunk cuts.

Speaker 7 (32:49):
He kept drinking things and of course, like she did,
there's no brand deal here.

Speaker 4 (32:53):
You're not gonna get me with the you know what water.

Speaker 2 (32:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (32:57):
No, I love them together, I always have. I just
I don't know this savvy story he tells. And now
you were a jock and you wanted what you wanted
and you thought you were big time, and you got
denied and you went on your podcast. She cried about it.

Speaker 2 (33:10):
He did, Yeah, and.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
It all worked out very well for you, which means
I need to start crying more.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
She said, you don't know, you should use this platform.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
And I used to and it sometimes works, but then
I got out, I got a people got mad at
me about it, so I stopped using this platform to
to enunciate any interest I had in dating. You know,
I got misquoted and then the rest of it. So
I just I stopped. But you're right, maybe I should
go back to it. Yeah, yeah, just start crying about
all the celebrities that won't meet me. Yes, maybe one

(33:40):
of them will be like, I don't meet him, it's
fun and then boom.

Speaker 3 (33:44):
She said she did like have to check though, to
make sure he wasn't insane, like before, you know, answering
his crime.

Speaker 1 (33:50):
If you think, if you think there wasn't a extensive
background check, an extensive vetting process. They dug and found it.
Anything he'd ever done in college, high school, a fraternity,
probably to go see a physician. I would imagine that
he was. He went to the three checked in the
mail for three days and they would see her Cy

(34:10):
and I and they went up and down, the inside out,
sick of stuff down and throwed up this booty. They
looked everywhere, they looked. I'm telling you she is like
a deity. Yes, your family getting on her.

Speaker 5 (34:23):
Yes,
