Speaker 2 (00:54):
Money cannot buy it.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
You get to come back and see us all and
meet with my clipboard.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Yes, still on his combat boots, He'll have his europiece in.
It's really going to be something. It's a. It's a
very intense Jason Brown. You know, it's a wild ride
that night for Jason because he's on the stage, and
I know it makes you nervous to be on the
stage a little. But the probably the most jacked up
I've ever seen you was was it your a couple
of years ago? Is it the first time that you

(01:20):
actually went on the stage because you're normally backstaged, you know,
handling everything, but then you were jacked Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Well, looking out and see all those people, I was like, oh,
this is this is real? Yeah, not normal at all,
not a normal feeling.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Yeah. Yeah, but you'll get to witness the ups and downs,
the trials and tribulations backstage. A jingle books exactly the
happiness to set this at seven fifty five, you can win.
I don't know why I didn't know this, but the Bears,
of course are doing very well, and they won over
the weekend. And Ben Johnson now becoming the coach if

(01:55):
you don't know, now becoming very famous for his locker
room speeches and his screaming and yell in it, which
I gotta be honest with you, pumps me up, man,
Like I love this guy. I feel like You guys know,
I'm a Dan Campbell guy, and I like the Lions
because I want them to win for Kaitlin. But I
love Dan Campbell to coach of the Lions. I feel
like Ben's bringing some of that he.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
Should try in, but I think he should keep his
shirt on.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Really, Okay, So that's where I'm going on this.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Sorry, well, no, no, no.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
No, you didn't. I mean, that wasn't breaking news. You
didn't ruin the story. But I didn't realize that he
did that because the Wiener Circle dared him to do
I didn't know that was why I thought he was
just so into the moment he ripped his shirt off.
What I didn't know was that today at the Wiener Circle,
starting at eleven o'clock, in a partnership with Rosen's Bakery,

(02:44):
while supply is last, you can get a free hot dog.
I guess they're going to donate two thousand poppy seed
buns for the giveaway, which is the equivalent of about
four hundred Ben Johnson's shirts stack from end to end.
On October twenty second, mon Did a Winner Circle hosted
its first free hot dog giveaway of twenty twenty five.
Thanks to Caleb Williams showing four touchdown passes against the Cowboys.

(03:07):
They announced that they would host a second free hot
dog giveaway under one condition that Ben Johnson went shirtless
after a Bear's win. So I thought he was just
so pumped up that he ripped the shirt up. I
didn't realize that he was doing that in response to
the winner circle, which I kind of love.

Speaker 5 (03:21):
Yeah, he did his big one for the free hot dog,
so I'll allow it.

Speaker 4 (03:24):
But like, I don't know he's hot.

Speaker 6 (03:26):
I didn't.

Speaker 5 (03:28):
I mean, I don't know. I still like him. I
feel away because he came from the Lions. Maybe that's
clouding it. But he's a little like Skinny.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
He lot more like, I don't know, like Chisel than
I thought.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
He Yeah, he had more definition than I would have expected,
but he said he actually acknowledged that. He said it
was spur of the moment. I guess I figured the
sooner the better because I'm not in the weight room
very much anymore, and so I guess he did. His
physique is maybe not improving throughout the season, so he
wanted to make sure he got that end. I mean,
you do it after every show, so Yeah, no, I

(04:01):
mean I've been known to rip my shirt off multiple
times throughout the show, which it really just depends. But yeah,
it's fine if you want to take my thing. But
as long as the Bears when I don't really care. Yeah,
because as I've said for many years, I've lived in
this city when the Bears are good, and I've lived
in this city for longer when the Bears are bad,
and it's much more fun when the Bears are good.

(04:21):
So I just didn't know that he was inspired by
the Winner Circle, So I kind of dig that.

Speaker 4 (04:25):
Yeah, that part's cool.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
But go get your free hot talk today starting at eleven.
Shout out to a Rosen Bakery as well. It's the
Fred's Show. Someone tell the suits to give these guys
more days off either they're still drunk from the long vaca,
but yeah, let these dogs off the lease for a
bit and they're feeling themselves this morning. Lol, love it.
Who is the drunk one guy? Okay, Fread's show is on.

(04:52):
Sometimes the texts are just amazing, you know. Sometimes the
texts just give it, and then sometimes I crush my
soul and and make me want to go home and
cry or actually go home. And cry. It is Tuesday.
Just every second of Fred Show is on. Good morning,
thanks for being here on the radio, on the iHeart
app on you and stub on Facebook. Search for the
French Show. New feature on the iHeart app. It's the
Highlights tab. There's more more content, Kieki more yes, never ending.

(05:17):
No Kiki's here. Good morning, Good morning, I said, Kiky,
So I say I'll start with you.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
Hi, Kaitlin, how the hell are you?

Speaker 1 (05:23):
You know I'm hanging in there.

Speaker 7 (05:24):
Man.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
I haven't yelled at anyone yet today. A lot of
people asking me, h, by a lot, I mean one
person dm me Fred on air on Instagram. Was that
cake that I received for my birthday yesterday from McDonald's.
It did look like a McDonald's cake, but it was not,
in fact a McDonald's cake. And a lot of people
don't know you can get a birthday cake at McDonald's.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
Really, I didn't know that, Oh you didn't.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
You didn't know that they have apparently frozen sheep cakes
at McDonald's and you I think they're frozen and you
can get them. You can go to McDonald's and a
lot of them and order a sheep cake and they
have them I thought that everyone. I thought, we're such
big fans of McDonald's in here. I thought that was
a French fun fact that I already done before.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
No, I had no idea. I'm not a sweets girl.
Have you guys ever had a McDonald's birthday party? Yes, okay, yep,
back in the day. Well, no, my last birthday, did it?

Speaker 1 (06:17):
I was going to say, that's where I had day
when I was in the I was in the ballpit
at the time he told me to come. I don't
know why you.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
Oh, you wouldn't come down and party. You just stayed
up there the whole time in the ball pit.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
I will say, I only finished the introductions. Hi, Jason, Paul,
don't worry about it. Hey, yeah, no, Shelby. Shelley's here
two hundred bucks in the showdown in about twenty minutes.
Stay ago, we'll debate the relationship drama just a second, Bela.
That means here as well, I have. Considering all the
psychosis I have and German nos and all the weirdness
about me, I'm shocked. I don't know where the transition

(06:49):
took place, because I as a kid, I guess we
all used to crawl around in those ballpits. But like now,
not only would I not get anywhere near them, I
wouldn't well because I'd probably get a rested, but I
also wouldn't let my nieces anywhere near that stuff. Like
you're not getting in there.

Speaker 4 (07:05):
No, I'll never forget.

Speaker 5 (07:06):
I went up to the top of like the plaything,
and my mom kept telling me to get down.

Speaker 4 (07:10):
I was like, hey, you can't get me.

Speaker 5 (07:11):
I'm not coming down, but I was leaning up against
one of the tunnels that has like the windows out
of it.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
She grabbed my hair so hard, pull through that thing.
She said, get down.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
Oh wow.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
Well I wasn't ready to stop playing. You know, she
dealt with a lot.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
You see, my sister probably would have reasoned like, that's
the difference in parenting now versus and plus and your
mom's a therapist, and so is my sister.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
I wasn't at that time, but yeah, it.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
Would have been I can honestly in our day, it
would have been put down here and grabbed you by
the arm and like yanke you whatever. He and hair
In this case now, it would be a debate. Now
you have a choice, and you can make a choice.
Are you choosing to stay up there or are you
choosing to come down and eat the food that I
got for you? You can make one of two choices.

(07:57):
I mean, it's the whole thing now. It's like parenting.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
These gentle parenting. That's how Bella got parented.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
And I think we're all gonna still wind it messed up,
so I'm not sure of it better. Yeah, they talk
better than the excite. These are the radio blogs on
the Fred shows were writing in our diaries, except we
said him Alaud. We call him blogs Jason's got one go.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Thank you, dear blog. So I had a very humbling
experience yesterday. I went to the good old fashioned Wally
World Walmart. I had to pick up some stuff yesterday,
and I walk in when there's like a display shelf
and I'm behind this older gentleman who was pushing a
cart and we both were turning the same corner. So

(08:37):
as he was training the corner, he nicked to the
merchandise that was on the shelf and a board game
fell on the ground. It was like sorry or trouble
or whatever, right, and then he just kept walking. So
I was like, okay, well maybe a you don't know
you did it? Be you don't care. I don't know,
but of course me being like everywhere I go I
have to feel like I work there. So I'm like,
let me pick this up for him, right, I'm like,

(08:59):
I don't want there just be this game on the floor, right,
So I get down. I'm a bad knee, right, and
I pick up the board game. Now as I'm trying
to restock it back on the shelf, they all start
avalanching on me. Okay, like the shelf was like tilted weird,
so like i'd put one up, five would fall like

(09:21):
I was, and I'm just like they're falling all around me.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
I'm trying to pick them up.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
And then the man who I guess just stocked the
shelf walks.

Speaker 4 (09:29):
Over to me and is like, he's like, can I
help you? Are you already breaking my display?

Speaker 1 (09:35):
And I was like, oh wow.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
I was like I I didn't do it, like someone
knocked it off and I picked it up, and he's
just looking at me like I know you're lying, and
I'm like I'm not lying, like I did this, and
he goes he gives me the just leave it, just
leave it, and I'm like.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Damn, I'm so sorry.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
So then as I go to get up off my
bad knee, I put my hand on the shelf board
fall off because now I'm kilting the shelf to get up,
and I just had to walk away. And I can't
stop thinking about it, because what does this man think
about me? Now he thinks I trashed his display that
he probably worked so hard to make so nice and
pretty for the holiday season.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
Indeed goes unpunished.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
You were trying to help, I know, And now I'm like,
oh man, I'm so sorry to this man who works
at Walmart.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
Didn't mean it's you should have knock him all down,
you know, so don't really work for it.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
He looked like trash anyway.

Speaker 2 (10:34):
I only did it wrong, That's what I'm falling.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Yeah, you worked in retail. I worked in retail. Who
else worked in retail?

Speaker 4 (10:42):
I did?

Speaker 1 (10:45):
Can you relate to like the way that everything had
to be full like I worked in clothing retail. I
worked in a few different retail, but everything had to
be folded a certain way, and like the display had
to be your way. So I got to the point,
like towards the end of the night where I would
like mean mug people who'd come into the store that
I already straightened out, and it would like I'd like
follow them around and meet I mean, like, this is terrible,

(11:07):
it's a terrible experience for these customers. But I would
follow them around and mean mug them, and if they
went to touch something, I'd be like, no, no, no, you
know what, allow me, Oh my god, because I could
get it off the shelf without screwing up the whole display.
And to this day, if I go to and I
don't know if this annoys people in like you know,
North stim or whatever, but to this day, if I
go to a place and there's a stack of clothes
and someone's helping me, I'll be like, well, you get it,

(11:27):
because I know that you can get it without me
screwing this whole thing up, which means that you're going
to have to refold the whole thing or you know whatever,
because you know, people don't care. They'll go in there.
If if you ever worked in retail, if you never,
if you don't know the pain of having to refold
a whole stack of clothing because somebody just grabbed, then
you don't understand or care. But people will just they'll

(11:47):
just trash it, man, And then you got to do
the whole thing again.

Speaker 5 (11:51):
Yeah, that was frustrating, or right before closing when they
came in, you know.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
Oh yeah, I'd follow people if it was like, you know,
we closed it eight and it was seven forty five,
like do not touch it, like out if you want
to leave, Like it's also fine if you don't buy
anything and just go home, like go home to your family.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
There.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
The same way at Blockbuster too. It's like we'd straighten
the whole store and then somebody would come in and
like just start and say, oh, I got to do it,
and you're supposed to do it when the store closes
for that reason, but no, we wanted to leave, you know,
so we'd follow people around and stare at them, give
them bad looks. It's a miracle they didn't have like
the same kind of you know, Google reviews and things

(12:27):
that they have now, because I would have gotten fired instantly. Yeah,
they had secret shoppers back in the day. It would
come in and like shop. I think they still do this,
but they would come in and shop the store, but
they were so obvious, you know. They'd come in and
they would ask questions that nobody else would ask, like
you know, excuse me, Fred, can you tell me about
the buy one, get one free special that's available now

(12:48):
through November. You know, it's like, yes, I can. I'd
be more than happy to help explain that to. You know,
I don't know. They weren't they weren't slick, you know,
or they'd some of them would even come in with
little checklist and it's like, really, thank you, you know,
and of course they got exceptional service. Because I think
we're writing it all down. But yes, the pain chasing,

(13:11):
the pain of the show is on. It's stay or go,
all right? Hi Becca, good morning, Welcome to the program. Hello,
Hi Becca, what's going on? This is a complicated one
here because and I don't know that I have a
little gist in front of me and what's going on?
I want you to tell everyone the story, but I

(13:34):
I don't know. I people are gonna like my opinion
on this. But but what's going on with you? And
this is your boyfriend who you reconnected with? Right?

Speaker 8 (13:40):
Yeah, we took up. We took the break a few
years ago, but we ended up reconciling and getting pregnant
with our sons and we've been together ever since.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
Well, congratulations, by the way. I mean, that's exciting to
have a kid and whatever. No, I don't want to
interrupt you, but that's the good news. Congratulations to you.

Speaker 4 (14:01):
Oh, thank you.

Speaker 8 (14:02):
Yeah yeah.

Speaker 9 (14:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (14:05):
But recently, my boyfriend came to me and shared that
he wants to get a paternity test, which totally shook
me to my core because he said that he and
his family have concerns over the fact that our baby

(14:26):
looks nothing like him because my boyfriend has he has
like dark eyes, dark hair, dark complexion, and he's feeling
insecure about having a paler, you know, blonde, blue eyed son,
and he feels like people always scare and that friends
and family are like talking about it. But it's never

(14:51):
been a question in my mind.

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Well, first of all, that's got to feel good that
my family and I've been talking about this about how
a kid looks nothing like me and how the mother
might be a little little huge I mean, you know
what I mean, Like, that's that feels great that you know,
that conversation that has taken place.

Speaker 8 (15:09):
Oh, it was horrible, it was horrible. I felt terrible
when he brought it up. It's never been a question
in my mind obviously, and you know, he's never said
anything like this before when but when he brought it up,
you know, he pointed out that we were on a

(15:29):
break back then before I got pregnant, and now he's
wondering if maybe the baby is someone else's.

Speaker 10 (15:36):
I know the baby is his.

Speaker 8 (15:39):
I'm obviously confident in that. But you know, the baby
looks like me. You know, sometimes kids look more like
one parent.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
Than the other. How long was this great before you guys, Like,
when you guys were apart before you got pregnant. Was
it months? Was it years? I mean how I don't know, it.

Speaker 8 (16:00):
Was just a couple of months.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
Did you get with anybody else during that time? I
mean again, I'm not suggesting that you did anything wrong here, because,
by the way, if you were on a break and
you did get with someone else and you got pregnant
like that, you can do that. You weren't together. It
wasn't like you cheated. I'm just curious if that's even
a remote possibility.

Speaker 8 (16:20):
Yeah, that's a fair question, but honestly, no, like absolutely not.
I was using that break to you know, focus on
myself and like making sure I was, you know, doing
what I wanted to be doing. And so no, there
was no one else in the picture. That's what's crazy.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
Well, I want to know what every one of the
room thinks. Of course, but you guys at home as well,
eight five five five three five men contact the same number.
What I might be an unpopular opinion. I don't think
you necessarily. I don't think you owe him anything except
you're well. I feel like in Starego the theme is
pretty similar, and it has to do with trust, and
it's people who were to get Usually it has something

(16:57):
to do with people who were together who don't believe
one another for whatever reason. And then I wonder, like, well,
why are you together if you don't believe what the
other person's saying. But I think you could very easily
put this to rest. You don't owe him this, But
I mean, there's a there's a scientific proven way to
determine that it is in fact his, that there was
no overlap, that there was no indiscretion, and then you

(17:18):
never discuss this again, and if it ever comes up,
it's like, dude, we already did this. I say, just
go get the paternity test. Prove to him, because you
know for a fact that it's his. Prove to him
that it's his This is over and it's never discussed again. Now,
if you want to go get into the fact that
he doesn't trust you, that's another thing. But I mean,
I guess it's possible that you could have been impregnated

(17:39):
by someone else because you weren't together, So why not
just go do it and then we're done preach? Okay,
so more people guess with you. I thought that was
going to be an unpopular opinion because I'm I suppose
you're giving in to his insecurity, which you don't have
to do. But I guess this is again you know
the answer, So just go do it. Is over, we're

(18:00):
done with that.

Speaker 5 (18:01):
And then you guys think she should stay with him
after that, like I would take the test and leave
if anything, or I'm not taking the test unless I'm
legally required to if I know that that's my kid,
And you guys are talking about this in that way.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
Wow, I guess for me though, Kaylin, it's like they
weren't together and so it's not necessity. It's an insecurity
and and she she told him that it is, and
she told him she wasn't with anyone else. And if
this relationship is going to go on for years and
years and years. Then at some point you're going to
have to believe the things had come out of her mouth.
But they were not together. Now this is it would
be very different from me if they're if they were

(18:37):
married or in a relationship, a partnership, and they didn't
break up, and then all of a sudden, they've been
together the whole time, all of a sudden he comes
out and goes, you know what, I think, maybe you
cheated on me. That would be one thing, but it's
not unfeasible or infeasible, whatever the word is. It's not
impossible that during the time they were together that she
had a one off hookup. So I guess this is
just an easy thing to put to rest.

Speaker 5 (18:58):
Yeah, but she's saying she didn't, and I believe her,
and I think she should leave him. And I think
if you take that test, fine, that's up to you.
But I think, go that's my where.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
Are you coming from?

Speaker 11 (19:09):
I would absolutely take the test just to shut everybody up,
And then it's up to you. It's your prerogative if
you want to stay or go. But at the end
of the day, like he wants, if you're not sure
about this being your kid, let me, let me shut
you up, and your family and your mama and everybody else.
Let's put it all to rest. Let's put it on
the table. And then once I take the test. Now
you really don't hate me because I'm a throw it
in your face every day, but.

Speaker 4 (19:28):
You didn't believe me, but rest of your life, for
the rest of your life.

Speaker 11 (19:32):
But I do think like you, he's not sure and
that's so you can't especially if the relationship hasn't been consistent.
He's not wrong for having a wanting to know the truth,
Like that's what tests are here for.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
Take the test.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
Yeah, And Caitlyn's point is, well, she told him the
truth because they're in a trusting relationship. I just I
don't know if Yeah, well, you're right, But there are
scenarios where I would say this is outrageous and and
and and she'd be feeding into his insecurity, and there
are other situations I say, let's just check the box
because and then we can deal with it after that.
But like, let's check the box. Becca, what does it

(20:07):
make you feel when I say just go do it
and then this is over.

Speaker 9 (20:13):
I mean, I've definitely thought about all of these options,
and yeah, I feel like, you know, if I go
do the test like it is going to be unfortunately
kind of spiteful on my behalf, like.

Speaker 8 (20:29):
Like y'all are saying like I don't think I I
don't think that I'm the kind of person that would
be like, okay, I'll do it. Like I would very
much be like there you want to prove period.

Speaker 3 (20:40):
Yeah, I can understand that I can't refrigeratah, make it
really And then I might post.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
It on social media and tag his whole family will
be like, oh, you guys talking about me behind my back.
Check it out.

Speaker 12 (20:51):
I'm posting everybody knows make them T shirts.

Speaker 1 (20:57):
Yeah, let me take some phone on this, becau. I
want to see people at home have to say a
bunch of texts about this too. But thank you for sharing.
I wish you the best. I hope it works out.
Maybe let us know what you decide to do. Thank you,
have a good day.

Speaker 12 (21:12):
You know what the test saying, Yeah, I'm curious.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
Well yeah, if we don't hear from her, then I
think we keep up right, you're curious? What No, I'm curious.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
That is maybe the silly question.

Speaker 12 (21:22):
But like, let's just say she does end up leaving
the relationship, but she files for child support, would there's
still have to be a test done for that? So
the test is coming either way most times for child support. Absolutely, Okay,
got it? So, I mean that's what I learned on
Judge Matt. I was gonna say, you know, that's record.

Speaker 1 (21:39):
I mean, that's that's that's a real legal process.

Speaker 6 (21:41):
So I know.

Speaker 12 (21:41):
Yeah, so you're right, then, Fred, like, just knock.

Speaker 4 (21:43):
Get out, now, just do it now.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
I wouldn't. And I mean because she knows. I mean,
if she's absolutely certain, if she wasn't with anyone else,
it's like, this isn't, this isn't. This is a no
brainer one argument, you know what I mean, Like you're
you know the answer, the easiest.

Speaker 4 (21:56):
Test you'll ever take. But would you stay or would
you go? How could you stay after that? That's true?

Speaker 11 (22:01):
Well, the thing is I know that we were on
a break, so I would give him the grace of
he doesn't know what I was up to, honestly, and
I don't know, but he was.

Speaker 4 (22:10):
Yeah, but people lie every day to my partner. I
don't know.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
I don't know this, lady.

Speaker 11 (22:16):
I know that if there's a question and it's a
child involved. I wouldn't want my child to grow up
with his other side of the family always having this
lingering question when I could have easily put it to
rest if I knew one hundred percent tost.

Speaker 4 (22:31):
But don't see.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
Yeah, yeah, I mean that's I guess that's what you
have to decide next. But if I know the answer
to the question, and it's a debate, I you know,
you know me, I'm winning the argument. But you know
what I'm saying. If I know I'm right, like, then
we're going to prove that because everybody, especially when it
comes to my integrity and your family. That's another thing.

(22:53):
Why is the whole family not believe her either?

Speaker 10 (22:55):
That?

Speaker 4 (22:56):
I hate that.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
That's messed up. Francesca, Hi, Hi, Hey, good morning. So
you just heard it. I'll recap it quickly if you
didn't hear. But this woman was with a man. They
went on a few months break, they got back together,
she got pregnant, they have a kid. He doesn't think
the kid looks like him. His family apparently agrees with him,
and he wants a paternity test, even though she says

(23:18):
it's yours. I didn't get with anyone else. What would
what do you.

Speaker 10 (23:21):
Think so personally, I would go, I'm a nurse and
I studied genemics, and I think that like kids can
come out looking all kinds of ways, it doesn't always
have to be a mix of both parents. And to
be honest, I don't know that this is the personal opinion,
but I never want to be with anyone who'd even
remotely questioned me like that, And that's like more of
a deep rooted issue. So I think she would be

(23:44):
someone would be lucky to have her and never question her.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
And I think she should go yeah, yeah, and I did.
I would feel much more strongly against the test if
if they hadn't taken a break, because it's like, dude, okay,
now you're just insecure. You don't trust me, like forgets you. Man,
that's that's a terrible right. You're you're accusing me of
of cheating on you. Now, she she was in her

(24:08):
right to sleep with another man if she wanted to
while they were not together. So I think it's that
gray area that makes me think, well, let's just get
this out of the way. But thank you for calling it,
for listening and being part of the thirteen. Have a
good day. Thank you, Glad you called. I guess I
thought that my opinion would be a little less popular
because I'm essentially leaning into his insecurity and his family,
and I don't like the way this went down, but

(24:29):
it's just it's if she's sure, it's such an easy
thing to do. Hey, Lindsay, Lindsay, good morning, Hi.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
Hi.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Do you actually went through this, this exact thing?

Speaker 5 (24:42):
This?

Speaker 10 (24:43):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (24:43):
Pretty much.

Speaker 4 (24:44):
I was dating.

Speaker 13 (24:46):
The father of my daughter when I was I don't know,
in my twenties. We broke up, got back together after
being at a break, ended up getting pregnant, and then
his father was the instigator of like, you guys are
on a prank, how do you even know it's yours?

Speaker 7 (25:03):
Like this little girl's not allowed in my home.

Speaker 1 (25:06):
She's not allowed.

Speaker 8 (25:07):
It was awful.

Speaker 13 (25:09):
Yeah, So I was like, you know what, if that's
what you want to do, then bring it home and
go ahead, slab your eighteen month old daughter's mouth and
send it out.

Speaker 7 (25:17):
Go ahead and do it, but.

Speaker 13 (25:18):
It comes home with it. Can't bring himself to do
it because he knew that it was hers or his
the whole time. So we ended up staying together, had
a second child, and then ended up getting divorced, and
it was the best decision that I could ever have done.
I let both children be a part of his family

(25:39):
to an extent.

Speaker 8 (25:40):
But it's awful.

Speaker 13 (25:41):
It's just a cantant thing that always comes up, and
it's so unfair. And if that's the kind of like
if they don't trust you, then that never.

Speaker 8 (25:49):
Goes away and it's always going to be an issue.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Yeah, Lindsay, I'm sorry you went through that, but I
appreciate you. Sharon, have a good day.

Speaker 8 (25:56):
Yeah, you too.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
And I gotta say, though, like if I this might
this is probably also not popular, but if I were
dating someone, I took a break and I hooked up
with someone else during the break, and I knew that
I wasn't bringing in any kind of like anything from that,
Like there was no repercussion, Like I don't know, I
didn't get an stake right exactly, like that nothing was

(26:17):
oozing or anything. I didn't need any kind of solve
or ointments or whatever. I'm not suggesting that I would lie,
but I'm not sure that I would be forthright with
that information. Now she told us she didn't do it.
I believe her, But I also can see a world
where I would not ask questions or want to know
the answers about what happened, because, let's face it, when

(26:38):
people take breaks, it's usually to explore something like this,
you know what I mean, Like it tends to happen.
So I don't again like this is just an easy
slam dunk. She didn't do it, get the thing and whatever.
But I guess there's a part of me that understands
his concern Now as far as getting the whole family

(26:58):
involved behind your back, I hate that. But I don't know.
Breaks are just synonymous with shenanigans and put.

Speaker 5 (27:05):
That on I just I just don't know dot com
are synonymous with shenanigans.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
I'm just I'm not saying that I would lie to someone,
because I don't condone lying, but I wouldn't be in
a big hurry to tell you about the stuff I
did and we weren't together, because it doesn't matter anymore
because we're back together, and and I think it's only
going to cause problems moving forward. Ricky, how you doing,
Good morning.

Speaker 6 (27:31):
Good morning, How are you guys doing?

Speaker 1 (27:32):
Hey man, stare Go, what do you think.

Speaker 6 (27:35):
I think she should say? First of all, she said
her boyfriend was darker they were on a break. I mean,
there's a lot of things the question there, So I
think she should give him the paternity firm than it.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
Is and ennial Yeah, yeah, it could be that simple.
Thank you, Ricky. You have a good day. Man. Yeah,
we all, we all seem everyone seems to agreed. Take
the test. But it matter then what do you do?
You know? Do you stay with him? Do you do
you have some understanding for his concern or do you
say no, forget you man? Hey, Susie, Hi, Hi, good morning, welcome,

(28:11):
Thanks for listening. Stare Go.

Speaker 7 (28:14):
She should definitely go. If they're not married and he
already has trusted you, she needs to take the task,
prove him wrong and then get out.

Speaker 1 (28:25):
Yeah. That's the part I'm unsure about is do we
do we accept? Do we just say okay, I get it?
Kind of? I'm gonna give you some grace on this
just based on the definition of a break or am
I that is this egregious enough that I can't forgive
you for this? You should take my word for it
and that's the end of it. That's the hard part
of this, I think. And you're saying, you're saying he

(28:46):
should trust her or she should go and that's it.

Speaker 7 (28:50):
I think he should trust her if she says that
it's that it's his, something like the fraternity of a
child is definitely not something you want to mess around
with her life about. And if she is lying, which
I don't, it doesn't seem like she is, then that's
one thing. But if she's positive that it couldn't be
anybody else's but his, then I think she needs to

(29:14):
maybe second guests where she's going to be, especially because
the family's involved, like when you're attached to their family too,
and not having the trust of anybody like that's just
not a good start.

Speaker 1 (29:29):
Everyone thinks you're a little harlot. The whole family thinks
you are like a man on you. I can't stand
that either. Yeah, you're own. Sorry ahead, Oh I'm sorry.

Speaker 7 (29:42):
My oldest son looks identically like me, and my husband
coaches many of his sports teams, and everyone is always
asking him which is his kid, And when they pointed
out it's exactly like this woman, it's he looks like me,
blue eyes, blue eyes, blonde hair, and my husband has
dark eyes and dark hair. So I was like, oh, hey,
of yours? CFP is he acts like my husband.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
There you go. Then thank you, Susie, have a good day.

Speaker 7 (30:10):
Thanks you too.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
Yeah. Anytime it's like and by the way, my you're
in an argument and there's a debate in a relationship,
and it's like, well, my family said, it's oh great, great, great.
So you went and told him you were inside of
the story and you've all been talking about it without
doing anything. That's cool. Yeah, that's I hate that. The
Entertainment reportant show v is Shelley two hundred bucks in
the Showdown five questions if you want to win Snapper

(30:34):
two game win streak and her loss number seventy seven
call now eight five to five, five nine, one one
three five that waiting by the phone, fun fact and
more coming up. Fred shows up, dam it, great friend
shows on you off the year. We were talking with
Giggy and I like this text. I'm with this one
go and I'm paraphrasing, but it was go get the test,
don't tell him, know that the result is what you

(30:55):
think it is, and then go do it again. That's right.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
Make sure all your ducks are in a row.

Speaker 8 (31:00):
Like.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
Yeahhowr skits and lies?

Speaker 4 (31:08):

Speaker 5 (31:10):
Excuse me, illegal, I'm upset for that girl and her
little baby. No, I truly I have allergies and they're
doing something something to me there, am Meghan, that I
have never had happen before.

Speaker 4 (31:24):
So I don't know what's going on.

Speaker 5 (31:26):
Meg Scallion, Okay, hold on, Meg the Stallions, guys, I'm
really okay. The truth is that Paulina just said something
to me off the air that was so wild that
I cannot repeat and I cannot process it, and I
am malfunctioning. So let's talk about Meg the Stallion. I
know her name, Okay. She scored a legal win in

(31:47):
Miami after a jury rules that blogger Mulagro Grahams defamed her.
Meghan had accused this blogger of spreading lies, harassing her online,
and sharing an AI generated deep fake video that's like
the porn video that's AI, falsely claiming Meg was in it.
After the short trial of two days of deliberations, jurors

(32:09):
found the blogger liable for defamation and emotional distress. Meg
got fifty nine thousand in damages, far less than the
millions she initially sought, but it's still a clear victory
and leaving the courthouse. She kept it simple, saying, I'm
just happy and remember this was the trial that it
was tough for her, super emotional and she had to
go through all that intense therapy over stuff that she

(32:30):
says that this blogger did that affected her.

Speaker 4 (32:32):
And just time for one more quick story.

Speaker 5 (32:35):
Taylor Swiftgate fans online one final Arastur moment. Disney Plus
released the trailer for the Eras Tour, the final show,
the concert film capturing the very last night of that
record breaking tour in Vancouver. It's the first time fans
will see the full Tortured Poets Department set, because remember
she dropped a whole album and then added that.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
On after Jason and I had seen the Aras tour.

Speaker 5 (32:59):
Alongside of it, she dropped or she is dropping six
episodes the end of an Era and we're going to
get some behind the scenes, oh my goodness, gracious, and
we will get to see that final show. It will
drop on Disney Plus the first two episodes I think
on the twelfth, and then we will get them released
every week through December twenty six. And if you miss

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
