Fact this hour too. What are you working on?

Speaker 3 (01:56):
K An update on that major Shannon Sharp lawsuit. Also
very tragic news for Dog the bounty hunter and his
family were It's a Fred show.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
It's all rise the honorable Kiki league out at the
best judge, Kiki, all right, what's say you?

Speaker 4 (02:13):
Let's get into the courtroom. The gabble has been hit,
it says Kiki. Am I wrong for not sharing my
ring camera footage with my neighbor because chat GPT told
her that her husband is cheating. My neighbor, who I
am not friends with but seeing passing from time to time,
came to my door last week in tears, asking if
she could look at my ring camera footage. When I

(02:35):
asked her why, she said that chat GPT told her
that her husband is cheating. I tried my hardest not
to laugh in her face, but she was so serious.
She said that she believed that her husband may be
sneaking a woman into their house while she's at work.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
I told her I didn't feel.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Comfortable getting involved in a marriage situation and I didn't
want to be a part of a potential legal drama
or domestic issues, and I politely decline. She begged, saying
I could save her months of doubt and pain, and
I still said no. Now she's furious with me, calling
me selfish, heartless and saying that women like me enable
men like him. After she left, I did feel bad,

(03:14):
so I went back to review the footage and sure enough,
her husband was on my camera in four K taking
a younger looking woman into their home.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
Boy.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
I know I went against girl cold, but I still
feel like I made the right decision.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Am I wrong?

Speaker 1 (03:29):
Wow? Wow? Yeah? Wow, Kiki? What do you judge? Kiki?
What you're ruling?

Speaker 2 (03:36):
You know how I feel about this girl.

Speaker 4 (03:39):
I've seen lifetime movies on stuff like this, you know,
and hey, I'm not gonna get involved in that. And
then he chopped you up and come chop me up
because the camera footage came from my angle. I don't
want to be a part of this.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
This is what you gotta do.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Yeah, I'm not giving up my footage.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
No, you gotta get a wildlife camera. That's what you life.
Because here's the thing. If you get like a like
a ring camera, then your husband's going to know that
you did that. Oka Like if you put cameras, there's
a good chance. Now wildlife camera this is where they
put out like in the forest so they can see
like migration hunters can see like migration patterns of animals.

(04:14):
You stick that in the tree it's camouflage, it blends him,
and it's motion activated. Now that's how you find out.
You set up your own surveillance. Do not rely on
the people to get involved in your drama. I agree
with you. I'm sorry, but I don't want any part
of this. All you gotta do is out this guy,
and before long he shows up with a shotgun at
your front door. And you got a problem.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
I've seen the movies.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
I have too. Can take let NBC episodes have started
and ended this way.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
Yes, if you think your man is cheating while you're
at work, here's what you do. Girl, Go to work,
or act like you're going to work, spin the block,
come back around the time you think that he's cheating.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Boom, it's all there.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
I think you're on your own to come up with
your own evidence and your own proof.

Speaker 4 (04:56):
Like you can't say I enable men and I'm the problem.
Though your husband is the problem. You know I'm around.
I would not give up this swootich it can give
it really messy for you. I can understand if we
were friends, you know, if I had some type of
investment in y'all relationship. But I don't know you, girl,
You just a neighbor across the street. That's not go
hack somebody else.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Someone just call. I'm assuming it's me that someone just
called me a deal hole. I heard that. Sorry about that, Ken,
Get off your phone.

Speaker 4 (05:26):
I think they're talking to the listener that wrote in
oh because she said, yes, you're wrong, you're a deal.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Well, you're wrong, you're wrong not to give it to someone.

Speaker 4 (05:36):
I guess I agree. Okay, Calen, let me let me
hear it now.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
We're back at trail cams is what.

Speaker 6 (05:42):
They're called cas Okay, not a lot of wildlife.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
I think it's the same. Everyone knew what I was
talking about. Everybody knows. I'm just go to mass pro
shop whatever and get you when I am. It blends
right in with the tree.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Have you done this before?

Speaker 1 (05:56):
It's not recently. I don't have a lot of trees
in my building that I can blend. You know. I'm
just saying, come up with your own method. If you just,
first of all, GPT thinks you're cheating, what does that
even mean? I don't know what you type in.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
There that Jack told her that yes, you're of the.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
Sign, do not involve me in your drama. But Caitlin
you say, you say that?

Speaker 2 (06:19):
What I say that?

Speaker 3 (06:20):
If a woman who is distraught shows up at my
front door and wants to see my cameras, I'm going
to let her see my cameras. I could not to
someone's face say no, sorry, can't help you, even though
I might have the answer. Sorry, go off on your own.
Invite her inside. We're gonna have a nice time.

Speaker 6 (06:38):
I open some wine. No, you were doing wine, because yeah,
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
We need we need to drink for this one, honey,
because he's cheating.

Speaker 6 (06:47):
I already knew.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
But what if he comes back with the knife?

Speaker 3 (06:51):
Then I I know that I can sleep because I
did the right thing. Like I'm not I I hold
myself to a certain standard, and I would not be
able to look in the mirror if I didn't help
a cheating a woman with a husband cheating.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
But we don't, we don't. We don't know until we knew,
Like we don't know for a fact. We had to
go look and we had to go dig up the footage.
We had to go do all this stuff. It wasn't
like we knowingly said, I'm he's cheating with me, or
I'm personally involved and I'm not gonna tell you.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
I think the problem with our world today is that
everyone is extremely selfish and don't want to get involved
in things. And I think that we need to go
back to helping each other and being there for each other.

Speaker 6 (07:25):
I don't know, just my my opinion.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
Because if it was me, I would want you to
help me.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
But if it was me, I know. I think we
have a reactive world where people do stupid things as
opposed to being accountable for their own behay.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
Fear.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
You cannot not do something that's good because you're scared
of the outcome. I would I would never walk outside
downtown if I lived in fear.

Speaker 6 (07:47):
You know what I mean? Like, you have to live
your life, be a good person.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
It's my time. It's my time.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Yeah, that's where you and I did.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
I don't know that I'm a bad person for not
wanting to get involved in your drama. I don't think
that makes me. I don't think that. But you just
said be a good person. If you don't implying it.

Speaker 6 (08:03):
If you be a good person, I'm not calling you
a bad person.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
I'm glad we have our own moral coach call a Well, Yeah,
she's very upsetting.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Sorry, sometimes Hey Jack, what's up? Jack?

Speaker 5 (08:15):
Hey?

Speaker 1 (08:16):
Hey Jack? Okay, so you heard Cheeky's court here. Basically,
a woman thinks that her husband's cheating, ask chech ept.
Chech Ept's infinite wisdom was to basically go ask her
neighbor if she has any video proof of it. I
guess I don't know, And turns out she doesn't want
to be involved, but she did go look and it
does look that way. It does appear the dude is cheating.
What do you think she should do? I don't know.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
I I'm back and forth. But if it was me,
I don't know. I originally said to stay out of it,
but I'm honestly going back and forth. What I said
earlier was what I told Bella was I saw this
thing online where somebody ordered. The person who thought they
were being cheated on ordered uber or door Dash, and
they in the notes told the person to keep the food,
but drive by the house and say if there was

(09:01):
a certain kind of car there, and that's how they
find out if it was really going on or not.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Yeah, I don't know. Maybe the neighbor can tiper off
or something, but I don't providing footage. How you're getting
involved and then I don't know. It makes me so uncomfortable.
Someone texts you, this is how you wind up on
first forty eight. It's true. I've seen it. I'm serious, Jack,
Thank you, have a good day. Thank you, because you
gotta remember people who cheat are not accountable people, so

(09:32):
they're not gonna go oh, neighbor caught me. Yep, you
got me. You know what. I'm so sorry. I'm a
bad person. I'm wrong. They're gonna spend it. They're gonna
make you out to be a bad person. They're gonna
drag you into it. They're gonna do all kinds of things.
We're expecting everyone's going to behave appropriately and they're not.
Because people don't. You guys are the jury eight five
five five five Cam? Hi, Hi, Cam, you say tell

(09:57):
the neighbor.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Yeah, Hi, I say what you say about how it
could like definitely be a scary situation.

Speaker 7 (10:05):
But I feel like that's like you actually like send
it to her with the angles, you know.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
But I'm kind of like, I'm kind.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
Of like, I'm a married woman. If I if.

Speaker 6 (10:14):
I was in that situation, I would want somebody to
help me out.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Hmm. Yeah, Yeah, I'm trying to think of a way
that you could do it and have your hands clean
on it. Because I agree. If I know someone's being
cheated on and they asked me to confirm it, and
I know it, and I don't say anything that would
make me feel bad, but I also think I would
be justified and not wanting to be involved in a
situation that could be potentially problematic for me.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
Because what if they work it out like we've always said,
you know, then now they joined forces and I'm the
nosy neighbor that was medaling.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
Or you know, yeah it's my neighbor too. It's not
like it's it's not like it's a stranger. I mean,
it's just somebody crossed the street from my house. Like
they they could do a lot of things.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Well with that logic, the wife could do something to
you for not helping her if we're you know.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
I mean, everybody gonna care, you know what she needs to.

Speaker 3 (11:07):
Know.

Speaker 1 (11:07):
But I guess what I'm saying is if you and Kim,
thank you so much, have a good damn glad you called,
than what I'm saying. What I'm saying is why is
it Why is it the neighbor's responsibility to be involved
in this thing. If you think your husbands cheating, then
you figure out how to catch him, right you in
chat GPT, like why why you gotta dragged me into that?
I set up your own camera, But you know I do.

Speaker 4 (11:27):
I see what Kayln is saying, like why do you
want somebody.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
To help us?

Speaker 3 (11:30):
But it's like, girl, like I've been cheated on and
I mean to you know, so like I know how
bad that hurts.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
And another thing, sometimes you don't need confirmation.

Speaker 4 (11:39):
If chat GPT told you and you're it's your woman
gets a wish and told you that he was he's cheating,
you don't need my footage. Go ahead and divorce, and
you already know, you already know.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
That's how I would talk to her.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
Maybe if I saw it, like if I were looking
at my ring camera and I saw like a pattern,
maybe I'd say, maybe I'd put a little note on
her thing and be like, I don't know, maybe Wednesday's
around one o'clock, you should stop by your house. I
don't know. There's gotta be a way that I can
help without implicating myself because I don't trust anybody. Hey, Melissa,

(12:14):
this happened to you.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
Uh oh, yeah.

Speaker 7 (12:16):
So I had a neighbor reach out on Facebook and
she asked if I could check my ring cameras because
she knew I had them set up. And it was
months later and I went back months to go find
that footage and my husband was like, yeah, I actually
saw a couple of cars pull into the driveway.

Speaker 6 (12:36):
She was in the hospital at the.

Speaker 7 (12:37):
Time, and she reached out to me and we were like, yeah,
he was having cars coming and out of.

Speaker 6 (12:43):
The driveway at dirty Dog.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
She's in the hospital.

Speaker 7 (12:48):
Yes, she was in the hospital. And it was very
sad because but we kind of played it like I
think it was his family. Ah, so you covered for him,
We did a little bit. I was like, I don't know,
there was this black car, there was.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
A white one.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
Yeah. I mean I see both sides of this, I
really do. But I'm also not trying to die. So
thank you, Melissa, have a good day.

Speaker 2 (13:15):
You too.

Speaker 7 (13:15):
Bye.

Speaker 4 (13:17):
That husband needs to pay them some you know, they
kept them right right right, they did above and beyond
for him.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
Yeah, or or you could we've had this kind of
conversation before you could go to the husband and be like, look,
oh Homebirl asked me for some information I didn't give
it to her, but I went and looked, and I think,
I don't know what you're up to, but you need
you need to fix it. I don't want anything to
do with this, but I'm just telling you right now,
she's asking questions. She wants me to get involved. I

(13:44):
don't want to be involved. Handle your business, or I'm
turning this stuff over. You could do something now that's
more confrontational, right, But I mean, at least at least
it's like you're on You're sort of on both sides here,
like you're being fair, Like she asked for the information,
you have the information, you go to the person response
on me, I don't know what you're doing, but you
need to have an explanation for what I saw.

Speaker 4 (14:07):
But then you see you mess around and have both
of them at your door.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Yeah, he's trying to get the footage from you.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
She wants this is like, oh, this is something mess
And you could say, like turn the footage over anonymously,
but they're gonna know where it came from, what direction
right exactly? I mean that's a camera, right, and you know.

Speaker 2 (14:26):
I would just burn my ring camera.

Speaker 4 (14:27):
I just burned the whole house down actually, this is
too stressful as the neighbor.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
I mean, if here's the thing, if it were a crime,
I would absolutely turn my ring camera footage over, right,
But this is this isn't a crime. This is a
moral indiscretion.

Speaker 6 (14:41):
Haven't you read the Bible?

Speaker 1 (14:43):
No? Hey, Laura, as a matter of fact, I have it, Laura, Hi,
it's been a minute. I mean, you know I haven't yea.
What do you think here Kiki's court to.

Speaker 8 (14:54):
H Yeah, I totally agree with Kaitlin. I think that
she has to help her name.

Speaker 5 (15:00):
I also think she could just say here's the.

Speaker 8 (15:02):
Footage, and you know what, if the guy and the
lady want to kill her, then you know what, you
shouldn't have been cheating, or you shouldn't have been cheating
at your house. Okay, enough, thank you kind of set
yourself up for that.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
Yeah, yeah, thank you. Laura. Have a good day you too.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
That's a good neighbor.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
Okay, But okay, what about this And we were talking
about somebody that the effected this earlier, but like we've
talked about on the show before too. But okay, so
you have footage of a girl going to the house
with a guy, so you give it to her. She
watches that and they watch it together and it's, oh, no,
that's actually his knees or that's my whatever. It turns
out that it was it wasn't in fact nefarious, that

(15:42):
there was an explanation. Now he knows that you're a snitch. Yes,
so let's say he's not actually doing anything, but he
knows what you're capable of, which is you're willing to
get involved in my business. So now he doesn't like
you. You have a problem a lot here. There's a lot
of ways this winds up in your face for doing
the right thing.

Speaker 6 (16:01):
Sure, are you a snitch?

Speaker 3 (16:02):
If you're you're getting someone into a for cheating, that's wrong.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
But if they're But if he's not cheating, well.

Speaker 6 (16:08):
Then he's like, okay, good, I'll continue if not cheat.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
If he has a good explanation. But then but then
I would be like, what is she getting involved in
this for? You know what I mean? Like, if it
turned out that I wasn't doing anything wrong, what did
you get this? And she'd be like, well, I went
to the neighbor and the neighbor's in on this with me. Great,
So now the neighbor thinks I'm a cheater, and she's
willing to turn over footage of everything I do.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
Cool, but now everyone knows you're not and I'd be like, good,
that's a good friend, I'm not cheating.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
No, I think you'd be totally annoyed. You'd be annoyed
that you were being spied on. You'd be annoyed that
this person doesn't I don't know. I can see this
being a problem no matter how it turns out true.
That's the problem. Hey, Jasmine, Hi, Hey, how you doing.
I'm good. How are you guys doing well? Kiki's Court?
What say you? So?

Speaker 9 (16:51):
I actually feel like, you know, I've been in that situation.
I've been cheated on, and I didn't go looking around,
you know, asking people for footage or anything like that.
But if someone's asking you, it's better to help them out.
Because in my situation, it was actually the friend of
the girl that was cheating on me with thinking that
she was doing me a favor. I don't think she
was doing me a favor, but she sent me a picture,

(17:13):
she sent me, you know, everything that the girl had.
I don't know why the girl didn't reach out to me,
but it's always better to help out the woman because
she's asking you than having her find out from someone else. That's,
you know, not coming from a good place.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
Yeah, yeah, I don't know. You guys been thank you
have a good day. There's a lot. There's a lot
on the show today. I don't know about it. I
don't know about the waiting by the phone. I don't
know about this, Richard. I don't know. I don't know
what what say you? That's to me, it's just devil's advocate.

Speaker 10 (17:44):
I'm just playing that side of it is that could
be his sister. That all she saw was some young
woman going into the house with him, his sister and cousin, niece.
I mean, that could be anybody.

Speaker 4 (18:00):
His hairstylice, mistress.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
But why is that, Richard? Why is it on the
neighbor to solve the If you think you're being cheated on,
then you catch the guy, Like, why do I have
to get in?

Speaker 10 (18:16):
She should not give up any footage because it is
none of her business.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
I would be like, I'm so sorry this is happening
to you. I don't want to be involved. This isn't fair.
I'm your neighbor. I don't want to be involved. This
is my home. I can't just move, you know what
I mean. So, so if this goes wrong, this is
a big problem. Here are some things I might do
if I were you trail camera camera girl, Yeah yeah,

(18:41):
or something like that. Hey, Richard, thank you, have a
good day. Love you guys, Yeah, I love you. I
don't know that it's an unfair position to put someone
in to put someone else in. Cameron's entertainment report is
on the Bread Show.

Speaker 6 (18:54):
I have to start out with such a tragic story.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
Gregory Zecha, stepson of Dwayne Doug the bounty hunter Chapman,
accidentally shot and killed his thirteen year old son, Anthony
inside their apartment. Authorities responded to a shooting call around
eight pm, which has since been classified as an isolated incident.
No arrests have been made as far as I've seen,
and the investigation remains ongoing. But of course the family

(19:18):
is deeply mourning the loss and is asking for prayers
as they cope with this heartbreaking tragedy. Moving on to
Shannon Sharp, who settled that fifty million dollar sexual assault
lawsuit that was filed against him earlier this year by
a woman that he was in a relationship with. Her
lawyer said that both sides have quote reached a mutually
agreed upon resolution, but didn't give any details.

Speaker 6 (19:40):
I know that we knew.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
The original number that he offered her and turned down
was I believe millions, So I have to assume it's
more than that. Shannon's lawyer declined to speak about the
entire settlement. During Morgan Wallen's concert Friday in Arizona, he
joked about that viral Cold Blake kiss Caam moment which
revealed an affair allegedly. I have to say, I guess
between a Texians and one of his employees. While Morgan

(20:02):
didn't reference the band by name or call out the
moment directly, he did tell concert goers anybody in here
with their side check or whatever, I think you're safe.
But then he also said, I don't condone cheating anymore.

Speaker 6 (20:13):
So he used to condone it, but he doesn't anymore.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
I guess. He also did two nights in the first
night was really bad, like he said, the fans. He
didn't like the fans. Morgan, Yeah, he was upset about
and then he went on stage Saturday, and so I
was thinking about not even doing this show tonight because
you guys, I didn't like yesterday and I wasn't even
gonna come back to Arizona. People like were throwing stuff
at him and like maybe not paying attention. And I
saw some of the video and it was like, I
don't know, you wasn't happy about it. I don't know

(20:38):
why you'd go and spend money to see someone, especially
now as expensive as shows are. If I'm close enough
to the state to throw something at you, like, I
don't know why I wouldn't go. But anyway, he said
he didn't like the vibe on night number one, and
night number two is much better.

Speaker 6 (20:51):
I guess, jam you better.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
Act Ray if you're you're gonna go see him, then
I guess so yeah, I don't know why we waste
money to do that. And really quick, lastly, Superman showed
it's staying power and it's second weekend at the box office. Uh,
they collected or the movie rather fifty seven million in
ticket sales and it remains number one, So that means
none of the week's new releases.

Speaker 6 (21:10):
Aka, I know what you did last summer, excuse me.

Speaker 3 (21:12):
I saw Have a Little Cold, Smurfs and Eddington didn't
even come close. Superman was one Jurassic World then I
know what you did last summer Smurfs, and then F
one rounded out the top five. By the way, if
you missed any part of our show and want to
catch up, everything is up there. Just type the Fred
Show on demand unless we could get a copyright infringement,
but the Fred Show on demand on the free I

(21:32):
heard the.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
Show is Fred's fun. Fact.

Speaker 4 (21:36):
Fred fun.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
So much guys. Kiki's favorite fan The Beatles. Yeah, the
Beatles officially broke up at Disney World.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
Do you see my shirt today?

Speaker 1 (21:55):
You were a Beatles shirt look at that time. Although
they had unofficially gone their separate ways in nineteen seventy,
the Beatles' legal dissolution didn't occur until December twenty ninth
of nineteen seventy four, when John Lennon signed the official
paperwork while vacationing at Walt Disney.

Speaker 6 (22:14):
World, the happiest place on Earth.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
Maybe not for them, but get a more fread show
