a sexual assault case. In the eighteen page filing, a
woman named Marissa said that she was at a New
Year's Eve party at his mansion in Houston and she
was actually sexually assaulted by his nephew Allegedly. She says
her friends were removed from the mansion but she was
left alone inside.

She is demanding a jury trial and economic compensatory I've
never said that big old word and punitive damages. Basically,
she won't want to get paid money. Yeah, in non
legal terms that I can understand. Also shares that James

security team failed to protect her against a sexual assault.

This headline made me giggle yesterday. It was basically, no
one is going to testify in defensive Ditty.

His lead attorney shared that the rapper himself won't be
testifying in his sex trafficking trial, which I think is
a very smart move their part. His lawyers will instead
present the jury with an array of evidence. His defense

change from last week when they said that they'd call
up at least three. Two of the witnesses were supposed

Over the last six weeks, prosecutors have called more than
thirty witnesses, including three women who claimed that they were beaten,

her friends were removed from the mansion but she was
left alone inside.
