Speaker 1 (00:00):
When I read the other day, there's some there's some Again,
I'm sure it's like the cold RECX or whatever, where
you probably need to go get a colon askabe. But
some people can do it at home with like a sample.
Earlier they had COLI guards.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
What it's called. Yeah, you poop in the box. Basically,
you poop in a box, you said.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
I think you said again, not a doctor currently not
currently licensed. I think you send a sample like a
like toilet paper or something, and then and then you
send it to him.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
I don't.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
I don't think you actually, I think you put an
actual like do you really in the box? Yeah, a box,
the whole thing do they send you like a thing
for your toilet.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Yeah, it's a whole kit. Oh I thought it was
just a sample.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Well yeah, I don't think you have to like put
everything in there, but you have to put an actual
portion of it.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Oh I didn't know that. Well that would make sense,
but I didn't know that.

Speaker 4 (00:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Oh wow, this is I'm learning something this morning. I
need to do it in the mailbox.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
So we need to put I mean, I'm hoping you
see it correctly. But then you send it in and
then they take the sample and they can tell you
if you see I have, it's it's hereditary to where
genetic or whatever. It's it's family history. What I was
trying to say, So I have to go get the
whole thing next year. Yeah, you know which is I
can't wait. You really he will have a bowel movement

(01:23):
into a containment.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
For some reason, I.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Thought it was just a toilet paper. I didn't realize
you sent that. You actually send No, but you might,
you know what I mean. Like, I'm not trying to
get into it, but I don't know if you know
what that is when I don't know if you know,
but that's remnants from you know.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Yeah, oh, I just can't believe this in the mail.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
But now you can do some of the things. Some
of the female testing can be done at home now
I read last week.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Yeah so there.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Now again, I know that you know people are going
to text me and well, that's only for low risk.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
I'm not a doctor right now. I'm going to do
my own path. You can. That's what I'm talking about.
That's what I just said. Yeah, you said that there's females,
but I didn't know it was a pet.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Yeah, yeah, you can raise myself, isn't at home option
for that? Yeah, he's trying to be vague, but we
could do I'm sorry, you know, it's fine, it's the
medical procedure. It's normal fever. And you know what's a
two person it's a two person games.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Lift on the box, right out.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
The box, two person game. Yeah, you can do so?

Speaker 4 (02:25):
What?

Speaker 1 (02:26):
So?

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Where? Where next? What next? You know? What are we
gonna do at home next? This is out of control,
I corrected myself. I said, Colon Guard.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Relax. I'm not I'm not being paid for it either. Hey,
it's Redford Colar Garden. I probably should Actually, I probably
should do commercials for it.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
I accidentally google poop in color Guard.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
Why.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
I'm still shocked that you actually send him. I know
it's disturbing of the day.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
If somebody texted Robinson the Colar Guard thing and they
you shamefully bring the box to the ups store. What
doesn't say on the outside, like this is a box
of my crap? I say that says cold of Guard?

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Does it? Really?

Speaker 5 (03:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (03:09):
What a box does?

Speaker 1 (03:11):
I'd like to think maybe it's more private than that.
They don't put the brand name on the outside of it,
because that is what you're doing that you're walking in
and going, here's a box of my crap.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
That's to think. I can't believe how insulated is that.
That's what I need to know.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
You you got to think that they figured this out.
It's been out for a while, you know, multiple notable bags.
Has anyone done this? Has anyone done the cold guard?
The Coli guard?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
People in a box it says, the logo is visible
to you. Why would they do that to you?

Speaker 3 (03:43):
If they can send like discrete stuff to your house.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
That's what I on other websites. Then what like adult
toy stores, like they know how to package.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Chew It shows up in a normal box, like a
normal box that's a blue shoe on the side of it.
Say this guy needs to get jacked up, you know,
doesn't say.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
I was like, we're gonna say, yeah, well there's a.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Few things they gonna said, but I chose the most
tame of them home wow. And if you hey, look,
there should be no shame. By the way, like all
jokes aside, like I'm not trying to be like after
school guy here, but I mean my grandfather had it.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
It's no joke.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
And if it's if colon cancer is found early, then
it's very treatable. So I'm not looking forward to this,
but it is what it is, is happening next year.
And my mom's like, why don't you just go now? Like,
why did I just wait a year? Forty five was
already early. It was already like where you're supposed to start,
you know, if you're on it, So we can wait

(04:42):
a year.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
I'm good. I'm all set with.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Going and having cameras stuck places at You've had one,
haven't you.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Yeah, it was the best nap in my life. I'd
get one today if they had time. They do right now.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
It's the same lady who did my gave me steroids
from my allergies. She's doing it from her guess through yeah,
oh you know you yourself.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
No, it's a web knock myself out into it.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
It's a webcam. Oh god, I've done that before.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
You know what, we're probably not far from it. Honestly,
we're probably not far Seriously, that was the comment from
ten minute. I mean, honestly, we're probably not. I mean,
look at look at where we are now versus ten
years ago. Ten years from now, we probably are doing
stuff at home and then and people are watching us, going, yeah,
little to the left, little to the right, you have

(05:39):
to leave your house convenience.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Hey, Nina, Yeah, Hey, how you doing, Nina? Good morning.
So you've done the colon guard.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
Yes, I have, because I refuse to do the colon
You should.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
Not refuse to do it. Now, here's a guy right here.
I desperately don't want to have to go, but you should.
You should not refuse it, because what happens if you
got something going on and they can six it.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Now we need you. We only have thirteen listeners.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Well, they can check my poopy for that.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
For those people who don't know this colon guard thing,
I don't even know how we got on this, but
I don't know how we get to most places that
we arrive. But it's for testing for colon cancer, I
guess markers or whatever. And it's for people who are
low risk. And I know that you know. Yes, I'm
getting a bunch of text from people going, well, they
are false positives and false negatives and it's not perfect, Ada.
But the question that we had was and to talk

(06:27):
to your doctor. It's you know, between the two of you.
But the question we had was do you physically poop
in a box.

Speaker 5 (06:34):
Yes, it's a container you put like it's like a seat,
kind of like a baby seat you put on your
toilet and you poop in there and then you it's
really well insulated and you've got instructions. Easy instructions is perfect.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
It's not hard at all.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Okay, all right, I mean, thank you, and I.

Speaker 5 (06:51):
Would do I would do the colonoscopy. If there was
a you know, in the family cancer and all that,
then I will do the colonoscopy. Okay, that don't have
any family cancer, thank god. Otherwise that's why I do that.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
All right, show off, Thanks of the day.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
At I'm hoping that I'm hoping that it skipped me,
like the baldess genes skipped me too. But then again,
you can't have everything, so you never know. Like my
grandfather who had colon cancer was bald. My mom's dad too.
Is where you're supposed to get it from? Bald, like
at twenty two bald damn Yeah, and he and he
had like on the sides, you know, but yeah, he

(07:29):
was bald man and so I thought that was what
was coming and I got the opposite problem.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
So maybe maybe it all skip me, you.

Speaker 4 (07:35):
Know, hopefully.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Yeah, one can only hope.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Joe Biden, by the way, it has been diagnosed with
an aggressive form of prostate cancer. The former president now
so on Friday that he came to the discovery of
a small nodule on his prostate, which led to an evaluation.
The cancer cells have spread to the bones. That's that's
not good. The president and his family are reviewing treatment
options with his physicians. President Donald Trump did respond to

(07:59):
the news, saying that he wished him a fast and
successful recovery. Okay, Julia with her go get your kolonoscopy messages,
you know, Julia, go ahead, Julia, Hi, what qualifies you
to make this announcement?

Speaker 4 (08:14):
I was just calling. There's massive layoffs going on it
my work, so I was trying to stack all of
my my uh doctor appointments, and so I recently was
at my OBI GUI and she told me that I
can qualify now for a Kolonsky. So I call my
insurance and they told me it was Blue Cross, Blue Shield.

(08:36):
They said that it's not age forty five, that you
can go whenever you want because it's considered preventative care.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
We don't have just a lot of people.

Speaker 4 (08:44):
It's nice.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
I hope my mom isn't listening. Now, I'm forty five
is when I'm going. So I've decided that okay, and
I'm going to have a nice, you know, glass of wine,
and the guy's gonna have to I'm gonna have to
go out and have it dinner first.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
No, you don't want to do that.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
No, no, he and I well no, not right before.
I mean, like I need to get to know this person,
like whoever's going to be doing it. We need to
start the romance.

Speaker 4 (09:04):
Now.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
It's going to take that log.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
So you were able to go and get it all
done and everything's okay.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
I have not gone. My husband is going on Wednesday.
I have not gone because I thought the same thing
that it's forty five and I've just turned forty five.
And it's like that with all of these treatments where
people think that it's a certain age that you can
go get a mammogram or a certain age, and the
insurance said, at least my insurance said, you can go

(09:30):
whenever it's considered preventative care. You just need to call
us and let us know.

Speaker 2 (09:34):
Yeah, that's good to know. Oh well, thank you, Julie.
I have a nice day. I appreciate you go to
the doctor.
