out of Rikers Island in New York, you guys, which
is shocking. But to this, I say, too bad, so sad.
So his legal team filed an emergency petition with the
court to have him transferred from Rikers to Bellevue Hospital

due to quote alleged grossmith management of his deteriorating health.
So he's claiming that Riker's medical staff failed to provide
him with proper health care, as well as misdiagnosing at
least one condition. So so not only are they asking
him to stay in the hospital for the rest of
his current trial, but also they're suing the jail and
the City of New York for five million dollars in damages.
I didn't know you could sue the prison that you're

currently in, but that's wild. The Department of Corrections said,
the safety and health of every person in our jails
will always be our top priority. So for all the
stuff he was convicted with and all the stuff that
he's still being charged with, he can deal a little
bit of coldness.
