that she can finally put questions surrounding her dad's death
to rest. Hul Cogan's widow, sky Day is now planning
to file a medical malpractice lawsuit that focuses on complications
from a next surgery that he underwent in May. She
thinks that the surgery may have damaged a critical nerve
that I guess controls bleeding. She's spoken to professionals and

thinks that she has a case. While the findings have
not been released, her intention is to sue strongly suggests
that there was some sort of mistake made. So I
don't know, there's a lot like going on, and it's
sad that they can't just screeve and that it just
can't be put to rest. But a medical examiner's report

police are still conducting their own investigation into the circumstances
of his death. And remember those were the same that's
