Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's Kaylen's birthday. Birthday surprise number one. Shane is here.

(00:03):
Shane is here. Shane is the Morning Fred Show. It's
the Boyfriend. Shane is the boyfriend whose first dame I've
used for a while. I'm not sure if I was
supposed to, but I do it anyway. Hey man, welcome guys.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
How are you. I'm a P one, so this is
kind of an honor, you know what, It's an.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Honor for us. He's a P one. He's a primary
listener of the show. Why because he goes home and
Kaylin's like, what did I say? It was funny today?

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Everything?

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Well, this guy, Shane's at radio professional as well, so
he could probably tell us all the things that we
could do better. But you're nice and you don't do that.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Since I am a radio professional, I know your clock.
So it like I'm going to it's going to be
like a minute. If that's okay, I want to say,
if I have.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Well, if you know the clock and you know that,
we don't follow it, so by all means, go right
ahead and hit the stretch.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
That's my biggest criticism of the show.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
You guys need to follow your clock, all right.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
I'm kidding.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
I'm kidding.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
I'm kidding, I'm kidding. The best thing about Caitlin is
that she is the single most beautiful person inside and
out that's ever been brought into my life. She's a provider,
she is a caregiver. She's the hardest working person I know.
She's the most tolerable person I know. And if you
lived with me, you would understand why you need to

(01:25):
be tolerant. She's carried me through an insane amount of
excruciating unemployment and she's been there through every single step.
It's been such a blessing to do unemployment with somebody
who is in the industry.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Yes, I'd love it if you get a job. I'd
love to hire you if we if we had any money,
and we don't, but I don't think she'd like Jane.
I said we should hire Shane, and he said absolutely. Not.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
The best birthday gift you could give her is not
giving me a job.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Absolutely, But you know, like, yeah, reluctantly. I mean, you're
very talented. So but if anyone's hiring, you should hire Shane.
But I don't know why I'm saying that, but anyway,
continue I'm saying she's just.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
She's someone who gets it. She's got a wonderful family
who loves her. She's got the sweetest group of girlfriends,
and I'm telling you like forty of them. If you
can be her age and hang on to that many girlfriends,
that's an insane talent, you you know. But more importantly,

(02:38):
like she just loves as you guys know, she loves
so many things. It's whether it's like the garlic sauce
from a Mediterranean place in Detroit, and yes, only Detroit,
Chicago does not have good garlic.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
I'm gonna but we've.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Been doing this for about twenty minutes, so I just
I'm gonna let you go ninety seconds.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
It's good about ninety second.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
Ady Cohen, her sister Bella, a frozen coke, an outdoor
shower at her lake house, kitchen towels from Trader Joe's
calling me and talking all the way home when she's
walking home from work, when we're gonna see each other
in twenty minutes. Every single thing she does is perfect

(03:31):
and I cannot imagine a life without her. But more importantly,
our dog Willy. I got Willy. And then I'll let
you guys play some bring Carpenter like, I like how
you say are but it's hers now, Fred, Fred, That's where.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
I'm going, buddy.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
So I got Willy at five weeks old. I've had
Willy four ten years now, and I don't have Willy anymore.
Willy has Kaylin and I love that. I absolutely love it.
And it's my favorite relationship that I've seen develop, the
relationship between Willie and Kaylin. And I'm so appreciative of her,

(04:10):
and I'm so glad that you guys are giving her
a good birthday.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
You have made everybody, You've made every boyfriend look bad today.
You've made every girlfriend I've ever had be validated. And
I love you and I hate you for it. But
that was that was very very You raised the bar man.
It's very very sweet. Love you love the gesh. He's

(04:34):
crying and he's gonna make this man made of a
stone cry. Jesus, shame love you.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Okay, Paulina is you don't.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
You? Not only that, but a bunch of dudes are
gonna get cussed out today when they get home. So Shaney, hey,
have a great day. Thanks for calling me. You guys.
That was one of the That was one of the
sweetest things. I think. Yeah, wow, man, he's very sweet.
Damn it, shame.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
On the Fresh Show.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Oh my god, Pauline that you just I haven't left.
I don't even talk he does. I like Hobby, I
respect Tommy's firefighter. He's a great guy. You know, he's
an amazing father. But we had him on the show.
It was happy birth. Yeah, okay, okay, a lot.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Of we all things microphones, the podcast coming so from.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Somebody takes it that man can talk and is he
proposing at the end of it. I was wondering if
he was, if he was gonna walk in, walk in,
Like we mentioned, he's une pointed. We're not. He's smart
right now. It's not now's at the time. You know now,
it's at the time. But oh wow, that was It

(06:05):
was very, very very sweet. It was very sweet.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
Yeah, he's the best.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
Good job, Shane, good job. Shall we talk some entertainment things.
