Speaker 1 (00:00):
Order up.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
It's a fresh show. It's Kiki's court. All rise, the
honorable Ki Judge Kiki take it away.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
All right, let's get into this courtroom, it says Hei Kiki.
My name is Derek, and my sister and her fiance
fell on hard times. They called me and asked if
they can crash in my guest room for a few weeks.
My wife was totally against it, and I saw them
out as long as possible, hoping that other family members
would help. But somehow they ended up in my guest

(00:31):
room and the agreement was for one month. Well here
we are going into the third month and they haven't
spoken of any plans to move out.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Then.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
To make matters worse, my wife works from home and
says that she hears them hooking up in the middle
of the day when they're both supposed to be out
looking for jobs. So I got fed up last week
and I asked them to leave by Friday. Now my
parents are trying to guilt trip me, which really sucks
because they're retired, living out of town and living lavet

(01:04):
i Loca while I'm left to raise their adult daughter.
Am I wrong for kicking them out with nowhere to
go watch.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
You fly to wherever they are moving with them. No
parents that want a guilt trip, you then go live
with them. Judge Kinky, what say you? You are not wrong?

Speaker 1 (01:18):
You you the audacity to be getting busy in my
house and you broke that's a problem. You don't have
a job, You man, don't.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Have a job. People have no right.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
No, you should not be getting busy in somebody's house,
in their guest room when they're nice enough. First of all,
you know I don't want you here. You know I
don't want you, So let's let's just.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Get that out there. You know my wife don't want
you here.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
So every time I see you in a kitchen, you
should be telling me about your.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Plan to move out.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Don't get comfortable somewhere you know you shouldn't be. That
is crazy enough to keep hooking up in my house.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
We can't hook up if we see No, you can't
hook up in here. No, y'all need to be looking
up on a job. You guys, get a journey eight
five three five. Here's the thing. If you stay in
my house for a month, and I say you can
stay in my house for a month, I just assume
that that's going a couple. I assume that's going on.
I don't love it. I don't love it, but I
assume in one month that there's no of course they're

(02:18):
sleeping in the same bed, they're going to get it on.
I should not hear you, right, Okay, Buck, Yeah, let
me get to the rest of the thing. One. There
should be no evidence of said hooking up exactly. It
should because you you don't need to hear the evidence
of me hooking up and it's my house, right, but
you still still there needs to I don't, Galen, I'm sorry.
If you stay in my house for a month, I
don't need to hear the noise pollution of you and

(02:41):
Shane bumping up, bumping each other. First of all, you
don't need to hear it.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
But if it happens to happen, I'm not going to
lose my mind over it.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Okay, Well I shouldn't have it, second of all. But
more importantly than that, I can accept the hooking up
with no evidence thereof right. But the second part of
this is I said you could stay for a month,
and this is why I would be very reluctant to
get myself in this situation. And you can call me
a jerk or whatever, but I find that, Okay, it's

(03:13):
a month, and that becomes two, and now three, you're
not out looking for a job. You're hooking up. And
now here's the part of this. I do get a
vote in this. I get a vote in how you
live your life now because you're in my house and
I agreed to one month. Now, if I agree to
one month and on day four you don't have a
job yet, I don't get to say anything because because

(03:33):
of you. But I give you a month and I'm
paying Basically, I'm paying your bills and I'm paying for
a place for you to to.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
You know, right clear, if I'm looking for job, ever,
if I am in between John's, I am not allowed
to hook ups.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
You to listen to me because I just said to you.
I just said to you. If you're in my house,
if I give you a month, and I just it's
a couple, I assume you're going to hook up. But
can you be respectful enough that I don't have to
hear it? Can you figure out a time to do
it when I don't have to be Yeah, I don't
have to be in my in my chair in the
corner watching. Essentially, I'm always here trying to do my
little I'm over here trying to do my little accounting job. Okay,

(04:16):
I'm over here trying to make a pivot table, and
you're a pivot table in the other room. Okay, So no,
so no, I don't. I should never hear my guests
getting it on. That's a fact. Why do want to
have more of an opinion about this than judge taking guest?
The other thing is, you got a month, and look,
I will give you a month, and I don't get
to tell you on day four or ten or twelve

(04:37):
or fifteen, hey where are you getting? You know? Where's
your job? But after thirty I gave you thirty days? Okay,
so then at thirty one, I do have a right
I believe to say where what's going on here? Like
I gave you thirty days in my home for free?
Tell them you you are no further along than you

(04:58):
were on day one. Sorry, that does not make you
a bad person. That does not banking, kiky, no stand
on business. It does not make you a bad person.
For me, like this is my house, my space. I
did you a solid and I'm gonna kick you out
now because you're not even doing it. You don't even
taking it seriously. You're too busy bumping up a day.

(05:21):
That is, by the way, what's what's gonna happen when
there's a little accident and now all this sudden, were
going to have a baby living in this house too?
Because let me ask you this, So now I got
somebody in my house for three months. You're pregnant.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
So now I know that sounds like my cousin, but.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
You know, wouldn't that make me worse than what happens
if I'm like, you're three, I've already let you stay
two months longer. Y'all should have used protection. And now
now you're pregnant. So now what I gotta raise a
kid now too?

Speaker 3 (05:54):
The kid.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Crazy? Okay, so get some chastity belts. Yes, I hate this.
I literally hate this. I'm sorry. You don't get to
just fuck up. You don't get to just get freaky
in my house when I'm doing your favor. Thank you. Jason.
Unemployment sex No, I that they're both unemployed. I didn't

(06:16):
say don't do it. I said don't let me catch you. Hey,
look like that's like if I'm staying in my parents' house.
I'm forty years old. Okay, I'm on the other end
of the house. If I want to get it on
my parents better never know. They don't. They don't need
to experience that. That's not fair to them. If I'm
in a relationship and I stay in someone's home and
I insist that I just can't possibly wait a day
or two, I can't possibly, then there should be no

(06:40):
evidence that I did that. That's rude, very rude, so
nasty and so rude. And this is why I got
rid of the bed in my guest room and the
arrow bag. I got rid of both. That is no
problem like this. I'm not I am not equipped for
a guest I get why you said that. I get
why you did that. I'm sorry, Keik. I know it's
your day, but I I just I got carried away.

(07:01):
I am I'm extremely passionate on this topic. I'm standing
on business as you should. Yes eight five Jenny, Hi, right,
Hi Marien, Jenny. You're guys are the jury. Apparently today's
more of a tribunal. It's the Supreme gets Kiky Supreme
Court today. Because I'm asted and she's a justice and
uh we wrote our opinions and Paulina and Jason, everyone

(07:24):
except for corny ass Kalin over here. You can't keep
it in their pants. Unemployed, Kaylin, I can't stop for
one second like a Rammit over here, unbelievable. Can't even
stop to get a job. Get on indeed dot com
get off. They're too similar. Unbelieve it. Jenny, please take

(07:46):
it away. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry, Jenny.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
I agree with the general consensus. There is no hooking
up during working hours. Hours is up for game.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
Okay, unless you went there with the only fans making
some money to help with this how that part? Yeah,
it working.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
Hours, those show remain separated.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
I'm sorry, but if you this is no different than
we've talked about one hundred times before. If I loan
you money and then I tell you got a month,
you got two months, you got three months, six months
whatever to pay me back, and after six months I
see you driving around a new BMW, then I have
every right to say something about this. It is no
different than that. I can give me the BMW, that's

(08:29):
my BMW. You owe me money like and people can say, well,
but you gave him the money. I did, but we
had terms and once the terms are up, then I
have a right to have some saying what you're doing.
I also think it's etiquette right, like nobody else needs
to hear me doing anything. You don't want to hear you.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
That's what I mean.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Job, No, job, Why am I listening? You? Get it on?

Speaker 1 (08:56):
I might turn off the TV if you're putting a
little bit on his water bill or something I can find.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Yeah, are you taking me to dinner a couple of
times a week? I could I could look the other way.
I could be I could look the other way and
my single are you? Are you throwing me a bone
every now and again you invite me in? I could
look you know what did this? No, I'm not a watcher, Hey, Jenny,
thank you.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
Congrass Yeah. No, no, I'm a participant or nothing. Hey, Katy,
nice Katie. So Kiki's court judge Kinky just presented the
case of some folks. Was it a sister, Yes, And
he said, you can move in the house for thirty
days to go get a job. All right, but but
you got thirty days and then you got to go.

(09:47):
Instead of that, they're spending all day getting it on
in the house and people have to hear it because
they work from home. And thirty days excuse me, three
months later, Judge Kiky, we are no further along in
the process. But I'll tell you what. Everyone is satiated.
I'll tell you that the libido is being man. What
do you think?

Speaker 3 (10:05):
I don't know. What about unemployment puts people in the mood?
Why aren't they out getting a job? What exactly like
two pm on a Tuesday apparently is the time to
move off of your own relatives. I guess.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
Right, and I guess I would again if I'm allowing
a couple to stay in my house, I assume that's
going on. But the part of this that that throws
everything out the window is that you're not doing anything
to get out of my house. Like I did something
for you, to be charitable, to be kind, to help you,
and three months later, you're not only not getting a job,
but you're making a job to get it on in

(10:43):
my house. I don't want.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
So the more they don't have work, the more they're
going to have a gap in their resume, the harder
it is it's going to find it's gonna take to
find a job. I mean, they're really just shooting themselves
in the foot.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Here they is shooting something. I'll tell you, Katie, thank
you good, damn glad you called. Thanks for listening. This
is unbelievable. I am so fired up about this beast people.
I don't even know who they are. Hey, Jay, you Jay,
good morning? What say you?

Speaker 3 (11:11):
Honestly, No, you can't hook up in someone else's house.
It's just like when you're living at home with your parents,
and the rule is if you want to get it on,
you go get a hotel.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
You know you have.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
You don't have enough money, You're not getting any That's
how it works.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
You know, Jay. Yeah, I think we are all. We
are all in agreeance here. I don't think any except
for Kaylen. I don't think anybody you catch anything else
to set up in between looking for John.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
They're not And you're going to have a good time
in Creed.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
I don't understand what they much you something. It's gonna
be well. There's tens of people are going to show
up to this thing something because they go anywhere.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
You know what.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
I can't wait to.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
See you on Friday. It's so exciting. Thank you said no, No,
look at this, tens of people are going to show
up to this thing on Friday, and and some of
them already go anyway, and they'll be confused by what's happening,
and then a few people listen, we'll show it's gonna
be great, all right, Well, Kiki, I don't know. I mean,
there's really no other side of this except for Kalon's,
which is wrong.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
Yeah, that's wrong for sure. And you should always listen
to your wife. She told you not to let them
look people in your house anyway.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
This is the problem. It's stories like this that make
people be sort of resistant to doing nice things, because
you know, they listen to a little radio show in
the morning and they hear this, and then it's like,
this is what happens if I'm too nice to people.
I'm sorry, you know, because this would be my thing
is It wouldn't be the hooking up, it wouldn't be

(12:37):
the eating my food. Look, if I'm saying to you
I want to help you out for thirty days, you're
more than welcome to stay in my home. In my mind,
I already got to start thinking it's gonna be forty
five sixty no, because I just I know it. I
know I gotta be prepared for that, and I'm going
to be you know, flexible with the rules. You can
use my water, you can use my electricity, you can
eat my food. You're in my house, you're my guest.

(12:59):
I'm agreed. If you need to charge you clearly you
need to charge your laptop because that's where you get
your inspiration. I guess for everything to get a job, right, okay,
so fine, but but then you need to honor your
part of the deal. And if so, if you're doing
all those things and you've overstayed, you're welcome. That is
unfair to me, and I would have every right to

(13:20):
say get out. But the problem is that these people
be like, well, I don't have a job, and then
the parents are going And by the way, anytime parents
get involved with other people doing things for their kids,
if they have an opinion, the parents can then pick
it up and they can handle it. Then you go
ahead and handle it. Hey, Clarissa explains it all. How
you doing good?

Speaker 3 (13:40):
How are you? Hey?

Speaker 2 (13:41):
Good morning? What'd you want to say? You get the
final say on the jury and Kiki's court man, I'm
fired up, yeah, I mean.

Speaker 3 (13:47):
Hey, like we're not talking about the parents' reaction. If
they were so fired up about, you know, not being
able to support the sister whoever it is, like, why
not take them in.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
Out stand?

Speaker 3 (14:01):
Yes, yeah, that way they can have to be the
look altogether.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
Yeah, you let your guest room become the stabbing cabin,
you know, come on. But they're not doing that. They're
not stepping up going hey you know you all right, fine,
send them over to our house. We'll handle this. No,
they're not doing that.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
Yeah, no, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
You better bring in some kind of revenue stream or
else the humping stops and the story. Thank you so much. There,
I have a good day. Yeah, you need to monetize that,
or I will hello hidden cameras, Yeah no, I would
just be yeah, get that. And someone who's texted to
they can't get a hotel, they don't have any
