Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yeah, they talk better than they tell me. These are
the radio blogs on the French show. I like writing
in our diaries, except we say them aloud. We call
them blogs. Paulina, yes you're reading, Yes I am, take
it away.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Thank you so much, dear blog.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
So I realized something that I guess it's like a
new hidden fear unlocked. Although it wouldn't really be a
fear of mine, but for other people. I do think
about this. So you guys know that I love like
my mother in law. She is a queen, she is
a dream. She's the best grandma to Jiji. I'm like
obsessed with my mother in law, like, and I know
I won the jackpot, Like I'm so like, you know,
I'm so aware of that. And you guys all met

(00:34):
my you know, in laws and the family and stuff,
and they're awesome. And I interviewed I call her friend.

Speaker 4 (00:40):
Now.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
So there's a girl and her name is Leah Higgins
and her thing on Instagram and TikTok is one lit.
Mama and I have a podcast, the Mommy Collective. It's
like a motherhood kind of thing, right, we talk mom stuff.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Yeah, how do we hear? That's on iHeart it's on iHeart. Yeah,
it's on the iHeart radio app. It pretty easy to use, improved. Yeah,
Oh my god, if you seen it, it's a fantastic.
I've never in my life seen an app that looks
better than that, says an employee of Sorry.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
Never use the app. Lot creeping and in that app.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
I don't mean to brag. I don't mean to brag
a little bit, but you be creeping.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
I've been creeping seeing what everybody's up to. I've been creeping.

Speaker 4 (01:18):
Oh I think a lot of people creep.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Uh, well, they certainly do on us.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
Yeah, and then they.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Talked back about us, and then they actually victim anyway.
But I don't mean to brag, but I was on
the beta team, the testing team for the new I
provided some feedback.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
I guess I did.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Signed I couldn't tell you secrets, signed a disclosure and.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
Everything I had access I had.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
I had to do this thing, Kiki, like, right, there's
a there's a special app that you go into to
download the app, and within the app, and oh yeah,
I was fancy.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Are you the reason we got lyrics now in the app?

Speaker 4 (01:55):
For me? They are very proud of that.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
It's kind of cool, you got lyrics and I heard
you got a podcast on there, But that's not the point.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
The yeah, well no, the point is that I like
was very taken aback for some reason by this, because.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
I feel I'm like, damn, like that'd be kind.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Of crazy or like how would I react right or
how would I even act around someone like that? But uh, Leah,
I didn't even know this, but her mother in law,
so she married into a family.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
She has two kids.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
Her mother in law is Barbara I believe Corkran Corkoran
of Shark Tank.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
Oh wowow.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
And she was like at her Utah home that's where
we recorded, and I'm just like, I'm at my in
laws right now.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
I don't even put two into it together. She mentioned
her mom is a public figure.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
We talked about, you know, putting your kids on social
all that kind of stuff, because she does TikTok with
her kids. And then she like, my mother in law's
a you know, public figure, and I was, you know,
I ran to my internet and I was like, I
must look this up, and that's her mother in law.
And I didn't talk to her about it, but I
obviously creeped her page and like I see her mother
in law, super involved with the kids, and she's a
nana and all these cute things. But I'm like, she's
a shark legit, not just because of Shark Tank, but

(02:57):
she scares the crap out of me, Like she will
check my whole life, my finances and all that in between.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Like she scares me.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
And I'm like, imagine marrying into a family like that,
which obviously maybe it's a persona right.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
For TV or whatever it might be, but like, what
do I don't know.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
I'm with you.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
I watched Shark Tank, and I she can be very
very friendly and sweet, but then other times it's like
I would not mess with her.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
No, And she's a New York New York what is
a real estate mug.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
Oh, yeah, she's really successful.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
That's your mother in law, imagine.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
And Liah's is out here making tiktoks with her kids, dancing,
and I'm like that is so crazy, Like that's your
mother in law. And not only would that be like
to me intimidating, but like I don't know, I feel.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Like I don't know, like how would that be like
to have a mother in love like that?

Speaker 3 (03:40):
Yeah, so she could be friends with Kevin that we
talked about her.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Yeah, so I saw that together for Yukiki. Okay, I
had a game plan. So we got a calling, you said, Barbara,
Well Leah first, Oh.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
Okay, she's gonna call Nana Nana aka Barbara and Nana.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Yeah, that's she's a grandma to her kids.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
I didn't know that.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
You know, they all have different like like my mom's
a mimi. Mimi is what I see it, you know,
I mean she's a Nana.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
I only know that because like Treep the comments. Okay,
she's like, you're the best nana of our kids, and
I'm like there we go.

Speaker 4 (04:08):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Yeah, I would be intimidated. I would be intimidated by her,
Like if I married her daughter, I'd be intimidated by it.
Like I think she'd she would knife me, you know,
she'd shank me somehow. I don't, I don't know. I
feel like she'd and then she would take all my money,
and right, I don't don't go by real estate. Right, well,
I wouldn't get it far. We'll get herself a nice
Coleman tent from Target or something and live. But no,

(04:31):
I I yeah, no, she intimidates me.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
She scares me, so I'm like, girl, you know, salute
you kudos. But I think at end of the days, who
was just probably a different person. When it comes to
her family, I'm sure with the kids, right, the grandkids,
she's nana.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
You know who.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
She reminds me of Amy Witherwright. I like Amy Witherwright
has a do she's too young for me. Her daughter.
I love Amy Witherwright. She's a close friend, and she's
done so much for our show. Yes, but I what
do we give away almost fifty grand during the holidays
thanks to Amy Witherwright one one hundred truck wreck. But
I even if her daughter were of age like my
she's of age, she's think just graduated college. But if

(05:04):
she were, you know, if it were appropriate, I would
be afraid. You'd be afraid because if anything happened that
went wrong, Amy Witherwright would sue me and then kill me,
you know, like personally, and then barb her wife barbs.
And they're so friendly and kind and generous. But I
would not want to be on the other side. Yes,

(05:27):
I know exactly what you mean. I think about that
too sometimes when I meet someone new and I like,
go meet their dad, and it's like they have to
explain about radio DJ, and it's like it doesn't sound great.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
It's like it doesn't sound like it is.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
And then they listen to this and they're like, really,
this is the best you can do.

Speaker 4 (05:46):
