Speaker 1 (00:01):
These are the radio blogs on the Fresh Life.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
We're riding in our diaries, except we say them aloud.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
We call them blogs ki kig, Yes, dear blog.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
And I hope this is just a safe space because honestly,
the way this morning I don't know, but I need
it to be, because the way that this morning has
gone for me. Please just handle me with caution, because
I am.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
I am. I'm at my wits end. Bro.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
Have you ever just like waking up and it's like
you should go to bed, you should go back to
bed and just start this whole thing over, because it's
just not it's not going well. And that is how
this morning has gone for me. Literally from the moment
I opened these eyes, these hazel eyes.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
I behind them. What was happening behind me? First of all?

Speaker 3 (00:44):
And I won't I know y'all get mad when I
bag on Big Tim. But the man did a deep
cleaning yesterday. Okay, that was his contribution to the house yesterday.
Nobody asks for that. So all of my clothes are
mixed up. I don't know where anything is.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Oh, he organized your clothes, shoe, yes boy.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
And no one asks for this. I was out looking
at wedding venues with my sister. I come back, I
smell chlorocks. I'm already nervous, you know how I feel
about that. And so I'm like, oh boy. I Then
I go into my glam room. I'm talking about this
man has rearranged my wigs.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
My shoes.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
I'm like, okay, you know, but I'm trying to be grateful.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
So I'm like, thank you. Yes and so and I
lived in that denial room in the glam room, I'm like,
what are you doing? Should Why is you organizing your room?

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Like I could see the house maybe like shared things,
but like I wouldn't want anybody touching the my style.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
I really think he was trying to prepare for my downfall, honestly,
because I like, yesterday, I just lived in a denial
of it all right. I was on a wedding hide.
So I came in.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
I was like, oh, you're cleaning the house.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
Okay. In the back of my mind, I said, that's
gonna be terrible for you tomorrow morning, but let's just
basking it right now. So I wake up this morning,
I can't find a sock from a pair of underwear.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
I don't know where anything is.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
So I'm running late, and then my wig is lifting
because I'm running late, I haven't had enough time to
lay it down. So then I get in the car.
This car almost ran me off the road this morning
on the expressway. Then I get downtown. They're filming some
TV show somewhere, so I'm running into Cones trying to
get into the parking garage. I get into it.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
I'm in the TV show now. Because I get in.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
The garage, somebody is in my parking space. No, we
don't have a signed parking sway. Yeah, I feel like
it's mine, you know, like any other day is mine.
Why are you in there? So then I got to
find it in the parking space. I get on the elevator.
I see Jason's beautiful face. We ride up together. I
tell him all of this. Then I can get here.
I try to be positive with my egg wrapped from
duccket like sitting here to start to show my.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Headphones are missing. You're not okay, Noki. I need to
go home.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
These sorts of days are self fulfilling, and so I
am typically not kept in positivity.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
But you must change.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
You must revert to a positive mental attitude because what
happens is you start to piece these things together, and
then you put this energy out and then everything you
start to see, things that wouldn't to irritated you before,
the contribute to the kind of day you're having. We
must turn this around right now? How I don't know
how do we do it?

Speaker 1 (03:07):
And then I looked up to.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
The moon because I was like, somebody, come give me
the lower got to do something. And I look up
it's a full moon. Now I'm like, is that does
that playing a part in all of this?

Speaker 1 (03:17):
Caitlin? I know you believe in us though, yes, but
also it's just science.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Think about how much water makes up your body, and
then think about the fact that the moon controls the tides,
like pulling on your wig right now?

Speaker 1 (03:28):
The moon. Yeah, I just need to go to be it.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
And and I want to just say to anyone, listen,
if you have this type of morning, press our own syst.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
It seems like Jason is too, So yeah, it's been
a it's been a rough weekend, a rough morning. But
I'm having the same thing. So we were trying to commiserate.
We have to turn it around.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
I know what I can do, unless sure what I
could do, but you must turn it around because again,
like you it's like like that character in the Peanuts
with little cloud over him all the time, Like you
can't have that. It's dust or dirt over him. I
think he's good, he's dirty, is it, pig Pen? Yeah,
it's cause he didn't take it shout. But that's not
what That's not the case here. I just mean, like
you can walk around that little cloud just raining on you.

(04:10):
But and then everything sort of contributes, like you start
looking at it through that filter, and then you start
noticing things it wouldn't have because you know, like when
you're on cloud nine, you know, when it's the opposite
of the day you're having and someone like kicks you
in the balls and you're like, I didn't feel it.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
I couldn't possibly feel it, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
But so we need But then now, right now, you're
in the mode that like anything that's out of place,
you see, it contributes to this bad day. So we
got to turn it around.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Guys, all right, I mean I'm trying. I'm trying, y'all.
Well you look pretty well, thank you. I couldn't even
tell the wig wasn't sitting right. Yeah, it's Jason. I
couldn't tell yours whatn't either. It's barely hanging on. Bro,
you got a wig after that bald spot? Yeah, it's
my two pegs. I'm bald. What's funny is?

Speaker 2 (04:54):
I mean? You weren't bald until you stuck another piece
of hair on top of your hair.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Right now, all of a sudden, I think you have
a problem.
