and I know every bride has been through this. I'm
not unique to this experience, but I am a certified
people pleaser and being a people pleaser is not going
well with this whole rhytal process. So Caitlin had to
have a little come to you know, the Lord talk
with me the other day about Keety, You're gonna have

to just make a decision and stop worrying about how
far you know, Fred is gonna have to drive, or
how you know if Ryan doesn't like chicken and Jason
doesn't want to be She was like, you have to
just pick like lady, you know, And so I took
that into consideration.

I think I'm getting closer with the venue.

However, it is now time to select the bridal party
and I can't do this. I really just want to
put a filler out there. Actually, right now, this is
a message. If you think that you should be in

I don't know, but I don't understand how brides narrow
this whole thing down. And probably and I know you've
been through this, yeh At your girls in their power suits,
I sure did. Was anyone left out or mad that
they didn't get a pink power suit?

Because I can't make a decision to save my life,
I feel like they should tell me if they want
to rock with me.

like at this big age, like it's probably lowki a
bigger blessing not to be earls because I see how
much Klein has spent in that credit card.

Billy being a guest. It's very expensive and That's.

Why I was very I was like, Hey, we're gonna
go to sheen dot com. We're gonna get twenty nine
dollars power suits and we're gonna wear that. And I
bought them like vans, like matching fans is a gift
or whatever. That's all I wanted, right because I was like,
I know this is very expensive, But I did have
a big bridal party that I look at it. I
had like what six friends and three family members. Okay,
so it's nine people on my side. Yeah, so's the
girls in the gays with me and then haave I

had it. We had a poll cousins and stuff just
so we can like match him, you know.

What I mean. So we have enough people.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
Oh so he had to match your number? Yeah exactly,
only has like two friends.

I mean, so do I.

But and then he's like a lot of cousins, so we.

But yeah, you need to do whatever you This is
your day, what you want, Like, it doesn't matter who who,
how far away it is, or who gets their feelings hurt.
You get one shot at this, maybe two they'll get it,
so you don't. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

About this, and everyone is saying that, but it really
a wedding is really for your guests. You want them
to enjoy the experience. Not okay, no, it's not.

It's for you. It's your one day to be selfish.
This is the best day of your life.

Hopefully it happens once.

Right, It's not about your guests at all.

Zero. I want you all to have a good time.

I want you to enjoy yourself well, and you're happy,
then we should have a good time. And that's I
think people miss that. Yeah, and they spend money on
a bunch of crap. I've said this a thousand times.
They spend money on a bunch of crap that they
think will make their guests happy, when no one remembers
any of it. Because it just needs to reflect you
and make you happy and be within your budget and
not stretch you out. And it will anyway. Yeah. And

there's no way to choose a group of people five
or six or seven or ten or whatever. There's no
way to choose that group and not alienate someone. It's impossible.
So while that's very difficult, I'm sure there's just no
way around it. So I think you just have to
accept the fact that someone's going to be angry. We're
old enough now that we have enough friends and acquaintances
and people who think that they play a certain role

in our lives, and they may be important. But unfortunately
there's only so many slots for so many things, and
so there are people who won't get invited, and there
are people who won't it won't be convenient for them.
And there are people who won't be in the wedding
party next to me, you know, who will be very
upset about it. And uh, and I'm sorry, but you
can only make the best decisions for you. This is true.

This is true. But if you feel in your heart
that you should be in my bridle party, just tell me.

Now, I just do love you existing on.
