Yeah, they talk better than excited. Tell me, these are
the radio blogs on the Fred Show, like we're writing
in our diaries, except we shite him alowed. We call
the blogs Kiki Yo, take it away, Go all right,
dear blog.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
So you know, I've recently started my first ever business
in his Kiki T's and shout out to everyone who's
already support Fred. You got your nice little shirt and
you've put.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
It on TV.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
That was great.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
Yeah, do that purpose.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Yeah, we're gonna help with Paulina.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
You're her marketing team, so you know.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
And the joke has been like, oh, the business is
to help fund the wedding, it's my wedding fund. But
really the business is to fund my foundation, which is
called Keiki's Angels in memory of my parents.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
And so I true didn't know that when I bought
the shirt. Yeah, I thought it really was to fund
Kiki's Wedding Foundation.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Yeah. I haven't really talked about it much because I'm
still working on things for it. But my goal is
to help kids of deceased parents, you know, pay for
things like graduation fees and clear lunch debt at schools
and things like that. Because I remember my sister taking
care of me, like I didn't ever want to feel
like a burden, but she had to pay for those
things my parents were gone. So that's what I'm really
aiming to do with this, right, And so I go

on and I'm so excited to check out my first
week sales and see what you know has happened. And
it was all great, but I saw my first complaint
on my website.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Yes, yes, yes, you let me handle this. Okay, let
me be the director of complaints for kiky cs NFC
Incorporated dot com.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Yeah, give my customer service in order.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Okay, don't you worry. What happened?

Speaker 2 (01:37):
So I opened up the message and it says this
person rated your product three stars. And I'm like, excuse me,
this is a five stop business, only the highest quality
cotton over here. Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
I get out there and I'm like, oh my god,
what happened.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
I open it up and it's like I received the
wrong color shirt, and I'm like, okay, all right, we
got to get this fixed. I look in the details
of the customer. It's my aunt, your own aunt. Yes,
it's complaining about Kiky's team, my aunt Darlene out of Dallas, Texas. Yes,

I'm calling you out.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
She listens to the show. You're a darling. You can
tell someone else about this, like maybe Kiki. Right, I'm like,
you could have texted me.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
You could have and I don't even know if you
received the wrong short orders, you click on the.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Wrong This is sounding familiar in a certain demographic. I
didn't get that. I don't. I didn't get that it
didn't work. It's broken.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
Yeah, darling, I am. I am appalled.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Your own give you three stars in your own business.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
My own my first customer reviews from her, and it's
three stars and she want her money back.

I can't believe this, can you?

Speaker 2 (02:58):
No, that would be a guest to be me, be
the better business brew or whatever.

So I'm you know, I am just out here trying
to fund my little foundation and this lady has given
me my first complaint, which I thought it's hilarious, but
it's so my aunt if you know her, so.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
You she realized he was going to you probably not
and all this stuff.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Yeah, she want her money back, so we got to
get her the right colored shirt.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
But yeah, that is wild. I would be so mad,
be like, you realize everybody can see that right, and
you're my family, yes.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
In Clear's day address and everything. So you know, I
just wanted to say shout out to all the business owners,
the small business owners out there who deal with customer
complaints and customer service issues.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
You know, yes, Victoria, Oh you r never mind? I forgot.

I haven't used Victoria, which is my alias when I
leave a bag in a while.
