Speaker 1 (00:00):
I've never been laughed waiting by the phone. It's the
Fred Show, Melanie, Good morning, Welcome to The Fred Show.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Hi guys, So tell us about this guy Chris.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Uh, we won all the background, how you met, about
any dates that you've been on, and why do you
think you're being ghosted?

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Just to fill us in.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Sure. Sure, So I met Chris on Mumble and he
picked me up for drinks. We went on one date
and yeah, thanks for doing well. It was, you know,
it really fun and I think we clicked. So we
were getting after drinker a on my place and so

(00:40):
I'm sorry, I'm kind of nervous he wanted to were
on my place and so I asked if you know,
he wanted to come out get one of my place
and hang up for a little bit. Everything was totally
PG and like we just kissed and you know, it
was fun, but that was it, and uh, yeah, I
just I want to see him again. Everything went well,

(01:02):
but I just don't know why he hasn't called.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Okay, Well, that all sounds pretty promising. I mean, when
you meet on these apps, you don't really know if
there's chemistry until you see the person in person, and
so that part went well, the drinks went well, you
had a good time, good enough to go back to
your house and you know, hook up a little bit
or I guess kiss, not really hook up, but nonetheless
that's all good, and you were hoping to hear from

(01:25):
him again.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
You were excited.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
Yeah, it's really excited. Yeah, I mean all we did
was kiss. It was like, you know, really really peachy,
and then we got along and I mean more than that,
like I think we clicked. So yeah, I'm just wondering
what happened?

Speaker 2 (01:38):
So what happened to this guy? So let's call Chris.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
We'll see if we can get him on the phone
and ask some questions for you, and hopefully whatever's going on,
we can straighten it out, set you guys up on
another date and please yeah, all right, welcome back. Let's
call Chris. You guys met on the dating app Bumble,
went out for drinks, a little kissing after the date
back at your place. But you want to know where
this guy went because he's not reaching out.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
For another day. You fully affected that and you want
to know why.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
That's right?

Speaker 2 (02:02):
All right, let's call him right now? Good luck? Hello, Hi?
Is this Chris? Chris? Good morning?

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Fred from The Fred Show. The whole crew is here,
and I'm sorry to bother, but I do have to
tell you that we are on the air right now
and I would need your consent to continue with the call.
Can we chat for a couple of minutes on the show.
I'm a little worried, but yeah, sure I might be too. No,
well maybe not, but let's talk about It's the thing

(02:36):
we do called waiting by the phone. There's a woman
named Melanie who you met on Bumble and you guys
went out for drinks. Yeah, okay, right, So she called
us and told us that she had a great time
with you at drinks and that you guys kissed a
little bit and she was excited about the potential hope
to hear from you again, and so that she hasn't.
So can you kind of fill us in as to
why you haven't reached out? Oh?

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Oh man, No, yeah, we had a really fun day. No, yeah,
so yeah, we had a really.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Fun and normal day, like normally go away, like like
everything was cool, fine, and we'd made.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Out and that was fun and stuff. But then and
so we get to.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
Her place and she puts on some music and like
some candles just at the vibe. Yeah right, and like
they were this is like it's like kind of like silly,
but they were like good candles, you know, like when
I smelled it, I was like, oh, that's like a
that's like.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
A night like that was good as opposed to like
those like the ones that spell like Turkey dinners or whatever.
Got the music going like this is she's set in
the mood. I don't see what where's the problem.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
So then so then she she hooked her phone up
to her smart TV. I think I think it was
to play the music and a photos blade show came out.
It was something to have TV on the background. Don't
know why she did it, but the photos started coming
up on the TV. Then she went to grab drinks
and I was just chilling out and looking at the
photos of her family, her friends from the place that

(04:08):
she's traveled. All cool, and then like all of a sudden,
like right in a row, it was one, two and
then three back to back to bad. They were all
like completely different. They were practive like it was a
good like I was like, go get it, like go get.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Your do this.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
Sometimes now I have a fear you save them on
the same camera roll as everything else. I don't really
save them, I said the vibe with like, you know,
a nice little side show and now I'm scared a
slide a PowerPoint show it deck to people like what
I've had. This happened before. I've had this where like
my buddies will pull out their phone to show me
a picture and then it's like a picture of something else.

(04:46):
Let me bring Melanie into this. I forgot to mention
the Melanie is here. I always leave that part out.
Oh what you trying to find a safer place for
those man they got to go. They can't go with
the mom and dad trip to Ireland or whatever.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
You know what I mean? You got to put them
somewhere else.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Oh yeah, don't. Okay, that's a song there.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Okay, well here, But here's my thing. Why why do
you care? Chris?

Speaker 1 (05:10):
Like why wouldn't she go on another day with her?
I mean so yeah, so she's been with other guys.
She's either I don't know, receiving or saving or finding
procuring other d picts.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
So she's got so I know.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
It's stupid, but like like there those those burned into
my brain, like kissing her or like if we were
gonna like like go all the way, like like I'd
just be thinking of like those three, you know what.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
I mean, maybe she's a doctor and those were privileged
and they probably should have been there anyway. Nonetheless, maybe
she's a medical students, she's studying urology.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
I mean it was yeah, well good for them.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
One of them was like like basically full screen, like
it was just right in my face. It wasn't as big,
but like the lighting was really good.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
It was like the first thing.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
Yeah literally, and the second one was like here's like
like art like it was like it like it should.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Be in a museum.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
The dude, I'm not insecure, like listen, like go get it,
like you know.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
So look, Chris, you can understand why she might save these.
I mean, I can you love them, you see them,
enamored with these, I mean I can see why why
are you holding.

Speaker 4 (06:19):
I just I just it's like so in my head,
like I can't.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
I can tell you just study these too. They were
on screen for a while.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
Yeah like that.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
She has a nice TV. So it was like boom
in your head.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Hey, it could be worse. It could be action. It
could be action shots. I mean it could be so
much worse to Yeah, oh boy, even though you really
studied these and I'm not interested in seeing her again
because You're not going to be able to get over.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
I just can't get over.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
I know it's stupid and like dumb, but I just yeah,
they're they're burning to my red nose and ain't gonna
go over.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
There, Melanie.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
They make apps and stuff where you can hide these pictures,
like conceal them other places so that they don't pop
up in the family travel.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Plus. I mean, this time it was.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Him, But imagine if it really was like your parents
are family or somebody coming over and you pull up
the old.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
I feel like, yeah, I think they're really old and
like whatever, and they just popped up. I don't know,
you know, I mean the technology and the albums.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
And everything technology.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
I guess.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
They're all together with my regular pictures. I don't I
just didn't get that.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
All right, Well, hey, it's not gonna I guess it's
not going to work out, Chris. I'm surprised, Chris, you
don't want to see her again so you can get
an out of Look at the shots.
