it's happening tonight, so we may as well talk about it.
So you were signed up for something that you don't
want to do.

Right basically, And I'm actually scared to even say this
out loud that I don't want to do it because
my sister signed me up for it. But my nephew
is going to his eighth grade dance. My sister works
at the school. You guys know, she's a school nurse,
so she's like all involved in this. I really think
she put on this dance because it's his eighth grade year,
Like I don't think these has ever had a dance.

to come over to see him off to the dance.

He's not gonna want me there. And then she's so

and then we're gonna go to the school and see him,

like you open up the dance for them, And I'm
like hell yes, And then my nephew just revealed to

me yesterday that she told him. He was like, yeah,
so when you host our dance tomorrow, I'm like, excuse me,
So clearly this lady has told them that I'm hosting
the dance.

And I'm so nervous because any school dance I went to,
the DJ is always horrible, Like the kids hate the

lot of things in my life, but this by far
has given me the most anxiety. And I really want

a deal on some clothing and then they said, well,
I can get you this thousand dollars thing for seven
hundred bucks, but there was still tax. So the person
then comes and gives the other person seven hundred bucks.

cost five hundred bucks. I don't know what I know
the fees are crazy. So let's just say your cost
was more than face value by a little bit. Well,

then you charge that, you know, like if I can
get somebody like I once heard of somebody got somebody
a deal on some clothing and then they said, well,
I can get you this thousand dollars thing for seven
hundred bucks, but there was still tax. So the person
then comes and gives the other person seven hundred bucks.
Thank you, and the person's like, no, it's actually eight
hundred and thirty dollars because yet, and it's like, but

you told me seven hundred and it's like, no, my
cost I had still to pay tax and shipping. So
my cost is this, it's still you still would have
had to pay all that if you'd bought it yourself,
But you wouldn't have saved the three hundred dollars. And
it became a whole thing between the two of them, like,
well I didn't know there was tax.

My point is if if my cost is X, then
you can pay my cost. If it's not a gift

Whatever kind of wonder Because remember, Angie, she knew somebody
who got World Series tickets at Wrigley when the Cubs
in the World Series. She sold them to me. I
want to say that I saw the price, but here's
what I don't know. I don't know if she was
given those tickets or if she paid for them, because
I wrote her a check for the what I believe

to be the face value of the tickets.

Here's an doesn't matter because here's the thing this I
will say about that she could have gone and didn't
give a shit because she doesn't like the socks. She

bother me as much. What would bother me is if
she didn't pay them and charge me scalper prices. On
top of that, which she did not do. But my
point is, my point in the whole thing is that
she had access to something that she didn't want, and
she knew she didn't want it, so she sold them
to me. Now again, did she make money on that?

I don't think so. But even if she had, as
long as it's the same price I would have paid
on the ticket, that's then I can live with that,
because otherwise I wouldn't go it.
