Hoy vamos a hablar de dos expresiones muy comunes que usamos para contar cosas que hacíamos en el pasado: “used to” y “would”. Son frases que escuchamos seguido y que a simple vista parecen significar lo mismo. Ambas nos permiten hablar de hábitos o acciones repetidas en otro momento de la vida, algo que formaba parte de la rutina... pero que ya no.

Ahora bien, seguro te estás preguntando: ¿son exactamente iguales? ¿Puedo usar cualquiera de las dos sin problema? ¿Hay alguna diferencia importante entre ellas? La respuesta corta es: no son lo mismo. Y la buena noticia es que la diferencia es más sencilla de lo que parece. En este episodio te voy a explicar de forma clara, con ejemplos simples y comparaciones que puedes recordar fácilmente.
