So there's a junk yard there.They've been people of well, they
thought people plural were breaking into thejunkyard and stripping catalytic converters and other things

off the vehicles. Turned out tobe this one guy that was doing it
over and over again and they justcouldn't catch him. So somehow they probably
had some sort of stakeout and whenthey caught him, he was in the
vehicle trying to do his business.Don't they have junkyard dogs anymore? Really
big ones? Yeah? I mean, isn't that Yeah, Like the former

wrestler. So listen to how theycaught this guy. This is great.
He broke into a car at thejunk yard and before he could get out,
he's done it before they got likethe forklift and they had him.
I'm not getting like twenty feet offthe ground he was in the car used
to get him up. Was itone of those magnet ones where they just

lived went right in the custody.It happened Tuesday afternoon. Employees used a
forklift to suspend the car in midair. I was was pretty impressive, honestly,
so when police arrived, it wasan easy arrest. Turn around,
put your hand in your back,right. Police arrested twenty six year old
Alexander Funk for criminal trespassing and possessingcriminal tools. All right, here's the

deal. This lot has been Uhthere's having a serious amount of breakings and
converters cut off and you got asaws off and you're in the private area
of the business. It's not opento the public. Yes, so you
know what I mean? You know, yeah, right, you're unders Why
did they man, why did theydo that when they could have just put
him in that car compressor thing thesmash her and them all together. Right,

I'm surprised they didn't just murder him. Oh you were out last week?

weekend. Okay. She had adrive through chains, she had to hop
an eight inch curb and she puther vehicle into a industrial compactor. Yeah.

First, thankfully they got her out. Okay, and they had to
get tow truck to get the car. I can turn the compactor on and
off so they could figure that out. I was at We used to have
that place in New York where youthrew your garbage bags over into the compactity
Ohio, and it was like thirtyforty feet down right. Correct. So
this one woman, she was themother of one of my students. She

was tiny, maybe maybe ninety hundrepounds. She went to throw her bag
and she never let go of thebag. She went down into the compactor.
Oh my, it wasn't on.But can you imagine though, it's
All Star Wars right there. That'sexactly what I thought about. They're dying,
right, that's tremendous. All right, So everybody's safe and sound.

We had an outright winter on Friday. Yeah, I'd say Drew loses nine

It's clouded up again. We stillhave some peaks of sun out there,
highs around sixty. What's falling off, what's pulling off? What's calling off?

So I took last week off andit wasn't because I went anywhere.

days total, right, because ifyou're including the two weekends, not one
of those nineties did I sleep inand sleeping once? Fault? Is that
mine? Obviously. So my husbandwas away on a trip for most of
that time. Yeah right. Myparents came to visit for part of that

time. The boys were in school. One has marching band till the end
of time. The other one issoccer all the time. I had so
much going on that I skipped thingsthat I was supposed to do because I
wasn't available, Like my brain justturned off. All I wanted to do
was get my nails done. Thatwas my only goal for the whole week.
And look at my nails. Theyare juster than they are nude.

So dogs, one's growing rapidly puppyand the other one got neutered last week
and he's not happy at a vets, so he has to be heavily medicated,
just to go. Bruce loves us, but he doesn't love others.
I know, you guys do alot of DIY projects. Was this one
of them? Did not do that. But along with all of that going

on, and then I did thatfundraiser at the church, the eighties themed
fundraiser, which was spectacular. Itwent off. They this church I go
to these everybody there are just dressed. I mean, I can't even explain
to you. I say, youguys, pictures got into character. They
knew what to do and they didit like at a twelve out of ten
nice like it was. This wasa murder mystery. It's a murder mystery.
We're gonna do it each year.I already know the theme for next

year church. So that aside mywhole family. I don't know if you
should like take down the music alittle bit here only because this is serious.
But in the middle of all ofthat, my family ended up in
the news in Colorado, uh forlike we would see a WTF. And

that was going on throughout this wholeweek. Okay, so my mother like
extended family or well to my mother'sfirst cousin, right, I've talked about
him before. His name is Alex. When we went to when my aunt
passed away, we went out tobreakfast because he stayed by my aunt's side
the whole time she was in hospice, right, So we went there,
we had breakfast, and he pouredsyrup on his eggs, and I recorded

him. I'm like, what areyou doing? Who pours syrup on eggs?
I do if they're on top ofpancakes or waffles. And that's what
he said, basically, this ishow I like it. This is how
it's happened with maple syr. Iwould never do that, but I watched
him do it. And so he'sa lovely man. And so he lives

in Colorado. I know I'd enjoyedbreakfast with him, for sure, definitely
what I showed you guys a pictureand he basically asked his roommate for the
rent. And this is a manin his sixties. I don't know how
the roommate is. And the roommatetook a weapon to him over the head
and heavily brain damage like the person. And then this guy called nine to

one one because he thought he hadkilled Alex. And so thankfully the ambulance
showed up and that guy was chargedwith attempted murder. Right well, Alex
passed away yesterday, Oh yeah,and he was attacked by his roommate over
rent. And I'm thinking, thisis the kind of we talk about with
other people, like a Florida manstory. It is, it is,

except it's my man. Yeah,So it was just it was just ongoing
all week because he kept saying tomy mother on the phone. He kept
going, I don't feel right.I can feel the blood pooling in my
brain. He kept saying that tomy mom because he got this is why
he was injured, and this theysent he didn't have really good health insurance.
He got sent home almost immediately.He ended up passing in a hospital.

But I mean that's because his brotherLuigi took him. But like,
I just the whole thing, yeah, you know, I mean you have
a so you expect to read storieslike that. You don't expect. No,
And again, the nicest guy rightlike stayed by my aunt's side as
she was in hospice, right like, no, no, it's his first

cousin. But still, you know, just a can you It just makes
you so everybody's so wired right now, right right, oh yeah, especially
you know when it comes to financesis tight, you know, and you're
strapped and you lose it, butyou can't lose it and hit somebody over
the head. That results of thiswhole body and this whole body and I

don't know, I'm not positive.When my mother told me what the weapon
was, it was extreme, butit was just who And I was like,
and Alex is He's a big dude, right right, you know,
like, like is this somebody?Like I have family in California. First,
my mother will go that I've nevermet. Literally, I have first
cousins I've never met. When Iwhen I was four years old, we

all packed in a car and wentfrom New York to El Paso together,
like on a road trip to visitfamily. Like my mother's close, Okay,
yeah, she's close, so she'llprobably I don't know where the funeral
is going to be, but she'llprobably fly. That's a tough one.
It's just a weird week. Itwas, and it just to have that
story is like the undertone of thewhole thing. What do you I mean,

what you know, maybe maybe goget your nails done. No,
I can't know. I had onlyone rule is that I would only get
my nails done if I felt relaxed, because I didn't want it to be
a chore. So I've had thisgift certificate for my friend Ryan since April.
This was a birthday gift, andI said, then, I keep
saying to myself, only go inif it doesn't feel like you're squeezing it

in right, forcing it. Onlygo in if it's like I have all
this time, I feel great,I'm going to go in there and get
my toes done or my finger's.Nothing to do before, nothing to do

you say to your moth for it, and everybody's say a prayer for Alex.

a Massachusetts veteran plate eight A threezero. Okay, it looks like a

of small town America out there andthe furniture outlets. That's what I always
think of when I hear a gardenerexactly. You know. So it was
for that community just to be rockedwith this story. Yeah, so,
Ary but there are four children there. They had they're in DCF custody.
They left the house and went toa neighbor's house. I guess after everything

happened there. So whatever happened withthe we assume the mom and the children,
I am assuming the mom of thechildren or some of the neighbors.
Yeah, as kids, they're autsideplaying all the time. But you seem
like a nice plava. I mean, I have a daughter of my own,
and just to know that a mom, you know, four kids lost
their mother is terrible. Just huggingmy daughter tight tonight. The boy kids.

You don't know what goes on behindclosed doors. I guess the investigation
began around nine to fourteen in themorning. Mmm, that's when it started.
This guy just disappeared. Well yeah, well he kind of looks like

I just yeah, there's no likeoverwhelming features, like he could be Joe

when you look at these mug shots, while that's not exactly a much actually

all of the wind with it andit became completely calm for the first time

clear and the waves were gone.It was like the first time that they
had ever seen that whole area withoutany waves, just hammer Yeah. I
was just crazy. So that Iguess that was a big story last week.
The other BMW stor for our area, by the way, is that
there's some repeat offender who likes toflash women who was driving around Boston.
At one point in Dorchester, likeeleven in the morning, he flashed a

woman. You have the year andthe model, you have a plate number,
No, I mean this one.They're looking for a very like this
guy, they'd already caught, soI don't think they needed to give thee.
No, this guy was already hewas caught. Well. Yeah,
and flashers always turn out to bemen, don't they. There's never women
that are flashing. I mean,I've never heard of them. He never

heard of a female flash. Mentend to not report it because they don't

mean the production that went into that. It was filmed at Sofi Stadium.

It was the La show from Augustuh and it was three hours in the
theater. So I was like,you know, I'm familiar with the music
because the wife plays it all thetime, and it's like, yeah,
it's fine. I respect her asa songwriter and all that. But I'm
telling you the production that went intothat thing. You haven't watched with Jen
the other Netflix concerts, No,I haven't watched a stitch I have.
I have just one question for you, Kenny. Because I was drinking,

I can understand. I'm sure youwere dine in thank you. I can
completely understand with your background as aproducer that you would appreciate what was done
on the screen. What about yourfriend Richie? Did he enjoy it as
much as you did? He did? In fact, I don't know if

too. He was doing that.First day. I got to tell you,
this was the first time I'd seenin a theater where like people were
up running around. There's tons ofkids. It was a five o'clock show,
okay, Friday, all right,and they're dancing, there's glow sticks
going around. It was a bigparty. And I was like, you
know, more and more artists aregoing to be doing this now. I
know we had a Metallica one offconcert film where you actually got to see

it live, right, it happened. I think you're going to see more
of these in theaters. You gotto be impressed with what Taylor Swift is
accomplished. She's been around a longtime. I mean, I don't care
if you don't like her music,that's one thing. But what she has
denied, what she's done's that's prettyincredible. The numbers speak for themselves.
Insane. So that was Friday night, and real quick on Saturday. I

told you I was working this weekend, and boy did we work. Oh
yeah. I mentioned that Friday.You were going to be part of a
catering crew, right helping out ourfriend's catering company, and they needed all
hands on deck. It was aparty of three hundred that we catered for
three hundred to sit down. Imean, top class everything, all the
way, no expense spared when Itell you this. It was out at

Smith College in Northampton, which isusually a pretty drive. It's an hour
and a half from my house.Yeah, but we're expecting, Oh,
it's gonna be a beautiful drive,sheets of relentless rain. We were going
thirty five on the pipe to getout there. So if it was it
sounds like black tie and gowns andsuits and that. Yes, servers servers

the same way. So because youwere basically part of the server team,
or we weren't servers, they hadservers and they had temp agency that helped
fill in the you know, theslots. But my wife and I were
heads of hospitality, so we werekind of doing what they call table touching
in the business. We're going,is everything okay? Here? Do you
need anything? Kind of like beinga butler for the VIP tables in the

front of which we had to setup ahead of time, So we got
there three hours ahead of time andwe had to do play settings as the
model table showed us. Wow forthree hundred Wow. That's that's the difference
