Speaker 1 (00:00):
A five minute email sent by Elon Musk to every
federal employee, and all hell has broken loose over the weekend.
Fully backed and green lighted authorized by President Trump, Elon
Musk sent an email to every federal employee in the
bureaucracy asking them to do one simple thing, name five
(00:26):
things that they did on the job last week. Now,
I don't know about you, but if I got an
email like that, say from my superiors or the owners
of iHeart or the president of iHeart, I would maybe
take five minutes. Three certainly less than five, but five
minutes tops. I could easily tell them five things that
(00:49):
I did last week. I could tell them twenty five
things I did last week. Not in the bloated, corrupt
federal bureaucracy, they came out yelling, screaming, sollering, screeching that
this was offensive, demeaning, persecution, harassment, chaotic, pandemonium. Those were
(01:15):
just some of the words used to describe Elon Musk's email,
and it proves his point. If an email asking you
to tell your superior in the federal agency that you
work at five simple things that you did last week
sends you into such a tizzy, it shows Elon and
(01:38):
Trump are right. You are not an essential worker. You
are part of the problem. The federal bureaucracy is rife
with waste, fraud, abuse, corruption, and obviously a lot of
deadbeats who either are doing nothing all day or what
(02:01):
many are now suspecting those are phantom jobs, meaning they're
either doing something else or they're not working at all, because,
as Trump said, one of the main objectives of the
email was to see if workers even bothered to open them,
because some are not just not in the office and
(02:22):
working remotely. They're not doing anything. They're either just collecting
a paycheck, spending time at home watching TV all day,
or they have a second job where they're collecting a paycheck,
pension benefits, the whole kit and kaboodle. This is fraud, waste,
(02:44):
and abuse on a massive scale. In the private sector,
people are asked to tell their superiors and bosses what
they do on the job all the time, what they
did during the week, what they're doing during the day,
what they plan to do next week. It's called transparency
(03:04):
and accountability. But only in the swamp, only in the
permanent bureaucracy, only in Washington, is asking federal workers who
by the way, are paid twice or two and a
half times more than private sector workers with infinitely better pension, healthcare,
(03:26):
and dental benefits. Only in the swamp is asking them
to name five things which they could right back in
an email bullet point form in less than five minutes.
Is this considered a crisis? Get rid of half the
federal bureaucracy and you're still going to be left with
(03:48):
waste and fraud and fat and bloat. That's how bad
it is. Every single one of these deadbeat, fat cat
bureaucrats who's complaining should be fired on the spot. Elon
Musk is email was the right thing to do. His
(04:08):
job is to weed out corruption, waste, fraud, fat and
employees who have no business being there because they're either
doing nothing or next to nothing. To President Trump, when
you were on the Apprentice, you made one line very famous.
(04:31):
You're fired. It's time to start firing these federal bureaucrats
by the hundreds and hundreds of thousands if they can't
answer a simple email that tells you everything you need
to know. It's bad in the swamp. It's bad in
(04:52):
the federal bureaucracy. It's even worse than any of us imagined.
You're fired, get rid of half the federal bureaucracy, save
us trillions of dollars, and this country will be infinitely
better off for it. To Donald Trump ellen On Musk,
(05:14):
don't stop keep sending those emails and start firing, baby.
The more the better,
