in Colorado. Citizens for Ethics andResponsibility, representing never Trump, Republicans and
many rabid Democrats now say Trump shouldbe barred, disqualified, not just from

running in the general election, butfrom even running in the Republican primary.
And their argument is they're going toinvoke section three of the fourteenth Amendment in
order to say that Trump, havingled what they say was an insurrection,
a rebellion, should now be barredfrom ever holding federal office. Again.

I kid you not, my friends, they now want to take away your
right, my right, our rightto vote for our candidate of choi.
And they're trying to resurrect a lawthat was or a section of an amendment
that was aimed specifically at the Confederacyand at former Confederates who served in Jefferson

Davis's government over a four year Civilwar. My friends, if we go
down this road, it is theend of democracy in the United States,
because from this point on, LawrenceTribe, one of the lawyers who's driving
this, or anyone else can declarenot just Trump, but any potential candidate

point, they can disqualify any candidatethey don't like. And you go down

It is time for the Supreme Courtto step in. They need to hand

down a nine zero decision and tellthe left and the radical never trumpers once
and for all. In the UnitedStates of America, in a democratic republic,
it is up to the voters todecide which candidate they believe is acceptable

or unacceptable, which candidate they want, and which candidate they don't want.
It is not up to activists orlawyers or the rabid left. Trump has
been convicted did of nothing. Whateverhappened to the presumption of innocence, Whatever

down this road, Republicans need torespond and retaliate immediately. If Trump is
knocked off the ballot, then secretariesof state in red states should knock Biden

If the Democrats want to play hardball, let's play hardball. Enough is enough.
You don't like Trump, vote themout. But in this country,
in our constitutional republic, we don'tdeny people the right to vote. That's
