"Histórico, sin duda, porque no habíamos visto que estas sanciones se dirigieran a instituciones financieras en México, que por mucho tiempo nos dijeron que estaban blindadas y que tenían todos los recursos y compliance necesario para que esto no ocurriera, ese había sido el cuento que nos habían narrado desde hace mucho tiempo, y que supuestamente México había ajustado todos los procedimientos para evitar o al menos poder detectar esas operaciones presuntamente ilícitas y poder corregirlas a tiempo", dijo.
