This is exactly what Menlo Innovations did so that they can bring happiness to every software they design. Steve Farber is joined by the company's CEO and Chief Storyteller, Richard Sheridan, to share how they implemented a joyful workplace culture by having everyone work in pairs. Richard talks about the challenges when their team was forced to work separately because of COVID-19's virtual setup. He also shares the inspiring story of a 180-year old life insurance company to prove that the culture of joy is not only reserved for small or medium-sized businesses.
