Steve Farber is joined by the company's CEO and Chief Storyteller, Richard Sheridan, to share how they implemented a joyful workplace culture by having everyone work in pairs. Richard talks about the challenges when their team was forced to work separately because of COVID-19's virtual setup. He also shares the inspiring story of a 180-year old life insurance company to prove that the culture of joy is not only reserved for small or medium-sized businesses.
