also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And singer Shenise eight years
she didn't get a mammogram. Wow, eight years and she

found out that she has some breast issues. Breast cancer. Yeah, man,
So she's telling every woman in the world get yourself
checked out. I'm just reminding you because it is Breast
Cancer Awareness Month, and it's also domestic violence Domestic Violence
Awareness Month, and it's probably some other things too this month,

but breast cancer Awareness is so close to home to
a lot of us here at Ihearts. So as a
matter of fact, this Sunday, I'm checking in with Teresa
Hall on the Pulse because we're gonna be talking about
that and women. Just reminding you to get yourself checked out. Yeah,
don't get those mammograms, you know, take care of yourself. Yeah.

so many people mad at this man? Right now? I

even go to church at all, but why are you
mad at him? And why how is it so serious
that it's made TMZ is what I'm asking. I don't

there are you know, and I don't know anything about
what happened at that church. And I'm definitely not gonna
speak against that man. But I tell you what, if
you look at the world today and just look at
any profession, look at your job, the job you work on,
you got some people in there that don't need to
be there, don't you. So you got some people at

your job right now, you've been looking at them all day,
You're like, m don't do nothing, and you busting your butt,
you know what I'm saying. And some of them get
accolades from the boss and things like that. And you
in that job you're working, you're doing were working hard,
you know what I'm saying. But there are some people
that you know, ain't doing jack and they're still making

the same kind of money you man, some of them
making more money than you are. And I said that
to say this, and I'm not talking about Bishop Marvin Winings.
I'm sure he's one of the good ones, but there
are there's bad in everything you do. Don't throw the
baby out with the bathwater, the whole the baby. Don't

throw that baby out with the bath water. I'm not
with it. But I can say I saw somebody on
social media and they said, sometimes in church, you need
to get them cameras up out of there because people
watching what y'all got going on in these church services
to be nosy. They don't care nothing about watching that
church service. They ain't trying to save change their life.

They not trying. They trying to see what's going on
so they can talk about you. That's all they want
to talk. Just want to talk about you. You haven't
met somebody that The only reason they in your life
is because they want to see what's going on in
your life so they can talk about you. You know,

And so I say, this is me, And if you
want to say something, you can, But I'm changing back
up off that man. Let him leave him alone. We
don't know what happened up in there. Watch the whole service.

Evidently they must have a good kind of relationship for
him to be able to banter with her like that.
And we don't even know if he was, you know, serious,
or if they were because it's just a clip. We
don't know what happened before it, and we don't know
what happened after it, you know what I'm saying. So yeah,

They just want you to get in it and be

a new season? I say, If you're not into it,
this is just me, I think, you know, as a Memphian,
I'm gonna go to more games this year than I
ever have. And the reason I want to do that

lot of us went to see Gladys Knight because we
wanted to support her, didn't we A lot of us
go to plays and shows and things like that because
we know somebody in it and we want to support them, right,
So that's what I want to do for the Memphis Grizzlies.
I want to go support them because they're here in
Memphis and we got a professional team that brings all

these other professional teams in here, and why not enjoy
it and check this. The tickets aren't crazy offensive. They're
really an expense. I think I saw a ticket for
like five bucks might be some, and then the sum
for twenty two dollars to see the Grizzlies. Yeah, you
might be a little high up there, but you're watching

the game. And really, is any seat a bad seat
in the FedEx Form? I mean, come on, is any
seat a bad seat?

wanted to ask you guys about today. I know the
Guard they're here, and I saw merely have some of
the press confidence that he had yesterday. And he said,
nobody wants to wake up and see an armored vehicle
in their neighborhood. That's what he said. And then I've
thought about it. If that armored vehicle, if I'm in

a community, bad community, or a community that you know
may have issues in every community has issues. I don't
care what you say. I don't care how rich them
folks are or how well to do them folks are.
Everybody got some going on in their community that they
don't want. And for a lot of people, they like man.
If them armored vehicles got to sit over here to

make my neighborhood safe, I'm with it. But he said,
we need resources, but we don't need the National Guard.
And I know a lot of people are probably still
saying that too. I just won't catch you up on that.
See how you feel about that. But y'all see the
woman who hit the miner yep, yep, an adult and

an adult with her SUV. She's out on bond. Now,
what's going on? Cause is that who did that? Did
the task for? That leads me with a lot of questions,
and it leaves a lot of folks with a lot

of questions because they're like, what what what? What? What
in the world? And I know, y'all saw where in Lakeland, Tennessee.
Those four teenagers were arrested after they've broken to nine
cars and stole, you know, some guns. They stole a gun.
I don't know if they caught all of them. The
suspects were all juveniles and they were arrested. They were arrested, yeah,

and charged. They got a lot of counts and things
like that. But with the the problem that we've had
in our country with teenagers, because somebody, this is just
my opinion, and I could be wrong, but somebody I
believe is hiring these kids to go out in them
streets and do their dirty work. Why because they know

that these kids are going to get out of jail
and that they can get out quicker than they could
if it were them. Okay, Now, President Trump said something
while back, and I was going to mention it to
you guys, and I didn't and I won't to see
what y'all think about this. He's advocating for changing policies

in Washington, DC and maybe other places in America to
allow children as young as nine or no fourteen, as
young as fourteen to be tried and sentenced as adults
for certain violent crimes. Not all of them, but for
certain violent crimes. Yeah, this was a key part of

his August September push for stricter federal oversight of the
city's justice system. So should they get especially if it's
a violent crime, do y'all think they should be charged
as an adult? If you see a kid out on
the street and they got an AK four to system,

what is that ar well, you know the big rifles
like that dude that went into the airport in Atlanta had.
Would that be I think that may be considered. You
know what he was talking about. Should they be charged
with a harsher crime if they get arrested? What do

you think? I think it's interesting and I think that
a lot of these young people are repeat offenders and
then they don't get punished like they like you would.
I know some people are saying some of these adults
ain't getting punished after they heard about the lady being

out on jets. People are not happy about that. The
woman who's out on bond right about now after she
hit a minor and an adult with her SUV. Some
people ain't happy about that. But these kids, man, we
gotta do something. How do you encourage them?

How do you? That's a good question because talking to
these kids is definitely something you want to encourage them
with having conversations with them, and we've talked about that before.
But will they stop if they know that the sentence
is going to be harsher on them or y'all think

they lost? I don't think they are. M I don't
think they are. I was looking at pastor Reginald Voice,
who also works for the City of Memphis, and he
posted something on social media about he, you know, took
his daughter on a date and she was so happy
and he was not. But then when he met the
young man, and the young man opened the door for

his daughter and he spoke to him. He came and
spoke to him, and he opened the door for his
daughter and and just you know, turned out to be
just a ray of suns. There are kids out there
like that, a whole lot of them, and a whole
lot more of them like that, I believe than the

ones that are breaking into these cars and carrying on
a whole lot more of them, yeah, man. And so
he was talking about how he, you know, just wanted
to just really be a blessing to that man because
of how he treated him. That's why it's good to
be nice to people. Just be nice to people. I

posted something like that on my social media, just being nice.
It don't cost you a thing to be nice to people.
You never know, never know, those little seeds of kindness
that you planted where they're gonna grow up, you know
what I'm saying, where they're gonna bring up somebody might be.
I was talking to somebody and they said their sister

was having a conversation with somebody and telling them how
her she was trying to get a business and the
business alone fell through, and she was just nice to
somebody in the restaurant. Didn't know the man was a millionaire,
and he gave them a loan. It pays to be

nice to folks. And I'm gonna tell you reciprocity. What

you're taking away food from their households, so there is
no food in the house. They in the house like
they're supposed to be, but there's no food there. So
they go outside and.

You know, we added more people to those agencies. We
brought other agencies in the you know, it's just the police,
