Speaker 1 (00:00):
My seventy seventh w DIA Anniversary concert T shirt. I
wore it today and so I could do a video
to share that with you guys. On social medium. Stan
has his on, Bev had hers on, Mark Stansbury had
his on as well, And we're gonna have the t shirts.
They'll be available first come, first serve the night of
the concert, November twenty first, Renaissance Convention Center. Excited to
(00:26):
see you. We really are. Yeah, Happy Friday. Something about
Fridays that I just l ov e love me a
good Friday. I'm t sure I'm to tell you it's
to day. I let my hair down today. I literally
did let my hair do so yeah, but yeah, it
(00:46):
is Friday. It is here, and I'm so glad that
you are here with us today. I was looking at
some information on social media. I just wanted to share
this with you. I know y'all are probably tired of
talking about rans. Would you be surprised if you found
out a little bit of something something? I saw this
on the social blogs that multiple Grizzlies players they're agreeing
(01:16):
with John Moran, and word is they approached him to
share their similar thoughts. Once the coaches left the locker room. Yeah,
coaches left the locker room. Multiple players approached Moran to
share their similar sentiments on the coaching philosophy early this season.
Sources said Memphis has yet to win a game in
the week since tensions reached their boiling point in the
(01:39):
Grizzlies locker room, and matters have not been resolved. They
say in the slightest and I was looking at their schedule,
I do know that tomorrow they take on the Mavericks. Well, no,
that's today, that's today. Yeah, let me see if I
(02:06):
got some tickets to that game. Let me see, I
got a pair of tickets in my pocket. Let's see Friday,
November seventh, Dallas Mavericks FedEx Forum tonight. Okay, some of
y'all gonna go to that game tonight, and y'all going
just to see what's gonna happen, how they gonna do.
(02:28):
Just to be nosy. Who if I could go, that's
show what I'd be going for. You going to see
what's going on? Uh, But I imagine seeing stuff like
that on social media does not help the situation, doesn't
help it at all.
Speaker 2 (02:43):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
If you are one of those people that like to
troll people on social media and say all kinds of
ugly things about them and spread lies and rumors. Let
me tell you you might want to stop it. And
I'm gonna tell you why. Y'all see Tamorn Hall yesterday?
Did you see Kenny Lattimore and his wife, Judge Faith
(03:05):
Jenkins on the show Suster. Faith told a story that
I was like, what you mean to tell me you
can find these people? And what? Because people were spreading
all kinds of things about them and so listen to
what she told.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
Tameron Hall sent Google a subpoena. We filed a lawsuit.
We sent Google a subpoena, and we said, these are
the accounts. This is defamation, these are lies. It's not
the truth. We can't hold a ghost responsible. So who
are the people behind the accounts? So we asked her
the information to Google's credit, they send us. And this
(03:46):
is what I want people to understand. You think you're anonymous.
They sent us names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, they
could tail They send us all with that information. So
you think you're sitting at home behind us. But please understand,
when it's time for Google to give up the information.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
Lawfully, they will do so like, wow, So they had
to file a lawsuit because of all the lies that
people were spreading about them on social media. And they
found out who some of these people were. That's what
she was telling timer, And I said, what do you
mean to tell me? If anybody wanted to sue, they
could find out who these people are that's spreading lies
(04:24):
about them on social media. That's exactly what she's saying.
Somebody was spreading lies about them all over social media.
So y'all be careful, y'all be careful with you know,
that kind of stuff, because if people decided they wanted
to push the issue, who somebody would be in trouble?
(04:45):
She said Google, And she's an attorney, Well, she's a judge.
She says, Google had to give up all that information.
They found out it bull red Fagg And she said
one of the people that they found out that was
spreading lies and rumors about them on so social media
was a guy who was married to a had a wife.
She was an educator. And it's like, man, how do
(05:07):
people find time to do that kind of stuff? So
just step yi, y'all be careful with that. Y'all not
doing that. I'm not talking to y'all. I'm talking to
the mother folks to be doing that kind of stuff,
not y'all, because I know people that listen to us
don't do that kind of stuff. I do have a
question Tony Allen. Did y'all see the latest video that's
(05:28):
been floating around on social media. This is the video
of mister Hatten, the gentleman that was in the car
with Tony Allen. This is what he told police when
they were arrested. When they arrested the both of them,
(05:49):
the two of them, and what he told police has
a lot of people wondering why didn't they just let
Tony Allen go Hmmm. I'm gonna play this because I
want y'all to tell me what you think. For those
of you that thought that Tony Allen was guilty, does
(06:13):
this video change your mind? And if you've already seen it,
does it change your mind? So let me let you
hear what this young man has to say.
Speaker 4 (06:26):
I don't have anything to adde from anybody. It's it's
a little bit of weed. It's I'm not even Graham.
Speaker 5 (06:32):
I'm not worried about that.
Speaker 4 (06:33):
Yeah, that's the other and I have a prescription. It's
the other that you're talking about field testing. Tony Allen
has absolutely nothing to do with that. Tony Allen has
only been in my car since eight forty three this morning,
and we came straight here.
Speaker 5 (06:44):
I'm pretty sure he was.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
That's testing weeks two weeks, two weeks old.
Speaker 6 (06:48):
I'm not willing to go to your station right now
and take a fifth test to prove that I'm not
even knowing.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
It myself.
Speaker 7 (06:55):
Vehicle.
Speaker 6 (06:57):
Yes, sir, I understand that. Understand that's the charge. I
understand that's issue.
Speaker 7 (07:00):
I understand that.
Speaker 6 (07:03):
But I can absolutely promise you, sir, that is not
my I do not take the cocaine.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
I take my hyde conons.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
I spoke a little bit of weed because the hodge
cotones make me ansy.
Speaker 6 (07:11):
But I have backgrounds from being professional wrestled for fifteen years.
That's why when the gentleman opened up my trunk and
see that I have several Jimmy Hart photos and several
Jimmy Hart signed autograph Sunshine.
Speaker 1 (07:23):
So did you hear him basically say that's not Tony
Allen's Did you hear him? Let me eliminate you here
one more time.
Speaker 4 (07:30):
I don't have anything to add from anybody it's a
little bit of weed. It's probably not even Graham.
Speaker 5 (07:36):
I'm not worried about that.
Speaker 4 (07:37):
Yeah, that's the other, and I have a prescription.
Speaker 5 (07:39):
It's the other that you're talking about. Field testing.
Speaker 4 (07:41):
Tony Allen has absolutely nothing to do with that. Tony
Allen has only been in my car since eighty three
three this morning, and we came straight here.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Okay, So if he took basically full responsibility or did
he take a lot of people are are shaking their heads,
like I am right about now. Why did they arrest
Tony Allen If he told them that it wasn't Tony
Allen's why did they arrest him? Because he just said
(08:14):
Tony Allen got it in my card ate something this morning.
Has nothing to do with the stuff that say. Did
I hear him wrong?
Speaker 4 (08:19):
This here one son, I don't have anything to hide
from anybody. It's it's a little bit of weed. It's
probably not even Graham.
Speaker 5 (08:25):
I'm not worried about that.
Speaker 4 (08:26):
Yeah, that's the other, and I have a prescription. It's
the other that you're talking about field testing. Tony Allen
has absolutely nothing to do with that, Tony.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
Did you hear that? Tony Allen has easy as what
he said. So so did the police just well trying
to do? Now I did see where do you y'all
think the police were wrong?
Speaker 8 (08:45):
Now?
Speaker 1 (08:46):
Did that change your mind about Tony Allen? Did it
change your mind? Because some of y'all said yesterday what
you said. I'm just wondering, did it change your mind?
Mister Hatton took full responsibility for everything in that car.
And if he took full responsibility, I'm tripping. Why did
(09:08):
they arrest not that you know? Not that you know
people haven't been arrested for stuff that was in the
car before. Sometimes they do arrest everybody. I have heard
stories about that. But do they have to? And do
y'all believe Tony Allen? Now, Tony Alla came out and
said it wasn't him. He said, it is not me,
it's not mine. I didn't do it. Some people believed him,
(09:33):
I guess, and some folks didn't. M mm hmm mmm, y'all.
I saw a question floating around on social media and
this thing got so many responses. I just wanted to
give it to y'all today and see what you think
about this? What do you think about it? Let's get
(09:55):
to it happy Friday. Ye, Hey, everybody, hope your Friday's
going well. Hope you are good. Hope everybody's got food
on the table or in their refrigerators. I really hope
you do. All right. They're in love. There's a cure
(10:20):
for this. I don't want so much in love that
they're getting married.
Speaker 9 (10:25):
If there's a cure for this, I don't want.
Speaker 10 (10:28):
Now.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
I can kind of tell some things about this story.
By the way she wrote it, she was anonymous. It's
all over social media. People are talking about it, and
I just wanted to share with y'all see if y'all
wanted to get in on the conversation. She said, my
parents are a big disappointment. I'm engaged to be married
to a black man and she is in love. He
(10:56):
is in love. Yes, So she says her parents don't
want to have anything to do with him or this marriage. Yes,
what she says. She says, they have an account that
my dad saved up for just, uh, you know, for
(11:18):
when I get married, and it's about forty four thousand
dollars in there just because of who I'm married. My
daddy said, I'm on my own. My dad even called
our future child a colored baby. I know he didn't wait,
(11:44):
she said. It hurts me to the core, and my
mom is going along with its nonsense. We're supposed to
get married in February in Hawaii and they haven't even
booked a flight. I spoke with my sister about them,
and she thinks that they'll eventually come around. I've worked
my butt off and my fiance has too, so we could,
you know, pay for this wedding. After our wedding in Hawaii,
(12:07):
for the weekend, we're going to fly to Europe for
six days. When my sister got married three years ago,
my dad dropped fifty thousand dollars. I'm not comparing, but
it's not right. My husband isn't from the ghetto. I know,
you know that's a bad term, she says, but he
has two degrees from Georgia Tech and has his own company.
(12:29):
He's well off and not your stereotypical guy for amusement purposes.
He reminds you of Carlton Banks type of guy. That's
the perfect example, not a DMX or lol Wayne I had.
I hope you can catch my drift, she says. I
need advice on how to deal with my parents moving forward.
(12:50):
If they don't come to my wedding. Do I stop
communicating with them. I don't want them to lose out
on getting to know a wonderful man and potentially missing
out on their grand children. I love my parents, but
I'm gonna standing with my man. So what should she do?
Speaker 9 (13:09):
Y'all?
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Let her know not O one five three, five, nine
three four two eight hundred five zero three ninety three
four two eight three three five three five nine three
four two. Those are the numbers to get at me.
You can tap in on that iHeartRadio app or email
me Stormy t at my double d i a dot com.
All right, mister Page says they said that Vam Bam
Bigelow from Channel five wrestling with Jerry Lawla back in
(13:31):
the day. He was a wrestler. Yeah, back in the day.
It's what he was. Let's go to these phones and
see what you guys are talking about. W D I
A hello.
Speaker 7 (13:40):
And that Stormy, Hey.
Speaker 1 (13:42):
Brother Banad, what's going on?
Speaker 9 (13:45):
You know?
Speaker 2 (13:46):
And this all right?
Speaker 7 (13:47):
Stormy, I cannot complain.
Speaker 1 (13:49):
I know that's rightly doing doing good. Blessed on this Friday, Glad,
it's a Friday, that's right.
Speaker 7 (13:55):
Som you know.
Speaker 11 (13:56):
Congratulations again on the on the marriage, thank you, and you.
Speaker 7 (14:01):
Know it's throwing.
Speaker 11 (14:03):
The question as far as Tony Allen, the question is
is the wine say you know, is it possible that
the that the warehas wrestler who no one knows?
Speaker 7 (14:14):
Of course he's a wrestler, but you know that might.
Speaker 9 (14:16):
Be one we don't know.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Bam Bam Bigelow.
Speaker 12 (14:19):
Oh is that Bam Bam Bigelow.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
I don't know. That's what mister George said. Mister George says,
his name is Bam Bam Bigelow. Hold on, brother Bernard
w d I A hang on for me, Uh, let
me see the news media said that, oh where did
I see that there was information about the driver. And
(14:45):
I'm not sure if if if what I read before
because I think I told y'all yesterday who who the
guy actually was and about his wrestling career, and I'm
not sure. Now that's what mister Page says. Bam okay,
his yeah, Bam Bam is what they're saying. His name was, yeah,
yeah from Oliver.
Speaker 7 (15:06):
Yeah, I've heard of Bam.
Speaker 11 (15:07):
Bam Bigelow, but it's been a while, but not this person.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
Yeah, this Bam Bam Bundy.
Speaker 11 (15:14):
He might be one of those people you go down
Saturday morning and see him in the.
Speaker 7 (15:18):
Warehouse or some wrestling. You know.
Speaker 11 (15:21):
But you know, when you step back, the question is
is it possible that he.
Speaker 7 (15:26):
Might have been lying?
Speaker 11 (15:28):
You know, no one, no one owns up to the
dope when it's there's in most cases, in a lot
of cases periods.
Speaker 7 (15:35):
So that's we already know that. But when you step back, the.
Speaker 11 (15:39):
Question also is is like, what what was Tony Allen
doing with him? You know that that seems to be
such a such an odd couple of people traveling together,
and they so happen to be you know, uh, they're
so happened to be you know, drugs dope in the vehicle.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Well, now, Tony Allen said in that clip that I
played for y'all yesterday, Tony Allen said that he was
actually taking him, that this guy was taking him to
do a podcast. I guess he was his driver or something.
Speaker 7 (16:14):
Yeah, it's you know, it's more to that story.
Speaker 11 (16:17):
But you know, it might be possible for Tony Allen
to use this opportunity to you know, to get some help,
because I mean, marijuana has been a gateway drug for
hundreds and thousands of people, and so you know that's
widely known. I mean, so it might be an opportunity
(16:40):
for him to get some help. And you know, why
did he not have a personal driver or an uber
or whatnot. And as far as the protocol on their
traffic stop.
Speaker 7 (16:54):
I believe the police are able to go ahead and.
Speaker 11 (16:56):
Transport both of them if they doubt who who it
belongs to. You know, clearly, you know, if if if
a grandmother and a and a and a baby were
in the car, then of course you know, the adult
gets to charge. But we don't know who who belongs to.
(17:17):
So you know that's the fact of the matter. But Stormy,
I'm not gonna hold you. I'm enjoying your broadcast. Thank
you for taking my car.
Speaker 1 (17:24):
Thank you so much, brother Bernard. I appreciate you calling in.
And yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Did they
arrest him because they thought, hmm, just because this man
is saying that Tony Allen has nothing to do with it,
doesn't mean it's true. Because he also said he don't
know whose it is. But he took kind of full
(17:49):
responsibility for what was you know, what was in that car.
So it's interesting to say the least let's go back
to the phones and see what you're saying. W B
I A Hello, what up? How you doing?
Speaker 9 (18:01):
Al?
Speaker 8 (18:02):
I don't know.
Speaker 9 (18:02):
It's all good Friday. Yeah, But Sorrman, when I watched
the whole video, right, the white guy, the big guy,
he never took blame for the cocaine. He took blame
for the Marijuanner acting who cocaine? And he was like,
how I get in your car? He was like, I
don't know. So I think that's why they end up
(18:24):
charged both of them for the cocaine. Tony Allison was
here and he said here, you wouldn't hear him how
I got in the car? So I think that's why
they charged both of them, boy, because then nobody take
the blame for the cocaine, blame for the marijuana.
Speaker 1 (18:41):
Yeah. Even though he said, even though he said Tony
Allen did not have it, he also said he didn't
know who it was. Oh you know where it came from.
He but he did say it ain't mine. He did
say that, he said it wasn't.
Speaker 9 (18:57):
Yeah, well onema things for me And I'm gonna say
this and I'm gonna get off of here. But I
think John Morant needs to be drug tested. M I
look at his eyes when they're in the his eyes booked.
That's my that's my intake. I think they probably end
up doing.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
It interesting all I guess for the day. All right, out,
appreciate you jobming, then thank you so very much. Listen,
we're gonna come back and we are gonna talk some more.
I didn't see it. I didn't see that coming. Uh,
But they do have a game tonight, the Grizzlies. They're
playing the Mavericks. Are we going to just to see
(19:39):
what's going on? Are we're going to cheer them on?
M Some people are gonna be in that spectator because
they want to see what's happening. And then there are
others who will be there because they're supporting, uh John
Morant and and and the Grizzlies. You know, this has
to be a pretty rough time, not just for job,
but it's got to be pretty tough for them too,
the whole team. Imagine you on a sinking ship. Well
(20:03):
not to say that that's a sinking ship, because it's
not a sinking It doesn't have to be a sinking ship,
you know what I'm saying. Anyway, y'all have this lady out.
What should she do with her parents? What's going on
with Tony Allen? Y'all going to see the Grizzlies tonight?
Holler at me. Let me know. I got a couple
of lines open nine o one five three five, nine
three four two eight hundred five zero three nine three
(20:24):
four two eight three three five three five nine three
four two. We'll be back in a moment. Not true.
Not everybody got one of them things come on now,
but it is uh if you got one, eh, there
you go. All right, all right, let's get back to it.
Somebody tapped in on this iHeartRadio app. Let's go and
see what they're saying.
Speaker 9 (20:42):
Life for her?
Speaker 1 (20:43):
She can't live her life for her parents. She got
to do what makes her at Okay, all right, let's
go back to the phones and see what you guys
are talking about on today w D I A hello caller.
Speaker 13 (20:56):
You there, and I'm good.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
How you doing, queen?
Speaker 14 (21:02):
I'm doing well, doing just well because I'm doing pretty good.
Thank you Lord for this beautiful day. So I'm gonna
call you missus Thorman. You know, congratulation. I told you
that before, but I'm gonna say it again.
Speaker 10 (21:17):
Congratulation. I'm so happy for you now, Queen, You're quite welcome.
Speaker 9 (21:23):
Now.
Speaker 15 (21:23):
The young lady that her parents don't want to accept
her marriage, Now, if I were her, I was still
try to come, you.
Speaker 10 (21:35):
Know, to contact my parents, and I will still.
Speaker 1 (21:38):
Try to talk with him.
Speaker 10 (21:39):
But I would still go ahead and do my marriage
and don't worry about their money or anything like that.
Speaker 15 (21:45):
But I would just pray and ask the Lord to
try to help me to deal with him. But I
wouldn't give them up because they might give in sooner
or later, you know. But it's your story that was told.
It's just like a story that that was in my family.
But eventually the parents, you know, they cave in. You know,
(22:07):
all she got to do is just don't don't accept
their money or anything like that because they don't need
their money.
Speaker 9 (22:12):
Right. She got a good husband. She got a good.
Speaker 15 (22:17):
Husband, right, Yeah, her man got two jobs talking about right,
I would staying with him. If that's who she loved, her.
Speaker 10 (22:26):
Heart is that with him. That's who I was staying with.
But I would still contact my parents.
Speaker 15 (22:30):
Every now and then and try to, you know, and
try to get them to understand.
Speaker 10 (22:34):
And I would talk over with my husband. I wouldn't
do anything, you know, without him knowing it, especially if
we both say in love and on the same page.
Speaker 15 (22:43):
You know, remember this person, I'm not gonna call them name.
This person asked, asked his daughter asked. The man said,
what you gonna do with my daughter?
Speaker 9 (22:53):
You know?
Speaker 1 (22:53):
Like that?
Speaker 10 (22:54):
So he so he showed up what he was gonna
do with his daughter, and and what he did he
got her pregnant. That's what he did, you know. So
it's the whole big story behind that. But I'm not
gonna say it on the phone. But anyway, that's what
I would do. I was trying to get along with
my parents.
Speaker 15 (23:12):
I just wouldn't just write them off completely, you know,
because you never know, you know, how this thing gonna turn.
Speaker 1 (23:19):
Out, right, you know, So that's what I would do.
Speaker 10 (23:23):
I would just I would just pray for you know. Now,
now the basket the basketball player that you're talking about
that they stopped on the Interstate YEA in Arkansas. Right now,
this is what I heard on the news this morning's Trumam.
I listened to the.
Speaker 15 (23:39):
Tape that you you played, and the guy did say
he had nothing to.
Speaker 1 (23:43):
Do with it.
Speaker 10 (23:44):
Now, I don't know which one of them that they.
Speaker 15 (23:47):
Said that had that got caught with drugs ten years ago.
I don't know where they was talking about him or
the other guy. I don't know which one it was,
but it was on the news this morning.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
I think it was the guy that confessed, you know,
said that. I think it was him, right, But now I'm.
Speaker 10 (24:05):
Gonna go to something there, you know, the cowboy that
killed himself. Now I don't I don't know what happened
on that.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
I was trying to.
Speaker 10 (24:14):
Read some things on it, but I'm not gonna get
into what it was going on on that because they
told different little things, so I'm not gonna say anything
on that. But to me, what I got out of it,
he did he lose his mother or something like that.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
Yeah, his mother passed away about a year or so
ago before that happened. But that isn't I guess, you know,
everybody's interested in what actually happened. I think it was
his girlfriend that called UH nine one one, and that
is who the tape the audio of him, and she
was telling them that she was afraid that he might
(24:49):
harm himself. Yeah, thank you, queen, appreciate you calling in
w D I a Hello, Hello, calling you there?
Speaker 9 (24:59):
Ye, how you doing?
Speaker 1 (25:03):
I'm doing good, but going on cly.
Speaker 16 (25:06):
You know, I don't care if that guy said.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
The drug was here.
Speaker 16 (25:14):
Now they found the weed on on on the on tone,
but they just found the cocaine in the in the
back seat in the pouch. So you know, uh, the
little white guy he lying to take that charge, you know,
because you know they didn't find a cocaine on no
back and for that one storm just just getting married,
(25:40):
you know, if your mom them don't like, don't.
Speaker 17 (25:44):
Like, you know, your choice you made for your husband.
Speaker 16 (25:47):
You ain't getting married for your mother. Now you go
ahead and you and that young man gonna get married
and enjoy you'll life. And if your parents don't want
to be around you, just enjoy.
Speaker 9 (25:59):
Being around you parents.
Speaker 18 (26:01):
Mm hmm, don't and don't.
Speaker 16 (26:03):
Worry about your parents, because that's how I would do it. Song,
I'm not gonna let my parents don't tell me that.
And then she she ain't got no clouds for no hoods,
you know what I'm saying. So I mean, did this
show how racist her parents did?
Speaker 9 (26:19):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 16 (26:20):
So she just needs to go on on, marry the
man and live your life and if your parents don't
want to come, so what.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
But can you understand why she's hurt? Can you understand
why she's hurt?
Speaker 9 (26:34):
Yeah?
Speaker 16 (26:35):
I know why she hurt because when what women don't
want the they mother, they mother and father there. Yeah,
and the mother more than anything, because.
Speaker 9 (26:43):
She supposed to want to see her that girl get married.
Speaker 16 (26:47):
And you and and and you're gonna stand up. You know,
a real mama was saying, I'm.
Speaker 9 (26:54):
Not gonna I'm not gonna treat.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Her like that.
Speaker 16 (26:55):
A real mama gonna show up and still in contact.
But apparently got control of a storm.
Speaker 1 (27:04):
Mmm.
Speaker 16 (27:06):
So my thing is long, get mayored.
Speaker 10 (27:11):
Enjoy your life, and you got some.
Speaker 16 (27:13):
New uh uh, you got a new mother in law
that they're gonna love you just as much.
Speaker 1 (27:18):
As your mom will.
Speaker 9 (27:19):
Hm hm take care storm.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
All right, Clyde, thanks so much. Yeah, let me read
some of your emails. PJ says Tony Allen. I didn't
think the driver would do it, but he admitted TA
had nothing to do with the drugs in his car.
And uh then they message up. PJ messaged me back
and they said, well, I take my comment back because
he didn't admit it was his. That makes the difference. M. Yeah,
(27:49):
let me see QGBF email Tony Allen. Uh is the
name of it? It says I watched the entire forty
three minute video on YouTube. Tony acknowledged that he smokes marijuana,
but stated clearly that he has never used cocaine. The
white powder was discovered in the Camel's cigarette box tucked
(28:13):
into the backseat pouch where Tony had been sitting. Later,
another Camel cigarette box was found elsewhere in the vehicle,
which is owned by the driver. Screenshots attached. Hmmm, I
do see some screen shots. Yeah, let's see. We'll go
(28:35):
back to this email. During the stop, the driver acts
the officers if he could smoke a cigarette, and they
allowed it. He later requested to smoke a second one,
but they declined. It's reasonable to conclude that the cigarette
boxes belonged to him, especially since it was his car. Also,
based on my experience, Camel isn't a brand commonly smoked
(28:58):
by black folks. Newport or Cool yes, but Camel no.
As far as I know, Tony doesn't smoke cigarettes at all,
and unlike the driver, he never acts to smoke during
the encounter. M. Let's go back to these phones and
see what you guys are saying on today. WD I
(29:20):
A hello, wd I A hello, Hello Stormy, Hey lady,
d how you doing.
Speaker 19 (29:30):
I'm doing good, and thanks for asking.
Speaker 1 (29:32):
You're welcome storming.
Speaker 13 (29:36):
The one that said number one, if.
Speaker 17 (29:40):
Your parents don't like their hoods.
Speaker 13 (29:43):
The way she talking, they don't need their money right right, Okay,
leave your dad's money alone, because number one, you can't
by love.
Speaker 17 (29:56):
You love your dad, you love your hoods.
Speaker 13 (30:00):
End of the day, Daddy gonna either have to get
along with your husband or tell him, Hey, I love you,
but I'm not marrying you. This my husband, but he
got a good job.
Speaker 17 (30:14):
He's gonna take care of me.
Speaker 13 (30:16):
So at the end of the day she might have
to cut tass. People don't believe it, but sometimes you
have to this in your family. You still love him,
but right now dad telling her it's gonna be a
problem because I don't like him, So you don't need
this money.
Speaker 20 (30:35):
To leave his money alone.
Speaker 13 (30:37):
And if your husbs will lack you and you like
him well enough for y'all to marry everybody else can
take a vaccine. Couse, people gonna be mad anyway. Stut
me that you know, folks gonna be happy for you,
So I'm gonna be not happy.
Speaker 1 (30:53):
Yes, you know what. And Lady Day, you're right. And
Lady D, I did not know that you could experience
something like that. W D, I a hold on for me, Lady,
I didn't know. I didn't know you could experience stuff
like that until I got married, and I was like,
oh wow, this is what they be talking about.
Speaker 9 (31:11):
Trust me, my Look.
Speaker 20 (31:14):
When I got with JT.
Speaker 13 (31:17):
You know when you used to everybody you know going
to you getting money in the family, I tell all them, love,
if you want something, you gotta go through me. They
made a long time.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
But guess what.
Speaker 13 (31:31):
Come to twenty fifth of December. Baby, that's my man,
that's my husband, and if you want something, you don't
call my husband. And I had to get look, I
had to set to reponstrate for him.
Speaker 9 (31:47):
And guess what. Guess what?
Speaker 17 (31:49):
They all fall in line.
Speaker 13 (31:51):
And my mama.
Speaker 17 (31:52):
Rests God rest her soul love to death. She was, Oh,
he too over you. You you, I love you to death.
Speaker 13 (32:02):
But he's not that much older than me.
Speaker 10 (32:05):
Uh And you know you what you too y'all to get.
Speaker 1 (32:08):
Married, ma'am.
Speaker 13 (32:11):
This my life got mad when I was twenty three
in a few days.
Speaker 17 (32:17):
I've been in the Sisters club.
Speaker 13 (32:19):
Now on that no, Stormy tea, I want you to
have a good one.
Speaker 1 (32:24):
All right, lady d thank you so much. Yeah, that's
your marriage, not everybody else's.
Speaker 9 (32:29):
W D.
Speaker 1 (32:29):
I A hello, Hey, Stormy.
Speaker 9 (32:32):
How you doing.
Speaker 1 (32:32):
Hey, I'm good. How are you?
Speaker 9 (32:34):
I'm doing? All right, Stormy, it's my it's the first
time calling.
Speaker 1 (32:38):
Wait a minute, wait a minute, come on in here.
Speaker 9 (32:43):
Thank you starling letting me in.
Speaker 7 (32:45):
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 1 (32:46):
Well, thank you for coming on in here, and welcome.
Well oh yeah, yeah, thank you, thank you.
Speaker 5 (32:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (32:51):
I was looking at my brother Allan, you know, the
basketball players, uh huh, and and to me it seemed
like a setup. You know, I wouldn't be surprised if
the driver ain't the police, but the goods. But you know,
going through yeah, going through Arkansas. I'm old truck driver.
One thing about Arkansas they if you look and if
(33:15):
you got it going on and them guys passed you,
they will turn off at the next excident and come
back and check you out.
Speaker 1 (33:23):
That is you know, that is crazy. And I'm gonna
tell you why I feel like that's crazy, because that
has happened to me.
Speaker 7 (33:30):
Yeah, yeah, they will do it.
Speaker 9 (33:32):
I have had it did to me. And I'm pulling
two thirty trailers going up to Missouri. I stopped by
the stove to give me a pack of cigarettes. I
was smoking, and this lady told me she said, I
don't share if your cat. I said, what do you mean?
Speaker 8 (33:46):
What?
Speaker 9 (33:47):
I already knew what she meant. And Harty, Arkansas. She said, no,
you got to go on up that road, are you
I'm serious? We are still people need to wake up.
We are seeing See that's a red estate. Keenan See
is a red estate. That's the reason why Trump called
(34:07):
it red and blue and all that. You know, that's
why you know, if you look at the way he
got thing noted out, member is a blue you know
with the blue you know they eat like everything here
blue cause most of the people here the Democrat. But uh,
you know, we we we you know, it's just that
we need to realize that the racism is still alive.
(34:31):
I'm not saying all all the Coccasion brothers are white.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
And you're basically saying you think Tony Allen was caught
up in something like that?
Speaker 9 (34:39):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, they would stop you and you know
I'm up in Jones barrow. You know, they pulling the
big truck over because you know, they're looking at money
and they're not looking at you know, who you work for.
They looking at they know you're making money. You know.
But uh, and as for as.
Speaker 1 (35:02):
You wasn't spading, were you speeding? No?
Speaker 9 (35:05):
No, see, they got the trucks. These company got their
trucks where they can only go so fast. They got
it what they call governed down. You know what I mean.
If the speed limit is sixty five, you ain't gonna
do no more than sixty two. Oh yeah, they got
the government down so you can't.
Speaker 1 (35:24):
So you're telling me you can't speed. The truck is
set to where you can't speed.
Speaker 9 (35:30):
No, ma'am, No, ma'am, you can't.
Speaker 1 (35:32):
Well, because I don't see some truck driver speed.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
Now, come on now, because that's that's probably their own trucks. Oh,
that's their own truck. They own their own trucks, you know,
so they can you know, I mean, you know, but
when you're driving for a company, and a company, you
know they have the truck govering down, you know, where
you can't go so fast?
Speaker 8 (35:52):
You know.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
Wow, Well, thank you for calling in and sharing that.
I appreciate you calling.
Speaker 9 (35:56):
Okay, yeah, but we need to pay attention and what
we had. What's going on now?
Speaker 1 (36:03):
Yeah, thank you so much.
Speaker 12 (36:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (36:05):
Got to be careful out here, for sure. KP, you
be careful out there too, okay. W D I A hello, Hello, Hello, yes, yes, yes.
Speaker 9 (36:18):
Good afternoon and welcome to Friday evenings.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
Listen, Jackson, I'm so glad to be here. One second, Jackson.
H w D I A hold on, Jackson, I'm so
glad to be here. I'm so glad you're here. Talk
to me.
Speaker 7 (36:32):
Okay, It's a great day to be alive.
Speaker 1 (36:34):
Amen.
Speaker 9 (36:36):
I hope as soon as your show is over, did
everybody rush out to the Liberty Bowl but to support
the Tigers of the University of Tigers football because we're
on the crust of a national championship.
Speaker 1 (36:51):
Cuss for crust, I think you said crust. I'm sorry, Jackson,
I'm sorry. Go ahead.
Speaker 9 (37:09):
Everything that God just said was.
Speaker 5 (37:13):
It wasn't untruth.
Speaker 9 (37:15):
Now, when you call this show, please don't make it
about you. The one incident that happened that that you
saw that every law enforcement doing this. Please don't do that, sir, okay,
and and trucks. I don't know what if he drove
(37:38):
forty years ago, but trusts now do speed? They go
past the speed limit. It wouldn't make sense to put
a governor on a truck. It doesn't make sense because
they have stuf to heals and it just doesn't make
sense that they speed. Okay.
Speaker 7 (37:58):
Yeah, So the.
Speaker 9 (38:00):
Reason I called, I just wanted to encourage people to
go out and support the university message because just like
the Grizzlies, people don't come out and support when When
When when the grit When the Lakers come to town
or Golden State? Ignorant people were Golden State of the
Lakers jersey. So when the when the Grizzlards decide to
(38:21):
leave and go to Little Rock or Nashville or or Vegas,
are you gonna travel to go try to see the Gridges?
Then think about it. So support support the Lakers, but
don't wear the Lakers jersey to a Grizzlies home game.
Makes no sense?
Speaker 1 (38:41):
I got you, Jackson, M Yeah, all right?
Speaker 9 (38:45):
So what's going on?
Speaker 1 (38:47):
All right?
Speaker 9 (38:48):
All right?
Speaker 1 (38:48):
Well you have a good one child that love all right, Now,
have yourself a fabulous evening. So the trucks don't do it,
Jackson saying they don't do Miss he said they did.
I'm inclined to believe the first man, because Jackson, you
don't drive trucks, do you. Hmmm, all right, Dwayne, Miss Cassandra,
(39:12):
y'all hold on. Uh, We're gonna come back and talk
to you. Carla, hang on for me. Uh, let's see
if you want to tap in on that iHeartRadio app.
You can get into the conversation by doing that. I
got a few lines open nine oh one, five three five,
nine three four two eight hundred five zero three nine
three four two eight three three five three five nine
three four two Manhattan's featuring Gerald Austin. Get your tickets
(39:35):
at my w DIA dot com. Looking forward to seeing
y'all there. Our t shirts will have there for you
to purchase, first come, first serve. Yeah. I just saw
the news that air traffic controllers for those of you
that are flying out some of are some of these
airlines are requesting We're telling you that you might want
(39:56):
to buy two plane tickets when you're going somewhere, just
to make sure you get there. But how you know
both of them plane ticket's gonna be good. How you
know both of them flights won't be canceled. I mean,
come on, and who got that kind of money. So
it looks like Memphis International Airport is one of those
airports that has been reduced as it relates to you know, flying,
(40:18):
they're reducing flights. So air traffic controllers they're beginning to
resign why because of this government shut down. They're stretched
so thin for so long, they didn't have anything. You
(40:39):
can work somebody for so long and after a while,
they gonna collapse on you. You know what I'm saying, people,
You you can't. You can't do it yourself. You know
what I'm saying. You can work for so long and
after a while, especially after you get a certain nickname,
you just can't do it. So hopefully they'll, you know,
they'll get all that together. And then my question that
(40:59):
I asked you you guys, well you know, before I
get to the question, well, let me yeah, let me
get to that, and then let me get to these
truck drivers. Lady says, my parents are a big disappointment.
I'm engaged to be married to a man, a black man,
and they want nothing to do with it. They have
an account that my dad saved up just for when
I get married. It's about forty four thousand dollars just
(41:21):
because of who I'm marrying. He said, I'm on my own.
My dad even called our future child a colored baby.
Who is this man? It hurts me to the core,
and my mom is going along with his nonsense. We're
supposed to get married in February in Hawaii and they
haven't booked a thing. No hotel, no plane ticket, is nothing.
I spoke with my sister and she believes that, you know,
(41:43):
they're probably gonna come eventually, come around, you know. She said,
I've worked my butt off, and so is my fiance too,
so we could pay for this wedding. After our wedding
in Hawaii, for the weekend, we're gonna fly to Europe
for six days. When my sister got married three years ago,
my dad dropped fifty gees. That's what she said. I'm
not comparing, but it's not right. My husband isn't from
(42:04):
the ghetto, you know, I know this bad term, but
he has two degrees from Georgia Tech and has his
own company. He's well off and not the stereotypical guy
for amusement purposes. He reminds you of a Carlton Banks
type of guy. That's the perfect example, not a DMX
or lol Wayne. I hope you catch my drift. I
need advice on how to deal with my parents moving forward.
(42:26):
If they don't come to my wedding, do I stop
communicating with them. I don't want them to lose out
on getting to know a wonderful man and potentially missing
out on their grandchildren. I love my parents, but I'm
going to stand by my man. I know that's right.
Then when he comes to your husband, when he becomes
your usban, you're gonna stand by your husban band. How
(42:51):
are y'all? Let me get back to these phones, WD.
Speaker 9 (42:54):
I A, Hello, Hello, Storm, how are you?
Speaker 10 (42:58):
Hey?
Speaker 1 (42:58):
I'm great? How are you? I am marvelous, wonderful.
Speaker 9 (43:04):
This is the first time calling your show.
Speaker 1 (43:07):
Wait a minute, come on in here. Welcome, welcome, Yes,
thank you, thank you for listening, Thank you for calling,
Thank you, You're welcome.
Speaker 9 (43:20):
I keep my down on w D I A.
Speaker 21 (43:27):
And I hear some of your same callers Monday through Friday.
Nothing wrong with that, but I've been hearing some new
callers this week.
Speaker 1 (43:38):
Yeah, And I said to self, I'm gonna be one
of them all right now, I wait a minute, Wait
a minute, maybe happy come on here, Yeah, thank you.
Speaker 9 (43:56):
I like to take.
Speaker 21 (43:59):
A common sense approach, in a spiritual approach to anything. Yes,
let me dispel, mister Jackson. I've been in warehousing and
transportation most of my adult life, and I'm sixty four.
Speaker 9 (44:20):
And I have not retired. Okay, I've been a free manager.
Speaker 5 (44:24):
For several companies.
Speaker 1 (44:25):
Okay.
Speaker 21 (44:26):
And yes, our eighteen wheeler trucks our governed to not
go above sixty five.
Speaker 9 (44:36):
To seventy miles per hour.
Speaker 1 (44:38):
Wow.
Speaker 21 (44:40):
I don't know what age and what stage mister Jackson
is living here, but this is twenty twenty five, and
for our insurance purposes and our safety raiding purposes.
Speaker 9 (44:53):
We govern our tractor.
Speaker 21 (44:55):
Trainers not to go faster than sixty five miles to
seventy miles per hour.
Speaker 1 (45:00):
Okay, Well, let me ask you this, and thank you
so much. Color hold on for me. Thank you so
much for telling me that when is it true that
like the other callers said that that when like you
was saying that if a truck is driving fast, that
it is somebody who owns their own truck. Is that
is that true?
Speaker 9 (45:20):
That's true, okay.
Speaker 21 (45:23):
And also some companies doesn't govern their trucks down some
of your some of your major carriers, they got governors
on their trucks.
Speaker 1 (45:33):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (45:36):
Now let me switch gears. The young lady that wants
to get.
Speaker 5 (45:41):
Married or whatever.
Speaker 21 (45:43):
Yes, sir, I do not I do not know her situation,
her conditions, or her circumstances. But what I do know,
I would not allow my parents to hold me hostage,
because what will happen if she live long enough, she
(46:04):
gonna leave her parents, or her parents gonna leave her,
and the spiritual side of that mankind shall leave mother
and father and clease.
Speaker 9 (46:15):
Then they too shall be one.
Speaker 21 (46:16):
Yeah, that girl better go on with her life, whether
her mama ever speak to her again or not, and
better try to enjoy her boo thing that the Lord
doesn't bless up with because the man.
Speaker 9 (46:29):
They're trying to the wife. Yeah, trying a good.
Speaker 21 (46:33):
Thing in favor of the Lord. Congratulations on your recent.
Speaker 9 (46:36):
Marriage because your husband found his good thing.
Speaker 21 (46:40):
Come on here, and I bet your money even that mama,
sister brother, nobody get in the way of that.
Speaker 9 (46:47):
So my advice said, that.
Speaker 21 (46:48):
Young lady, she better hold on and she better do
like came and why neck she better stick by her man.
Speaker 1 (46:58):
I love it.
Speaker 21 (47:00):
You see, you can't find you can't find good men
in twenty twenty five.
Speaker 1 (47:06):
I'm telling it.
Speaker 21 (47:07):
It's hey, there are few. There are few and proper between.
Speaker 9 (47:11):
You and you.
Speaker 1 (47:12):
Better stop trying to look for a hold on calling you.
You better let them come to you.
Speaker 21 (47:17):
And I tell my parishioners all the time. I tell
the ladies and our congregate, stop going looking for man.
Speaker 9 (47:23):
Let him come find you.
Speaker 21 (47:26):
Another thing, Stormy, I'm gonna say that, I'm gonna get
off here. Don't don't marry somebody you love. Marry somebody
that loves you, because when they love you, they'll lay
down in the middle of the road for you.
Speaker 9 (47:44):
They'll go to hell and back for you.
Speaker 1 (47:46):
If they love you. I'm about to throw something.
Speaker 21 (47:49):
And I don't care how dog and handsome and tall
he is. If you don't love you, he's just there
for the goods and the grocery. Stormy, have a blessed begin. Yes, sir,
it may the favor of God.
Speaker 1 (48:08):
Thank you, bless you, Thank you for calling, and please
do it again. Hold on calling. Mmmmm. Some people tapped
in on this. iHeartRadio app, and I inclined to go
see what they're saying, So let me go there really quick.
In colors, I'm coming back to you.
Speaker 22 (48:25):
Hold on the beginning in regards to the parents not
wanted the young lady to marry her fiance. So did
she give a reason as to why they don't want
her to marry him? Did something happen? Did I miss
that part? Or did she just not say thank you?
I enjoyed the show, thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (48:45):
I believe the reason is because he's black. And see
I was reading between the lines. It sounds like they're
white whole family. Sister married, she's marrying a black guy,
and now there's a problem. They set aside forty four
thousand for the wedding and they don't want to give
(49:07):
it to us, and even call her baby. The daddy
called the baby, her future children call it. Where do
you do that at? Let's go back to this app
Tallas storming for at City Pack.
Speaker 23 (49:23):
There is a governor on the trucks, but it's a
maximum speed governor, so the truck can only go so
fast once it's life on the interstate. But they're regular traffic,
you can speed. Thank you, Jackson learned the law.
Speaker 1 (49:38):
Thank you for a city pack, so glad to hear
from you. Let's go back to this ath marriage.
Speaker 24 (49:43):
And I also want to say, yes, they do have
governor controls on most trucks with the exceptional private ownership.
Like the gentleman said, the reason why is the major
reason is safety. They don't want these truckers speed. It's
hard for a truck to come.
Speaker 5 (49:59):
To a stop.
Speaker 24 (50:00):
Yeah, behind car, he can't stop like a car can.
It takes him a longer time to stop, and they
can cause a lot more damage.
Speaker 5 (50:07):
And that's the biggest reason why. And the same gas
Well these were.
Speaker 1 (50:10):
Really yeah, yeah, I was a few weeks ago. There
was an accident in California. It was a truck driver
and the truck driver. I think the traffic was stopped,
and I guess the truck driver wasn't paying attention and
caused the most horrific accident. There was a car in
(50:34):
front of the truck. He killed the people in that
car and maybe some others. But either he couldn't slow
down fast enough or he just wasn't paying attention. Yeah,
So I could see why they would have something like
that on these big trucks. Let's see Idlewild says speeding
(50:58):
trucks once again. Jackson is wraw. I drive for FedEx.
Our trucks are governed at sixty five miles per hour.
Have a great weekend, Miss Stormy, thanks so much, Clyde
says Miss Stormy. There's only one truck that stays in
the hammer lane. That's them cattle hogs. Is I'm not
sure what you're trying to say there, and the police
(51:19):
will not pull them over. Mister Whitney says preach brother
talking about mister Reed. Let me get back to these phones.
I do have some other folks that have tapped in
on that app. We'll go back there. But let's get
back to the phones and see what you're saying today.
W D I A hello, Hi Stormy. Hey now miss Cassandra,
(51:44):
are you doing I'm doing good.
Speaker 17 (51:47):
I don't know what this readio time doing.
Speaker 19 (51:50):
M But anyway back, how for few little things. First
about love don't have a color, And I don't understand
why people are still like they are because we have
so many inner racial marriage and grand babies, and that
(52:12):
we love our grand babies, we don't care what color
they are. So she stand by her man because life
is so short. And if she loves him and he
love her, you know, that's what.
Speaker 7 (52:26):
They need to do.
Speaker 19 (52:27):
And maybe the mother and the father will wake up
one day and smell the coffee.
Speaker 1 (52:33):
And another thing.
Speaker 19 (52:34):
I want to say, Happy birthday.
Speaker 10 (52:36):
To my one and only son that I have left.
Speaker 19 (52:40):
I love you, Courtney Mother's His birthday is November the ninth,
and I love you dearly, and stay you.
Speaker 10 (52:50):
Have a beautiful show.
Speaker 19 (52:52):
And tell Jaffson he ain't.
Speaker 1 (52:54):
No truck driver.
Speaker 15 (52:55):
I'm a truck gravel wife, so said.
Speaker 1 (52:58):
He need to learn somebody.
Speaker 5 (53:00):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (53:01):
Thank you saw me.
Speaker 19 (53:04):
I always show it to hear your voice. But I
will be seeing you next weekend.
Speaker 1 (53:09):
Okay, I'm looking forward to it. Okay, thank you, love
you too. Bye bye. All right, let's get back to
these phones. Y'all on these phones today? W d I
A hello?
Speaker 9 (53:23):
Hey that hey there?
Speaker 1 (53:25):
How you doing?
Speaker 9 (53:26):
Get get to my gain.
Speaker 20 (53:27):
I'll get them in that.
Speaker 1 (53:32):
I'm trying. I got you right now.
Speaker 2 (53:34):
Talk to me as you say.
Speaker 9 (53:36):
But you say, come on in here.
Speaker 1 (53:38):
Now, come on in here, come on.
Speaker 9 (53:41):
To them. Uh huh, Jack and Jack Jackne was wrong.
I've been a truck round. I started driving truck drive
when when when I was set seventeen years old at
that guy school.
Speaker 25 (53:50):
Okay, and I drove all the way up till twenty
eighteen when I retired.
Speaker 9 (53:54):
I don't drove anything in the drugging indentry.
Speaker 25 (53:56):
I walked in a wild and never shipping in all
this count stuff receiving. But now them trucks are going
most most company trucks, they're govling around sixty some mine
hour whatever speed limited. They're governing about a few miles
on them.
Speaker 9 (54:08):
Okay, and them truck is caring.
Speaker 7 (54:10):
I want to let this out to the callers.
Speaker 25 (54:12):
Them trucks would be weighing somewhere in between eighty thousand
pound which is forty tons when they fully loaded. They
cannot stop on the din.
Speaker 9 (54:20):
And used to say during the truck ground in processes,
there's uh say that these trucks take the lint of
a football field going at fifty mine hours.
Speaker 1 (54:28):
For company or complete shock. Wow wait wait you so
you you were you said something? You said, just want
something just a second ago, Hold on for me, collar,
hang on for me. Okay, Uh you said something about
hang on collar, You said something about the speed. What
were you saying? Say that again?
Speaker 25 (54:46):
Yeah, I said, they they are goobbling somewhere between sixty
five seventy nine hour, depends on what the speed is
limited and the route days running. But most of them
has governor at one speed to keep them, you know,
reflecting the way back on the speeds on the truck.
And they got government on like this said, they all
run so long, I mean so fast.
Speaker 9 (55:04):
But the fact of the matter is the people to get.
Speaker 25 (55:07):
It wrong when they when the Jackson and Jackson was
wrong by their jackeline run by no trucks. Because these
these trucks they labeled as leath the weapons.
Speaker 7 (55:14):
Now they kill.
Speaker 9 (55:15):
Folks and they ain't like you to be back in
the day.
Speaker 25 (55:18):
See so when they jumping in and out in front
of these trucks, these trucks ain't stop, like especially in
Cleming wellas where there's raining, uh, snow and stuff like
that been on the ground.
Speaker 7 (55:27):
Stuff.
Speaker 9 (55:27):
They don't play with them trucks. If you canna wait
till he pull up the light. And now if you're
gonna put up their light in front.
Speaker 25 (55:33):
Of him, you could have waited behind him because he
cannot stop this like that, you know. So people need
to be kept with these trucks ain't nothing to play with.
And like he was talking about, the ones, run the hamerlane.
Speaker 9 (55:43):
Them be most likely gas trucks and fuel trucks for them,
truck be rolling dealt down, put them over. Them folk
got so much fuel to deliver all over wherever they're going,
whatever route they running, then they run real fast. Number ones.
Speaker 1 (55:56):
I see the.
Speaker 9 (55:57):
Hamerlan, you know, so Hamerlan, Hamerlan for me inside media lane.
Speaker 25 (56:02):
Now the curve lane is on the right side of
the right lane, you see, So don't get the curve
in the media lane. It's up immediate for the grass.
Go in the center the road.
Speaker 1 (56:12):
Got you.
Speaker 9 (56:14):
You see what I'm saying.
Speaker 25 (56:15):
So, yeah, yeah, Jackie was wrong that there. Jack don't
wrong about no trucks. Jack don't know nothing about the job.
Speaker 17 (56:19):
Man.
Speaker 9 (56:19):
I ain't just stat up there and listen that to
do it. I try to come down, you know what
I'm say.
Speaker 1 (56:26):
But I know what you said.
Speaker 9 (56:28):
You should have been just playing around just to get
you going.
Speaker 1 (56:31):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 9 (56:32):
But uh, you know, if you don't know about no trucks,
don't don't missing these people. So this is a ball
of confusing when you talking about something that you don't
know about it and get somebody killed out of here.
Speaker 1 (56:41):
You know, I got you. Thank you. I appreciate you calling.
Speaker 9 (56:44):
And saying that, yes, ma'am, you're having with day now.
Speaker 1 (56:47):
You too, Thank you so much, appreciate you. Listen, I
got to take a call real quick, if y'all don't mind,
I got to take a break to brag because something
something happened in my family and I want y'all to
hear it. Okay, if y'all indulge me for a moment,
if you don't mind, uh ms, Pat, hang on, Meredith
(57:07):
common man, black conservative, unforgetful thatyu is hang on for me.
I'm coming to you. I just wanted to do something real, real,
real quick.
Speaker 26 (57:15):
Wd I A hello, Hello, Hi there, right, how are
you good?
Speaker 1 (57:27):
Good? Who is this?
Speaker 27 (57:30):
Joy?
Speaker 15 (57:31):
Hi?
Speaker 28 (57:31):
Joy?
Speaker 1 (57:31):
This is my granddaughter. So at my daughter granddaughter's school,
they had to run for office. So Joy, you ran
for what?
Speaker 9 (57:42):
What?
Speaker 1 (57:42):
Did you run for?
Speaker 14 (57:44):
President?
Speaker 1 (57:45):
President? Okay? All right? And so the other day you
found out what.
Speaker 20 (57:53):
I want it?
Speaker 1 (57:55):
So you are the president of what? Class one for? Wow?
So you are so how many people ran against your? Joy?
One one other person ran against you because the rest
of them knew they need to back on down. Don't
don't run with Joey, don't run against my Joy, and
(58:19):
you won. How are you feeling about it? Joy?
Speaker 19 (58:22):
Good?
Speaker 1 (58:23):
Feeling good? So as the president, what is your first
what is the first thing that you're going to do?
Are you? Are you planning to do as president of
your class?
Speaker 20 (58:38):
I'm just sure going to make sure they're quiet and
make sure they're doing what they're supposed to, and make
sure there's no fighting.
Speaker 1 (58:47):
I know that's right. It's enough fighting with the grown folks,
ain't it. Well, that is so wonderful. Joy. I'm so
glad you called because I wanted you to know that.
I'm so proud of you.
Speaker 18 (59:05):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (59:06):
You're very welcome. Now listen, I'm gonna get back to work,
but I love you and I want you to go
and you be the president and you make sure those
kids don't fight. Okay, okay, all right? I love you.
You love me too, don't you? All right?
Speaker 5 (59:30):
Baby?
Speaker 1 (59:31):
I love you bad baby. I'll talk to you later. Okay, okay,
bye bye? Oh man, I did an cut her a
little sound off right there. But listen, let me give
this two for my granddaughter. Come on here, you got
to train them up. You got to train them up.
You got to start them when they're young. She's the
(59:52):
president now to who knows she could be the president
when she grows up. W D I a hello, he
was a starry. Hey, I can't call it. What's going on?
Speaker 12 (01:00:03):
That way is hard?
Speaker 17 (01:00:04):
She Hey, I got him coming about that email you
said read uh huh.
Speaker 29 (01:00:09):
Okay, I agree that she should go ahead and marry
her husband.
Speaker 7 (01:00:15):
Guy who want to marry her?
Speaker 29 (01:00:17):
Yeah, because she grew up in a certain She grew
up in a certain entirement because her daddy feels a
certain way and her mother agrees with what her problem said.
So that means she grew up in a Kyle parton
racial environment the stereotype black people, because.
Speaker 12 (01:00:33):
Because ain't a message.
Speaker 29 (01:00:35):
I didn't know if she meant it, because sometimes hers
can say a top toll uh stereotype but not even
knowing it. But she said he's not from the kettle. Yes,
said he's not the ghetto. Doesn't mean that he's a
bad person. So he's from the ghetto. Yeah, okay, because
you have like one of my favorite DJs represented mpers
(01:00:57):
all the time.
Speaker 12 (01:00:58):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 29 (01:01:00):
Saying he loved his wife, been with his wife for
a long time. It doesn't mean that's fary that the
chef is uh seeing the fact that he's not from
the ghetto and he's a gadgett thank type of person,
you know.
Speaker 1 (01:01:14):
Yeah, that's what I think. That that's I think she
probably this is just me. I don't know. I'm just
thinking maybe she explained that to us, so we would
kind of know what kind of person he is, you
know what I'm saying. Yeah, And maybe, and you know,
maybe she did it the best way she could. I
don't know.
Speaker 29 (01:01:34):
Yeah, but I think sooner or later because like I said,
she grew up in a certain environment, So sooner or
later their parents were father getting used to the guy
in the jack the teams to treat his daughter right
and show that he's not the stereotype that America or
the rest of society portrayed black.
Speaker 9 (01:01:53):
People as being.
Speaker 10 (01:01:55):
You know.
Speaker 24 (01:01:56):
So I think they're.
Speaker 29 (01:01:56):
Probably getting around after years and after.
Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
Us being together.
Speaker 12 (01:01:59):
But I think she should go ahead and barry.
Speaker 1 (01:02:01):
For got you. That's all right, all right, thank you
so much for making that call. Appreciate you calling in.
I'm going to go back to this phone. See what
y'all talking about?
Speaker 2 (01:02:12):
W d I A.
Speaker 9 (01:02:13):
Hello, thank story, here are you?
Speaker 1 (01:02:16):
I'm good, Meredith, how are you fantastic?
Speaker 20 (01:02:19):
So listen, thank you for reading the email again. But
let me just say this right here to the white lady,
because yes, she is right. So there's a reason why
she calls WI A or sent.
Speaker 7 (01:02:29):
That email to us, because.
Speaker 20 (01:02:31):
Of course, like you were, all these continents I'm hearing.
You know, black people always be the most accepting people
on the planet, you know, and.
Speaker 17 (01:02:38):
I think it's because we are.
Speaker 20 (01:02:39):
So unwanted, you know, like they did a show and
you know, I had all these men on the stage
from every different nationality, every different nationality, different woman. The
black woman got picked last because no one wanted to
bring her home to the family.
Speaker 17 (01:02:53):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 20 (01:02:54):
From here is the woman here if you want to
get the kudo or get the okay from the black people.
Speaker 9 (01:02:58):
But let me just tell her this right.
Speaker 20 (01:02:59):
Here, so that the man just said, we do know
that your family had to be racist growing up, and
of course you know there too, and I have to
say it, but somewhere she is she is too because
of her email. I didn't get him from the ghetto,
you know, he's very educated and he's like Carton, you know,
so he not like little Wayne. So okay, so you
(01:03:20):
got you a good.
Speaker 9 (01:03:21):
Black man, right.
Speaker 17 (01:03:22):
You didn't get one from the apologet.
Speaker 20 (01:03:24):
You didn't get one.
Speaker 17 (01:03:24):
You got you up good with folks.
Speaker 20 (01:03:26):
Your parents should be more accepting because you think, sure, no, no, ma'am,
that's not how it worked. And what black people are
a saying that it doesn't matter what education level, how
much raine is that when white people don't like you,
they don't like you.
Speaker 10 (01:03:38):
So two things.
Speaker 20 (01:03:38):
So not E've gonna bring kids in the world with
parents who already on one side, grandparents who already don't
like them, already calling them the colored kids. So are
you gonna go around your family? Are you gonna go
around your sister? Are you gonna be an invited to
all the family reunions and family functions?
Speaker 5 (01:03:53):
You know?
Speaker 20 (01:03:53):
What about your kids? I'm sorry sometimes we have to
pop and think what about the kids?
Speaker 7 (01:03:57):
Now?
Speaker 20 (01:03:57):
If you say I don't care about none of my parents,
can just stay over there.
Speaker 17 (01:04:01):
I'm gonna be with just.
Speaker 20 (01:04:02):
Me and my husband and fine you so, but if
that what you really want, is that what you really
want for your children?
Speaker 9 (01:04:07):
I mean and I don't blame the parents.
Speaker 20 (01:04:09):
I don't blame the parents that it's okay for parents to.
Speaker 17 (01:04:12):
Say, listen, that's not what I want for my son
in law, that's.
Speaker 20 (01:04:15):
Not what I want for my grandkids.
Speaker 1 (01:04:16):
It's okay.
Speaker 20 (01:04:17):
I'm not mad at them at all. And then I
don't want to go to the wady. They shouldn't have
to go totally. They're so so so. Lady, you've got
something to think about. Don't just call the Black radio
stay to email us and want us to say, oh, yeah, we'll.
Speaker 9 (01:04:28):
Come into time, because that's what we do.
Speaker 20 (01:04:30):
I mean, we don't know there.
Speaker 10 (01:04:31):
In my opinion, that's what we do.
Speaker 20 (01:04:32):
We're welcome me. But again, it's a whole nother side
that you bringing kids into. I don't like it. I
have two sons. I want them to bring home black women.
I'm not saying to say it now if they told
to bring home white women. Don't get me wrong. I
love my grandkids and death.
Speaker 17 (01:04:45):
I would never do that.
Speaker 9 (01:04:46):
But that's what I prefer.
Speaker 20 (01:04:47):
On the white statis. You see, they don't want it.
They aren't really saying no, no, ma'am, no man here,
go ahead and get a little cars and your little
white black boy that you, guys, because that's what you
want enough to know. I got a white black boy.
He's black with dream, right, so I'll be happy, But no,
I don't better pay it out.
Speaker 7 (01:05:03):
Thanks letting me.
Speaker 1 (01:05:04):
All right, Meredith, she comes, she comes with it when
she comes. She doesn't matter what what y'all think about
what she says. She's gonna say what she's got to say.
And a lot of you that is exactly what you
do to. All Right, we're gonna go back to your comments.
A lot of people have tapped in on the app,
Miss pat coming man, black conservative, I'm forgetful. I'm coming
back to get you. And if you want to sneak
(01:05:25):
up in here before we get out of here, you
can do that as well. Nine one five three five,
nine three four two eight hundred five zero three ninety
three four two pull with a thunk it Mmm. Okay,
I'm gonna get back to that app because you guys
have tapped in on that iHeartRadio app. Let's go back
to the phones. W d I A. Hello, Hello, Hey,
(01:05:48):
how you doing miss Norma.
Speaker 17 (01:05:51):
I'm doing good. I've been listening to y'all. Congratulations, I've
been looking at you.
Speaker 5 (01:05:58):
Just be thank you so about you?
Speaker 17 (01:06:02):
Okay, mast of it, I lady didn't make the truck ridder. No,
I live not far from Bunton, trying to wherever that
uh they had, uh reality, wherever he was arrested. It
I live here most Yeah, I lived in Arkansas all
most of my life except for a loving low wide
(01:06:25):
when I transferred my job. But uh, they treated us
just like they knew everybody else who got black. Still though,
but we ain't walking around with no change and go
not next and ride out our ankles.
Speaker 10 (01:06:42):
We have people here that.
Speaker 17 (01:06:43):
Have great jobs, their educators, we have great factors year,
we have great loss year. So that that truck rider
they said the donna serve pop, I don't know where
that is. I mean, excuse, I don't know what what
child he was being. But we we don't even accept that.
(01:07:03):
As I've talked to, staying showing stand is being a joke.
And that's where I worries. Now, everywhere you go, they
gonna have two or three of them act like that
because that's that's the way they are. But uh, we
don't calibrate that, and uh we don't live like that.
We live great great jobs, hogs and we do everything
(01:07:26):
and everybody else done. It's bent and everywhere as the word,
that's what job. I don't know where where you were
that baby. You should have reported it with somebody because
we don't that gonna happen here, and we don't allow
that to happen here. But uh, I said, you know
what about job? And I'm hanging with God. I love it,
(01:07:50):
I love everything, and uh it's all oh my job,
like say, the rest of them is just hanging shot
they way like this said somebody right, and that'll be
it right and get off of y'all. Leave him alone.
He's y'all. We understand that he's gonna have to learn
(01:08:11):
like all the rest of ideas, but he's a super sa.
He's making the moody and leave him. No, I'll see y'all, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 1 (01:08:23):
Thank you, mister Norman, love y'all. All right, thank you
for going in all right, bye bye, Thank you so much,
appreciate you so nice.
Speaker 10 (01:08:32):
W d I A hello, Hey, hello, hello Stormy.
Speaker 1 (01:08:37):
Hey, come a man, what's going on?
Speaker 7 (01:08:39):
Hey?
Speaker 9 (01:08:40):
Congratulations to you with your with your granddaughter, miss miss President.
Speaker 5 (01:08:44):
Congratulations.
Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
Yes, I can't believe. I can hardly believe it. I'm
the grandmother of a president.
Speaker 7 (01:08:53):
Preparing preparing to be a leader.
Speaker 1 (01:08:55):
Yes, yes, yep.
Speaker 9 (01:08:57):
Hey listen on the email you got. I find that
that language she used to be a problem too. He's
not from the ghetto, so it's obvious she probably has
a little racism in herself too to even make that
come in, you know. And another thing about that, because
you're from this place so called the ghetto, there are
(01:09:19):
a lot of good people come from the so called ghetto.
It's not about where you're from, it's how you've been raised,
you know, So you might want to rethink how you
use your words there.
Speaker 2 (01:09:29):
Now.
Speaker 9 (01:09:31):
I would say that it's obvious her parents have racial issues.
But if she love him, if they love one another,
one to get married, yes, you get married. You don't
get married for your parents. You get married for yourself.
In terms of having children, my mother and my father
don't get to dictate who I have children with. If
(01:09:51):
I have children with someone of another race, that's what
it is. I'm not having children for my mother or
my father. You know now, what I would do, I
wouldn't I wouldn't discontinue my relationship with them. I would
try to maintain a relationship with them, but I would
also have enough paris to have a conversation with my
parents about being having racial issues.
Speaker 7 (01:10:13):
You know.
Speaker 9 (01:10:14):
But yeah, marry him, Yeah, marry him. I mean it's
obvious they have some kind of complidence to get as
black people, you know. But you know, I would.
Speaker 5 (01:10:25):
I would marry him.
Speaker 9 (01:10:26):
Be happy with my life because I got to live
my life. And if they don't like it, they don't
like it. If they want to discontinue the relationship, then
that's what it is. But I would try to maintain
my relationship with them. And if I just have to
have separate relationship with my parents away from my other
husband or my wife, and that's what I would do.
Speaker 5 (01:10:43):
But you don't, you don't.
Speaker 9 (01:10:44):
You don't. You don't let someone else dictate your life
when it comes to your happiness. Yeah, you know, so
that's what I think about it. But I appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (01:10:53):
So, yeah, I appreciate your calling in. Yeah, all right now, yeah,
talking that talk up in here. W G I a
y'all sharing today? Talk to me, hey there, do me
a favor and turn that radio down for me and
I'll come back to you. Turn that radio down, uh
w D I a hold on. Uh. W D I A.
Speaker 17 (01:11:14):
Hello, Hey, this is Status Woods.
Speaker 1 (01:11:16):
Hey, mister Wood's he doing?
Speaker 9 (01:11:19):
Lady, I go marry that man.
Speaker 8 (01:11:21):
You know his parents ain't got doesn't need to do.
Speaker 7 (01:11:23):
Really, you know, there.
Speaker 9 (01:11:24):
Is a race, that's all.
Speaker 8 (01:11:28):
And I want to do this shout out with Carol
and Payne, Chuck Harris drawn Woods. That it in my
greeted new shallow church. I haven't been there a while.
Speaker 1 (01:11:40):
Oh bless your heard.
Speaker 8 (01:11:43):
Yes, I got caunsel baby, but I.
Speaker 9 (01:11:47):
Ain't want no where to the good Lord.
Speaker 5 (01:11:49):
You read it.
Speaker 1 (01:11:49):
But I know that's right missus. That is okay, thank you,
all right, you two, and I'm gonna keep you in
my prayers. Okay, thank you, all right, mister that is
call me anytime, right, okay, okay, bye bye. Yeah. Sometimes
when we don't hear from people, you know, if you
know him, you check on him for us, because sometimes
(01:12:11):
people going through life, you know, as the young folks say,
life be life. And let's go back to the phones.
W D I A hello, hello, ever good, Yes, I
can how you doing?
Speaker 9 (01:12:25):
Got got his black and Sarah yes.
Speaker 18 (01:12:27):
Yeah yeah. Had a new caller call and we uh
uh straight out Jackson and Jackson is a UH former
police offer retired police officers.
Speaker 1 (01:12:40):
He retired. I don't know about retired.
Speaker 18 (01:12:46):
He made me still UH active law enforcement. I'm quite
sure he knows something about UH speed limits.
Speaker 1 (01:12:54):
Or maybe he doesn't know about what he was the
you know what the trucks might have on them because
you don't drive.
Speaker 18 (01:13:02):
Well for your new call call in, and you got
to be careful on what you're saying, how you said,
and you got to make a sept option distinction between
two because we have we have a subject a subject
option distinction. What I mean by that is some companies
may set a limit, you know, on how fast you
(01:13:28):
can go, maybe seven miles over to speed limit at eight.
You know, I think Amazon set a limit for their drivers,
you know, if it's fit.
Speaker 1 (01:13:36):
That's that's what they were correcting him on what you're
saying right now. He said that they don't have that.
Speaker 18 (01:13:42):
But the big trucks out here, because I'm heading out
of town now, I've been behind one and driving with
my cruise control on, and he's driving I know at
least seventy five because I have my set at seventy
so and someplace over in Arkansas too, you can drive
probably about seventy five over.
Speaker 9 (01:14:03):
There in Arkansas. So I think it had.
Speaker 18 (01:14:05):
To do with the company policies for safety or safety
reasons on why they said that.
Speaker 1 (01:14:12):
But that's exactly what they've been saying. So you're now
disagreeing with Jackson too, because you're saying exactly what everybody
else was saying. Okay that Jackson said the opposite color.
Hold on for me.
Speaker 18 (01:14:26):
Jackson should know. But let me but let me get
to my fother point that I'm out of here. I
know you have more call.
Speaker 1 (01:14:32):
Colonies, so you got let me see I put this
time on y'all.
Speaker 18 (01:14:37):
Go ahead, yeah, yeah, So let me adjust the food
stamp issue. I'm gonna hit it run on that people
who are eligible for food stamps should be on food stamp,
should be enrolled. People who are not shouldn't be on
there able by the person, single person you know between
eighteen and under sixth flove who's who should be working.
Speaker 9 (01:15:00):
I shouldn't just.
Speaker 5 (01:15:00):
Be on that.
Speaker 18 (01:15:01):
And definitely maybe I would say six months if you
hit a hard time, you know, you know, twenty one year, individual,
twenty two, twenty three for whatever the case. Maybe six months,
but not six years, not two or three years on
receiving taxpayer benefits for food stamps. That just that's just
(01:15:25):
going to take resources away from the ones we really needed. Uh,
what's the government with the government shut down? Yeah, we
got to call a spade a spade. We need to
quit tiptoe around this here and just call it what
it is. This government shutdown is shut down because Democrats
(01:15:45):
want all this stuff that has nothing to do with
running the gompaniment. Now let me say this here, I
hear the Democrat congressman. I believe with Senator he mentioned,
he admitted today.
Speaker 1 (01:16:00):
There you go. Your time is up. Time is up.
I told you. I wasn't put that time on you.
Time is up. Time is up. Time is up. All right,
going to the next collar. But there's time all ye
out of the days. Been a long time since I
did it. Let's let's go. Let's go. W G I
(01:16:21):
A hello.
Speaker 9 (01:16:23):
If you one want to marry a Hall or she
want to.
Speaker 1 (01:16:26):
Marry him, they both want to marry each other, well.
Speaker 17 (01:16:30):
Don't do it.
Speaker 30 (01:16:32):
I know a lot of people I aren't familiar with this,
guests who come in the journal Invitation of life. Nobody
talking about the child. Look, I got white.
Speaker 1 (01:16:42):
They don't have any children.
Speaker 30 (01:16:44):
That's what I'm saying. I'm talking about the treat storm.
Oh okay, they're not white folks in my family. And
they said, I don't even know where my cousin there,
don't know my granddaddy, you know, uncles with none of them.
It's just something about this storm.
Speaker 9 (01:16:59):
It's a trip.
Speaker 30 (01:17:00):
And look, why you want your child to grow up
and got aside of family there.
Speaker 16 (01:17:05):
You don't even know.
Speaker 9 (01:17:07):
They don't want to have nothing to do with you.
Speaker 30 (01:17:09):
Why you want to put that on someone, a child
that you brought into this world because you got a
booty call.
Speaker 13 (01:17:19):
You know, get over it.
Speaker 17 (01:17:22):
They ain't want to work.
Speaker 1 (01:17:23):
All right, I'm forgetable. There you go. Your time is up. Huh.
I'm like your grandmama today. A time is up. Go
back to these phones. Let me start this minute. That's
gun w d I A hello, Hey Stormy, Hey there,
miss pat. How are you happy? Thank you? Happy frye
(01:17:45):
to you?
Speaker 27 (01:17:46):
Okay, Stormy, congratulations to President Joy. Yes, And I think
I really think that the young lady should just say
the heck with our parents, because to preach a man
whoever that was saying, he said, he just finds the
wife finds a good thing.
Speaker 14 (01:18:04):
She's got a good man.
Speaker 27 (01:18:06):
I got a good man.
Speaker 10 (01:18:07):
I swear.
Speaker 17 (01:18:08):
I meet my little.
Speaker 27 (01:18:09):
Surgery the other day and he's here and sickness and
the hell, oh that's right?
Speaker 1 (01:18:15):
How you feel?
Speaker 10 (01:18:17):
I feel better?
Speaker 27 (01:18:18):
But I just wanted to say, yes, you know, I
prayed two years straight for God to bless me if
somebody love me and I love him back, and he's
showing proof of it right now. You sing me have
a wonderful weekend.
Speaker 1 (01:18:31):
Thank you, miss pad you too, thank you.
Speaker 15 (01:18:34):
Dere all right, yeah, yep.
Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
She hit it and quit it. I love it all right.
Speaker 5 (01:18:41):
Here we go.
Speaker 1 (01:18:41):
Let's go back to this phone, see if y'all can
do it all right? Way?
Speaker 9 (01:18:44):
W d I A.
Speaker 1 (01:18:48):
Hi there?
Speaker 9 (01:18:52):
You there?
Speaker 1 (01:18:52):
Call you there?
Speaker 7 (01:18:54):
Oh?
Speaker 17 (01:18:55):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (01:18:56):
Is this Neil?
Speaker 9 (01:18:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (01:18:58):
I go like the where y'all sister?
Speaker 9 (01:19:00):
You the radio?
Speaker 5 (01:19:00):
No more so?
Speaker 1 (01:19:01):
And you know what, we don't like it either, Neil,
We don't like it either.
Speaker 9 (01:19:06):
You don't know what's going on?
Speaker 7 (01:19:07):
Who said what or what I heard?
Speaker 12 (01:19:10):
I heard you saying hello.
Speaker 9 (01:19:11):
I'm at the work out, but I heard you saying hello.
I took you off to speak und there. But anyway
about how you doing today? Storm Blast I can't. Yeah,
I know, yeah, you blessing your husband blessed black speaking
of wedding. That that man is racist like that. And
you can know he was old school because you said
(01:19:32):
colored baby. You know what I mean. He ain't said black.
White said he want no color. And uh, but sometimes
you gotta go against your parents. You know. The wife
gonna do what he said because you know he running things.
She could do exact what he said. She got an
archer bunker in her house, you know she got and
whatever whatever he said, the white guy go along with it.
(01:19:55):
So they gotta move on.
Speaker 12 (01:19:57):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 9 (01:19:57):
I know she's trying to say, well, I got a
good I got a good man. Ain't from who and
all that did? You don't care what it is. He
don't care what it is. He didn't want Maria he bought.
I don't know unless he likes sports. He even want
mayor of sports to be I don't know. He might
he didn't want to know black in his family.
Speaker 1 (01:20:15):
I got you, Neil got to run, thank you, Okay,
go ahead, all right, talk to you monday. All right, okay,
all right, all right, last caller here, w d I
A Hello.
Speaker 9 (01:20:25):
Did you say the last caller.
Speaker 1 (01:20:27):
Yeah, you're gonna shut it down.
Speaker 12 (01:20:32):
I'm gonna be very as usual up here. I mean
I'm listening to all your callers and some of those
comments that the calls are made stimulated with wisdom, but
nothing is uh. Her family don't want him her to marry.
Uh right that what about his family? She said, That's
what I'm curious about.
Speaker 1 (01:20:52):
His family must be great because she didn't even mention them.
She mentioned her family.
Speaker 12 (01:20:58):
Okay, well that's all want to know. I mean, he's
just uh uh. I mean I don't have a problem
with that because see well anyway, I mean there was
would be going anyway.
Speaker 9 (01:21:09):
I mean, you know, and then they have a.
Speaker 12 (01:21:11):
Certain situation that's having with the process of growth. So
everybody wants to say we we have created equals, which
I am. I'm creating above equal. But anyway, the thing
about it, oh yeah, no idea. I'm a realist, you know,
But Sister Starmy said, sister No, Sister Stormy keeps saying
that b a B. By way, you have a good weekend.
(01:21:33):
I hope you you and your husband has a but
he's splendid.
Speaker 9 (01:21:40):
Yes weekend, Yeah, weekend, Thank you?
Speaker 1 (01:21:43):
Miss j I talked to you Monday to take you
all right, you too, love you back, bye bye. Let'
see got some messages here, miss Carolyn. She says they're
letting Jackson have it.
Speaker 9 (01:21:54):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:21:55):
George says, hey, Stormy. Majority of the company trucks are
governed by I think I read that already. But the
owner operators, they are not. They run wide open. Uh,
the majority of them are governed. But yeah, because missus Georgie,
miss Page, he's a he's a truck driver, a black
conservative child. Bella. Oooh, y'all a mess Oh my goodness,
(01:22:25):
I got well. I tried to get off a little
sooner because I wanted to get to these app taps
because y'all tapping up, tapping in up here. So let
me see if I can get to some of you today.
Let's see what you're saying on today. You do. Hey
there is Reggie again. Hey Reggie. Yeah, drove a truck
for twenty some years.
Speaker 9 (01:22:42):
Uh, drove a mail truck, had a run and went
from Memphis in New Orleans.
Speaker 5 (01:22:46):
And truck wouldn't run but sixty two miles an hour
on the on.
Speaker 1 (01:22:50):
The nine hour rack. And boy it was a long
boarding ride. I bet it was, Jackson, stick to what
you know, riding around eating down. I'm not laughing, Jackson.
I'm not laughing.
Speaker 28 (01:23:09):
One thing about the trucks. They are governing, and it
takes them a long time to stop, which people don't
be understanding. At seventy five, at seventy miles an hour,
it takes three football fields to stop the truck. And
people say, find a good man. There are no good
men out there. There are plenty of good men out there.
(01:23:31):
Stop bashing men. It's a lot of good men out there.
If the woman wants to find a good man.
Speaker 1 (01:23:39):
A lot of times she don't want him. She don't
want good men. She want a dog. A storman says
your granddaughters to the president. Can she get you pardoner
of that sinkhold.
Speaker 5 (01:23:55):
Something to think about?
Speaker 1 (01:23:57):
She's so sweet you probably how you doing this?
Speaker 5 (01:24:00):
Orange male? It was Plaure talking to you yesterday. Jackson
was right. Them trucks do be speaking if they in
the fifty five male of hour zone. Those trucks are governed.
Speaker 9 (01:24:13):
And the only way you can speak if you're going
over fifty five in the fifty five, but if.
Speaker 5 (01:24:19):
You're going down to seventy five.
Speaker 9 (01:24:20):
They're gonna say trucks sixty five, so the trucks can't
go over sixty five?
Speaker 1 (01:24:25):
Gotcha, Hey Stormy, these move, Hey move. I feel like
just because.
Speaker 19 (01:24:32):
Them people don't want their child marrying a black person,
I don't feel like they're racist.
Speaker 1 (01:24:37):
Like you have to have no more about the situation
that just up and called somebody racist.
Speaker 17 (01:24:44):
You know, maybe they.
Speaker 1 (01:24:45):
Just don't care for black people, but they don't make
them racis mmm interesting? Yeah, how you doing today? Blessed?
Speaker 24 (01:24:56):
And my groom babies the same way.
Speaker 31 (01:24:58):
But anyway, that genuine off the phone to my company,
sits a limit over the steeling they do not. They
put a governor on these trucks. I've drives for FED
and drive for FAD for a while and they made
sure they set it on the highway. But what seven
sisty five and then the past you're going to go
in there? Joke can go on the street different times.
Speaker 1 (01:25:21):
Okay, all right, got it. Let's get to this classic
TV throwback for today. Let me see if I can
pull you up a good one. I hope that. I hope. Yeah,
this isn't just let me see a lot of laughing.
I hope this is some talking up in there too,
