during a traffic stop last Friday. Jamie Mayo, sixty five,
was charged with drug possession, manufacturing, delivering, selling a control substance,
and drug paraphernalia. His bond was set it ten thousand.
He'll be out in a second ten thousand dollars. A

deputy say, they found you see zero point twenty five
grams of crack cocaine under the passenger seat of his
vehicle where he was sitting. I wait, so that's what
they found. What else did they find? Did he confess
to something? Did he let me see passengers? See mayor

pri was sitting in deputy to say the crystal substance
tested positive for cocaine. Mayo was taken to custody in charge.
But they charged him for or drug possession, manufacturing, just delivering,
selling a control substance, or drug paraphernalia. So I guess
the same charger. I don't get that, but hey, it

was in his car, that's what we know. Yeah, stuff
like that. When stuff like that happens, first of all,
you hate to hear because you don't want to think
that the people that you have elected into office. You
don't want to think they're doing things like that. But
history will prove to us that people have done it.
He's not the first. We just, for whatever reason, we

don't expect our elected officials to be doing things like that.
We don't because we hold them pretty to a pretty
high standard. See, you're elected official, the local preacher. Who
else teachers? We hold to a pretty high standard. So

Oh my goodness. I remember one time I was talking
to you. I was talking about the crime stoppers and tips,
and a guy called me. He said, you know when
people call crime stoppers sometimes they don't ever get that money.
The crime stopper folks, they don't ever get that money.
And then they you know, they're not gonna tell who

you were and all that. You remember that guy that
called in that time. Well, you don't want to believe
that either. But Mississippi State Auditor Shad White says the
de Soto County Crime Stoppers they spent nearly four hundred
thousand dollars over the last ten years without ever providing
the evidence that it ever gave information to law enforcement

or gave the tips to reward money. So where is
the money? DeSoto County Crime Stoppers paid extra fees to
keep one of their two tip hotlines unpublished on the internet.
This is what White says. The Soto County of Crime
Stoppers could not produce any record showing that it collected

or gave tips to law enforcement over a ten year period.
They provided no record showing reward paid to an informant
in the last decade. Oh my goodness, record show over
two hundred fifty or well close to two hundred fifty thousand,
sixty percent of totally total spending went to employee salaries.

Further records show the organization paid only one employee for years.
Good googlely goo. That's what you say in the country
when you confused. Maybe y'all say that of northern east west,

fear after reviewing the audit, is that there is no
proof that crime Stoppers helps in that mission at none

of them. De Soda County Stop. Crime Stoppers needs to
keep some kind of record showing that they are an
effective organization, because there is a way for you to
keep record and keep folks names private. Isn't there isn't there?
And where is the money? Somebody gonna ask and some

was it? A few days ago an inmate booked into
Shelby County Jail died, marking the third inmate death in
just over a week, number three in nine days. They say,

FYI i just quit as a. Counselor and if you
get locked up at two oh one the jail In, Memphis,

chairs with a number behind. You it's a lot of
people there for petty charges that they just holding inside
instead of having night, court, BLOODS, gds, crips every game
