throwing it well, they're doing everything. Zach Charbonnay has got

it all by himself. Geno Smith is up near three

night in which you're saying, wow, man, So the Cowboys
defense may not be the Cowboys defense man not as

good as everybody thought they were. Yeah, you have three
games where the defense has gotten gotten the loss against
Arizona going back to Week three, gave up twenty eight
points San Francisco obviously, the bludgeoning forty two ten and
then the twenty eight to twenty three loss to Philadelphia.
Otherwise you're looking at seventeen or fewer in all, but

what other game when they beat the Rams forty three
to twenty. So again it goes back to some of
the bum slaying myth along the way and trying to
truly evaluate this and this is where the NFL is.
We've talked a lot about Tom Brady, We've talked about
Alex Smith's allowing me to retort what Barry Sanders had
to say. Everybody going through it like you've got to

understand week to week there's a lot of teams that
just aren't very good, and unfortunately, sometimes you get to
play a string of them together and it makes you
look herculean. And I think for the Cowboys that's some
of it. I don't take away and discount it all together,
but you're facing a team that is still above five hundred,

had great expectations coming into the year, and this is
kind of like the last stand, right because the pumpkin
references and Cinderella and everything else, related to Gino Smith,
should Drew Locke get a chance to run this offense.
That's the talk you've heard the last couple of weeks
with what's gone on in Seattle or dud. The Seahawks
are maddening, right, you could see the offensive talent they have.

They have three really good receivers. I think about the
Seahawks for a second. Right, you had Gino Smith show

have three fantastic receivers, right, Metcalf is great, Lockett as
really good as a two. And you can see Smith

be that guy right to take over and be one

of the big superstar receivers in the NFL. And you
have two good running backs, right, I mean, yes, Kenneth
Walker got hurt, but now Zach Shjett. That's why you
drafted Zach Charboney, right, because if you're a Seahawks running back,
you're going to get hurt. It's no matter who it is,
it's inherent with the position. So you have two great
weapons at running back as well. You have a pretty
good defense. They have been a pretty good defense most year,

not legion of boom, but they have been pretty good
and here they are at six and five. It's maddening
that this is how mediocre they have been. And to
show you a night like this where it's, oh, my goodness,
look at what they're doing to the Dallas Cowboys, but
you look at some of the other results and it's
how do they put up thirteen points in this game?
It's they are the most maddening team in the NFL

because they should be so much better. I remember two
months ago thinking we're gonna watch Seahawks compete for home
field advantage in the playoffs because their schedule is really
on their side and they should be able to steamroll
over these teams, and instead, here they are. If they
make the playoffs, they're lucky. While we've seen a number
of disappearing acts, and DK Metcalf has been great this

week and maybe you uh you know, kind of uh
fought with it and put him into your fantasy lineup, hoping,
wishing because of the bye weeks and whatever else. And
it was a Thursday night game standing alone that what
the hell else am I going to do? You when
you say maybe you're thinking and you in the last
minute put Dk Metcalf in your starting lineup. Is there

anybody specific you are thinking that did that? Was there
anybody specific who had thought I heard that in the hallway? Oh? Okay,
all right, very good a couple of hours ago. Okay,
well you had to do it before the game. Well,
and we had the holiday holiday holidays. Yeah, you had
a lot to drink. You really did? You really did? Know.
I'm telling people they did? You did? You did a lot. No,
just because you're telling people doesn't mean it's true you

had a lot. You're an SI article, right, Yes, Mike
Harmon had this much to drink at the Fox Sports

and you're not able to overcome them. For the Seahawks,
that's been part of the problem. They haven't overcome their

lack of discipline in a number of these games, whereas
the Cowboys have been able to continue to push forward

the penalties. Because there have been sixty five points in
this game, and there have been sixty seven penalties. Now,
all right, can we stop with the penalties and just
enjoy the damn game? Ten penalties called on the Seahawks,

eight on the Cowboys. We have two hundred and fifty
two yards in penalties. That's good. I mean, this is
this is not just Hey, here's a five yard penalty
for off side, here's a false start. No, you're talking
about big time ten to fifteen all the way. Now,
So let's expand my idea because I think this is
a winning idea. I always go back to that big

line from Seinfeld when they were talking about stuff cruss
pizza and he Lane says, hey, buy and eat that
stuff CRUs peach as much as possible, And Jerry says,
why she was because trust me, it's gonna be a
long time before they find another place on that pizza

new fantasy angles for football all the time, right, whether
it's oh, you picked teams or you pick this, and

now you know and now the guillotine leagues have taken over.
We had a league years go where you were getting
credit for your offensive line and their proficiency. So and
you have now the guillotine leagues have really taken up
that mantle of the next great fantasy league because of
the popularity You and I we do fantasy guillotine here.
We do guillotine in standard leagues and in uh industry leagues.

But I mean it, how about fantasy football referees. Think
about it for a second. Okay, sure you draft referees,
Maybe you do it if you want to start it.
You can draft cruise, but maybe you want to do
an individual will be more fun you draft individual referee
crew play referees, and you draft the referee, you draft
(08:40):
the back judge, you draft, you draft officials, you draft lines,
you draft all of them, and you get points for
every flag that is thrown that is an accepted penalty.
So if if you, if you're if your if you
your back judge throws a pass interference flag and it's accepted,
you get fifteen points. You get one point per penalty yard. Wow,

that's a fifteen point. So you're really open for one
of those big pass interference christ yard. Oh, it's a
forty five yard right, So you get points per flag thrown.
If the penalty is declined, you don't get any points.
Who Now you still want to give the referee props
for throwing the flag. You could do a PPR type

league where the referee throws a flag. You get one
point for that, and then you get points for the

you get the points. How about the crew chief the
efficiency of calling a penalty I mean word use words choice, Well,
get to like a bonus points on a proper verbage,
but this is from the bottom of the pile, giving
him one of the un have you that was a
great call. Now you started with this and then there
are going to be different angles that can come off. So,

like everything else, we allow the commissioner software to let
you hang yourself. The standard league, it's a standard standard
referee league. Points for the you know, points or yardage
for the flags thrown. If you do a PPR league,
it's a you know, they throw the flag, you get
a point for the throwing the flag. And then you
can branch out, Hey, this league is gonna be you
get points to this point. But just think about that.
You draft referees and officials and now you're looking for

penalties and games. Do we do we get an extra
man that like, it's a second category for the guy
that's part of the TV crew. Hey, let's take it
over to our guy, Dean Blandino and if he gets

and the officials basically go opposite to what he's thinking.

Because really you can get a lot of points for
stereotory being wrong. You know you could, but how you
have to bet on it like betting. I don't know
that you can. I don't know you can put that
right in the computer where it would show up right away.
You need something to show, Hey, flag you want to
see the fantasy points roll up. That'd be a tough
thing to go. Oh, if Steroti is wrong, you got

to put that in manually. That's a little bit too tough. Today.
I think it would be good. It might be, It
might be hand It's just kind of like live betting
on the apps. Again. You got to put it out
there where it's this, here's the standard, and then you
can you want to do different things to it. That'd

Zach Wilson is going to be out of the league
because even as a backup, because what we've seen it,
we've seen him as a backup attack its fall. Just

plays on my team. Uh, we've seen him and we
we didn't see Geno Smith as a backup being bad.

that's going to make his move out of the league

half a year of being a backup, we've gotten. We've
gotten to see him as a backup. How is he

even want him by a backup? Changed he never had that.
He got no reps with the ones in when you
go back, he's got tons of He played the entire preseason,

you said he didn't have reps with the ones. He
had reps the ones. But the point is getting into
the season right when you start looking at backups, getting
to a send and getting a shot. He had four plays.

he's got a hacket. How's that crowd do you stay
in the league if you're If you're a quarterback who
has fallen out of favor, that's a starter. You stay
in somewhere as a backup. How do you stay in
the league. You either play well and the spot chances
you get to start, or you don't start at all
and people still think you're good. Neither of those things
happen for Zach. He's had his chance to start, it's

gone poorly. He's had his chance to back up. No,
he got to play, and you saw him. He still
wasn't anybody. But he's a jet backed up to the
guy that that broke in four plays, and he's got
hacket and he still has the shadow because Aaron Rodgers
won't just bleep and go away. No one's gonna say
you think you'll tell me if I say thirty two

Mac Jones Zach Wilson, who's gonna be in the league
in ten years? Neither. Okay, maybe you're right, But if
you're looking for a guy that's gotta be those are
the choices. You have to pick one of those two.

look good for the Seattle Seahawks? Are the Cowboys gonna

walk away with this? Well? So the Dallas Cowboys, oh boy?
Maybe they hope their better boy. So the Cowboys were
faced with a third and three on the Seahawk fourteen
yard line. They're winning thirty eight to thirty five. There
was a buck fifty left to go. Seahawks are out

of timeouts. Cowboys could have run the football, run the
clock down to close to a minute, kick the field goal,
and force the Seahawks to go all the way down
the field to score a touchdown. Right, it would have
been a six point lead, forty one to thirty five.
On third and three, the Cowboys throw for the end
zone and it's a play that had no chance incomplete. Yeah,

good coverage Brown on CD line. Yeah. So now the
Cowboys line up like they're gonna go for it. On
fourth down, they try to draw the Seahawks off sides.
Doesn't work. The Cowboys call time out, So now Aubrey
is on for a field goal that would give the

taking another forty seconds off the clock, you are gonna
give the ball back to Geno Smith with a buck

this hour, I'm gonna say something I never thought i'd
say in my life. The Cowboys may have left Geno

there have been no punts in this game, which is
one of those crazy thing. This could be only the
fifth game in NFL history with no punts NFL history.
That's damn cool. The other thing is I love the
call on third down. You know why Cowboys were given nine?
Cowboys are given nine and Mike McCarthy said, I want

to pay off my backers. Field goal is good for Aubrey.
So there's gonna be a buck forty three left. Geno
Smith looks like he's way of the field. Cowards with
a forty one to thirty five lead again, a buck

that goes back to nineteen sixty fifth game. Ever, this
would be with no punts, and we're not gonna see
a punt. No, we're not going to see a punt
because either the Seahawks are going to win this game
or the Cowboys are gonna win, and there's not gonna

zero punts. Well, that third down call though, game with

no punts, this game is literally, guys, if you're gonna
kick the if you're gonna kick the field goal, take
it down to a minute I mean, I get I have,
I get it. In the NFL, a minute is a
lot of time, and you could con see say, well,
maybe is there that much of a difference between a
minute forty five and a minute? You know there is,

especially when you're talking about if you're throwing the ball.
You don't know how a team is gonna react moving
the ball down the field in their two minute offense.
Maybe they're gonna panic and throw the football short of
the first down and it's gonna run up and you're
gonna have to spike it, or you're gonna have to
call plays and times gonna you don't know how the
other team is going to execute their two minute drill.
So yeah, I don't want a second guess. I'm gonna
first guess. Not a great idea. You should have run

the football, running the football, well, take it down forty
five seconds, take it down, take it down. Yeah. The
football analyst in me is incensed by what the Cowboys did.
There's no question about it. It's absolutely acidine on that
third down play to not run run the clock the degenerate.
Give me the guy that likes to see chaos in

between the white lines. Yeah, that pass and attempting to
go to the back of the end zone would see lamb. Yeah,
I loved it for the drama of it, but yeah, football, No,
that's stupidity on a whole other level. I mean, Collard
been running the ball well, you mixed up your your
play calling really well, and you settle for that. If

you're gonna kick the field goal anyway, why are you
giving them forty five more seconds? I mean, because that's
that's where now the Seahawks they got time, right, They're
at midfield now. They just ran a couple of plays
there at Maadfield with a nineteen left to go. They
have plenty of time. They have plenty of time. They
have plenty of time to get done. Time is time
is not really a factor anymore, whereas it would have

been a factor because you run those couple of plays
middle of the field and you're talking about now you're
at about thirty seconds. You need to get in the
end zone. If you're if you were gonna go for
it on fourth down, I'm with you, right, Hey, we
throw it on third and three, but we're gonna go
for it or four. We're trying to win the game. Okay,
But if you're gonna kick the field goal anyway. No,
I'll tell you do it again. One hundred percent agree.
From the football analytics side of it, I just like

that they want to to pay off the minus. Not
Maybe that'll be about Mike McCarthy. After well, we knew
we were favored by nine, we had a nine point spread.
We were really trying to impress the pollsters. That's really
what we were trying to do. They really put the

tired of being out shown by DK metcalf in this game.

Great play by Lewis fourth and two coming up mid
and eleven left on the clock of this thriller. I mean,
it may work out fourth and two for the Seahawks here,
it may work out, but it it just doesn't make
any sense to do that. We're gonna give the team
an extra forty seconds. We're gonna kick the field goal anyway.
No one possession, Yeah, no, I mean make them go
all the way down the field, make them go all

in a minute. To go all the way unless you're
Brady in a minute, going down the field is difficult.
Like I watched the Patriots somehow run plays at gain
eighteen yards and then they only take four seconds off
the clock because right away, okay, because they're so good
at That's one thing that Brady never got enough credit
for is how good he was running up and spiking

We watched Dallas Cowboys come from behind to beat the
Seahawks tonight. Look what are the best games of the year?
Forty one five tons of points, tons of offense. Geno Smith,

three touchdowns passing, one touchdown running, Zach Sharbonnay had a
big night before he left with an injury. DK Metcalf
one hundred and thirty four yards and three touchdowns. But
I'll tell you what the big story is gonna be
coming off of this, because right now, the NFL MVP
is Dak Prescott's to lose. Look at you three hundred
(30:44):
yards passing, three touchdowns tonight, twenty two yards rushing, and
a come from behind win, a go ahead touchdown pass
that gave the Cowboys the lead, go ahead two point
conversion pass that made it a three point game. The
MVP is Dax to lose. There are other quarterbacks that
are having big years, that are having years kind of
(31:05):
like Dak, but Dak has seized everything and the storyline
because he has been on a heater the last six weeks.
That is just absolutely out of this ward fantastic. I mean,
what's that six straight games where he's had two touchdowns
at half? Dak the first you want to go Dak
Prescott from middle of October on right, they beat the
(31:30):
Chargers on Monday Night Football twenty to seventeen. Okay, at
that point, Dak Prescott had six touchdowns and four picks.
He was having n Okase's. He had three really good
games and three games that weren't great. Since that time,
twenty touchdowns in the last six games, two interceptions. Quarterback

rating up near one thirty. Overall, nobody else is having unbelievable,
blow you out of their seat season. Right. We talked
about Jared Goff would have his chance, and potentially CJ.
Stroud has his chance. But it's not been a big
year for Mahomes, It's not been a big enough year
for Josh Allen. Joe Burrow has now heard he's done

for the year. Jalen Hurts is starting to really come on.
But Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys quarterback on this unbelievable heater
for the last six weeks where the Cowboys have turned
into a team that is bludgeting teams offensively forty points,
twenty three, forty nine, thirty three, forty five, forty one.
He is at a level that nobody else is at.

And it's also important that he plays for the Cowboys, right,
I'm not gonna ignore that party. This is not just Hey,
Dak is so far above everybody, but he's playing better
than anybody in six weeks and being the Cowboys quarterback,
He's gonna get a lot of attention, and he should
because if you're talking about splitting hairs right now between
Dak and Jalen Hurts, Jalen Hurts plays on a team
that's the most talented team in the NFL. They have

the most talent across the board. Doesn't mean he's not
just doesn't mean he's not really good. He is. But
Dak is doing stuff that we have not seen yet.
His story cuts through the clutter. We have not seen
this Dak Prescott in a long time, and we have
not seen the team that is so specifically Dak Prescott driven.
This is not boy. Dak is having a big year.

Tony Pollard's having a big year. Tony Pollard's been okay,
but he's not been someone the boy, look at the
rushing attack. This has been entirely Dak Prescott driven. Right now,
the MVP is Dak Prescott's to lose. I dig that
it's still Jalen Hurts and the batting odds would reflect that.
We'll see what happens in the night till tomorrow. Let's

I mean, come on, man, can you let him catch

night of knights here against the Cowboys defense and the
Seahawks offense. I mean, we haven't seen this really done
to the Cowboys to any real extent this year outside
of that game with the forty nine ers where it
was boy, they just unloaded on them. But this is
a game in which if the Seahawks want to run
the football, they're running it well. Throwing the football, they're

throwing it well, they're doing everything. Zach Charbonnay has got
fifty five yards rushing in a touchdown. He's been doing
it all by himself. Geno Smith is up near three
hundred yards, three touchdowns and a bad pick rushing score,
and he's got a rushing touchdown. This has been a
night in which you're saying, wow, man, So the Cowboys
defense may not be the Cowboys defense man not as
(02:12):
good as everybody thought they were. Yeah, you have three
games where the defense has gotten gotten the loss against
Arizona going back to Week three, gave up twenty eight
points San Francisco obviously, the bludgeoning forty two ten and
then the twenty eight to twenty three loss to Philadelphia.
Otherwise you're looking at seventeen or fewer in all, but
(02:32):
what other game when they beat the Rams forty three
to twenty. So again it goes back to some of
the bum slaying myth along the way and trying to
truly evaluate this and this is where the NFL is.
We've talked a lot about Tom Brady, We've talked about
Alex Smith's allowing me to retort what Barry Sanders had
to say. Everybody going through it like you've got to
(02:55):
understand week to week there's a lot of teams that
just aren't very good, and unfortunately, sometimes you get to
play a string of them together and it makes you
look herculean. And I think for the Cowboys that's some
of it. I don't take away and discount it all together,
but you're facing a team that is still above five hundred,
(03:15):
had great expectations coming into the year, and this is
kind of like the last stand, right because the pumpkin
references and Cinderella and everything else, related to Gino Smith,
should Drew Locke get a chance to run this offense.
That's the talk you've heard the last couple of weeks
with what's gone on in Seattle or dud. The Seahawks
are maddening, right, you could see the offensive talent they have.

They have three really good receivers. I think about the
Seahawks for a second. Right, you had Gino Smith show
up last year. Hey, I'm good. Wow, that's great. You
have three fantastic receivers, right, Metcalf is great, Lockett as
really good as a two. And you can see Smith
the Jigba has the potential he's going to be to
be that guy right to take over and be one

of the big superstar receivers in the NFL. And you
have two good running backs, right, I mean, yes, Kenneth
Walker got hurt, but now Zach Shjett. That's why you
drafted Zach Charboney, right, because if you're a Seahawks running back,
you're going to get hurt. It's no matter who it is,
it's inherent with the position. So you have two great
weapons at running back as well. You have a pretty
good defense. They have been a pretty good defense most year,
(04:19):
not legion of boom, but they have been pretty good
and here they are at six and five. It's maddening
that this is how mediocre they have been. And to
show you a night like this where it's, oh, my goodness,
look at what they're doing to the Dallas Cowboys, but
you look at some of the other results and it's
how do they put up thirteen points in this game?
It's they are the most maddening team in the NFL
(04:39):
because they should be so much better. I remember two
months ago thinking we're gonna watch Seahawks compete for home
field advantage in the playoffs because their schedule is really
on their side and they should be able to steamroll
over these teams, and instead, here they are. If they
make the playoffs, they're lucky. While we've seen a number
of disappearing acts, and DK Metcalf has been great this
(05:00):
week and maybe you uh you know, kind of uh
fought with it and put him into your fantasy lineup, hoping,
wishing because of the bye weeks and whatever else. And
it was a Thursday night game standing alone that what
the hell else am I going to do? You when
you say maybe you're thinking and you in the last
minute put Dk Metcalf in your starting lineup. Is there
(05:23):
anybody specific you are thinking that did that? Was there
anybody specific who had thought I heard that in the hallway? Oh? Okay,
all right, very good a couple of hours ago. Okay,
well you had to do it before the game. Well,
and we had the holiday holiday holidays. Yeah, you had
a lot to drink. You really did? You really did? Know.
I'm telling people they did? You did? You did a lot. No,
just because you're telling people doesn't mean it's true you
(05:45):
had a lot. You're an SI article, right, Yes, Mike
Harmon had this much to drink at the Fox Sports
I did from over there. Don't have to have it
read back to me with them. But the point being
that you've seen some smallest efforts from Metcalf, despite you know,

obvious physical domination of opponents. At times, Geno hasn't always
been on par and they do have. Coming into the game,
they were tied for the most penalties per games. Penalties
are not created the same. Some will absolutely murder drives
and you're not able to overcome them. For the Seahawks,
that's been part of the problem. They haven't overcome their

lack of discipline in a number of these games, whereas
the Cowboys have been able to continue to push forward
against some of the lesser than squads in the National

the penalties. Because there have been sixty five points in
this game, and there have been sixty seven penalties. Now,
all right, can we stop with the penalties and just
enjoy the damn game? Ten penalties called on the Seahawks,

eight on the Cowboys. We have two hundred and fifty
two yards in penalties. That's good. I mean, this is
this is not just Hey, here's a five yard penalty
for off side, here's a false start. No, you're talking
about big time ten to fifteen all the way. Now,
So let's expand my idea because I think this is
a winning idea. I always go back to that big
(07:35):
line from Seinfeld when they were talking about stuff cruss
pizza and he Lane says, hey, buy and eat that
stuff CRUs peach as much as possible, And Jerry says,
why she was because trust me, it's gonna be a
long time before they find another place on that pizza
to put more cheese. Like, we keep trying to find
new fantasy angles for football all the time, right, whether
it's oh, you picked teams or you pick this, and
(07:56):
now you know and now the guillotine leagues have taken over.
We had a league years go where you were getting
credit for your offensive line and their proficiency. So and
you have now the guillotine leagues have really taken up
that mantle of the next great fantasy league because of
the popularity You and I we do fantasy guillotine here.
We do guillotine in standard leagues and in uh industry leagues.
(08:18):
But I mean it, how about fantasy football referees. Think
about it for a second. Okay, sure you draft referees,
Maybe you do it if you want to start it.
You can draft cruise, but maybe you want to do
an individual will be more fun you draft individual referee
crew play referees, and you draft the referee, you draft
(08:40):
the back judge, you draft, you draft officials, you draft lines,
you draft all of them, and you get points for
every flag that is thrown that is an accepted penalty.
So if if you, if you're if your if you
your back judge throws a pass interference flag and it's accepted,
you get fifteen points. You get one point per penalty yard. Wow,
(09:01):
that's a fifteen point. So you're really open for one
of those big pass interference christ yard. Oh, it's a
forty five yard right, So you get points per flag thrown.
If the penalty is declined, you don't get any points.
Who Now you still want to give the referee props
for throwing the flag. You could do a PPR type
(09:22):
league where the referee throws a flag. You get one
point for that, and then you get points for the
What happens if they throw the flag and it gets
challenged and it's overturned so they were wrong, but you
get a point for the flag being thrown, But you
get no points because it doesn't it seems like you
should be penalized. Has to be the flag has to
be well, well wait a minute, I oh you could
(09:42):
you get that wrong? Yeah? But yeah, no, no, no, no,
because I used to like the leagues when kickers when
they miss a pat and it was like minus five. Yeah,
like you, no, you missed a twenty yard field goal.
It's not to be a little bit more cut and
dried for that. It's a if the flag is if
the flag actually goes on the field and it's used,

you get the points. How about the crew chief the
efficiency of calling a penalty I mean word use words choice, Well,
get to like a bonus points on a proper verbage,
but this is from the bottom of the pile, giving
him one of the un have you that was a
great call. Now you started with this and then there
are going to be different angles that can come off. So,
(10:22):
like everything else, we allow the commissioner software to let
you hang yourself. The standard league, it's a standard standard
referee league. Points for the you know, points or yardage
for the flags thrown. If you do a PPR league,
it's a you know, they throw the flag, you get
a point for the throwing the flag. And then you
can branch out, Hey, this league is gonna be you
get points to this point. But just think about that.
You draft referees and officials and now you're looking for
(10:45):
penalties and games. Do we do we get an extra
man that like, it's a second category for the guy
that's part of the TV crew. Hey, let's take it
over to our guy, Dean Blandino and if he gets
it right, then you had a point. But he's wrong,
and the officials basically go opposite to what he's thinking.
(11:07):
Because really you can get a lot of points for
stereotory being wrong. You know you could, but how you
have to bet on it like betting. I don't know
that you can. I don't know you can put that
right in the computer where it would show up right away.
You need something to show, Hey, flag you want to
see the fantasy points roll up. That'd be a tough
thing to go. Oh, if Steroti is wrong, you got
(11:28):
to put that in manually. That's a little bit too tough. Today.
I think it would be good. It might be, It
might be hand It's just kind of like live betting
on the apps. Again. You got to put it out
there where it's this, here's the standard, and then you
can you want to do different things to it. That'd
be great. Think about that. Yeah, we're really evolving from
our longtime conversation with Jay Glazer where he's got the

you're doing your prep looking at who throws the most flags?

Cowboys line up like they're gonna go for it. On
fourth down, they try to draw the Seahawks off sides.

one of those crazy thing. This could be only the

That's damn cool. The other thing is I love the
call on third down. You know why Cowboys were given nine?

Smith looks like he's way of the field. Cowards with

lot of time, and you could con see say, well,
maybe is there that much of a difference between a

You don't know how a team is gonna react moving
the ball down the field in their two minute offense.
Maybe they're gonna panic and throw the football short of
the first down and it's gonna run up and you're
gonna have to spike it, or you're gonna have to
call plays and times gonna you don't know how the
other team is going to execute their two minute drill.
So yeah, I don't want a second guess. I'm gonna
first guess. Not a great idea. You should have run

the football, running the football, well, take it down forty
five seconds, take it down, take it down. Yeah. The
football analyst in me is incensed by what the Cowboys did.
There's no question about it. It's absolutely acidine on that
third down play to not run run the clock the degenerate.
Give me the guy that likes to see chaos in

between the white lines. Yeah, that pass and attempting to
go to the back of the end zone would see lamb. Yeah,
I loved it for the drama of it, but yeah, football, No,
that's stupidity on a whole other level. I mean, Collard
been running the ball well, you mixed up your your
play calling really well, and you settle for that. If

you're gonna kick the field goal anyway, why are you
giving them forty five more seconds? I mean, because that's
that's where now the Seahawks they got time, right, They're
at midfield now. They just ran a couple of plays
there at Maadfield with a nineteen left to go. They
have plenty of time. They have plenty of time. They
have plenty of time to get done. Time is time
is not really a factor anymore, whereas it would have

been a factor because you run those couple of plays
middle of the field and you're talking about now you're
at about thirty seconds. You need to get in the
end zone. If you're if you were gonna go for
it on fourth down, I'm with you, right, Hey, we
throw it on third and three, but we're gonna go
for it or four. We're trying to win the game. Okay,
But if you're gonna kick the field goal anyway. No,
I'll tell you do it again. One hundred percent agree.
From the football analytics side of it, I just like

that they want to to pay off the minus. Not
Maybe that'll be about Mike McCarthy. After well, we knew
we were favored by nine, we had a nine point spread.
We were really trying to impress the pollsters. That's really
what we were trying to do. They really put the

No one possession, Yeah, no, I mean make them go
all the way down the field, make them go all

in a minute. To go all the way unless you're
Brady in a minute, going down the field is difficult.
Like I watched the Patriots somehow run plays at gain
eighteen yards and then they only take four seconds off
the clock because right away, okay, because they're so good
at That's one thing that Brady never got enough credit
for is how good he was running up and spiking

the football and taking no time off those two minutes situation. Really,
I don't get y on compare, absolutely, but it is
going to work out for the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys
blitz and guess who Micah Parsons gets in Geno Smith's face.
Gino throws a ball that has no chance to his

running back. I think it was DJ Dallas. He was
trying to hit and there was no chance at that
ball ever being completed. And the Cowboys are gonna win
this game. They are stopping and they have stopped the
Seahawks at midfield. They're gonna win this thirty eight, thirty five,

to do is neil on the football. That's just an

unbelievable breakdown. Number eleven should never get a free run
on your quarterback, especially you know, with a game on

We watched Dallas Cowboys come from behind to beat the
Seahawks tonight. Look what are the best games of the year?
Forty one five tons of points, tons of offense. Geno Smith,

three touchdowns passing, one touchdown running, Zach Sharbonnay had a
big night before he left with an injury. DK Metcalf
one hundred and thirty four yards and three touchdowns. But
I'll tell you what the big story is gonna be
coming off of this, because right now, the NFL MVP
is Dak Prescott's to lose. Look at you three hundred

yards passing, three touchdowns tonight, twenty two yards rushing, and
a come from behind win, a go ahead touchdown pass
that gave the Cowboys the lead, go ahead two point
conversion pass that made it a three point game. The
MVP is Dax to lose. There are other quarterbacks that
are having big years, that are having years kind of
(31:05):
like Dak, but Dak has seized everything and the storyline
because he has been on a heater the last six weeks.
That is just absolutely out of this ward fantastic. I mean,
what's that six straight games where he's had two touchdowns
at half? Dak the first you want to go Dak
Prescott from middle of October on right, they beat the
(31:30):
Chargers on Monday Night Football twenty to seventeen. Okay, at
that point, Dak Prescott had six touchdowns and four picks.
He was having n Okase's. He had three really good
games and three games that weren't great. Since that time,
twenty touchdowns in the last six games, two interceptions. Quarterback
(31:54):
rating up near one thirty. Overall, nobody else is having unbelievable,
blow you out of their seat season. Right. We talked
about Jared Goff would have his chance, and potentially CJ.
Stroud has his chance. But it's not been a big
year for Mahomes, It's not been a big enough year
for Josh Allen. Joe Burrow has now heard he's done
(32:14):
for the year. Jalen Hurts is starting to really come on.
But Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys quarterback on this unbelievable heater
for the last six weeks where the Cowboys have turned
into a team that is bludgeting teams offensively forty points,
twenty three, forty nine, thirty three, forty five, forty one.
He is at a level that nobody else is at.
(32:37):
And it's also important that he plays for the Cowboys, right,
I'm not gonna ignore that party. This is not just Hey,
Dak is so far above everybody, but he's playing better
than anybody in six weeks and being the Cowboys quarterback,
He's gonna get a lot of attention, and he should
because if you're talking about splitting hairs right now between
Dak and Jalen Hurts, Jalen Hurts plays on a team
that's the most talented team in the NFL. They have
(32:57):
the most talent across the board. Doesn't mean he's not
just doesn't mean he's not really good. He is. But
Dak is doing stuff that we have not seen yet.
His story cuts through the clutter. We have not seen
this Dak Prescott in a long time, and we have
not seen the team that is so specifically Dak Prescott driven.
This is not boy. Dak is having a big year.
(33:18):
Tony Pollard's having a big year. Tony Pollard's been okay,
but he's not been someone the boy, look at the
rushing attack. This has been entirely Dak Prescott driven. Right now,
the MVP is Dak Prescott's to lose. I dig that
it's still Jalen Hurts and the batting odds would reflect that.
We'll see what happens in the night till tomorrow. Let's
see what happens to little say, Well, I was gonna say,

You got Ferguson involved, You're you're looking at Brandon Cooks
is becoming a bigger part of things. It's it's all
