the science proves it, and I just knew my Christmas
loves would absolutely love the science. Study. New study, new
research shows people who decorate their Christmas tree early are
happier in life. Like I said, science, it comes from psychologists.

They say, you know, for years we have wondered this,
and there's three emotional cues that can boost well being
by reminding us of meaningful moments and giving us something
positive to look forward to. They found putting up Christmas
decorations lifts your mood since festive lights and colors often
triggered nostalgia, childhood memories, and a sense of anticipation, and

a lot of times that anticipation is for good things ahead,
so it rewires your brain to be more positive. Psychologists say,
this is exactly why if you have already started decorating,
if you're one of those people that's like Halloween is done,
a pump away tree up, you tend to be calmer,

less stressed, and overall more positive the entire season long.
This new research even says it carries into the new year,
