I could take credit for it.I definitely Scott Dolts, our CEO and
president and his team are the onesresponsible, as well as our board directors

and getting the word out and makingsure that you know, everybody who was
supposed to be here should be here. You know. I love the representation
from Fairfield to Endfield. It's reallyan entire statewide group that's being represented here
this evening. And I love thePeople Choice Awards, and I love everybody
who's a finalist too. Don't getme wrong, but I feel like that's
really special. Getting the people involvedone hundred percent, and even obviously not

only that People's Choice award, butalso all the voting, the public votes
we took and on the other acts, which was the insane amount of people
that actually voted on all these categories. So to have the public's input into
something, ultimately, which is isa landscape where the public feeds all that,
right, the amazing things going outinto these restaurants and being customers of
ours, and they get to experienceall the hard work that all these people

in the room tonight, you know, go to work and do every day.
All right, mister Chairman of theBoard, Thank you for all you
do, Thanks for all the teamof the Connecticut Restaurant Association, all the
other board members, because this isdefinitely a laborer love the hospitality industry employees.
I mean, what is it thethird most if not to the state

goes yeah, we are the thirdlargest employer in the state. Absolutely,
and you know, and it wasat one out of every three people at
one point in their life worked ina restaurant. We all did in some
way, shape or form, yep. And you know, and because of
that, you know, it's sounique the industry and how it crosses like
you said, not just from townto town, but different cultures, different
different people, you know, differentdifferent walks of life. It really is,

you know, just that a meltingpot. And not only that,
but when you go to a restaurantand you share food with someone and you
share a dining experience, you know, those are things that you remember especially
