Crazies. I am so excited tobe in the Premiere ballroom. Renee Denino
here with iHeart community, supporting allof Connecticut's hospitality. Now we are seated
next to the Charles. You allknow, one of my favorite spots to

Hello, Hiray. Thanks for havingus absolutely so. Last year, you
guys were up for awards, youwon awards this year the same. What
does it mean to you to bea part of this organization, Uh,
you know, the Restaurant Association.The Crazies is just an amazing evening to
really just celebrate our hospitality industry andyou know, we work so hard all

year long, and to really showcasethe hard work on everybody, you know,
you know, you know, frontof the house, back of the
house. It's just a really reallycool celebration for us. I love it
because everybody is here. Everybody getsto have fun, no matter what aspect
of the hospitality industry they're in.And I want to just kind of recognize
the work that the Charles is doing. You guys are opening up some new

stuff. So what's the latest weare opening up? Uh, well,
not that we are. We didopen up a bakery in Rocky Hill called
Bake. It's amazing. It's aFrench American bakery yep. And we're running
prepared foods out there. We havea really cool coffee element with a local
Weathersfield roaster drum roll, and andyou know, prepared foods catering in as

well. I love it. Well, if it's as good as the Charles,
and you can't miss there. Butyou guys so delicious. You guys
are incredible. You know, Ilove to go there. The food is
so special. You've really found yourniche in old Weathersfield and now expanding.
